We want an authentic God and to be authentic people. The message covers five areas: genuine parenting with discipline and example, no favoritism by ethnicity or skin color, God’s design of male and female and marriage, diligent work and study, and real Christianity that grows over time. The service closes with communion and prayer.

What is the real deal?

▶ Watch this part (0:14)

Short answer: The real McCoy, the genuine article: we want to worship an authentic God, not a counterfeit.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 0:14 We’re going to be sharing about the real deal this morning the real McCoy the genuine article the true blue all the other idioms you can think of or uh they’re called idioms and something else the real deal. The true blue real McCoy genuine article. Amen I trust on your screen you can tell the difference between fool’s gold and real gold I know somebody in here. Does uh the crystall. Like the crystall likee structure uh. Is the fool is gold and the gold looks like more like a rock of course these are just pictures so they’re both fake right. Um.

How do you spot a counterfeit?

▶ Watch this part (1:07)

Short answer: Like marking $20 bills at the gas station; there are many gods, but Jesus Christ is authentic, and he has wanted to keep meeting Him since he was 12.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 1:07 Sorry look like I got. Disconnected a counterfeit when I used to work at the gas station the bills would come in that were $20 or more we’d pull out the black marker and we’d mark it and if it turned you know I don’t know if anybody’s done this before yes you know if it turns the brown you know that’s good if it stays black that’s no get and a counterfeit is a fake imitation of something often created with intention to deceive or defraud others and we don’t want to be counterfeit Christians we don’t want to be Christians in name. Only we have uh Lord shiva on the left on your left zeus.

▶ 2:00 Anubis and a buddhist God I don’t know the name of that one but we also want an authentic God. Amen we want to worship an authentic God a genuine God the real McCoy the real deal the genuine article true blue God and he was here this morning and that has been my goal since and I was 12 years old and met the true blue real genuine article Jesus Christ I wanted to keep meeting him and keep hearing what he had to say and I trust this morning we all have that same goal you don’t want to just serve a God who is fake who has nothing to offer you and who is far away and has no impact on your life Jesus Christ God and the Holy Spirit are authentic they’re more authentic than anything in this world and we need to serve our authentic genuine.

Where should we be genuine?

▶ Watch this part (2:58)

Short answer: In parenting, ethnicity, as male and female, in work, and as Christians.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 2:58 God we need to be authentic people children authentic children growing up and uh having to live under your parents you want to be an authentic kid a genuine. Kid husbands and wives you want to be in gen you want to be genuine with each other fathers and mothers we need the real deal this country needs the real. Deal we need the real m boy Ephesians 4:25 therefore each of you must put off falsehood and speak truthfully to his neighbor for we are all members of one body it is important that in our lives we make this a priority that we put off the fraudulent the counterfeit the uh.

▶ 3:53 Falsehoods the lies. We want to do this in five areas in parenting as the ethnic group that you’re in you want to be genuine you want to be real as a male and female you want to be real in your work as a worker and as a Christian and being a Christian should affect all of these other areas right and in a good way as a Christian if you are serving God and it doesn’t affect those four areas you need to re-evaluate where you are at with Jesus Christ if you’re just believing in God and it has no effect on being a better father being a better spouse being a better worker being a better parent then you need to re-evaluate.

What are people being robbed of?

▶ Watch this part (4:58)

Short answer: From youth-group years: children robbed of good homes, of life through abortion, of their sex through gender change; the kingdom is robbed by the thief.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 4:58 Again. For several years here in elenor uh was involved in the youth group and we experienced and saw. Families and uh children that were robbed robbed of a good home robbed of good parents and even in our country today their lives they’re robbed of their life meaning they’re aborted before they even can come into the world. And children are not being given they’re being robbed of a good home they should be given to good parents a father and a mother and they’re not being given that they should be given a good home or the you know father works and takes care of they’re not being given that homes and mothers and fathers are being encouraged to hurt their family.

▶ 5:57 Fathers are being encouraged to abandon their children because we have a very selfish mentality in America am I am I is this wrong I believe I think this is true the world is being robbed of impartiality there is a lot of favoritism going. On with in regards to your ethnic group men and women are being robbed of good spouses and parents if you do get past uh be you know abortion not being aborted then as you grow up you got people that are influencing you to change your gender your sex they’re being they’re influencing you to take pills that will alter your chemistry and uh you know you come into the world and and we want to be the real genuine article God has made us he made us we are genuinely made male or female we are not artificial and then we come in and we make artificial.

