What God’s Word Does to the Gentiles: full transcript and answers
Gray boxes are our own short answers and summaries.
In this message Pastor David G. Kincer continues through Isaiah to show how God deals with the Gentiles, including religionists who change His word like Esau, and says the church’s part is to speak the gospel to them. Using Isaiah 35 he says God’s “vengeance” is the desert blossoming like a rose, the highway of holiness and everlasting joy for the redeemed.
Who are the Gentiles in Isaiah 34, and what is the sword on Edom? (Isaiah 34:1-5, Isaiah 2:17)
Short answer: He says “the Gentiles used in the Bible is pagan heathen nations… non-Jew, ungodly people,” and that Isaiah 34:1 invites them to come near and hear. He says Edom is Esau, who “despised his birthright” and sold it for a bowl of soup, and that God will deal with people who have heard of God and “changed the things of God.” He says today he will address the Gentiles from the religionist side, because God will humble the pride that creates our own doctrines.
▶ 0:00 Remember, the Gentiles used in the Bible is pagan, heathen nations, Gentiles, which means non-Jew, ungodly people. That he’s going to address now. A brief review, it’s not on your sheet, it’s on the other sheet. Brief review: Isaiah addresses the Gentiles in Isaiah 34:1, “Come near, you Gentiles.” He’s he’s inviting them to come close to hear, so somebody’s got to be speaking the word, and heed, or obey the word. “You people, let the earth hear, and all that is in it, the world and all things that come forth from it, for the in indignation, the anger, the wrath of the Lord is against all Gentiles.” Now, that sounds like he’s a bull, snort and smoke out of his nose, his horns down, ready to just destroy these people, all right? And then he says in verse 5, “My sword shall come down on Edom, the people of my curse, for judgment.” And you remember, Edom is Esau, and Esau despised his birthright. He was ungodly. The Bible says despised his birthright, didn’t want anything to do with the birthright, sold it for a bowl of soup. And uh uh so so God’s going to address people that have heard of God.
▶ 1:33 Esau knew about God, he heard of God, and he knew he had a birthright, he he knew he had an inheritance, but he didn’t care about it. So he changed the things of God. In Isaiah 21:17 it says, “The loftiness of man shall be brought low, and the Lord alone shall be exalted in that day. The idols he shall utterly abolish.” Now, we talked about the Gentiles being the humanist, the atheist and so forth, but today we’re going to address it from the religionist side, okay. Idols is a area of religion that God does not approve of, and it’s idols, it’s more than one religion, okay? He’s going to, in that day he’s going to humble people. they We get prideful, we get cocky in our religion, uh okay and we even create our own doctrines and our own way of worshiping God, and God’s going to deal with them in that day.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 34:1-5 (NKJV)
Come near, you nations, to hear; And heed, you people! Let the earth hear, and all that is in it, The world and all things that come forth from it. For the indignation of the LORD is against all nations, And His fury against all their armies; He has utterly destroyed them, He has given them over to the slaughter. Also their slain shall be thrown out; Their stench shall rise from their corpses, And the mountains shall be melted with their blood. All the host of heaven shall be dissolved, And the heavens shall be rolled up like a scroll; All their host shall fall down As the leaf falls from the vine, And as fruit falling from a fig tree. “For My sword shall be bathed in heaven; Indeed it shall come down on Edom, And on the people of My curse, for judgment.
— Isaiah 34:1-5 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 0:27Isaiah 2:17 (NKJV)
The loftiness of man shall be bowed down, And the haughtiness of men shall be brought low; The LORD alone will be exalted in that day,
— Isaiah 2:17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 1:47Will all nations flow to the Lord in the latter days, and what is our birthright? (Isaiah 2:1-4, Isaiah 34:4)
Short answer: He says Isaiah 2:2 says “in the latter days” the Lord’s house will be established and all nations shall flow to it, which was fulfilled in part when Christ came but, he says, “has not been accomplished globally.” He says there is “a lot of stuff that’s got to be done yet” before Christ comes. He says our New Testament birthright is believing on the Lord Jesus Christ and also keeping the commandments and bearing fruit suitable for repentance, and neglecting that is neglecting our birthright.
▶ 2:37 Just reminding you of Isaiah 2. Also in Isaiah 2 verse one, “It shall come to pass in the latter days,” plural. Now, we know this has already been fulfilled when Christ came to the earth, but it’s latter days, plural, so it’s going to be continually fulfilled, “that the mountain of the Lord’s house shall be established on top of the mountains and be exalted above the hills.” Now, we know that the nations worship their gods on the hill, on the mountains, and we know that Israel worshiped other gods and worshiped God their own way on the hills. This is previous lessons, okay? So when when people like Esau, when people do like Esau did, they change God’s word, they change who God’s is and God’s purpose is. That’s who God also is going to deal with, not just atheists and humanists and uh evolutionist and so forth. “In that day all nations shall flow to it,” all Gentiles, all pagans, all heathen, all ungodly. “He shall judge between the nations and rebuke many people. They will beat their swords into plowshares and their spears into pruning hooks, and nations shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war anymore.” That has not been accomplished globally. This has not been fulfilled gl. It has been fulfilled in part when Christ came and the Gentiles came into the kingdom of God. Amen. Hallelujah. And “every jot and tittle shall no wise pass from the law till all is” what? Fulfilled. And so there’s a lot of got to happen before Christ comes, and this mentality that, you know, that rapture or whatever can happen any a minute is just full of baloney, because there’s a lot of stuff that’s got to be done yet. And yes, he can do do it quickly, but the fact is he’s got to do it. Can I hear an amen?
▶ 4:37 Now, a global encounter with those that hear about Jesus but reject him. Okay, a global encounter. And we know it’s a global encounter because in Isaiah 34:4, “All the hosts of heaven shall be dissolved, the heaven shall be rolled up like a scroll.” I mean, that’s going to get attention of everybody on earth, correct? Yeah, you know, that heaven start departing, it’s going to get my attention. All their host, the stars, the planets, the meteor and the all the things in heaven is going to fall down as a leaf falls from the vine and the fig tree. And here’s that scripture: the sword’s going to come down on Edom, these people that have redesigned God’s word, redes designed God rejected their birthright. Now, our birthright in the New Testament is if we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, that God has raised him from the dead, we shall be saved from the day of wrath, from the lake of fire and from our sins and so forth. Amen. The other part of our birthright is keeping the commandments. Remember the rich man asked him, “What shall I do that I can and inherit eternal life?” He said, “Keep the commandments.” So bringing forth fruit suitable for repentance, suitable for believing in Jesus, is just as important as believing. Could that be an amen? All right, so when we neglect that, we’re neglecting our birthright. All right, that makes us an Edomite, an Esauite.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 2:2-4 (NKJV)
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days That the mountain of the LORD’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains, And shall be exalted above the hills; And all nations shall flow to it. Many people shall come and say, “Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, To the house of the God of Jacob; He will teach us His ways, And we shall walk in His paths.” For out of Zion shall go forth the law, And the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. He shall judge between the nations, And rebuke many people; They shall beat their swords into plowshares, And their spears into pruning hooks; Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, Neither shall they learn war anymore.
