▶ 0:00 Again we are continuing on Bible truths that only cons disagree with these are things that you have to be a con artist a deceiver and a liar to disagree with this is our ninth one okay there is no arguments against these Bible truths if you try to argue against these Bible truths you will never find any facts for them you will never be able to back it up these are just factual truth are you with me and this is our ninth one okay it’s a continuation of last week. Leadership now remember all these groups disagree with part of the Bible or the whole Bible they disagree with each other and they disagree internally with each other in the groups they disagree with each other and we got a big disagreement in America you agree with that yeah that’s one thing we can agree on everybody’s in disagreement.

▶ 1:45 So my people they which lead you cause you to err they which lead you destroy the way of your past the Bible says his highway is a highway of holiness righteousness truth honesty and they lead you astray in Isaiah that’s Isaiah 3:12 and in 9:16 it says lying leaders of this people destroy them I told it’s the con-artist it’s the ones that deceive and lie to get you to believe what they want you to believe and to get something from you that they want from you they lie and deceive and leaders are a source of this problem and anybody that they would disagree with that just have never read history and never read the newspaper and I write this this is a true thing so.

▶ 2:39 I’m going to make this statement secularists give motivational leadership statements and traits but they very seldom mention any requirements did you know that the constitution has no moral requirements for a president a congressman or a senator it’s not in the constitution and we got a mess up there they’re trying to say they’re leading our nation right and they aren’t even right themselves they’re immoral themselves. Are you with me and it goes right into the church you read every week about some minister or some deacon or some church member you know sexually abusing a kid or sexual adultery or still in the churches money or taking the people’s money and and and getting the money out of them you read it all the way all the time why because we got leaders and lesser leaders in the church that are not moral people.

▶ 3:45 And it should be a requirement these churches that are saying that homosexuals and transgenders and all of that can be a minister can be a pastor and all the rest that is not true are you with me. You can’t be an adulterer. You know baker and these guys you can’t be a leader if you’re going to violate the Bible principles sexual immorality and not handling the money right and so forth.

▶ 4:23 There’s requirements in leadership but they I’ve been in these seminars administrative seminar church seminars and they bring out leadership and and they give these statements secularists many times use Bible principles but they never give credit to the bots most of them don’t even know they’re in the Bible and when they give a good principle it’s in the Bible they just don’t recognize it or they don’t know it’s there see there’s nothing new under the sun they haven’t come up with anything new folks they just come up with a new way of saying it so everybody raw raw raw as they say leadership is influence nothing more nothing less and everybody go yeah yeah yeah boy I’m glad I paid $150 to come to this seminar leadership is influence nothing more nothing less yeah it is but I added it can be good or it can be bad leadership.

Mao in China Kim in North Korea Pol Pot in Cambodia Idi Amin in africa Uganda and Gaddafi and that’s just a few of them that’s just the picture I could get with some of them together and all of you if you know anything about present-day history these were cruel bad leaders weren’t they they caused the people to there it’s intelligent as the german people were they Hitler convinced them to do something stupid.

Here’s another one John the Baptist his head was cut off why because he preached the bad water baptism and repentance for the forgiveness of sin two requirements. Repentance and water baptism God will forgive you your sin and now there’s people today saying you don’t need me water baptized that is a dumbest thing I ever heard in my life Jesus Christ himself got water baptized and who are we to follow his example in that right his example not some fundamentalist it’s weird I.

Amen and someone was asking me yesterday how can I witness to the buddhist and I told him you stick with the cross you stick with the cross with anybody. You started to cross and you work up and if they say they accept Christ and and the sacrifice on the cross for this indian you start working up you’ve been baptized.

And John the Baptist his head cut off because Herod had married his brother sister his brother’s wife I’m sorry you know they met up there in Rome the was story I get and they had to go there because they were under roman rule and they had a meeting up there and and Herod. I. Forget what I read it doesn’t matter there’s all kinds of Herod’s okay hurried divorced his what he liked his brother’s wife she was probably sexy looking and beautiful and so forth and she liked his richer higher position I mean women today marry rich men.