▶ 7:11 Changes and people grow up and they’re looking for a good spouse and where are they well they all changed over to a different they they messed up. Themselves employers and businesses are being robbed of good of a good labor force when we. Do not commit to working. Hard during covid people were being paid to stay home and to do nothing as opposed to work and there are 11 open 11 million open positions in America right now and America is having trouble filling those positions because we do do not have the skill and uh as workers we want to rise to that.

▶ 8:07 Calling the kingdom is being robbed of Christ’s inheritance by Satan Satan the thief is come to steal kill and destroy but Christ has come that you may have life if your doctrines and your teachings are not bringing you to repentance and to move on to maturity you have a problem in your christianity and so Satan wants to rob people of those things he wants to rob you of moving forward and becoming complete and mature as was uttered today in your relationship with. Christ and to combat the robbing we want to be the real deal the genuine article no matter what has happened to you up to this point no matter what has come in your life maybe you took the the the hor hormones when you were younger and maybe you had surgeries done right now you can still make a choice to go back to being genuine before your God to being genuine for.

What does Scripture say to parents?

▶ Watch this part (9:13)

Short answer: Discipline your children and they will give you peace; children obey your parents; but don’t provoke your kids.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 9:13 Christ to live for him to speak his word to trust in his word parents in Proverbs 29:17 it says discipline your children and they will give you peace I saw this growing up I saw parents that wouldn’t correct their children and they would just they would put their hands on their heads oh. Gosh and their kids would yell and scream and they terrorize other kids and they. Just and uh at some point in my life I read this scripture and I was like hey you know that makes sense and uh when I read the scripture on this one another version says correct your children you know it’s okay to correct your children it’s okay to discipline your kids you know we don’t need to go overboard but they need to know hey. No um if you can you want to add slow to anger to your ability okay you want to have a you don’t want to escalate to level 10 right away if your kid goes crazy you don’t need to escalate level.

▶ 10:21 10 you know you start level one level two level three you know you you start okay okay we’re not going to do this we’re not going to act this. Way Ephesians chapter 6 verse 1 children obey your parents in the Lord for this is right it’s important for us uh children when I was growing up I had a responsibility to obey my parents in the Lord if they asked me to sell drugs is that in the Lord no that would be not right of course you know if you’re in that life and you never know that that’s wrong somewhere you got somewhere you’re going to hear that it’s wrong and you got to respond to that honor your father and mother that’s the fifth commandment of the ten commandments very important that you honor your father and mother it’s important that you have a respectful.

▶ 11:16 Um I mean young people today have a hard time with respect they have hard time in our society with respecting adults because they’re not taught it by parents good parents you know I had I had good men in my life you know I had a military man in my life I had a pastor in my life and I had a good father in my life and everybody was different but the military man would say when you say when you talk to a lady you say yes ma’am and when you talk to man you say yes. Sir and so you know you you get taught s certain things and you develop respect and and kindness and and how to handle it’s important to uh to listen the Bible also says that you know you can teach a wise person because they’ll listen but a fool is going to reject your instruction don’t be a fool okay be a wise person that accepts that fathers do not provoke your children unless they become discouraged now the children are always going to quote this to you cuz they don’t they’re don’t provoke.

▶ 12:33 Me you know the the point is that that there’s a balance on both sides you need to correct your children but at you we don’t provoke our kids uh driving them crazy we can’t treat our kids like slaves in the home right you know there’s a there’s a balance we also need to love I heard somebody say with high discipline comes high love you know if you’re going to discipline your kids you got to make sure you love them too Psalms 103:13 a father has compassion on his children amen our father has had compassion on us we need to have compassion on our kids we once were like that kid and we acted that way uh when I take my kids over to see my brother my brother looks at my son and he says you are just like. That it it’s funny it’s.

Are children a gift?