— Isaiah 2:2-4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 2:40Isaiah 34:4 (NKJV)

— Isaiah 34:4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 4:51Matthew 5:18 (NKJV)
For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

Now behold, one came and said to Him, “Good Teacher, what good thing shall I do that I may have eternal life?” So He said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God. But if you want to enter into life, keep the commandments.”
— Matthew 19:16-17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 5:57 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Luke 3:8 (NKJV)
Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, ‘We have Abraham as our father.’ For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
— Luke 3:8 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 6:05 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What happens to idols and human-made worship “in that day”? (Isaiah 2:19-20, Isaiah 11:10)
Short answer: He says that in that day “a man shall cast away his idols of silver and gold,” and that whatever man has devised to worship God, God will expose and change when He visits the earth globally before Christ comes. He cites Isaiah 11:10, the root of Jesse as a banner to whom the Gentiles shall seek, and says there is a coming global visitation and “tremendous harvest” as the earth’s population has grown.
▶ 6:26 Now, Isaiah 2:19, “They shall go into the holes of the rocks and the caves of the earth from the terror of the Lord and the glory of his majesty when he arises to shake the earth.” And when last week when we looked into the heavens being rolled away and the sun going down and the moon getting dark and all that, sun and moon dark, we found that accompany it as they hide in the caves of the rocks and and behind rocks and in caves. So “in that day a man shall cast away his idols of silver and gold which they made for himself to worship.” Ever what man has devised and come up with to worship God, God’s going to expose it and change it when he visits the earth globally before Christ comes. In that day, Isaiah 11:10, “There shall be a root of Jesse.” Who’s the root of Jesse? Jesus, everybody knows that. “Who shall stand as a banner to the people, for the Gentiles shall” what? Seek him. “The Lord alone shall be exalted in that day.” Remember.
▶ 7:40 And so there’s a coming a global visitation on this earth where people are going to focus on Christ or they’re going to reject him, but there’s going to be a tremendous harvest, cu God is going to shake this earth up. We have over 7 billion people in the earth now. When he does this, we may have 10 billion. There are billions of people in these last 100 years that far excel the attendance of the whole earth up to these last days. Are you understanding that the earth has grown that fast? And so when God says in heaven that there’s Gentiles up there that cannot be numbered, he means that he’s going to manifest himself self in these last days. And anybody that’s looking for Jesus to come in minute is totally missing the purpose of God to fill heaven with people. Are you there? People that love him.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 2:19-20 (NKJV)
They shall go into the holes of the rocks, And into the caves of the earth, From the terror of the LORD And the glory of His majesty, When He arises to shake the earth mightily. In that day a man will cast away his idols of silver And his idols of gold, Which they made, each for himself to worship, To the moles and bats,
— Isaiah 2:19-20 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 6:27Isaiah 11:10 (NKJV)
“And in that day there shall be a Root of Jesse, Who shall stand as a banner to the people; For the Gentiles shall seek Him, And His resting place shall be glorious.”
— Isaiah 11:10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 7:24What is “the day of the Lord’s vengeance,” and why should we read the book of the Lord? (Isaiah 34:8, 34:16)
Short answer: He says Isaiah 34:8 is the day of the Lord’s vengeance and “the year of recompense for the cause of Zion,” and that “who is he putting vengeance on is the real secret here.” He cites Isaiah 34:16, “Seek ye out of the book of the Lord and read it,” and says we have time for sports and soap operas “and no time to read God’s word.”
▶ 8:49 Now we go on in Isaiah 34:8, “For it is the day of the Lord’s vengeance, the year of recompense for the cause of Zion,” that’s the church. They neglected the church, they neglected the word that God give to the church and so forth. So it’s the day of the Lord’s vengeance, but who is he putting vengeance on is the real secret here, so remember that. All right, Isaiah 34:16, “Seek ye out of the book of the Lord and read it.” That would be nice if we would do that. We got time for baseball, football and everything else and and soap operas, and no time to read God’s word. just amazes me, the most precious book in the world. We will read all these other authors and love our Bible on the on the table. it just It just amazes me, trying to tell us what the Bible says when we can open up the Bible and find out what it says. “Not one of these shall fail.” God’s going to perform everything he said he was going to do.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 34:8 (NKJV)
For it is the day of the LORD’s vengeance, The year of recompense for the cause of Zion.

“Search from the book of the LORD, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.
— Isaiah 34:16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:16What happens when we add to or take away from God’s word? (Revelation 22:18, Deuteronomy 4:2)
Short answer: He says Esau changed God’s word, and “we today can be religionist when we do it our way.” He says the Bible says not to add to or take away from the word, that putting in your own opinions is adding, and taking verses out is taking away. He cites Revelation 22:18 and says when we alter the Bible “that’s twisting the scriptures.”
▶ 9:58 Okay, now godless Esau despised his birthright, okay, he changed God, he changed God’s word, and I want to show you how simple this is to understand. We today can be religionist when we do it our way. We can be religionist, okay? The Bible says you shall not add to the word which I command you nor take away from it. it See, when you start putting in your own opinions, you’re adding to the word. When you take verses out of the Bible, you’re taken away from the word, and we’re not allowed to take away from this word. Are you with me? Now really, this is really simple to understand, just pay attention for a little here and you’re going to get some real illumination. Revelations 22:18, “If anyone adds to these things, God will add the plagues written in this book.” Again he says do not, don’t add to my word, don’t be in Esau, don’t change things. Remember Paul says they twist the scriptures to their own destruction. You see, and and and and when we alter the Bible, take things out, put our own opinions in, that’s twisting the scriptures, and it brings destru destruction, and if people are following us, we’re leading them to destruction.

Deuteronomy 4:2 (NKJV)
You shall not add to the word which I command you, nor take from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
— 2 Peter 3:16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 11:10 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does he say about Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam and Judaism?
Short answer: He says each of these religions changes or denies who Jesus is, for example that Jesus was only a good man, was reincarnated, did not die, or is not the Christ, and that “God’s going to come and deal with them.” This section is his own view of other religions and should be read with the rest of the message, where he says God loves the Gentiles and is dealing with them to save them, not destroy them.
▶ 11:30 Okay. Now here is an icon of the different religions in the world. I’m going to hit a few of them. Buddhism. Buddhism changed the scriptures. They say that no God created the universe, so their God, which they don’t have a God, they have enlightenment. They say Jesus was a good man. Jesus wasn’t a good man, he was God, and he’s the Savior of the world. He wasn’t a good man, he was better than a good man. You know, we call some of the people here on earth good, and Jesus himself, who was called good, said, “Don’t call me good, there’s only one good, and that’s the Father,” showing us that, you know, keep the goodness up there where it belongs. We’re as good as we can get, but he is good. And so they violated that, and God’s going to come and deal with them.