Anyway so she divorced his brother and he divorced his wife and they got married okay so John the Baptist is out preaching bring forth fruits suitable for repentance and he uses Herod as an example and says Herod is not lawful for him to have his brother’s wife what law did he break it wasn’t a long roman law he broke the moral law. The right law God’s laws because God only gives us right law and so.

▶ 10:33 His new wife got mad and she didn’t like him out there using them as an example of not bringing forth fruit of repentance and she had him cut John the Baptist’s head off now folks we got a stick with the message that John the Baptist started with and Jesus continued. Repent be baptized and bring forth fruit or repentance that is the gospel of salvation plus nothing his blood forgives us his blood cleanses us but we’ve got to admit were wrong we got to preach the message of repentance and bringing forth fruit worthy of repentance. What’s going to save people and if they don’t like it that’s their problem take it up with Jesus take it up with God don’t take it up with me I’m just the messenger now.

▶ 11:31 Leadership is action not position not title yeah yeah. Okay but leadership is a servant action we are there to serve the people not just titles. Okay and they’re right these these things are right leaders start off as great followers that’s a Bible principle you can’t follow how’re you gonna lead. All of us are under somebody. And I write I mean just take Christ out all of us are under somebody either some boss at work or and it’s the mom and dad in the family or the husband and it goes on and on it all of us are responsible to follow somebody and if it comes down to it you better be following Christ cause everyone has a responsibility to follow Christ you notice this the wife the children in the household the husband the church everybody is directly responsible to Christ and you cannot ask anybody to do something that violates God Christ he is the top dog amen.

Here it is the boss attitude he’s being pulled by the workers the leaders attitude he’s out front saying this is the way let’s go he’s part of and that is Bible you can’t just sit back no booth and do that you got to be involved by example leaders don’t find fault they find a remedy. That’s a good one and that’s Bible it’s easy to criticize but will you. Say is there anything I can do to help solve this problem that’s a leader that is a good Christian I don’t care if you’re a leader that’s just good character and I write in. 2014 pew research center did a survey on leadership the absolute essentials for a leader and they gave these honesty intelligence.

▶ 13:47 Decisive organized compassionate innovative and ambitious all of them in the Bible plus more are not just qualities of a leader they are requirements of a leader. This is where the Bible and secular people disagree. Are you with me so husbands. Wives. Fathers mothers. Church leaders church lesser leaders church workers listen carefully because a good follower can is necessary before you ever be a good leader and so if you’re not a leader any and anywhere you got to lead yourself the individual has to be led by himself it’s right here right on the child.

So if you’re going to lead people to Christ what’s the first ingredient you yourself to have to be honest truthful. Just. Hating evil. People trying to lead people to Christ and they themself don’t even understand what the whole goal of God is is to save us from hellfire by living right amen.

▶ 15:51 Alleluia so then they got a duty rulers not only required to be just but they have a duty to punish can correct evildoers and praise and encourage good doers in the home you got to correct your children when they do that and you got to praise your children when they do God in the home you praise your husband when he does good you praise your wife when they do good and you correct things when they are wrong. Amen and if you think you’re going to be perfect and not make mistakes forget it it’s counting in God’s plan to her better than the one who in one falls what the other is there to pick him up the husband when I’m me owned up all the time he may make mistake but what the wife’s there to pick him up now opposite is true with the wife we’re there to pick him up not stomp on him.

About our nation and the voting and I said the whole problem I’m much of the problem is the church the pastors aren’t teaching the whole council of God I said well how many Americans didn’t do you know it’s even read the republican platform and a democratic platform and they just looked at me I said about one out of ten from my survey my own survey they don’t even know what they’re voting for I. Said how many Christians really read their Bible I said about one out of ten they will actually read the Bible they just fall forever what the church is doing lighting candles oh yeah and you know burning incense.

That didn’t it true you can’t trust leaders you got to feed yourself and verify that leaders telling you the whole council of God now. X6 3 choose from among you seven men of honest report there’s the honesty again full of the Holy Ghost why he convicts of righteousness sin and the judgment to come and he leads you into what all truth see he is a spirit of truth so in the church and this is full of the Holy Ghost this is not the spirit of God you get when you get saved this is what the pentecostals and charismatic has been trying to bring to this world for a hundred years.