▶ Watch this part (13:27)

Short answer: Yes; ask a mother who can’t have kids. Lead a blameless life, because your children are watching.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 13:27 Funny hallelujah. Behold children are a gift of the Lord if you don’t think children are a gift if you think they’re just the bane of your existence and you’re raising your kids ask ask a mother who can’t have her own kids if they’re a gift ask someone who can’t have children if they’re a gift and they will tell you they are a gift the fruit of the womb is a reward Deuteronomy chapter 6 the these commandments that I give you today are to be on your hearts impress them on your children children talk about them when you sit at home when you walk along the road when you lie down and when you get up it was op pressed upon me as a kid growing up that we sit down and eat dinner you know we all sit together as a family the meal is ready it’s dinner time so I still do that with my kids today when I make dinner you say okay dinner time sit down and when you when you go on alexa and you say alexa announce it’s dinner time she does some special thing and rings a bell and it’s funny uh but it’s important when you sit at home uh when we sit at the table there the ten commandments are posted I don’t know if anybody’s reading them there but they’re there and there can be a topic of conversation they’re on our hearts it’s it’s important for parents to impress them on their children make it a priority this is you know I post it because hey this is what we’re living by this is what we’re following here

▶ 14:58 okay this is what we’re going to listen to and um and I’m not saying that I’ve got it all figured out I’m just saying you know the rubber meets the road this is this is what you can do Proverbs 20:7 the righteous lead blameless lives and bless are their children after them it’s important for us parents to lead our children to be an example lead blameless lives that means your children are watching watching.

▶ 15:30 You and maybe you’re not leading a blameless life right now but you can change that today you can be a better example for your children today and your children are watching you uh the famous singer of MercyMe his father he gives his his uh testimony all the time about his father how he was a horrible man he was a drunk and Jesus came changed that his father’s life and he he said that was so impactful to me I don’t know if you guys have heard that story but this is this is exactly what it’s talking about lead a blameless life your children after you are going to see that and respond to it very important 1 Timothy chapter 4:12 let no one despise your youth but be an example it’s important for us Christians to be an example it’s important for us parents mothers and fathers to be an example in word the way we talk are we always always complaining are we always speaking harmful words are we speaking good words grateful words thankful words in conduct the way we act with our temper our behavior the things we put into us uh drugs alcohol all that stuff sexual immorality in love in spirit in faith and imp purity we want to impress these things on our children.

Does God favor an ethnic group?

▶ Watch this part (17:01)

Short answer: No; Peter learned with Cornelius that God accepts from every nation whoever fears Him. A group in Riverside told him they were the favored people.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 17:01 Amen regards to our ethnicity our race there is no favoritism with God if you remember the story about Cornelius and Peter how Peter came and uh he shows up and he’s like you know I am not supposed to be here right now uh I normally I don’t come to Gentiles houses this is against the law that I follow and uh but Peter had a vision that God gave him and he came to the understanding in acts chap 10:34 I now realize how true it is that God does not show favoritism does not show partiality he’s not partial he’s not partial to me because I’m a Jew you know even today people think oh they’re so special there everybody’s.

▶ 17:54 Special no no he shows no favoritism I still remember the the time where I was we were down in Riverside and we’re walking by and we start talking to this group and they’re like oh man we’re the favored people you’re going to be under our feet under our shoe and I’m standing there like oh okay great uh do should I follow that should I get on the bandwagon here wait let me start serving you now where’s where’s the shoe shine kit let me get on the ground and I’ll start bow am I supposed to bow to you supposed to b of God I’m I’m. Confused shows no favoritism but accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is. Right in your life you may see yourself as someone you know.

▶ 18:51 Who’s you know very low in God’s eyes but these scriptures are expressing to you that if you simply show God that you respect and honor him and don’t want to offend him and that you are willing to do what is right that he’s going to look on you just the same as everyone else just the same as the pastor in the church just the same as some mighty man of God that you saw he’ll look at you you doing what is right is just as powerful as what some other great person of God is doing amen thank God you can have a history in a past that was all bad but when you change and you start repenting and you start heading toward God he who looks on you the same.

▶ 19:48 He has made from one blood every nation of men to dwell on the face of the earth there is neither Jew nor Gentile nor slave nor free ne there nor is there male or female you are all what one in Christ. Jesus we also need to understand that our race does not make us special we have a lot of talk like that going in on in our country that people special above somebody else and God doesn’t see things that way God looks at you and he sees your spirit and he sees your behavior whether or not you’re following his word and he sees your spirit and your spirit has no. Color your spirit has no.