▶ 12:32 We come over here to the Hindus. They have over 200 gods. In fact, Jesus is one of their gods, and they were glad for the Good Friday, the Friday he died on, because he got reincarnated. You can’t reincarnate God, he’s God. See, they change the scriptures, and they’re the ones that propagate “all roads lead to the same God, no matter what people call their God, it’s the same God.” And a lot of our leaders in America are saying that statement, not understanding it comes directly from the Hebrew uh the Hindu religion. Okay, then you got the Islams, the Islams say, the Muslims, that Jesus did not die, because you can’t kill God. Well, how foolish it is. Don’t they understand and that when they die, their body dies and their spirit lives on? Don’t they understand that God is a Spirit, and when God was in that physical body, Jesus, the body died, but the spirit always lives on? The spirit can go to the lake of fire or heaven. The lake of fire is considered the second death, but the spirit doesn’t die. You see, that’s how dumb Muhammad was, and he has over a billion people following him, directly violating God’s word, and God’s going to deal with them. Hallelujah. Then you got Judaism. Judaism says that Jesus is not the Christ, he’s not the Messiah, he’s not the one that came, and the Bible says that’s antichrist. See, when you say Christ did not come in the flesh, that’s antichrist, you’re opposing Christ, and so God’s going to deal with the Jews also. And then you got these other religions, but here you got Christianity.

Mark 10:18 (NKJV)
So Jesus said to him, “Why do you call Me good? No one is good but One, that is, God.
— Mark 10:18 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 12:11 (quoted; reference not named in the message)1 John 4:2-3 (NKJV)
By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world.
— 1 John 4:2-3 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 14:28 (quoted; reference not named in the message)John 4:24 (NKJV)
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
— John 4:24 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 13:37 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does he say about Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormons and the Trinity? (John 1:1, Matthew 22:30)
Short answer: He describes phone calls to Jehovah’s Witnesses and Mormons in which he asked whether Jesus is God according to John 1:1 and about Matthew 22:30, and says they still do not believe Jesus is God. He says “you can’t distort Christ,” that God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost is “one,” and that you need to know where people get their information, because “if they’re not getting it from the Bible, it’s useless.”
▶ 14:43 All right. Christianity, you got a lot of people saying they’re Christians and yet they distort who God is, who Jesus is, and the Bible. They distorted. I called him again this week, so like said, I go right to the sources. I called the Jehovah Witnesses, I talked to them personally, cuz I told them I want to hear it from the horse’s mouth, I want to hear it from the source. And this time I said, “Is Jesus God according to John 1:1?” Last time I said, “Is Jesus God?” and they said no, he’s a son of God. This time I got specific. I said, “Is Jesus God according to John 1:1? In the beginning was the Word, the Word was with God, the Word was God, and the Word became flesh and dwelt amongst us, and we beheld him as the only Glory the only begotten Son of God, full of grace and truth.” That’s Jesus. And they said, “Let me look up that scripture.” So they looked it up, come back and they said, “Yep, that’s what that scripture says,” but they still don’t believe that Jesus is God.
▶ 16:00 Now, and so they asked my next question. I said, in in uh Matthew 22:30 it says there’s no marriage in heaven. I said, “Do you agree with that scripture?” They said, “Let me look that one up.” They go over there and they said, “Well, it seems, it seems to contradict that there’s marriage in heaven.” He says, but then they gave me this thing, this big talk by their lead church leaders, that this is basically what it said: Jesus Christ and his apostles were not given all truth. That’s what it said. But the prophets today in the Mormon Church, they have further truth, they’ve been given further truth, so there is marriage in heaven if it’s done right. I go, “We got a big problem here.” I said, “You’re calling Jesus a liar. He told us a lie. And if he’s a liar, he’s got sin, and if he’s got sin, he cannot be the sacrificed lamb for the sins of the world. I said we got a big problem here.” And they gave me another big lecture on, you know, and they asked me, “Have you ever read the Book of Mormon?” I said, “Yes, I have,” and that shocked them. “What do you think about it?” I said, “I want to focus on my questions right now, all right? I don’t want to get distracted.”
▶ 17:40 So anyway, I says, “You guys believe that the God created spirits, spirit lives?” I said, “How did he do that?” Well, just like we have sex, God has sex. Like, oh man, that’s a big problem. I said, “You realize how many people’s been in this world, billions now, and it’s been billions when you add them all up? I mean, God a had that time to do anything but have sex?” But if he just spoke it into being, bang, it’s done. Are you there, church? You see, you can’t distort Christ. See, you got to know who the God is people are talking about, and the Mormons are talking about a God that has a wife up in heaven. That’s not the God of the Bible. Do you understand? So when people say they believe in Jesus, Jesus is God, God the Father, God the Son, Jesus Christ, God the Holy Ghost, there is how many Gods? One. One. one And though we may use that that word “Trinity,” we’re not talking about three Gods, we’re talking about one. Amen.
Scripture in this part
John 1:1-14 (NKJV)
In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was in the beginning with God. All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it. There was a man sent from God, whose name was John. This man came for a witness, to bear witness of the Light, that all through him might believe. He was not that Light, but was sent to bear witness of that Light. That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world. He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.
— John 1:1-14 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 15:19Matthew 22:30 (NKJV)
For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven.
— Matthew 22:30 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 16:03Is the Bible complete, or is more revelation coming? (John 20:30-31, John 21:25)
Short answer: He says “there ain’t no new revelation coming,” and that God had the prophets and apostles write what He wanted written so that we could believe. He cites John 20:30-31 and John 21:25, and says if an angel gives a new revelation that is not the same as the Bible, “something’s wrong.”
▶ 19:14 And so you got to know what God and what Jesus people are talking about. Is it the God of the of the Bible, or is the God they fabricated? Amen. And you need to know where they’re getting their information from. Is it the Mormon Bible, the Book of Mormon, is it the Pearl of Great Price, another book, the Mormon Jews, is Jehovah Witness watch Watchtower information? Where are they getting their information? If they’re not getting it from the Bible, it’s useless. And I’ll show you why the Bible is complete. There ain’t no new revelation coming. Okay, it’s new to us because we haven’t seen it yet, but it’s still in the Bible. Amen. I’m going to show you the Bible is complete in John 20:30. “Jesus did many other signs in the presence of his disciples which are not written in this book,” that’s just the Gospel of John, “but these are written,” see, God had John write these things “that you might believe that Jesus is the Christ, that’s the Bible Christ that’s the Bible Jesus the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in his name.” You see, God didn’t have his prophets and apostles to write every detail that he did. He had them to write what he wanted them to write so that we could believe and possess these things. Amen.
