From the sermonThe Poor Will Always Be With Us 09/30/2018 · Pastor David G. Kincer▶ 0:00

Pastor David G. Kincer explains Jesus’ words that the poor will always be with us, contrasts absolute and relative poverty, and shows from Deuteronomy, Proverbs and Joshua that obeying God’s laws—diligence, planning, knowledge, sexual purity and a job skill—leads out of poverty, with stories from his own childhood and missions.

What is the standard of truth?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: The Bible is a book of truth and Jesus is the truth. If groups used the Bible as the standard, we’d get rid of division. The Bible and God are not on trial; we are.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 0:00 All of these groups have a different opinion of the Bible and what the Bible says all of these groups have a different opinion of what truth is but we showed you the Bible is a book of truth Jesus is the truth okay. If they would use the Bible as the standard of truth we’d get rid of this division but people would come up with their own opinions and they call it truth if they can get few other people to believe it see we got a group here it believes it the Bible is a book of truth and faith comes by hearing. The truth of God’s work. Okay.

▶ 0:53 Too many Christians believe they gotta believe. Because they’ve been taught that been taught since I was a kid. Christians have got to understand that they’re believing their faith comes from the truth they embrace. The Bible is not on trial and neither as Jesus Christ or God in the Bible we are on trial okay. We are the ones that are on trial and if your faith is. Standing on the facts that the Bible can be proven as an authentic book it’s got thousands of copies. Prophecies were fulfilled if your faith is on the measure of how much the Bible can be proven that is an authentic book then you are not born again.

How do you know God is real?

▶ Watch this part (2:00)

Short answer: Being born again—moved upon by the Spirit of God through the word—lets you know God is real. You don’t need proof that the Bible is authentic.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:00 Born again is being moved upon by the spirit of God from the word coming to you the spirit comes and draws you unto him and you don’t have to have any copies or anything that the Bible’s authentic that born-again experience lets you know that God is real could that be an amen yes what’s this apologetic stuff all right. Alleluia God in the Bible is not on trial truth number five the poor will always be with us cannot be refuted. Scientifically it is so up to this point in history and in the Bible it’s so here’s another truth that you just have to be a deceiver and a liar not to believe it.

What did Jesus mean, “the poor you will always have with you”?

▶ Watch this part (2:59)

Short answer: You’re not going to eradicate poverty. You can do good to the poor whenever you wish.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:59 Okay we’re gonna go to Matthew or Mark 14:7 Jesus said. Jesus said alright the poor you will always have with you. Has that been true since the day he said it absolutely yeah you’re not gonna eradicate poverty. That’s just a hypothetical statement and you can do good to the poor whenever you wish and he goes on to say but me you don’t have always with you I. Am more important than the poor’s what he’s saying I’m more important to your life than the 4b could that be an amen yes.

Mark 14:7 (NKJV)

For you have the poor with you always, and whenever you wish you may do them good; but Me you do not have always.

What is absolute poverty?

▶ Watch this part (3:47)

Short answer: Lacking food, medical care, shelter, safe water, sanitation, clothing and education. He has seen it in Africa as nowhere else, and says it needs permanent solutions.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 3:47 Now here as most of you know I’ve traveled all the world preaching the gospel and I’ve seen some pretty bad things pretty tough things but I’ve never seen this I took this from the Ethiopian famine famine and see the bloated stomach the her loss the her discoloration I did see this in Ghana where the Ethiopian children came over and they were begging and they had the bloated stomachs and they had the discolored hair and hair loss and it was tough because giving them ten dollars or a hundred dollars not going to solve their problem they need a permanent solution somebody’s got to take them in somebody’s got to give them direction somebody’s got to do something so they can get back in to a normal life in there correct and it broke my heart and the the local that was my interpreter and everything he gave money and all that but my heart was really broken a gun what can we and that this is really too bad this is tough to experience.

