What does Jesus give?
Short answer: Water that becomes a fountain springing up into everlasting life—eternal life inside you now.
▶ 23:14 You may find your seats. The kids are welcome to be dismissed. Wonderful kids. We’re going to focus right now on God’s word this is going to be a pretty short message but still very important. To be in Christ. Is what we’re talking about this morning. We have heard many times if you’ve gone to this church and been a part of this church it was be drilled in you this scripture John 17:3 this is eternal life that they may know you the only true God and Jesus Christ whom you have sent.
▶ 24:07 John 4:14 says whoever drinks of this water I give him will never thirst but the water I shall give will become a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life. And so from the scriptures and from Jesus Christ’s own mouth. We recognize. That knowing Christ is eternal life we can know Jesus today we can know him now we don’t have to wait till we die to know eternal life you can have surety in your heart like a fountain of everlasting life within yourself that you’re going to heaven that you have eternal life you can experience that in your life here on earth now. You don’t have to have doubt on whether you’re going to heaven you can have doubt on how you treated somebody but you’re not thinking oh well I broke I’m going to hell now no you you make adjustments I made a mistake beak why because you’re you know Jesus you’re around Jesus and he’s out there to correct you and help you so when you know him you’re not in a state of you know God’s far away and I don’t know where I’m gonna end up you have a well a fountain of living water.
Scripture in this part
John 4:14 (NKJV)
but whoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But the water that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing up into everlasting life.”
— John 4:14 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 24:07 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does it mean to be in Christ?
Short answer: If anyone is in Christ he is a new creation; abide in Me, or be cast out as a withered branch.
▶ 25:30 Eternal life inside of you when you know Jesus Christ amen. Just as we can know God now just as you can know eternal life now we can also become new creatures now in this life. In second Corinthians 5:17 it says if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation old things have passed away behold all things have become new. In Christ. Paul uses this term in the New Testament many times I searched it I found like over 80. I’m going to say 50 times because sometimes you know context matters but he uses this term a lot in Christ.
▶ 26:27 And since it’s the key here in this statement to becoming a new creation we want to understand what does it mean to be in Christ. It says if anyone is in Christ he is a new creation and there’s a promise with that old things have passed away all things have become new you’re made into a new person. It’s almost like the the term being born again and so we want to know what does it mean to be in Christ and this is going to be kind of repetitious to what we already know but it confirms and all of these different examples and things that God wants us to bring us to he’s using very similar methods. In me. Going back to the scriptures. John 15:5 I am the vine you are the branches he who abides in me and I in him bears much fruit for without me you can do nothing.
▶ 27:28 If anyone does not abide in me he is cast out as a branch and is withered and they gather them and throw them into the fire and they are burned now we know that the fire isn’t always hell sometimes it’s reprocessing. Right. And God has a reprocessing plan put you in the fire to get you back to get the impurities out right we learned about that. I’m not going to get into which one that is but if we we need to abide in Christ. If you’re a Christian and you have no goals to abide in Christ in Jesus you’re missing the mark big time. Jesus is the vine we are the branches if you want to grow you first got to be connected to the vine and then you need all the elements to grow.
Scripture in this part
2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)
Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
— 2 Corinthians 5:17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 26:27 (quoted; reference not named in the message)John 15:6 (NKJV)
If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned.
— John 15:6 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 27:28 (quoted; reference not named in the message)How do we abide in His love?
Short answer: By keeping His commandments—God repeats how important that is.
▶ 28:23 And you have to stick with the vine. John 15:9 as the father loved me I also have loved you abide in my love and we know that God is love amen and we know that Jesus is God that was one of our uh mottos if you guys remember that we have that on the blooms right God is love Jesus is God and so he’s saying here abide in my love and he’s saying abide in me basically same thing and to do that. If you can keep my commandments. You will abide in my love just as I have kept my father’s commandments and abide in his love he gives us an example of himself how he keeps his father’s commandments and he is abiding in the father’s love and so when we keep his commandments we’re abiding in his love so first key like we have heard many times to abide in God or to be in Christ is to keep his commandments it’s been said in other scriptures we know the scripture very well that if you love me you will keep my word so Christ is repeating himself in different areas and in different examples but this is again a confirmation.
▶ 29:51 God repeats himself of how important it is. To keep his commandments if you want to be in Christ one of the steps is to keep his commandments. Early translators of the Bible smugglers of the Bible suffered much to bring the world the Bible in the 1500s. The old and new testaments were being translated so that people could read for themselves the scriptures and they were persecuted by the church for doing that. And today we have the Bible available to most of the world I mean I’m sure it’s. It’s banned in certain places yes but the Bible still get in there and my point is we have the Bible today but we neglect to read the Bible the Bible what’s that.