Does God care about skin color?

▶ Watch this part (20:41)

Short answer: No; He made you with that skin color, and it has nothing to do with your character.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 20:41 Color and he doesn’t care where you what color color your skin you know why because he made every one of us and he made you with that skin color he made you that way that has nothing to do with. Your character your response and your humility to. Him Matthew chapter. 19:4 male and female haven’t you read he replied that at the beginning the creator made them male and female so this right here says a lot in it haven’t you read first of all Jesus is saying hey you need to read the Old Testament.

What does Creation teach about male and female?

▶ Watch this part (21:36)

Short answer: He made them male and female; marriage illustrates Christ and the church. He calls surgical changes a counterfeit that robs people.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 21:36 Hello secondly he’s saying at the beginning the creator was there another hello and then thirdly he made he created another. Hello all of these these three things right here they clash with what we’re being taught. Today. And the next one definitely clashes made them male and female. Binary. Two Genesis 2:8 the Lord God said it is not good for man to be alone I will make a helper suitable for him so when you look at God’s reasoning his story behind it all he’s making helper suitable for him and when you look at the spiritual understanding and the reason why God set up the marriage it’s all an illustration of Christ and the church it’s important to remember that that God set up this whole world as an illustration for us to understand what he is after can you imagine getting married going on your honeymoon and you find out that the other person has the same equipment as you do you got ripped off you got.

▶ 23:00 Robbed you didn’t get the real thing you got a counterfeit people can have their sexual organs removed today but the replacement doesn’t work like the real thing their surgical addition does not have any sperm in it the hole doesn’t have any eggs in it it’s just an artificial change it’s not genuine it’s not real and and we want to be real everything else in this world we want real right and we’re making all these artificial. Changes and we’re trying to say oh this is what people need this is what people we got to support people in there just. No what happened to having the real thing and having a genuine.

Are men and women independent?

▶ Watch this part (23:56)

Short answer: Neither is independent of the other in the Lord; everything comes from God.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 23:56 Thing we’re getting ripped off you’re getting robbed you’re getting taught something that will hurt you and affect you for the rest of your life and the Lord however woman is not independent of man nor is man independent of woman of a woman as woman came from man so also man is born of woman but everything comes from God so we got another conversation oh I don’t need man in my life the man say oh I don’t need a woman in my life I’m fine without women I don’t need a woman and the woman I don’t need a man we don’t need men in society who who needs a man that’s another conversation going on right but this scripture is saying you’re not independent of man and your men you’re not independent of women.

▶ 24:50 Everything comes from God it all comes from God remember this whole setup is from God all right having a family this whole family setup and marriage setup mean sometimes you ask yourself God why does this why did you set this up you know this doesn’t. Work I can’t stand. It but uh when it works and when it’s good and pure it’s powerful it’s a good thing and it’s a good setup and that’s that’s why it’s so important for Christians we want to be a light to the world we want to be an example you know in our marriages we want to be an example to the world the Devil’s trying to destroy Christians marriages he’s trying to destroy Christian families but we want the real genuine.

▶ 25:49 Thing it’s very important you want a genuine home for your children you want the real home for your children we want that to become the normal thing you know growing up I found out my home you know may have been normal 30 50 years ago but now it’s not normal to have mom and dad to be taught from the Bible all this stuff no you got to pay extra for that. Now. Right you don’t just get that for free or not. Free it’s not part of the basic package we want it part of the basic. Package uh that’s what we should have a good home good parents being taught right that should be the basic package in America you shouldn’t have to pay a premium for all.

▶ Watch this part (26:49)

Short answer: Wives submit to your husbands as to the Lord; husbands love your wives as Christ loved the church.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 26:49 That Ephesians chapter 5:22 wives submit yourself to your own husbands as you do to the Lord husbands love your wives just as Christ loved the church and gave himself up for her in your marriage when you love each other when one is uh when you’re humbl toward each other you love each other you’re going to have a good marriage when you can work with one another it it works really well and it’s just like our relationship with Christ God shows us love and we need to show love back okay when you don’t respect God back you don’t submit to God back you’re you’re rejecting him and you’re causing a tear in your relationship with Christ just like people cause tears in their relationship with one another in.