▶ 5:01 They need permanent solution. Here is a famous photo in the 90s famous photographer that later committed suicide because of what he’s seen and they sent him to take pictures of this is a toddler. They were given out food and he was with the group that were giving out food and they were giving out this food and the mother was bringing this toddler with her and when she got inside of where the food was being distributed the mother started running to the food the little toddler started running behind her and then finally just collapsed because the toddler couldn’t keep up with mom and then as the photographer watched this that vulture came and landed right behind this kid and you know if vultures are waiting for the death they know this kid is about to die and this was on the front of magazines and everything back there in the 90s during that this is sudan these two features are sudan this boy is eating dung out of the cow.

▶ 6:22 People get so hungry they actually eat dung now folks I have never I’ve been to South America Central America China. Europe Asia I have never seen poor like I seen an Africa I never seen poverty in the latin American nations and I’ve been in a lot of them preaching like I seen in Africa are you there so the poor is here and it’s here today well we call poor in America is. It’s ridiculous you know now we’re going to explain poverty here child poverty here’s some kids that give free lunch because their family doesn’t live to the middle class family so they get free lunches no hair loss no discoloration.

What is relative poverty?

▶ Watch this part (7:21)

Short answer: Having the necessities but living below the average standard of your society—in America, under about $25,000 a year. He says he grew up poor without indoor water or toilet and it didn’t hinder him.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 7:21 Probably got two cars in the garage widescreen tv on cell phone and all the rest but we label them poor. There’s relative poor relative poverty is they have the necessities but live below the average standard of living for their society and in America that would be under 25,000 year okay. They call that poor doesn’t matter if they got cell phones and a God playboy now playboy’s playstations they got playstations. And you know a bicycle and whatever they’re considered poor and and they prey on people the crying now I had to do a lot of research trying to find an absolute poor.

▶ 8:21 Person in America especially a child I’m looking for a child somebody that’s really insufficient of food medical shelter safe water sanitation facilities clothing and education I couldn’t find one so I went to the child protection agency and they gave a picture that this was. Kids that were in absolute poverty I see no discoloration no bloated stomachs no hair loss they are evidently on the porch of their house so they got shelter and I.

▶ 8:57 Mean I’ve seen poverty and this is what they gave me for a picture of absolute poverty okay so now we understand in America there’s two levels of poverty absolute where you don’t have the necessities and you just live below the standard that ever most Americans are living below and I have the fortunate experience of growing up poor in the southern southeastern kentucky I know what poverty is I lived with it but I didn’t know we were poor until I was adult because my parents always had food on the table we had shelter we just never had tvs and all the luxuries okay but I never knew that I was missing anything because my home was solid filled with love our parents put the kids first and so I didn’t know I was missing anything and I wasn’t compared to other families and my home loved me.

▶ 10:03 And they provided everything I needed for me maybe I never had steak until I was 14 years old okay. Didn’t know there was such a cut of steak it didn’t hinder me at all it didn’t affect my life I got one pair of shoes as I’ve said before a year they were broken they were like combat boots I got two pairs of pants and they were bought long and shoes were brought long so you grow into them so at first you’re flopping down on you got your cuffs rolled up six inches you know and by the end of the year you’re highriser they they they’re above your ankle and the shoes are tight your foot won’t even fit into them but that’s you know that never hurt me I never did anything to me.

▶ 11:01 So I know poverty and when I go to third-world country you know I know how to go to the bathroom behind a tree it’s no big deal for me. Anna. Not having inside water and inside told it so it’s no big deal for me I grew up without inside water and inside toilet we didn’t have running water we didn’t have and inside told it and inside plumbing there was no big deal for me other people I went with oh my God how horrible is it. It’s because you’ve been sheltered person you think in your mind that because you don’t have inside plumbing and toilet and all this that you’re deprived I wasn’t deprived because I was in a very strong healthy family are you with me now.

Did God promise there would be no poor?