Scripture in this part
John 15:9-10 (NKJV)
“As the Father loved Me, I also have loved you; abide in My love. If you keep My commandments, you will abide in My love, just as I have kept My Father’s commandments and abide in His love.
— John 15:9-10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 28:23 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does eating His flesh mean?
Short answer: Jesus is the bread from heaven; zeal for His house is His flesh—the body of Christ, a house of prayer.
▶ 30:43 The Bible is an important book and we have a lot of books today but we have forgotten the importance of the Bible. I don’t know if you guys saw a video about a guy talking about how the Bible is even more true than true it’s the precondition of truth I was like whoa. Uh I don’t sorry. Offshoot there. And he was a secular person. People were murdered to bring us the Bible God’s word and we have to understand how important it is and Christ is reminding us here to keep his commandments to abide in him. Another way to be in Christ in John 6:56 he says he who eats my flesh and drinks my blood abides in me and I in him so how do we eat his flesh or his body what does that mean we know that Jesus says I am the bread of life.
▶ 31:45 Right. What does that mean we know that the manna came down from heaven and fed the Israelites back in the Old Testament and Jesus said I am that bread and that’s all an example pointing to Jesus who is the bread of life but what is the bread of life what does it mean to eat his flesh. And for that we’re going to turn to John chapter 2 13. He found in the temple those who sold oxen and sheep and doves and money changers doing business and when he had made a whip of cords he drove them all out of the temple with the sheep and the oxen poured out the changers money overturned the tables and he said to those who sold the doves take these things away do not make my father’s house a house of merchandise and we remember this God Jesus did it twice.
▶ 32:40 When he first showed up and then later on when he was finishing his ministry he cleansed the temple twice. And so people had turned his house into his house of merchandise you know selling it that and he his his reply to all that was my house shall be called a house of prayer and he’s quoting Psalms and it says it in other places of the Old Testament my house shall be called the house of prayer and let me stop here for a moment Jesus Christ quoted many times the Old Testament we know do we know that and so when people want to tell you today that the Old Testament is not for today or they want to get rid of the Old Testament or say that it you know it doesn’t apply they’re wrong Jesus said many times from the beginning. God made the male and female he would quote the Old Testament all the time and when he’s saying my commandments he’s not just talking about the things he spoke.
▶ 33:42 In the New Testament he’s talking about the things he spoke in the Old Testament. Because he spoke them he wrote them. And he told them before Moses was I am so his commandments are not just his words in the New Testament his commandments are also in the Old Testament so the ten commandments are still part of the part of the show. Coming back to what we’re talking about here eat my flesh. So the disciples remembered it was written zeal for your house has eaten me up now who is me it’s capitalized in Psalms so it’s talking about God or Jesus.
▶ 34:41 Zeal for your house has eaten me up so we’re eating Jesus here oh man it sounds like his flesh and it’s saying what it is zeal for your house. So zeal for the house of God you know another word for zeal zeal is passion or fervor or they say it’s it’s it’s it’s more intense than anger or wrath. And I say passion because everybody’s talking about their passion today they’re passionate for this I got a passion I’m gonna go do my passion my work is my I’m gonna passionate for this I’m back if you’re a Christian do you have any passion or zeal for his house. And are you eating.
▶ 35:33 That is his flesh you know when he says eat my flesh we know it’s the other word for flesh is what the body. And we are what the body of Christ. And to eat the flesh or to have a zeal for God’s house is different than being planted. Right being planted is sticking in there hanging in there allowing yourself to grow and flourish but eating. Is partaking having a zeal for God’s house is something much more different something much more powerful and Jesus gives us the example. People committed to Christ will stay at a church to ensure or ensure at the church that it stays what it is supposed to be.
Scripture in this part
John 6:51 (NKJV)
I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world.”
— John 6:51 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 31:45 (quoted; reference not named in the message)John 2:16-17 (NKJV)
And He said to those who sold doves, “Take these things away! Do not make My Father’s house a house of merchandise!” Then His disciples remembered that it was written, “Zeal for Your house has eaten Me up.”
— John 2:16-17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 32:40 (quoted; reference not named in the message)How do people partake of His flesh?
Short answer: By investing time and resources in the house of God and not forsaking the assembling.