▶ 20:55 Again, in John chapter 21:25, “There are many other things that Jesus did which if they were written one by one, I suppose even the world itself could not contain the books.” And so what God had them to write is what God wanted them to write. You remember Paul in First Corinthians when he wrote about not getting married like he was, he says, “I write this, not the Lord.” he G God gave me permission to say this, but it’s not God that’s saying this, it’s me. Amen. So we know that the rest God was, what, telling him to write. He didn’t just get down there and go, “Well, let me see here, Right out.” No, he wrote as the Holy Spirit gave him the inspiration to write, even in the New Testament. Amen. It’s important for you to know that. And so this Bible is complete, and when we add to it, some angel comes and gives us a new revelation, something’s wrong if it’s not the same revelation that’s already in the Bible. Amen. That’s a good amen.

Short answer: He says all the law and the prophets are summed up in loving God and loving others, and “that’s not complicated.” He cites the Golden Rule and Romans 13:10, and defines love as “that principle of doing nothing and speaking nothing to hurt others,” saying you don’t need a feeling, “you just do it.”
▶ 22:16 Now, the Bible condensed. You young people, let me show you how easy it is to understand the Bible. These old people, they already know everything. Yeah, the Bible condensed. Matthew 22:38, “On these two commandments,” love the Lord your God with all your heart, soul, might and strength, and love your neighbor as yourself, “hang all the law and the prophets.” So all the law and the prophets are summed up in what? Loving God and loving others. That’s it. that That’s not complicated. I don’t have to know what the knob is on the fence post and the Moses’s tabernacle if I know love God and love people, I’ve arrived. Amen. So all those “thou shalt not”s, all that are there to teach you and give you details of how to not hurt people, to love them.
▶ 23:14 Now, Matthew 7:28, the Golden Rule, “Whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the law and the prophets.” That’s what the law and the prophets are all about, from Genesis to Malachi, from Matthew to Revelation. That’s what it’s all about, trying to teach us how to love God and how to love one another. Romans 13:10, “All commandments are summed up in this,” how many commandments? All. “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” So we got to love ourself. “Love does no harm to the neighbor.” The definition of love is not that fear feeling, it is that principle of doing nothing and speaking nothing to hurt others. You don’t have to have any vibes, you don’t have to have any feeling, you just do it. Amen. People are always looking for a a shake and a quake and a tear, and a, just do it. Hallelujah.
Scripture in this part
Matthew 22:37-40 (NKJV)
Jesus said to him, “‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.’ This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
— Matthew 22:37-40 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 22:28Matthew 7:12 (NKJV)
Therefore, whatever you want men to do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets.
— Matthew 7:12 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 23:14Romans 13:9-10 (NKJV)
For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
— Romans 13:9-10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 23:39What does the Bible say sin does to God and to people? (Job 35:6-8)
Short answer: He says that if you sin it does not rattle God, who “knows what he’s doing,” but your “wickedness only affects humans like yourself.” He says your lifestyle and words hurt people, “and that’s what the judgment’s all about. When you stand before the judgment is what you said and you did to people.”
▶ 24:36 Now let me explain, let let the Bible explain sin to you. You ready? Sin. Job 35:6-8, “If you sin, how does that affect God?” He’s God, he’s not up on the throne worried about, you know, bad things going on the earth. “If your sins are many, what does that do to him?” Nothing, he’s God. Do we get it? He’s God. “What does he receive from your hand?” “Your wickedness only affects humans like yourself.” See, your bad choices hurt you and they hurt others. God’s not worried about his plan, he isn’t up there going, “Oh my God, what did I do wrong? These people are...” No, he’s not. He knows what he’s doing, he knows where he’s going, and he knows how to get there, and he knows he’s going to accomplish it, so you can’t rattle him. Amen. But your lifestyle and your words affect those around you, and that hurts people, and that’s what the judgment’s all about. When you stand before the judgment, is what you said and you did to people. “Your righteousness only affects other people.” You know, when we do right, you know, most people don’t have a problem with you treating them rightly. I mean, there’s some weirdos, you know, Al Capone, he was bad, and you it didn’t bother him if you treated him bad. But most people, normal people, when you treat them right, they want to be treated rightly.
Scripture in this part
Job 35:6-8 (NKJV)
If you sin, what do you accomplish against Him? Or, if your transgressions are multiplied, what do you do to Him? If you are righteous, what do you give Him? Or what does He receive from your hand? Your wickedness affects a man such as you, And your righteousness a son of man.
— Job 35:6-8 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 24:43Is the Bible a book of faith or a book of truth?
Short answer: He says “God cannot lie,” that the Bible is God’s word of truth, and that “nowhere in the Bible does it say the Bible’s a book of faith.” He says “it’s truth that set you free” and you get faith by reading the truth. He says what matters is what the Bible says, not any popular author, and that God is who the Bible says He is, “plus nothing.”
▶ 26:36 Hallelujah. Remember, God cannot lie. The Bible is God’s word of truth. It’s not a book of faith. Nowhere in the Bible does it say the Bible’s a book of faith. We got to get a rid of that thinking, the enemies put that thinking in our mind to cause everybody to think “my faith, my faith, my faith.” There is no statement of “my faith” in the Bible except when it talked of Jesus. Okay, it’s truth that set you free. The Bible is a book of truth. You get faith by reading the Bible, a book of truth. You get faith by reading truth. Hallelujah. You think the Hindus don’t have faith? The and the Buddhas don’t have faith? Yeah, they believe their teachers’ lies. But the Bible is a book of truth, there’s no lie in it, God cannot lie, so you got to stick with the book. The book is complete. Amen. It doesn’t matter what Rick Warren says or or Robert says or whatever, Billy Graham, what matters is what the Bible says. Can I hear an amen?
▶ 27:53 And this is what God’s going to straighten out in this visitation coming before he turns. He’s going to straighten all this stuff out. God is who the Bible says he is: God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Ghost, plus nothing. Can I hear an amen? God the Creator, God the Savior, God is who he says he is, who the Bible says he is. He did, will do what the Bible says he did and will do. We are who the Bible says we are. We can do and be what the Bible says we can do and be, and we are not to add nor take away from his word. Amen. I don’t care what the greatest book on the bestseller list says, if it doesn’t line up to the Bible, then I have to reject it. Amen, amen. And so that means I got to be in the Bible to know if it’s truth or not. Hallelujah.

— Romans 10:17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 27:13 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does Isaiah 35 say about the desert blossoming like a rose, and what kind of “vengeance” is it? (Isaiah 35:1-2, James 1:13)
Short answer: He says chapter breaks do not separate subjects, so Isaiah 35 continues God’s visitation on the Gentiles: the wilderness and dry place “rejoice and blossom as the rose.” He says that is God’s vengeance on the Gentiles, “he’s going to cause their desert to blossom like a rose,” and that in the Bible the desert is a place where you are tested and humbled, not enticed to sin, because God can’t entice you.