▶ Watch this part (12:00)

Short answer: Debts were canceled after seven years, and God said if you obey His laws there will be no poor among you. It is not believing; it is acting.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 12:00 Deuteronomy 15:4 cancel all debt labor after seven years okay remember we went through this there’s no slavery in the Bible it is you got yourself in debt or you or too poor to provide for your family so you went and signed a contract with someone that you could work for for seven years. So you could get out of debt and they would pay your debt and then you know you would work off the debt okay he says now cancel all these debts every seven years except when there be no poor among you there is no debt labor debt. For the Lord will greatly bless you in the land if you obey my laws now here the Bible is saying that there can be no poor among you Jesus said the poor you will always have with you so let’s take a look at this the key phrase here if you know your english there’s a phrase in this paragraph.

▶ 13:09 If you obey my laws there will be no poor among you. They just like he said if you obey my laws none of these diseases will come up on you are you with me see that’s the phrase that’s the phrase and it’s not believing it is acting all right now. What laws what laws do I have to follow that will keep me from poverty is that a fair question okay we’re gonna go to the book of wisdom wise laws Proverbs Proverbs. 6 11 and 10 for sleep and laziness.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Deuteronomy 15:4-5 (NKJV)

except when there may be no poor among you; for the LORD will greatly bless you in the land which the LORD your God is giving you to possess as an inheritance— only if you carefully obey the voice of the LORD your God, to observe with care all these commandments which I command you today.

— Deuteronomy 15:4-5 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 12:00

What brings poverty, according to Proverbs?

▶ Watch this part (14:03)

Short answer: Laziness and too much sleep bring poverty; diligent hands bring wealth. Discipline, hard work and plans bring profit, and idle talk brings poverty and shame.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 14:03 Bring poverty you want to sleep a lot can’t get out a bit. You’re lazy you just can’t get motivated. Even with that what’s that drink that red drink yeah even you drink that you still not motivate. Some of you guys it’s got 10% caffeine and you’re in your blood to keep you moving and you still not move it. Diligent hands hard-working hands bring wealth no worky. No profit. But-but-but elides in them they dad. Heavenly food you know the birds fed him and all that yeah that was them you better work.

▶ 14:59 Amen the principle does work if God wants to go outside these principles that’s his business now. Proverbs 13:18 14 23 and 21 5 I condensed them down so I can get them on one line okay discipline. Hard work again and plans bring profit and idle talk brings poverty and shame. Well I’m gonna go to school but you never do well I’m going to get a job skill but you never do well I’m going to get a job but you never did. Well I’m going to change my way of living but you never do. Talk means nothing. Discipline get up in the morning.

▶ 15:53 Exercise wash take care of your body take care of your your grooming look like somebody that was that people would hire. Take care of your body to only one you got eat right and discipline yourself you know make up your bed clean your house and I’ll wash your clothes get with a program. Discipline that a good amen yes. Hard work and plans you need a goal. You need to learn how to read and write you need to learn how to think you got to have a plan you got to have a goal what can I do what kind of job do I want if you without plans purposes are disappointed you may purpose to grow up and be successful in over the work area but if you don’t have a plan for it you’re going to be disappointed could that be an amen there’s simple simple rules okay.

What does “where no oxen are, the crib is clean” teach?

▶ Watch this part (17:06)

Short answer: Where there are no oxen the trough is clean, but much increase comes by the strength of the ox. He tells of hard-working farmers in El Salvador, Paraguay and Mexico who invested in oxen and tools and prospered.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 17:06 Anybody can talk. But it’s action see anybody can say they’re a Christian but it’s action that makes us a Christian they’re not correct I. Love you. Proverbs 14:4 when there is no oxen the crib is clean ah don’t have to clean the crib don’t have to brush that ox down don’t take care of it when it’s sick don’t have to feed it. That’s the lazy man. He says but much increases by the strength of the ox. You know a human being can only plow a certain kind of ground. Are you there and the human being can only pull a certain tree down.

▶ 18:02 The ox and I’ve seen this in El Salvador when I was down there ministering they took us out into the jungles and we went to a banana plantation and this was a Christian man and he had a yoke of oxen and it was amazing to watch this with just they had this long skinny stick and was just a flicker of the stick or a tap on one of the ark’s at a certain place the ox would go right left stop forward I.