▶ 36:27 People invest their time they invest their resources they invest their money to make sure that the church stays a house of prayer. Not a house of uh merchandise not a house to make money not a house to abuse the people it’s a house to meet with Christ to hear his word to be changed and made a new person amen. And they refused to have it any other way like Jesus Christ. So our counsel our wisdom that we share with the body our advice our words our involvement is to support God’s house how he. Wants it.
▶ 37:22 So wherever you go to church and assemble and the scriptures remind us to assemble forsake not the assembling of yourselves even more so as you see the day approaching you need to eat his flesh. I found out about somebody I know that through another person that they were they they started going to this church and the church had an effect on them years ago and now they are going to the church and uh uh during the week and they clean up and they get it ready for when the kids can come and uh they’re you know doing the custodial stuff behind the scenes but you know in his heart he’s got a desire. That God’s you know this place I met with God here God had an impact on me and I want this to be a place where people can experience the same thing amen.
▶ 38:19 And it’s just a beautiful thing and a person didn’t know I heard about it or maybe they did but I was just that hit me you know. Their eating of the flesh they’re partaking or have a zeal and passion for God’s house it was so beautiful. Jesus or in the New Testament Paul confirms this in Ephesians chapter 5 30 and we all know the confirmations. But it says in the scriptures we are members of his body of his flesh and his bones for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife and the two shall become one flesh. And we recognize here that Jesus’s bride is the church we know this.
Scripture in this part
Hebrews 10:25 (NKJV)
not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
— Hebrews 10:25 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 37:22 (quoted; reference not named in the message)When can we be one with Christ?
Short answer: Now—not at the second coming; Paul heard, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?
▶ 39:15 And you don’t have to wait until the end you don’t have to wait till the second coming you don’t have to wait till you die to wed Jesus Christ you can wed marry him now you can become one flesh with Jesus now. You can commit to Christ now by committing yourself to his church. And so just like knowing God and becoming a new creature you can. In the last day I’m sorry at the end it says we’re gonna there’s gonna be a marriage supper of the lamb and the church is going to be married to Christ right but we don’t have to wait for that you don’t have to wait for all that we can do that now we can commit to Christ now Acts 9 chapter 4 it’s and it is here in the scriptures people in in Saul’s day committed to Christ.
▶ 40:16 And they are our examples they were one flesh with Christ they committed to Christ even before the end he fell to the ground and heard a voice saying to him Saul Saul why are you persecuting me and he said who are you Lord I am Jesus whom we are persecuting and we’re reminded with the scripture as as we know. That Jesus here is saying that the church is his flesh it’s mine you’re messing with me when you persecute the church you’re messing with Jesus. Directly and so these scriptures confirm that his flesh is the church and to eat his flesh is to have a zeal for God’s house and it is so true when you start putting God’s house is a priority in your life you start to forget about all the other issues I mean there’s issues that come.
▶ 41:17 But you know one of them isn’t. I would say depression. You’re not concerned you know you’re not. Bogged down with all these other things that the world is bogged down with when you put Jesus’s house first and you have zeal for God’s house it will affect your life it will make you a new creature a new person. Luke chapter 22 verse 20. So we know that it’s we need to eat his flesh and drink his blood. He also took the cup after supper and he said this cup is the new covenant in my blood which is shed for you. And so we know that the blood is his new covenant his new covenant says that he will put his law in our minds.
Scripture in this part
Acts 9:4 (NKJV)
Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?”
— Acts 9:4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 40:16 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Where is Jesus in the Old Testament?
Short answer: Moses’ deliverance and Joseph point to Him; unto Him shall the gathering of the people be.
▶ 45:10 Right Moses isn’t just a story about. Deliverance from Egypt it’s about deliverance from sin through Jesus Christ. Joseph he became a deliverer Jesus Christ is our deliverer. When you read these stories they’re all examples pointing to Christ Esther she is someone who petitioned the king king Jesus. Uh he wasn’t king Jesus but in the the story is pointing to Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit Mordecai and all that had happened. Points to Jesus Christ. And so God. Fulfills this scripture here we have evidence of it opening up to these two men walking on the road to emmaus and so when you drink that new covenant God will back up his word he will reveal the scriptures to you if you ask him you pray and you open up your ears and that’s through reading God’s word through going to church and hearing the message.