▶ 28:59 The result of a global encounter with the Gentiles. The result of God’s global encounter with the Gentiles. Now, remember back there, we, he, the word “vengeance” and “recompense.” Look at this, look at what look at how this thing is written. Hallelujah. Now, who is he dealing with, the Gentiles, the humanist, the hedonists, the atheist and the religionist? He’s dealing with them. Okay, vengeance. Wrath. Look at this: 35:1. Now I want to remind you, especially our young ones in here, that a chapter does not separate necessarily a subject. Chapters are put in there by man, and this subject of this visitation of God on the Gentiles is still continuing. He hadn’t changed the subject, we just got another chapter. Okay, chapter 35, verse 1, “The wilderness, the dry place, and the desert will be glad, rejoice and blossom as the rose.” For them. And who is them? The Gentiles. The desert, the dry place, the wilderness is going to rejoice and blossom like the rose. Wow. A rose needs water to grow, needs fertilizer to grow, needs pruning. rose, and the desert can’t provide any of that. So somewhere Jesus is coming on his white horse and doing something, huh? Amen. And this is his vengeance on the Gentiles. He’s going to cause their desert to blossom like a rose. That’s vengeance. Are you out there?
▶ 31:02 “Now they shall see the glory of the Lord and the excellency of our God.” Our is the church, the church, the people that are following God. The glory of God is vengeance. I may, mind wouldn’t mind seeing God in person. Yeah, yeah, hallelujah. Would you consider that vengeance? Oh man, I think that would be a great thing. Hallelujah. Now, remember in the Bible the desert is always referred to as a place where you get tested and humbled during life’s difficulties, times of difficulties, all right? I’ll show you that. Number one, God led Israel 40 years in the wilderness to humble and test them, to prove them, to know what was in their heart, not to seduce them with sin. God cannot do that. God can’t entice you with sin. You understand? And know James says it clearly, no no man say when they’ve been enticed to sin that it was God, but you, it’s you, all right? I want to know what’s in their heart. In fact, he wants us to know what’s in our heart, okay, if you would keep his commandments or no. Now, remember in the wilderness they had Mana, that doesn’t sound like much vengeance. They had water out of a rock that followed them wherever they went, that didn’t sound like much vengeance. Man, I’m thinking he’s going to call down fire and burn them and, you know, open up the earth and turn them, you know, I’m, man, good, great, he going to, pow. But that isn’t what he’s saying. What kind of vengeance is he talking about? Are you following me? Yes. Yeah.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 35:1-2 (NKJV)
The wilderness and the wasteland shall be glad for them, And the desert shall rejoice and blossom as the rose; It shall blossom abundantly and rejoice, Even with joy and singing. Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
— James 1:13 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 32:07Why do bad things happen, and what does Hagar’s desert show? (Genesis 16, Genesis 21, Luke 13:4-5, John 16:33)
Short answer: He says a father and mother deal with their children to teach them, and God as our Father “deals with them.” He retells Hagar, who ended up in the desert through her own choices, and says “God still intervened and met with her in that desert.” He says not everything bad is God or sin, citing the tower that fell, and that Jesus said “in the world you will have tribulations.”
▶ 32:57 Now, I know you guys understood all this, but I’m just reminding you all, you okay? Does he want us to keep his commandments? Will he deal with us to teach us to keep his commandments? Does a father and a mother deal with their children to teach them commandments, to teach him the moral laws? Yeah. If we’re good parents, we will discipline our kids. We’re not out to kill them, we’re out to instruct them and give them the best life they can have and and raised them up with moral principles. Amen. And so is God our Father. You see, is all the earth the sheep of his pasture, folks? Good or bad sheep, they’re still his sheep. You got that? And he deals with them.
▶ 33:52 All right, now that’s God bringing things to teach us. All right, but Hagar’s desert experience was her own bad choice. We all know the story of Hagar. She was Sarah’s maid, and Sarah and Abraham concocted an ideal to get an heir for Abraham, to have sex with Sarah’s maid Hagar, and then that would be the one that would inherit the birthright. Okay, so he goes in, he has sex, they, Better agreed and she agreed, and then she gets pregnant, she looks down on Sarah, she detests Sarah. Sarah don’t like being looked down on and detested, so Sarah started mistreating Hagar, treating her rough, so Hagar ran off, got out into the wilderness, and an angel comes along and says, “What you doing here?” “You made a choice back there, get back there. You get back there and you handle that choice.” So she goes back. 14 years goes by, she has the kid, the kid’s 14 years old, Ishmael, and Isaac came along, and Ishmael is mocking Isaac. Sarah didn’t like it. You don’t mess around with a woman’s kid, I tell you, man. you you You get nubs on your head to rub, and you mess around with some mother’s child, I’ll tell you. And Sarah was no different. Boy, she said, “You get that kid out of here, you get out of here, your kid has no inheritance with my kid.”
▶ 35:44 Okay. So she goes to Abraham and tells her, “Get the woman out of here and get the kid out of here.” So Abraham goes to God, and and and for these men who think they’re head of the house and the spiritual priest and women don’t know beans, God says, “Your wife is right.” Ain’t that a killer? I got to get truth from my wife? Jeez, man, I’ve been to the mountain, I, I you know, God’s talked to me, my wife, I got to learn from my wife? I’m the anointed one around here, and God said, “Yes, she is right. Ishmael has to go. Isaac is the one going to get the birthright.” And so Abraham had to give her some food, water, and turn her out, and she got out into the wilderness, the water went dry, her son’s dying. She removes herself from him so she can’t hear the cry of of the child, and an angel comes along and says, “What’s the problem?” And the angel brings water in that desert. Hallelujah. She brought the problem on herself, but God still intervened and met with her in that desert. Folks, that’s a big hallelujah. I know your people, like me, you bring deserts on yourself, don’t you? Difficulties. Yeah, yeah. But God will still come and bring the water and give you answers and you’ll make it through.
▶ 37:43 Then you got this truth: it’s not our own choice, it’s not God, and it’s not sin. Everybody thinks when bad things come they’ve done something wrong, not necessarily at all. Those 18 that the tower fell on and slew them, Jesus said, “Do you think that they were sinners above all men in Jerusalem? Nay, no, but except you repent, you shall all likewise perish.” See, it wasn’t their sin that the tower fell on The tower fell, somebody didn’t build it right. You know, you have an accident on the freeway, you know, somebody was where they shouldn’t have been, or you were texting, or you know, doing something and W paying attention, and bam, it’s not God, it’s not sin, it just happened. Hallelujah. No, doesn’t, J didn’t Jesus say, “In the world you will have tribulations and troubles”? Yeah. So don’t create any more, you’re going to have enough.
Scripture in this part
Genesis 16:6-9 (NKJV)
So Abram said to Sarai, “Indeed your maid is in your hand; do to her as you please.” And when Sarai dealt harshly with her, she fled from her presence. Now the Angel of the LORD found her by a spring of water in the wilderness, by the spring on the way to Shur. And He said, “Hagar, Sarai’s maid, where have you come from, and where are you going?” She said, “I am fleeing from the presence of my mistress Sarai.” The Angel of the LORD said to her, “Return to your mistress, and submit yourself under her hand.”