▶ 18:40 It was amazing and what they could do with these yoke of oxen it like having a tractor if you have the right utensil back there behind them you can just do anything and this man had worked his butt off saved the money these oxen I asked there were over a thousand dollars in El Salvador back in the 70s when the cost of living was probably a hundred bucks a day I’m sorry 100 bucks a month but this guy he followed the Bible worked hard increased his property increased his earnings to where he could buy the oxygen oxen and use them and increase even more and get more work done and he would loan the oxen to other brethren in the church now that is amazing.

▶ 19:39 Amen I seen it in person when I was in Paraguay again I was out in the jungles way out from nowhere and I went to this place for these two twin brothers. On this huge farm plantation whatever you call it and they had worked hard and they used modern day tools chainsaws and automatic you know they use tools and they were very productive and very successful out in the middle of the jungle. You see they found a way to make a living above the living standard in the nation they were at by following Bible principles are you with me all right in Mexico.

▶ 20:35 In Mexico I was up by [unclear] up in the mountains uh Villa Nueva or about 300 people lived in a little village up there and I got to minister in a little church and the the home that we stayed at had a lot of kids and the father and they were there a nice house I mean they were living good at Mexico and the end oh ever and so I asked him what did they do for a living and he said it was a farmer I said would you take me I as you know when I’m out there I’m asking a lot of questions I’m wanting to learn I’m there not just to preach but I’m wanting to learn how things work in these nations so he said sure man we got up the next morning before the sun rose ate a good breakfast and everything else and we walked.

▶ 21:31 And we walked and finally we get to this place where his field was and there were several that many fields there and they had little rock things in between the fields to separate the fields and this guy made ten thousand a year farming his plot of land at that time in Mexico the living weighed the cost of living wage was three hundred dollars a month. All right that’s $3,600 a year this guy because he worked his butt off was making. 10,000 a year way above. The poverty level are you with me I begin to notice in my visits please listen to me I’m very observant when I’m going play I’m always looking to learn and I begin to notice that real Christians had a higher living level than the people around them.

▶ 22:43 They had more possessions nicer things. Works. Are you there yeah some of them had such possessions that one family member would have to stay at home during the service to keep the lazy thief’s from coming in while they’re gone and breaking in and taking their stuff folks I’ll tell you the Bible works and it will work where you are at all right is that a good amen oh you just got to work it no. These guys went in somewhere down the road after they worked their butt off and they saved their money they went in all of these farmers and bought a tractor.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Proverbs 14:4 (NKJV)

— Proverbs 14:4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 17:06

Should Christians use modern tools?

▶ Watch this part (23:36)

Short answer: Yes. Don’t be afraid to use modern technology or do it a better way; there’s nothing wrong with making $50 an hour instead of $10 if you’re capable.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 23:36 And they all shared the tractor and when they did that they extended their fields and made more money isn’t that what the Bible to say. Don’t be afraid to use modern technology folks don’t be afraid to do it a better way and there’s nothing wrong with making $50 an hour instead of $10 an hour if you’re capable of doing it it’s just you got a handle fifty dollars an hour. Are you with me. And also in these nations. When that fruit was coming in there was always one guy walking the perimeter of that.

▶ 24:35 Cultivated property and let me tell you they were ready to shoot somebody to come in and steal their hard work and I have pictures of this stuff. Haven’t dug a mountain so long take me forever to find it but yes I’ll never forget in Salvador watching this this farmer these guys worked this field and in the evening one of them walk all night walked around this field with his gun. Don’t you dare steal our hard work is that a good amen. We’re just spoiled in America you know we’re just pampered. Proverbs 23:21 intoxication gluttony excessiveness leads to poverty. If you’re gonna follow the crowd and get into drinking and alcohol and sex and all that you have increased your chances tremendously of being poor.

How does sexual sin lead to poverty?