▶ 33:12 1 Timothy chapter 5:14 I counsel younger widows to marry to have children to manage their homes to give the enemy no opportunity for slander I was looking up a picture for mother working and every picture I saw was like a mother in a business suit and she’s with the baby and she’s on her laptop she’s working from home you know and I was like okay well what about everything else that has to get done or or you know not I don’t need a mother who has a job I just somebody who’s working at the house you know you know everybody has a you know the guy’s the guy’s building uh he’s in doing construction mom’s home she’s taking care of the kids you know everybody has a job to do can I get a picture a regular is can I get a a normal picture that no that’s not the normal anymore no the mom’s doing everything she’s holding the baby she’s working a job making money and she’s cooking I mean my goodness.

▶ 34:12 If you want to live in Orange County both people have to work you got to have a huge salary to pay for one one person just pays for the mortgage of the home that you’re living it um. Proverbs 14:1 the wise woman builds her house but with her own hands the foolish tears down her house it’s important for us to build our house same with the men should be coming home uh you know be a team work together get the goals done get all the work that has to get done together be a team and if you’re not getting a team you know take whatever you can get I mean. You it’s not going to be 50/50 all the time all right but work with what you got uh rise up a little higher men rise up a little higher women come let’s let’s work together let’s get the job done amen you know what I’m saying I hope but don’t don’t don’t do a a negative 50% where you tear it down you know you need to tear down your children tear down your husband tear down make life difficult my goodness let’s add to each other let’s be a team not drive each other nuts well that’s going to.

What did Daniel and his friends show?

▶ Watch this part (35:38)

Short answer: Study to show yourself approved; captives without parents, they dedicated themselves to learning. Set goals and work hard.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 35:38 Happen that’s that happens study to show yourself approved unto God a workman that needed not to be ashamed 2 Timothy 2:15 Daniel chapter 13 have an example this morning Daniel and his three friends dedicated themselves to to studying and learning the language and literature of the babylonians and as a result they were found to be 10 times better than all the magicians and enchanters in the kingdom young people speaking to you right now there are 11 million jobs as I said earlier positions open and American companies are looking for people to fill those jobs you can study you can learn in this country and you can fill one of those important positions but you got to do some work you got to pick yourself up no matter what has happened in your life you got to pick yourself up set a goal and start taking the steps to reach that.

▶ 36:39 Goal when I was a teenager I really was done with school I was done with all the theoretical I was done with all the definitions and learning memorizing stuff I wanted I wanted I wanted the the the rubber to meet the road okay I wanted to actually do something you know when I would work on stuff with mr barnes or my dad it was like okay I’m doing something but uh when in school it was just like to me it was just like all in my head ah by my fifth or fourth year of college I was like is this over. Yet but the point is I stuck with it and sometimes it be painful you got to stick with it because the goal isn’t uh to like everything you do the goal is to uh do the things necessary to reach where you’re headed okay.

▶ 37:41 The are the companies are looking for a degree so what you get a degree and then you take that to them say I got a degree now you going to hire me yes here you are job done now you get on the job what’s the next thing you got to do you got to work hard you got to show up on time if not early I remember I was early I was on time I was there at 7:30 in the morning I was supposed to be there at 8:30 or 9: I don’t remember I was there early and I was typing away I used everything I learned from college to help me and I was I built programmed things and uh took notes when when my leader was talking with me showing me things I was paying attention and uh even the little task I look back on you know what I know now and what I didn’t know then and it was a little task but I did it with all my heart and I did it you know as fast and as efficient as I.

▶ 38:38 Could you got to have that attitude amen young people don’t don’t let anything stop you get reach your goal set a goal and reach it you know when I was 12 years old I had no idea what it was I had no what idea what it entailed but I pointed at the job and I said okay I’m going to do that and I set a goal to reach you know what happens when you set a goal and you work toward it you you reach. It and so I got some young people in the room I want to encourage you please please set some goals in your life start now I was 12 years old if you’re past 12 it’s not too early to start thinking about your future it’s not too early to set a goal you you need to think about these very important natural.