And we quarrel about tongues is it of good no to go hey the Bible says forbid not to speak in tongues and tongues are assigned for the unbeliever why are we arguing about it why don’t we get the Holy Ghost and let it in rich our lives and change our lives and convict us of sin righteousness and the judgment to come and have a power within us to change things well that was good I. Happen to get filled with the Holy Ghost two weeks after I was saved I tell you it’s real and let me tell you you know I I happen to in tongue but I knew I was being filled way before uh smoking done the power of God came upon me the love of God came upon me something supernatural was happening to me oh.

And then they got to be people of wisdom there it is wisdom and this over this business this is just to serve tables that the church was trying to help the needy and all that passing out clothing I don’t you know all that stuff and food and somebody was being neglected so they chose seven men and they had to qualify to be a leader to go down and lead the the dispersion of this food and this clothing and these needs to the people they chose seven men deleted and headed up and get it done there was workers under them and so forth but this is requirements for them just to serve tables. We pick anybody to serve tables in America. Wisdom that is from above is what first pure there it is honesty first in rank honesty second peaceable they’re not violent you don’t force you will on people and you.

▶ 21:06 Solve the arguments that come to you and the quarrels that come to you you are a peace. Generator and a peaceful person. It’s Jesus of principes yes can you have peace in the midst of turmoil yes I can tell you stories in my own life. Easy to oh gentle gentle. Easy to be intreated in other words they yield to presented facts okay this is what we were doing. People come they present facts a leader does it well do it my way I’m the boss the leader yields and gives in to present it facts not emotions not opinions but facts.

Compassion love love and good fruits that’s back to honesty without partiality they do not put their family members above it they do not put their friends above others they do not put themselves above others they do not put rich above others or poor above others they have equal response to everyone in any level in any area of life no partiality. That’s a big one. Alleluia church want to be a good leader. You should want to be a good leader. Good Christians can change the world and without hypocrisy they don’t say one thing and do another like.

Explain to the left and came over toward the middle and they won a lot of elections they quickly shut their mouth on. These far-left issues and started coming now they didn’t change when they go to washington where they going to vote far left but they’re hypocrites they didn’t say the truth and that’s why I didn’t vote for.

▶ 23:59 Romney or mcCain or obama and those elections back there because all of them were hypocrites they were saying one thing and had a hidden agenda and I didn’t like it was upset and I told everybody I was upset give me a real leader now Trump he’s got some recruit things in him I made a but let me tell you he has changed our military we are now strong enough to defend ourselves and fight two fronts when Obama was president our military went down rock bottom and literally we were in trouble Americans who don’t read just don’t understand this stuff so I would I rather have a Trump yes because he gosh.

But he’s doing something he’s trying to stop this illegal immigration from Mexico and the people that getting killed coming in and the women are getting raped crossing those borders and no one is addressing and it’s Trump is trying to straighten it out that to me as a leader when the crowd wants to go another way and they will stand up for at least one issue that’s right that’s a leader cut up and there’s foreign affairs thing man he standing up to these nations it’s about time somebody stood up to these nation ever leader of ever nations should be doing things to protect and make their second there are people successful first. God is just a much of God of europe nations as he is American nations and God if they will follow right principle will bless those nations they don’t need America money and everything else and so every leader should be focused around the people they are serving amen it’s just common sense in the church you’re never going to be a successful church member until you love the people the people are the whole goal of the church.

We got to be decisive. Stop trying to make up your own religion jerk. Just buck up man up and let’s get the job done.

▶ 27:17 Second Samuel 24:12 I offer you King David three things choose you King David one of them famine war or plague why for your sin what you sow you’re going to reap if you think you’re gonna get away because everybody’s telling you because your faith in Christ you’re saving you’re gonna go to heaven and you’re committing adultery you’re stealing you’re lying if beating up people and all the rest no God’s gonna come and correct you and he gave David three things he usually gives for the other ones are acts of God tornadoes hurricanes earthquakes. Fires. He gave David three choices now David repented of his sin but David still had to pay the price for his sins so that the nations knew that God did not accept. Disobedience and all David did was take a census of the people wrong he broke that rule and he had to pay the price are you there.

Without plans purposes are disappointed we’re talking about organization now you got to have a gold.