▶ Watch this part (25:40)

Short answer: The harlot and the adulteress lead to poverty and death—sexually transmitted diseases and an angry spouse—and distract you from a plan and goal to get out of poverty.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 25:40 Sex song and sensation is going to rub you secular music and and partying and all that’s going to rob you. The harlot and the adulteress lead to poverty and death why death sexually transmitted diseases and an angry husband or an angry wife boy you get some woman that’s in love with her husband and you try to drag him away she’s gonna come at you after you with all of her claws let me tell you and so there’s danger in this and sexually transmitted diseases in America 50% of the population have had or have one right now. Because of the sexual permissiveness and several of them will kill and several of them are incurable.

▶ 26:35 Secondly. One out of four youth have a sexually transmitted disease. If you want to go that route you’re going to pay a price okay it’s going to distract you from a plan and a goal to be successful and out of poverty can I hear an amen is this good Bible yes don’t look for people to solve your problem you solve your problem yourself through hard work education learning job skills and so forth alright and using modern technology in Proverbs 10:15 wealth of the rich is a fortified city but poverty is the ruin the destruction of the poor see yourself you’re destroying yourself when you don’t plan and you don’t work you’re destroying yourself don’t blame society don’t blame your parents you.

How does lack of knowledge destroy people?

▶ Watch this part (27:39)

Short answer: My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Jewish fathers taught their children to read, write, do math and a job skill, so they were literate and bilingual.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 27:39 Can change things by a good plan and hard work. Hosea 4:6 for lack of knowledge my people are destroyed say again ruined destroyed. Now you got to remember the Jews because of the Bible the father and the Jewish home up until after Christ died taught the children how to read how to write mass how to communicate the father taught the children and then later they started putting schools Jewish schools in the community where the rabbi would teach them but for thousands of years the father and so in every nation the Jew was illiterate and if.

▶ 28:30 You know your history most nations were illiterate most people in the nation were illiterate am I right but see the Jew was literate even if they had to learn not only the Hebrew language so they could understand the Bible but they would learn the national language the language of the nation they were in so they were bilingual or trilingual if it needed in in Christ they they were try lingo Jews greek Hebrew and rome they spoke those languages some have more the dialects that were out there the Jews were educated people and because they were educated people they were successful in every nation they went to. And we’re not talking about rocket sign it was talking about reading writing arithmetic able to communicate able to think which everybody almost everybody can do right now although.

What should you do before marrying?

▶ Watch this part (29:35)

Short answer: Prepare yourself in the field: get your job down and a solid income before you marry and have kids. If you didn’t, correct it and work hard.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 29:35 They had a job skill these these Jews had a job skill and the Bible says prepare yourself in the field before you build your family before you get married and have kids and all that get your job down get a solid income coming in before you do that and a savior well what happens if I didn’t well then you just correct it you got to work hard to correcting I saw a couple when I lived in la habra across the street this young girl I watched her grow up from about eleven years old to about fifteen beautiful blonde haired girl and and then one day she was pregnant she. Dropped out of school the guy dropped out of school they lived with her dad they were trying to do the right thing they were trying to correct their mistake and dad who worked as a hydraulic elevator repairmen maintenance man and repairmen got him a job with his company which paid well I mean dad was in my neighborhood which is a middle-class neighborhood okay we weren’t rich be warmer poor we have a middle-class we had you know he had a pool in his backyard and all the rest and so.

▶ 30:52 They they worked hard and they saved their money and in a few years they bought a house and they had a housewarming and I wasn’t invited to it but because I wanted to witness to them I bought a gift I took it over anyway and what I said is I really want to honor you for working hard and doing the right thing and overcoming your problem just like the Bible tells us to do you guys I really appreciate you even though you’re not Christians you’re following Bible prayer I just wanted to know that so I gave him a gift and oh yeah okay thank you I are you there but what did they do they corrected their problem yes it took work and hard work for years several years but they corrected the problem but it’s better what not to get into the problem.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Proverbs 24:27 (NKJV)

Prepare your outside work, Make it fit for yourself in the field; And afterward build your house.

— Proverbs 24:27 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 29:35

What laws bring success?