▶ 39:34 Things and these these men okay going back to Daniel and his three friends they had come from Israel and they were they were they were captives they didn’t have their parents anymore they didn’t have uh they they were basically slaves. They had to work for the king so if we have excuses let’s get rid of the excuses these guys did it they just purposed in their heart okay I’m going to I’m going to achieve I’m going to overcome you can do it you can do it no matter what’s going on around you you can do. It Daniel and his three friends did it even in Babylon even with their parents gone as orphans they were able to do it it’s very important as Christians Exodus 20:7 you shall not take the name of the Lord your God in vain for the Lord will not hold him guiltless who takes his name in vain that is one of the ten commandments and it has some meanings one of the meanings is that you take on the name.

What is a real Christian?

▶ Watch this part (40:57)

Short answer: Someone who is like Christ; God accepts you at any stage of growth, like a tree, but don’t replace His word with a pep talk.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 40:57 Of God you say I’m a Christian you’re taking on the name of Christ right but then you don’t do what a Christian is supposed to do a Christian is someone who’s like Christ you have no intention of following Christ you have no intention of living like Christ you have no intention of speaking and growing into that that is taking on his name in vain not everyone who says to me Lord Lord will enter the kingdom of heaven but only the one who does the will of the father who is in heaven so we have an a choice we have to make that right choice to do God’s will you can’t just say I’m a Christian I believe in God but I’m going to reject his will I’m going to reject his word I’m not going to listen to it as we heard this. Morning following his word is very important when you want to.

▶ 41:51 Uh being a Christian is like being a tree and God accept accepts you in any stage that you’re in if you’re a sprout coming out of the ground he accepts you if you’re a a yearling tree with you know skinny I can put my hands around you and break you you’re still in his in the right place with God you’re accepted if you’re a mature tree you’re accepted at every stage but keep growing when you try to uproot yourself when you try to reject the light that is shining on you that you need when you try to reject the water when you try to reject his soil okay we can do this by replacing his presence with music and with people when we go to God’s house and we’re not interested in touching the man the real God we’re just interested in being around our friends just interested in uh the music you know are they playing the music that touches my emotions hey no is God coming is he in the music very important.

What does bearing your cross involve?

▶ Watch this part (43:02)

Short answer: Choices; we’re not super Christians on day one, and deliverance can take time.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Unidentified speaker (not clearly Pastor Kincer)

▶ 43:02 And we can replace his word with our own positive words or or we can replace his word with a pep talk or inspirational talk that is not scriptural so it’s very important that we keep in his light keep growing and uh stay in his process. Luke 9 verse 23 he said to them all whoever wants to be my disciple must deny themselves take up their cross and follow. Me we will have to deny you’re going to have to deny yourself the pleasure of sin you’re going to have to take up a cross of responsibility as a young person you have a responsibility like I was talking about earlier to set a goal in your life to work at that goal no matter you know if it takes years it’s it’s it’s it can be tough but you can do it it’s a cross to bear you have a responsibility for your behavior your actions what comes out of your mouth you have a responsibility for the the interactions you’re having with the opposite sex your desires your treatment of the communion you have a responsibility it’s a cross.

▶ 44:26 And you have to make. Choices we’re. Not super Christians on day one so bearing your cross it may take time for God to come and to deliver you from something you need deliverance in maybe you have a problem with your tongue maybe you have a problem with the opposite sex maybe you have a problem with uh. Substances you’re going to need God to come and deliver. You and you got to keep bearing that cross that weight and asking God to remove it God I need your help with this today it’s not going to happen right away some things don’t happen right away but you got to keep moving forward keep bearing your cross and it’ll get lighter and lighter and lighter.

Darkness so in our singing and in our worship in our speaking and learning the word we must take those words we must let Jesus shine his light through his spirit into the depths of our soul we must ask God to shine it where we cannot see so that he can complete the work that he began in us for his words are truth they are life they are.

About this transcript

This transcript comes from YouTube’s automatic English captions, which supply the timing and the words. Punctuation, capitalization and paragraphing were added from the speaker’s pauses and then corrected by hand, and obvious caption errors (names, Bible references) were fixed; his wording was not rewritten. “[unclear]” marks a word or name that was not clear. Editor notes: He cites “Genesis 2:8” for “not good for man to be alone” (it is 2:18) and “Daniel chapter 13” for Daniel and his friends studying; left as said, and refs point to the intended verses.