▶ 46:22 That where somebody’s actually teaching that stuff. I will be their God they shall be my people Genesis chapter 49 10 unto him shall the gathering of the people be it’s not unto a man it’s unto Jesus Christ we don’t come for a certain person we come for Jesus Christ Leviticus 20:26. You shall be holy to me for I am Lord am holy I have separated you from the peoples that you should be mine Jesus is calling the church unto himself he wants to be your God and you his people he wants you to belong to him and he’s not just calling the Jewish nation he’s calling his church to come out from among the world and be his amen.
▶ 47:22 And as we said at the beginning all shall know me from the least to the greatest of them says the Lord. Jesus said this he said that people would know me and know eternal life. Christ through his death. He rent the veil in two at the temple we remember that and access has been granted but just because access has been granted does not mean that you take him up on the opportunity. The axis is there you know if you’ve ever come into church and you feel God’s presence come to you that’s like the presence of God resting on the ark of the covenant if you walk in God’s presence comes and he’s touching you but you have to take the opportunity to come in God’s house to seek after him to get into the holy holy if you don’t take that opportunity you’re not going to get it.
▶ 48:33 So all shall know me or have the opportunity. If they are willing. To seek him. And God is letting you know online if you don’t see God if you don’t take opportunity to press in to his house to to where he is at seek after him he is not obligated. To come to you the axis has been granted to his people we can know him from the least to the greatest. I will forgive their sin and their iniquity and their sin I will remember no more. And so for you young people that are growing up you got to remember that Christ is there to forgive you. He is not going to hold it against you.
Scripture in this part
Genesis 49:10 (NKJV)
The scepter shall not depart from Judah, Nor a lawgiver from between his feet, Until Shiloh comes; And to Him shall be the obedience of the people.
— Genesis 49:10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 46:22 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Hebrews 8:11 (NKJV)
None of them shall teach his neighbor, and none his brother, saying, ‘Know the LORD,’ for all shall know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them.
— Hebrews 8:11 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 47:22 (quoted; reference not named in the message)What does Christ restore?
Short answer: The thief comes to steal, kill and destroy, but He gives life more abundantly.
▶ 49:26 Forgive yourself don’t hold it against yourself just get it behind you and keep moving forward. So to drink his blood. Is an action you have to put it in you and so with the new covenant. And the putting his law in your mind you’ve got to put the God’s word in you through your own time through coming to church drinking the blood is also. Seeking after him making a time where he can come to you you’ve got to come his way you’ve got to drink the blood of the new covenant. Second Corinthians 5:17 again if any man is in Christ he is a new creation behold all old things have passed away all things have become new and so we see with this car here it’s got a on the left side.
▶ 50:32 Looks tattered old but on the right side it’s been restored and Jesus Christ wants to do that for his people John 10 verse 10. Says the thief does not come except to still. To kill and to destroy. And so we have young people and those on Friday night and those this morning. And in our community out here in elsinore the thief has come to steal. To kill to steal the peace of mind that you could have to steal. To steal joy. You know everybody’s depressed. Everybody’s there their guilt they got sin they got the consequences of their sin that’s all Satan he’s come to steal.
▶ 51:31 The new word now is mental health. You know you can have I mean they’re just throwing that word around because people have all kinds of problems they keep coming up with more things to say oh I’ve got this I’ve got that I’ve got this I’ve got that so everybody can be. Inebriated inebriated all the time to address it. But that’s just the kingdom of darkness. Coming to still to kill and to what destroy. And young people are having a hard time handling daily life. They’re. They’re getting pregnant and they’re having to be parents and they can’t handle it. They’re not working.
▶ 52:24 They have no goals. Christ has come. You see when you’re in Christ that’s an old way that’s an old lifestyle when you’re in Christ it will change you and change those areas. You know when you have a priority for God’s house you start to think differently. You know what can I do how can I help out and you start having that same kind of mindset when you go out there and work and provide yourself and have an independence it affects all of who you are. As the worship team comes we’re going to take a time for prayer here this morning. Jesus says in John 10 verse 10 I have come that you may have life and that you may have it more abundantly.
▶ 53:19 Amen. And so being in Christ is having that life more abundantly and that’s what we want amen we don’t want that depression we don’t want all those things from the kingdom of darkness to take hold and and have such a great effect on our lives we want Christ and his life. And to be in Christ. He says to abide in him. And we’re reminded that we got to keep his word amen. We need to eat his flesh do we have a zeal and a commitment for God’s house. That it would stay what it is supposed to be. A house of prayer.
▶ 54:12 Not a house of merchandise. Are we willing to drink his blood and apply the new covenant to our lives. And that is to put the word into us to take opportunity that he has given us to come to him meet with him. To the tearing of the veil. Will we abide in Jesus Christ so let’s bow our heads this morning. This morning if you. Understand through the scriptures. And you want to commit yourself to keeping his commandments you want to commit yourself to. Keeping the church or have zeal for his house have zeal for the body of Christ.