▶ Watch this part (31:55)

Short answer: Financial laws for financial success, marriage laws for marriage, and spiritual laws—prayer, Bible, fasting, telling others about Christ—for a spiritual life.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 31:55 Amen because a lot of people can’t correct the problem it’s it’s a lot of pressure okay so. Knowledge. Now the knowledge of God’s laws is what’s going to make success successful and not fall him is going to destroy us now. Financial laws have to be followed for financial success marriage laws and they’re all wise laws you don’t go to hell if you’re lazy nothing in the Bible says you go to hell for being late it’s just wise laws you’re going to profit you’re going to excel if you obey the wise laws of the Bible marriage laws you’ll have a good marriage raising children laws you’ll have healthy good children. Family laws and so forth nation laws if we follow civil laws of the Bible we will have a healthy nation and not.

▶ 32:58 This this this word works in any area if you want to be spirit a spiritual Christian you have to follow spiritual laws. You got to pray you got to read the Bible you got to get in the Bible study you got a fast you got to do the spiritual laws tell others about Christ those are spiritual and if you don’t do these things you’re not gonna grow spiritually that’s the bottom line. Could that be an amen. And are you gonna wind up in 75 years old and a baby Christian sucking your thumb and whining every time something doesn’t go right with you that’s what kids did they’re good at complaining they’re good at whining they’re good at blaming. Acts 1925 craftsmen and related trade received a good income income from this business that the story is.

Why do related trades matter?

▶ Watch this part (34:04)

Short answer: The silversmiths in Acts show related trades: one employer brings many trades. Research before college; many graduates can’t find jobs, and vocational training is often better.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 34:04 These silversmiths was making silver statues and so forth for the religions and all that they were craftsmen and then of course related trades and this is why I use this verse you see you bring in a steel company or an automobile factory somebody that employs thousands of people there are related trades that come with that one source of income say. Cars have to have tires cars have to be repaired there’s got to be garages we gotta buy tires we you know gasoline we got to have fuel see related trade and it says what a good income I mean oh that’s talking above the living standard of that nation they have a watt good income if you want a good income you got to be a craftsman you’ve got to find an area to work in and grow in that pays money going to college in this day.

▶ 35:16 Can be very costly and unproductive if you don’t go to college to get a job skill and there’s millions of American. Citizens out there now in this generation that have a college degree and can’t find a job because they did not do their research their planning and find out what they when they got out were there jobs available. Are you with me you can’t go to school now and be a typewriter repairman and nobody buys typewriters okay. You got to know that there’s a projected increase in jobs and all the rest and our politicians and our public school system has lied and deceived the American people.

▶ 36:17 Making them think they get this degree they’re a shoo-in if the market is flooded with college degree kids that can’t do anything. And there’s a lot of jobs for young people that only take a vocational training and my first three boys. That live with me when they got out of school at 15 I graduated early put them into a vacation or school and all that vacation or school did was teach him the vacation at that time. They could go in learn a job skill come out and make money and so my three boys had a house by the time they were 19 years old they graduated early they went to vocational school it’s short you don’t have to take all the psychology and the nonsense and and take math back over that you already had and all the rest you just learn a trade and they could go out and they can function in that trade.

▶ 37:26 Well my last two boys you know I’m living in the past they graduated early and now I’m ready to put them in a find out what they want to do and vote him in a vote a tional school vocational school cost $150,000. Because they had all these added courses I. Go why not gonna pay you $150,000 when I can get the same courses over here in a public school for less than $20,000. Are you with me. The only thing is the public school their four-year degree takes five or six years it’s a joke. But. The added years were better than my kids being a hundred and some thousand dollars in debt just throwing money down the drain.

▶ 38:24 That makes sense young people young people really need to hear this message your folks are great yes yes. Now. Remember they had a good income because they had a job skill. They could do things and then the related business is the one that’s supplied they see the automobile industry has to be supplied steel they have to be supplied all these things to make a car and put it together so you got all these related businesses and that’s how you get a solid healthy community amen now. Still in Deuteronomy 15. Up here he said there be no poor among you if you obey my laws now in verse 11 he says the poor will never cease to be in the land that’s where Jesus got his word.