Or you’re going to be disappointed things aren’t going to happen David prepared the pattern and much material to build God’s house so preparation is important plans are important goals are important where are you going with your family what do you have plans for your family five years from now ten years from now 20 years from now when they’re an adult what is your goal what is your plan what is your preparation. The church the same way and a nation the same way second time with twenty twenty three leader the king made leaders over the army over records over texas historians bodyguards priests and princes this is called the ladder of leadership okay let’s just take the army okay they got four hundred thousand in the military is four hundred thousand soldiers going to report in to the king every day to find out what their job is it’s.

▶ 30:20 It’s impossible so he pointed what leaders over the army so he starts with the private the book private he puts a sergeant over them maybe ten the sergeant job is to follow the chain of the ladder of leadership down and get those soldiers the way that they’re supposed to be I don’t know the military I’m just giving you a scenario ok sergeants over ten then they put a lieutenant over 10 of them. So they’re sergeants can go to the lieutenant if they got a problem they can’t solve and then they put a captain over a hundred of them.

▶ 31:07 So that the lieutenant can’t solve them and a sergeant can solve them the sergeant and lieutenant can go to the captain to see if we can solve this if the captain can solve it then they’re gonna say you go to the general the generous over the whole battalion a thousand you know and all the lieutenant’s and all the sergeants and all the captains under it he usually has an answer and then they go back down to the chain and it gets back down to the private first class what to do got it and then there is the general over every one of them that in ward devises the plans how to destroy the enemy the planners of the whole thing that’s how the latter of leadership works. And when the privates start deciding things on their own we got problems when the sergeants start deciding things on their own we got problems and that’s why when you do that you’re fired and you go to prison for a while and if you’re in battle and you run they shoot you.

▶ 32:19 I’m all right why because the soldiers are the goal they’ve got to be protected they got to be defended and of you leave your poles and you cause a problem you got to be dealt with because harm is going to come to these soldiers. That makes sense and I could go that with all of these you know you can’t get to collect taxes you got to have people collecting you got to have leaders making sure and you got to have leaders over them making sure that the taxes are honest and everything and records are kept and so forth I know so many churches that are organized out of a shoebox. They just throw things into a shoebox no order no nothing they can’t tell you anything about anything. That’s not Christian leadership is it no.

▶ 33:17 Love don’ts no harm here’s the compassionate to others thus love fulfills the law love never quits love what never quits. You work with that marriage you don’t quit you don’t run unless there’s violence it can’t be corrected unless there’s sexual immorality where venereal diseases are going to come in and so forth yes but little teddy preferences and opinions you got to work with and put up with one another and keep that marriage together couldn’t that be an amen in the church why we have church hopping because they don’t do things that I agree with or or so on so looks at me weird or strange or they never visit me when I was sick or you know a good God. Buck up make it your responsibility to deal with things deal with yourself could that be an amen if you don’t think the church is friendly enough go in there and be friendly and show them how it’s done is that a good solution remember leaders don’t find fault they find remedies you want a friend go make friends don’t say nobody. Grow up. And I can go on and on and on and so we go from church to church till we’re offended and they hurt our little personal feelings or opinion and then we go to the next one and we plead the cause oh things are tough that shirt so why don’t you buck up and change the check.

▶ 35:09 Why are you there in the first place God sits in the body as he sees fit did God really put you. Did he place you in nature did he give you a love for the people there that’s the first thing you’re gonna have to love the people. Are you hearing me touch. Me you don’t love the people you don’t have to show up you don’t have to be on time just do your thing you don’t care you don’t care if you’re a bad example there whatever. Show your disagreements and disrupt meister everybody but when you love the people you won’t do that you’ll become a solution to the people not fault finding.

It doesn’t keep a record of wrongs when you forgive you forget. See that’s look this is God’s love secular love is different. Its patient with yourself and with others it is no bad behavior.

▶ 36:40 No rudeness no bad behavior you’re not proud you’re not easily angered you’re can you don’t even consider evil you side with the truth you don’t need to discuss evil you side with what the truth and you bear all the responsibilities God gives you you endure all the attacks and all the defamation and all the blame the people’s gonna throw at you you just in do it that’s part of patience you hope you expect your family to be successful because you have the goals and you made the prayer you expect it to be successful you expect the church to be successful you expect your Christian walk to be successful that’s what hope is it’s expectation and the Bible says we’re saved by hope and hardly anybody uses that verse they just used John 3:16 John 3:16 John 3:16 and the Bible plainly we are saved by hope we expect God to do what he said he would do a man.