— Genesis 16:6-9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 34:45 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Genesis 21:9-19 (NKJV)
And Sarah saw the son of Hagar the Egyptian, whom she had borne to Abraham, scoffing. Therefore she said to Abraham, “Cast out this bondwoman and her son; for the son of this bondwoman shall not be heir with my son, namely with Isaac.” And the matter was very displeasing in Abraham’s sight because of his son. But God said to Abraham, “Do not let it be displeasing in your sight because of the lad or because of your bondwoman. Whatever Sarah has said to you, listen to her voice; for in Isaac your seed shall be called. Yet I will also make a nation of the son of the bondwoman, because he is your seed.” So Abraham rose early in the morning, and took bread and a skin of water; and putting it on her shoulder, he gave it and the boy to Hagar, and sent her away. Then she departed and wandered in the Wilderness of Beersheba. And the water in the skin was used up, and she placed the boy under one of the shrubs. Then she went and sat down across from him at a distance of about a bowshot; for she said to herself, “Let me not see the death of the boy.” So she sat opposite him, and lifted her voice and wept. And God heard the voice of the lad. Then the angel of God called to Hagar out of heaven, and said to her, “What ails you, Hagar? Fear not, for God has heard the voice of the lad where he is. Arise, lift up the lad and hold him with your hand, for I will make him a great nation.” Then God opened her eyes, and she saw a well of water. And she went and filled the skin with water, and gave the lad a drink.

— John 16:33 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 38:36 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What is the church’s part: who has the weak hands and feeble knees? (Isaiah 35:3-4)
Short answer: He says “Strengthen you the weak hands” is addressed to the church and that the weak hands and feeble knees belong to people who believe in distorted truths about God and his word. He says “we need to speak up” and “God loves those Gentiles, and he’s dealing with them to save them, not destroy them,” so “we got no right looking down” on anybody. He says the vengeance is on “the principalities and powers of darkness that’s deceived them.”
▶ 38:45 Now, the church’s part in this thing. We know God’s vengeance here is to bring water, rose blooming in the desert for these Gentiles. What’s the church’s part? And this church needs to get this vision right here. This message is for [unclear] here in [unclear]. Okay. “Strengthen you the weak hands.” Who’s “you”? The church. Yeah, the church, “our God,” the glory of our God, the church. “Strengthen you the weak hands.” Who’s got the weak hands? The Mormons, the Jehovah’s Witnesses, the H the uh humanists, the liberalists, the all these people, the Hindus, the Jews. They got the weak hands because they are B believ in distorted truths about God and his word. They got the weak hand. “And confirm the feeble knees.” Who has the feeble knees? The Gentiles that he is dealing with in the desert. “Say to them...” Folks, we got to speak up. And I make tracts, I do everything in the world to give you guys information to pass out to people and all this, and if you don’t like my tracts, make your own. But we need to speak up, because we can’t strengthen the feeble knees unless we speak up. But we need to know how to speak up. God loves those Gentiles, and he’s dealing with them to save them, not destroy them. Hallelujah. So we got no right looking down on the Mormons, looking down on Jehovah Witnesses, looking down on anybody. We must realize if we’ve got truth, the key to their survival is us speaking it, sharing it. Can I hear an amen?
▶ 40:57 And this is where the American church has been messed up. They’ve got us thinking we don’t have a right to speak in public places or anywhere. “Say to them of a fearful heart, be strong, fear not. Behold, you’re God will come.” Here the Gentiles, see, God’s converting them. Remember, we all the sheep of his pasture. Are the bad people still God’s sheep? Yes. Is he still their God? Yes. “God will come with vengeance.” Here it is again, vengeance. Man, that sounds like to me he’s going to, man, he going to wipe these people off face of the earth. “Even God with a recompense,” of payment, a reward for what they’ve done, “he will come and save you.” Well, if he’s going to bring vengeance and a payment for their sin, how’s he going to save them? Are you with me? Hallelujah. Because the vengeance is on the principalities and powers of darkness that’s deceived them. We wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against what? Principalities and powers, spiritual wickedness and high places. That’s who his wrath and his vengeance is coming up. That’s why their desert can blossom like a rose. God’s going to come and show them, he’s going to come and teach them, and we’ve got to speak. Hallelujah.

Isaiah 35:3-4 (NKJV)

For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.
— Ephesians 6:12 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 42:20 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does the gospel do for the Gentiles: open eyes, unstopped ears, water in the desert? (Isaiah 35:5-7)
Short answer: He says the results are that “the eyes of the blind shall be opened,” and Jesus “didn’t come to put them all in hell, he come to show them the way of life.” He says water in the Bible is the word and the Spirit, that the dragon is Satan, and that Satan comes with guilt trips when you are in difficulties, but God’s vengeance is on the deceiver. He says “God wants to bring water of the word, water of the Spirit, and deliver and save these people.”
▶ 42:52 Church, the results of saying the gospel to the Gentiles, okay, the humanist, the religionist, the results. Look at this: “Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened.” Didn’t Jesus say, “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me because he’s anointed me to open the eyes of the blind,” huh? “To set the captive free, to mend up the brokenhearted.” Yeah, he didn’t come to put them all in hell, he come to show them the way of life, and he spoke up and it happened. “The ears of the deaf shall be unstopped,” people that can’t hear because the religion has got them blocked out. Mormons refuse to read any other material, and I I get on their websites and, you they, their people not allowed to read any other material. Jehovah Witness same way, and why? Cuz they want them enclosed in their little corral. “The lame man shall leap as a hart. The tongue of the dumb shall sing. the wilderness and desert shall waters break out.” I told you there’s got to be water there for that rose, and here it is. What’s water in the Bible? The word and Spirit. Absolutely. This God knows his Bible. Here comes the Spirit of God, here comes the word of God, and it’s changing their desert into a prosperous, wonderful place. Hallelujah. wo
▶ 44:30 “The parched ground shall become a pool, and springs in the habitation of dragons.” Who’s the dragon? Satan. Revelations tells us that Satan, that old serpent, the dragon that deceived the whole world. So who is his vengeance against? Yeah. When you’re in your difficult place, boy, Satan loves to come and put you on a guilt trip, telling you it’s hopeless and everything else. He shows up when you’re in difficulties of your own, or just world difficulties, or you may be in a place where God is dealing with you, he shows up and say, “Yeah, you might as well stop being a Christian, you know, this thing doesn’t working.” It’s Satan that he’s bringing his vengeance on, because Satan is the deceiver that got you into this mess. Amen. Yeah.