Scripture in this part
John 10:10 (NKJV)
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
— John 10:10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 50:32 (quoted; reference not named in the message)How does the service close?
Short answer: Take Over, prayer for zeal for God’s house, for one another, and plans to share message clips online.
▶ 55:08 And if you want to continue to put that new covenant in you will you stand with me as we sing this song that invites Jesus to come in us. And make us that new creature. Here I am waiting. Abide in me I pray. Here I am. Longing for. Bring me to my knees.
▶ 56:08 May I know Jesus more and more. Take over. Come breathe in me. I will rise. Come live in me. All my life. Take over. Breathe in me.
▶ 57:01 I will rise. On. Eagles we. Let’s take a minute right now just where you’re at with our heads bowed and let’s lift up our voices. In prayer this house shall be called a house of prayer and let’s take time this morning to commit to him g and ask if you have a need this morning ask that God would meet that need and also. Commit to him to follow his word. To to have zeal for his house and if you don’t have those things ask God for a desire for his word ask that the Holy Spirit would come and give you a desire and give you a desire for his house for his word for his truth let’s lift up our voices together Lord God we come before you right now Jesus Lord we invite you.
▶ 58:05 Jesus Lord we need you God I pray for healing in my body Jesus Lord also pray Lord. God Lord Jesus that I would bump up my zeal for your house Lord Jesus said I would bump up zeal for the truth Jesus said I would start caring more about your people your truth Lord to keep it the way it is supposed to be kept Lord not a house Lord Jesus. Lord not a house of merchandise Lord not a house of trade not a house of dishonest trade but Lord a house for the king of kings the Lord of lords Jesus Jesus please. Lord we need we need you Jesus. Here I am waiting.
▶ 59:06 Abide in me I pray. Here I am. For you. Hide me in your love. May I know. Jesus more and more. Take over.
▶ 1:00:07 Come in me. And I will rise. Me. Take over. Come live. And I will rise. At this time we’re gonna pray for our neighbor. Wherever you’re at let’s reach your hand over to your neighbor just stretch it out and pray.
▶ 1:01:03 That Christ that they would seek to be in Christ. That they would have those old things pass away and all things become new in their life. Let’s pray for one another right now and just lift up that God would meet each other’s needs Jesus God we pray Lord Jesus we ask Lord Jesus as you come Lord you would come and touch. Lord Jesus our spirits Jesus Lord whatever need it is Lord if it’s a natural need Jesus if it’s a spiritual need God we pray Lord Jesus we ask that you would come Lord with your demonstration of power of love your truth your spirit God Lord we need you God come with your solutions like you do Lord Jesus we ask for that you will bless your people Lord as they seek after you Jesus Jesus Lord please.
▶ 1:02:06 God oh God oh God Lord please Jesus we pray Lord strengthen your people Lord Lord as they seek you as they come after you Lord God strengthen your faithful Jesus. Lord we need you. You’re my brother you’re my sister. So take me by the hand. Together we will work till he comes. There’s no foal that can defeat us when we’re walking side by side.
▶ 1:03:07 As long as there is love we will stand. Oh you’re my brother you’re my sister. So take me by the hand. Together we will work till he comes. There’s no bow that can defeat us when we’re walking side by side. As long as there is love we will stand. Fathers. We are told.
▶ 1:04:01 That the enemies of the apostles brought them before the judgment. And these enemies looked at these apostles and said we can see that they have been with Jesus. We could see that they have men with Jesus. And Lord we verify this in the Old Testament. For when you anointed David with the Holy Spirit to make him keep to lead God’s people the people the scriptures say the people could see that the Lord God was within. The people could see. But Lord most of all zachariah lifted up his voice and said when God’s people at the end time when God’s people go to the house of God.
▶ 1:04:57 Many will join with them and say can we go to the house of God with you for we see God in you oh Lord Jesus we see that in this last day of visitation you’re gonna glorify your church to such a dimension that we bring God with us to the assembly of the church and our neighbors and our relatives can see that God is with us and they will want to come and have God with them before Jesus comes it will be done. Lord make me a channel.
▶ 1:06:24 For the river of God. Oh make me a channel. For the river of God. So dig me deeply. And dig me. I wanna be a channel. For the river of God. Lord make me a channel. For the river of God. Or maybe a channel. For the river of God. So.