▶ 37:40 Then that gives you energy things may look bleak but you expect God to get you through this thing and they believe all things that they’re supposed to believe and that’s all good things. Okay remember people are the goal not leaders. If you love the fork you won’t leave them if you love the family you won’t leave them for any little thing. If you love the church you won’t leave them Paul. Had a personal encounter with Jesus Christ on the road to damascus were hearing a voice he was called to the third heaven and shown things at rest of us haven’t even got a idea that happened then you find Paul down in the church of Antioch a guy that heard the voice of Jesus he blindness was healed he had a healing testimony he had a visual light and a audible encounter with Jesus personally wow what a testimony and then his eyes were open and he was healed.

▶ 38:54 Okay and he was called up to the third heaven this is all before he started preaching preparation time preparation time now here he is in the church of Antioch and you don’t find the scripture saying Paul down there head I was called to the third heaven my eyes were healed man I heard of Jesus’s voice personally and I saw his bright light I’m the one to follow I’m the real leader here but here Paul knew who he was and he knew who was in charge and he’s down there at Antioch just praying and seeking God with the rest of the church and then the Holy Ghost spoke through the prophets at the and said separate me Paul.

▶ 39:48 And a companion for the work that I’ve called them now it’s the time I’ve visited him and I told him what I was gonna do now I’m gonna do it Paul was not down there trying to get raise money for his missionary trips for his ministry or anything he was down there worshiping and serving God with the rest of the people the Bible says that wolves will come in and acts to destroy the flock and the Bible says that people will come in and distort the truth to get you to follow them. See Paul said it’s coming and we got a lot of that going on in the church world in America and it’s the sheep have got to get knowledge of this so we can counteract this is that a good amen now.

▶ 40:46 You know innovative Jacob took rods of poplar hazel and chestnut trees and laid them before unfairly banned sheep and they conceived spotted lambs Laban had treated him unfairly changes wages ten times and so. Jacob through God come up with this idea of laying these rods before the sheep and tellman Laban all the weak sheep the spotted ones the the unhealthy ones every mind for pay and all the sun speckled and unspotted sheep and unsick lessee will be yours Laban says great deal because he had a great healthy fault well few years goes by and all of a sudden Jacob has thousands of spotted speckled and blemished sheep over here and Laban has a few healthy one you see that was innovation.

No that’s supernatural stuff folks but I pointed out you got to be innovative you got to think outside the normal thinking. That an amen. And last but not least. This is my conclusion. You got to be ambitious first Kings 11:28 Jeroboam was industrious mighty man of valor and Solomon made him a ruler why because he saw rulership qualities was in him that people see something in you then they will promote you they will speak good of you.

▶ 42:49 When you are industrious you got a heart for things and you an industrious person is a diligent worker a hard worker and a profitable worker they’re not just doing things that what they do brings results and so. Solomon saw this and made him a ruler and if you want to be a leader anywhere you got to show it by being a good follower you. Got to show that you are a leader down there in the lower ranks and Jeroboam was a warrior he was a warrior he was a soldier he could fight in Titus two three and this is an example to all of us not to women only so please listen and closing as my musicians come this is the conclusion of the whole matter.

▶ 43:48 Older women and in the Greek women means wife or women females okay older women which is wife’s older wives because the Bible is going to ask these older women to do something for the younger women and he’s asked a nun to be a good wife okay and so it has to be older wise he didn’t say apostles he didn’t say pastors he didn’t say evangelist he said older women who are successful and running the home. Following the principles of God come and teach the younger women not the apostle not the husband you. Husband’s ought to know now you try to teach your wife something you get smacked over the head with a rolling pin.

They didn’t invite apostle Paul to come in and teach these younger women they invited the successful older wives that we’re following the principles to come in and do this this works for any area of leadership these things are not just for women you got it. So let’s watch this. Train the younger women and that can be wives or women that aren’t married yet they still need training don’t they yes and trained by who. Older successful wise proven. Okay.