▶ 45:29 So we got to look at the Mormons different, Jehovah Witness is different. We got to look at religion is different, people that, you know, believe things that we know the Bible doesn’t. Got to look at them a little different. God wants to bring water of the word, water of the Spirit, and deliver and save these people, and he’s going to do this on a global effort before Christ comes. It’s going to be a phenomenal thing, very phenomenal. Hallelujah. Isn’t that good? Don’t you think Isaiah is better than any author that we’ve read in that Christian bookstore? I tell you, he is. He’s amazing. All right, now what God in his spoken word does, in in closing, we got to get the word out, church. Somewhere we need a plan to get on the internet and get focused and get this word out. You can on the internet, we’ve tested it, you can get it out to the world. Somewhere we need to get a plan for our community to get the word of God into every home. Sitting here and getting fed every Sunday and then going home and enjoying the luxuries of life and not getting a a a desire, a a motivation to tell others is wrong. Somewhere we got to regroup, and we we got to get organized, and we got to get this word out.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 35:5-7 (NKJV)
Then the eyes of the blind shall be opened, And the ears of the deaf shall be unstopped. Then the lame shall leap like a deer, And the tongue of the dumb sing. For waters shall burst forth in the wilderness, And streams in the desert. The parched ground shall become a pool, And the thirsty land springs of water; In the habitation of jackals, where each lay, There shall be grass with reeds and rushes.
— Isaiah 35:5-7 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 43:01Luke 4:18 (NKJV)

— Luke 4:18 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 43:04 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Revelation 12:9 (NKJV)
So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
— Revelation 12:9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 44:43 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What is the highway of holiness, and why does God give everlasting joy? (Isaiah 35:8-10)
Short answer: He says a highway in the desert is “a road not only out but going somewhere,” and the redeemed are those who have been purchased by Christ’s blood. He says Satan can’t mess with them, and the redeemed shall “come to Zion with singing” and everlasting joy. He says Christians should have joy, to “rejoice and be glad” because “Jesus is touching the nations,” and the church needs a plan to get the word out, and “the cross is way bigger than knowledge of science.”
▶ 47:04 So this message just is Mountainside. If you were out there, you would want to know that there’s waters that will liberate you, deliver you. Look how powerful this is. This is so powerful. I just, and I know every time you read your Bible through that this one stops you, because it’s just so powerful, you just you just get jarred by it. “A highway shall be there, called the highway of holiness.” A highway in the desert, okay, these difficult places, a road out. Allelujah. A road not only out but going somewhere. “The unclean shall not pass over it, but the redeemed.” So these Gentiles are accepting Christ, these Gentiles are accepting the blood of Christ for forgiveness and cleansing of sin. He’s redeemed them. Redeem is you’ve been purchased. See, you’ve been purchased, you’re free from that old slave master, and you come under Jesus Christ, you repented from your sins. Unclean. “And the wayfaring men.” The walker, the drifter. Right now in America, Christianity is not growing. All we’re doing is moving from one church to another, and we usually descend. We go from a church preaching the word, that “Oh, they don’t, I don’t like that,” so we we descend to another level because they agree with what I agree with. Then there’s something though they don’t agree with, so you descend again until you get down here at a level you’re at. That’s the wanderer. And American Christians are going from one church to another, finally winding them some megachurch somewhere or TV church. They don’t even go to church. And we’re not saving souls. We’ve descended from 86% in America to 78%. We are not saving souls in America.
▶ 49:14 “The simple,” easily persuaded and enticed. There are some people that Jehovah Witness can come along and just got them just like that, because their mind is so simple, they’re easy, because they don’t have the word in them. And fools, “the fool saith in his heart, there is no God.” See, he said, “All of these three shall not err in this road and lose their way.” Wow. King Jesus has showed up. Amen. Now, “no lion shall be there.” Satan as a roaring lion seeks whom he may devour. Satan’s not allowed to mess with you, that dragon that came to that troubled time you’re in, Jesus comes and doesn’t allow the dragon to mess with you. “No ravenous beast,” no false prophets, they ain’t going to mess with them, “but the redeemed shall walk on it.” Therefore, for this reason, “the redeemed of the Lord shall return and come to Zion with singing, an everlasting joy.” How long? Everlasting. Folks, the kingdom of God is not meat or drink, but righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Ghost. Where is the Christians in America’s joy? They write and they sing songs over and over that have no joy. It blows my mind. What is the second fruit of the Spirit? Jo Joy. And why shouldn’t we be joyful? Why shouldn’t we have joy? Why should we be depressed and cast down every time something doesn’t go right, goes wrong? Let me get it right here. Hallelujah. He says he’s given us everlasting joy, where most Christians do not have joy. They get depressed, they get cast down at the lightest little thing.
▶ 51:22 The Bible says to come into his gates with depression, come into his courts with sadness? No, it doesn’t. H “I will enter his gates with the thanksgiving in my heart, I will enter his courts with praise.” Amen. See, “Make a joyful noise unto the Lord, 10% of you saints, all ye, all ye make a joyful, of where have we gone? Where’s the joy? Hallelujah. Now, if the church has got to tell these people there’s joy, there’s deliverance, how mean, know we got to, we need to experience it. Hallelujah. “This is the day the Lord hath made. I will be sad, not glad in it.” No. I will rejoice, be joyful and be glad in it. I don’t care if I don’t like my job or not, I don’t care if things are going, I’m going to rejoice and be glad because Jesus is touching the nations of the earth and I can be a mouthpiece for him and I can inherit my promises. How many you know sorrow continues to the night? We do have a period of sorrow, but how many you know the Bible says, “With joy shall you draw waters out of the wells of salvation”? Salvation itself isn’t a totally depressing thing. You know, when he set you free, it’s not a time to be depressed anymore. Amen. Amen. I’m not not picking on anybody, I’m just telling you. Isaiah.
▶ 53:20 All right. “Everlasting joy, they shall obtain.” They shall what? Obtain, possess. “Gladness and joy, and sorrow and mourning will” what? “Flee away.” See, he’s given us a garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, the oil of joy for mourning, he’s did an exchange in our life. And this is what we got to offer these people that have distorted Jesus Christ, God and his word. Hallelujah. Hallelujah. And I’m done. If you believe Isaiah this morning, and God is going to do something big before Jesus comes back, n global, worldwide, and you believe that the church has a part in this by sharing God’s word, living God’s word, we don’t have to look down on these people, we don’t have to be afraid of them. I was telling somebody the other day, I don’t have to prove the Bible to you, I don’t have to do that. I have to preach the gospel to you, and you got to decide if you’re going to accept Jesus’ forgiveness of sin, get baptizing him and inherit eternal you got to decide that. Don’t come asking me about creation and billions of years, and I don’t have to do that. I don’t have to debate with you one bit. Now, what are you going to do with Jesus? I said, what are you going to do with the fact he said all have sinned, and his blood will cleanse you from sin, and everyone will stand before the judgment and be accountable for what they say and do? What are you going to do? I don’t care where Cain’s wife come from, I don’t care how many times the rooster crowed. What I care about is what are you going to do? And that’s what the Bible says with this man Jesus. Are you going to love him and love people? Hallelujah. Now, I will debate them when they say yes or no, then they want answers, I’ll show them their false science. I do know my science. But the cross is way bigger than knowledge of science.