▶ 1:07:41 I wanna be a channel. For the river of God. I wanna be a channel. For the river of God. Hallelujah. Thank you Jesus. Somebody just lift up your voice and close in prayer this morning asking God to bless this time and the word that we’ve heard the encouragement from Christ that we would. Take hold of this. And let it affect us daily. Today would you want to pray.
▶ 1:08:43 Jesus we just thank you for the peace that comes knowing you and being in your presence Lord just be with us this week Lord. Amen. With that we’re gonna that’s the prayer for the offering. Uh since we’ve had five prayers so far we’re gonna transfer that to the offering so let’s take up the offering. Have some announcements pardon me. I was encouraged. Zeal for God’s house I want to bring up an example. I would get a call from. I got a call from mr Barnes one day. And he said michael. Uh you know it’s hard to get these messages it’s hard to um.
▶ 1:09:40 What were you telling me mr Barnes tell me. It’s uh you know he he wants to share these messages uh that we have from our library and and certain things uh that are just very good and um yes like worship and how to praise God and and uh you know it got me thinking oh wow we we need to develop that and uh it was encouraged it was you know you you take it in you know while I’m doing this and then like this okay I got it. Uh anyway so I asked uh I had somebody make a little youtube banner and I created another channel on youtube called growing on the vine and I want to start putting.
▶ 1:10:34 Excerpts from messages so what you can do is you can take youtube videos you can. Trim them right so if we have like an hour service I could trim it down to 20 minutes to a part of something I want to share right so if this all sections about just worship you can just see that part of it and you can trim it even further like in between you know if mr cancer goes off on talking about the sky and all that you know I can take all that stuff out but anyway this one this one is only like uh 19 minutes and see this is from the sermon on the mount message and he talks about who are the poor and so what you can do is you can take a snippet out or excerpt make it a question or something that is people want want to know the answer to um you know who are the poor who are the meek and I probably could say that better but what I’m saying is there are hundreds of messages.
▶ 1:11:44 And for example when we’re talking about eating the flesh right we’re talking about having a zeal for God’s house you know we have a zeal for God’s word here right and God’s message and we want to share it with people and this is an opportunity for us you know you can go back and listen to some messages. You know in your daily you know uh your week whatever you know I assume somebody listens the message sometimes. But I’m actually saying we should make this a goal I got a lot of people you know he’s going back to north carolina uh I got you know steena and blake are in texas and whoever else but we have messages online that you can review and all you have to do is give me the youtube link and tell me hey mike at this time.
▶ 1:12:39 Stamp. Uh. All right I’m trying to give you an example to make real clear and easy but I’m not doing a good job. So this is where all of our messages are right now right. Good Lord. It’s technology you know. So here is where all our we got tons of messages you can go back and there’s messages all over the place right. Let me let me get through the example real quick so say you click on and you’re listening to a message.
▶ 1:13:36 And there’s a part in this message that you want you think is very important I’m sorry this is me you don’t want that you want Kincer stuff. All you got to do is get the timestamp. Right here the youtube link at the top right there. See that. Copy that copy the youtube link cop or note down the timestamp and say hey mike. Email me and say I think this would be good to have this excerpt from this message and its own dedicated video and then put it on the growing on the buying channel and we can start advertising and we can upload these messages and uh I can even take if it’s small enough I can have it done by our guy in india he can redo it you know this video on the one I was showing you sermon on the mount mr kinser he’s got the phone in his pocket he’s like you know it might be good.
▶ 1:14:39 To get you know just overlaid with scripture and nobody there you know what I mean. It doesn’t look as professional I’m not saying anything. That’s right and he’ll do it he can do it for cheap like you know he’ll run through and just give us some images and I’ll just say yeah I’ll take that it’s better than what I got. Anyway this is how. Long term folks you guys can help continue the word the message from being shared and spread and this is just. You know it’s my thought. How we can keep the message going and reach you know youtube you hear people from other countries on youtube everybody has access to youtube.
▶ 1:15:38 And you know facebook too so we can keep this going we can take a youtube video you can post on facebook we can do all kinds of things but we want it packaged so that somebody will actually listen to it right. And it’s summarized and anyway that’s what I wanted to share I think this is very important for our future. Very important for the future of the church because we do want people in other churches to grow on the vine not our church the vine is who Christ Jesus and it’s the word that we’re sharing it’s the Revelation of God’s word it’s so important so I wanted to share that this morning. Thank you for joining us online God bless you guys trust you have a great day in God.