Why will the poor never cease from the land?

▶ Watch this part (39:23)

Short answer: Because people don’t obey God’s financial laws. Some will always be lazy and undisciplined, and parents can raise children with a poverty mind.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 39:23 Why will the poor never cease to be in the land when they promised no poor because they didn’t obey his financial laws there’s always going to be people lazy undisciplined. They’re not going to provide for themselves that’s their decision and parents can ray with a poverty mind. Parents can be into drugs and everything and squandering the money and you’re just left out here hanging on your own and anna you wind up with a lousy education and a lousy parenting or raise it up and you wind up with the poor mentality is that an amen yeah your government can being poverty by making decisions that bring disaster on the nation like China did north korea is doing right now the people have no chance to rise above poverty most of them because of the policies of communism.

▶ 40:33 Are you there and that’s where a lot of Americans are trying to take us right now they’re trying to swing us over to communism they call it progressiveness a liberal or whatever they’re really headed for communism or socialism where the government is in control and once that happens we’re going to be like Mexico you see the latinos will have no reason to come to America because we’re going to be just like them are you there. Does the Bible say that children should pay the way for the parent or the parent pay the way for the children the parent is supposed to be financially responsible for the child not the child for the parent. Amen.

▶ 41:30 So the reason is they don’t obey God’s laws that’s just clear isn’t it and because now God knew and when he told Israel to go into the land God said you’re gonna go into the land and you’re gonna serve idols and you’re gonna go into captivity. All right after he promised them to bless them in the land and prosper them and so forth he knew their heart and he said this is what you’re going to do I gave you this promise but this is what you’re gonna do you’re gonna go in you’re going to do your own thing you do your own way and you’re gonna wind up going into captivity to Babylon that was in Deuteronomy also it was hundreds of years before that happened and see God knows people’s hearts and he knows there’s gonna be people lazy undisciplined they want something for nothing they don’t want to work I don’t want to get educated they don’t want to learn anything.

Here’s another one dad you’ll be paying to support me for the next 20 years. I’m you know that those are good posters I was proud of the New York civil civic department for pace deniz everywhere through New York and promoting this and these facts and here’s the good one you ready for the kicker this is really good if you finish high school get a job and get married at age 20 and beyond before having children you have a 98% chance of not being in poverty.

▶ 45:55 That is scientific. Statistics by the Brookings Institution who has been doing this since 19 and 16 all right and the New York city civic center the politicians of New York got behind this in that something if you go to school and learn how to read and ride and calculate and you wait for sex until you’re married and you know don’t be afraid to wait till 21 the ages 21 before having children you got a 98 person you are guaranteed success in America amen. That secular statistics backing up now how many of you know that our richest guys in America billy gates and the wall.

▶ 46:50 Street guy Buffett are both atheists all right but they operated Bible principles see you don’t have to be a Christian to operate Bible financial principles you operate them they still work with your Christian or not are you there they operate marriage laws of the Bible and they don’t even agree with the Bible but because they operate the Bible marriage laws their marriage stays healthy are you there these are atheists and then we got Christians you know believe in Jesus you coming any minute oh. They are believers but they’re not operators of the laws and their marriage is a mess their kids are a mess their life is a mess. Are you there see it’s the operating the truth of the word that’s what’s gonna make you successful and prosperous.

▶ 47:52 Amen. Hallelujah. Seventy five percent will end up in the middle class making more than fifty five thousand a year how many young people want to make fifty five thousand a year. Not young yeah you’re gonna live comfortably you’re gonna be twice the poverty level okay set you you three out of four of you will wind up being in the middle class of America living comfortably three out of four you want to follow the crowd and party and all that go ahead but you’re gonna wind up poor you want to be lazy and not discipline yourself go ahead but you’re gonna wind up being poor. In America now folks that is just plain as day the secular people back up what the Bible said. Amen and that is the end.