Scripture in this part
Isaiah 35:8-10 (NKJV)
A highway shall be there, and a road, And it shall be called the Highway of Holiness. The unclean shall not pass over it, But it shall be for others. Whoever walks the road, although a fool, Shall not go astray. No lion shall be there, Nor shall any ravenous beast go up on it; It shall not be found there. But the redeemed shall walk there, And the ransomed of the LORD shall return, And come to Zion with singing, With everlasting joy on their heads. They shall obtain joy and gladness, And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.

Short answers drawn only from what he says in this message, each with the moment in the video.
Why does he say Christ cannot come any minute?
He says Isaiah’s prophecies “has not been accomplished globally,” and that the idea that the rapture can happen any minute “is just full of baloney” because “there’s a lot of stuff that’s got to be done yet.” He adds that God can do it quickly but still has to do it.
Scripture (NKJV)Now it shall come to pass in the latter days That the mountain of the LORD’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains, And shall be exalted above the hills; And all nations shall flow to it.
— Isaiah 2:2-4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 2:40
What does he say our birthright is?
He says it is that “if we believe on the Lord Jesus Christ that God has raised him from the dead, we shall be saved,” and also “keeping the commandments.” He says bringing forth fruit suitable for repentance is “just as important as believing,” and neglecting it is neglecting our birthright.
Scripture (NKJV)that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
— Romans 10:9 (NKJV) (quoted; reference not named in the message)▶ Hear it at 5:37
Why does he expect a large harvest in the last days?
He says there are over 7 billion people now, and “billions of people in these last 100 years” beyond all who lived before, so when God says Gentiles in heaven “cannot be numbered,” he is going to manifest Himself in these last days. He says looking for Jesus to come in a minute misses the purpose of God to fill heaven with people.
What does he say about reading the Bible?
He says it is “the most precious book in the world,” yet we make time for baseball, football and soap operas and “no time to read God’s word.” He says we read other authors but can open the Bible and find out what it says.
Scripture (NKJV)“Search from the book of the LORD, and read: Not one of these shall fail; Not one shall lack her mate. For My mouth has commanded it, and His Spirit has gathered them.
— Isaiah 34:16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:16
How does he say people twist scripture?
He says putting in your own opinions is “adding to the word,” and taking verses out of the Bible is “taken away from the word.” He says if people follow us after we alter it, “we’re leading them to destruction.”
Scripture (NKJV)as also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things, in which are some things hard to understand, which untaught and unstable people twist to their own destruction, as they do also the rest of the Scriptures.
— 2 Peter 3:16 (NKJV) (quoted; reference not named in the message)▶ Hear it at 11:10
What does he say about the saying that all roads lead to the same God?
He says “they change the scriptures” and that “all roads lead to the same God” is a statement a lot of leaders make “not understanding it comes directly from” another religion, not the Bible. His view is stated as he spoke it and is not verified here.
How does he explain the Trinity?
He says Jesus is God, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Ghost, and asks “how many gods?” and answers “one.” He says “we’re not talking about three gods,” though we may use the word Trinity.
Does he say Paul wrote some things as his own opinion?
He says in 1 Corinthians Paul wrote “I write this, not the Lord,” giving his own permission, but that the rest God was telling him to write, so the writers wrote “as the Holy Spirit gave him the inspiration.”
Scripture (NKJV)But to the rest I, not the Lord, say: If any brother has a wife who does not believe, and she is willing to live with him, let him not divorce her.
— 1 Corinthians 7:12 (NKJV) (quoted; reference not named in the message)▶ Hear it at 21:24
How does he define love?
He says love is not “that fear feeling” but “that principle of doing nothing and speaking nothing to hurt others.” He says you don’t have to have vibes or feelings, “you just do it.”
Scripture (NKJV)For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not bear false witness,” “You shall not covet,” and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
— Romans 13:9-10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 23:39
Does he say our sin hurts God?
He says God is not “up on the throne worried” and that “your bad choices hurt you and they hurt others.” He says God’s plan cannot be rattled: “he knows what he’s doing, he knows where he’s going.”
Scripture (NKJV)If you sin, what do you accomplish against Him? Or, if your transgressions are multiplied, what do you do to Him? If you are righteous, what do you give Him? Or what does He receive from your hand? Your wickedness affects a man such as you, And your righteousness a son of man.
— Job 35:6-8 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 24:43
Why does he say chapter breaks do not change the subject?
He says “a chapter does not separate necessarily a subject. Chapters are put in there by man,” so Isaiah 35 continues the subject of God’s visitation on the Gentiles from Isaiah 34.
What does he say the desert is a picture of in the Bible?
He says the desert “is always referred to as a place where you get tested and humbled during life’s difficulties.” He says God led Israel 40 years in the wilderness to “know what was in their heart, not to seduce them with sin.”
Scripture (NKJV)Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone.
— James 1:13 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 32:07
Does he say every bad thing that happens is because of sin?
He says no: “it’s not our own choice, it’s not God, and it’s not sin” in every case. He cites the tower that fell, saying “it wasn’t their sin that the tower fell,” and that an accident can “just happen.”
Scripture (NKJV)Or those eighteen on whom the tower in Siloam fell and killed them, do you think that they were worse sinners than all other men who dwelt in Jerusalem? I tell you, no; but unless you repent you will all likewise perish.”
— Luke 13:4-5 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 37:56
Does he say we should look down on people of other beliefs?
He says no: “we got no right looking down on the Mormons,” or anybody. He says if we have truth, “the key to their survival is us speaking it, sharing it.”
What does he say about people moving from church to church?
He says in America “Christianity is not growing, all we’re doing is moving from one church to another,” and cites a drop from 86% to 78% saying “we are not saving souls in America.” These are his figures as spoken, without a source.
About this transcript
This transcript comes from YouTube’s automatic English captions, which supply the timing and the words. Punctuation, capitalization and paragraphing were added by hand, and obvious caption errors were corrected; his wording was not rewritten. “[unclear]” marks a word or name that was not clear. Editor note: he says “Isaiah 21:17” for “The loftiness of man shall be brought low,” which is Isaiah 2:17; “Matthew 7:28” for the Golden Rule, which is Matthew 7:12; and “Matthew 22:38” for the two great commandments, which are Matthew 22:37-40. The captions have “John chapter 212,” which matches John 21:25. His words are kept as spoken and the passages are linked. Caption garbles were corrected where the words were clear (for example “loftness” to “loftiness,” “ishmail” to “Ishmael,” “roow” to “rose,” “parts” to “parched”). Two spots are marked [unclear] (the words for whom the message is meant). His statements about Buddhism, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, Jehovah’s Witnesses and the Mormon church, about the founder of Islam, about named authors and preachers, and about church-attendance statistics are his own and are not verified here.
