▶ Watch this part (0:52)

Short answer: He hears “none righteous, no not one” often, but asks, what about Job, who was perfect and upright?

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 0:52 Hear so much that there’s none righteous no not one. All have sinned and come short of the glory of God and every time they hit me with that I said what about Job what about Noah what about Zechariah and elizabeth what about simeon what about barmal of Barnabas the Bible says all of them were righteous they were good and blameless in. That right so is it possible to live righteous here on earth this verse as it is in this present world not the rapture okay so now let’s dissect this verse get your carving knife out and let’s cut this verse up section by section you ready the grace of God the grace of God how many here people use the word grace all the time by God’s grace by God’s grace grace this grace that by the grace of God okay let’s take a look at the grace of God all right we’ll go over here to first Peter 4:8 as each one has received a gift a supernatural ability gift is an ability.

What is the manifold grace of God?

▶ Watch this part (2:11)

Short answer: Many varieties of grace given to us; minister your gift to one another as good stewards.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:11 Minister. That gift one to another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God manifold means many. Variety. So there is different graces or expressions of God’s grace in that right it’s not just one manifold many. And a stewart is one in the oath in the old and New Testament that has the responsibility of taking care of the whole household the property the children the storage the fields it’s his Job to make sure that. The masters household is taken care of so we.

▶ 3:08 Receive get a gift of the manifold grace of God okay and we’ve been given responsibility to represent the master king Jesus here on earth and that right and that right yeah now and then he’s gonna list four of these grace of God gifts. Are you ready the first one have fervent love love that covers a multitude of sins so the ability the divine enablement grace is also divine enablement it’s not just favor it is a it is a touch of God that enables you a gift is a supernatural ability so the gift of God’s manifold grace is an ability to perform what he’s given us to do do you get that and we are to what love one another to where we don’t look at each other’s problems.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Should we grumble about serving?

▶ Watch this part (4:12)

Short answer: No. Be hospitable without grumbling; in the 60s people invited you over, but now we’re not interested in people anymore.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 4:12 We cover them. Until people grow in God they’re gonna have a lot of things going on in their life you can never forget where you came from and not okay so he says this one of the grace of God expressions is love one another and its ability second one will be hospitable without grumbling and you know what hospitality is right it’s being kind to people friendly to people and involving your money the word isn’t coming to me that’s what it means okay. In other words I’m not afraid to invite people over to my house be friendly and kind with them and feed them that I might show the love of God and help them grow.

▶ 5:09 Are you there don’t grumble about it oh no football zone on Sunday I can’t help anybody over. You get the point now back when I got saved in the 60s. People didn’t [unclear]sa walking bugs or ram nash rambler they bought station wagons or trucks you could pile people in back of the chart and you could pile people in the station wagon bring them to check. How many old enough to remember that yeah. Now we don’t even think about bringing anybody’s church. We don’t think about people would have you over to their house no matter where I went as an ncr representative when I went to church those people would invite me to their house and they would feed me and you know encourage me in God and so forth.

▶ 6:09 Doesn’t happen now you go visiting churches they don’t invite and nobody invite you to they’re out are you there. See we’re just not interested in people anymore in America. But the grace of God comes to get us interested is that an amen. All right if I speak I speak the living word of God not my opinions. Not what I think is right not what somebody says is right but I speak the living word of God how many know that is safe yes and it’s a gift of the minute manifold grace of God and you also know there’s the grace of Jesus don’t you and you also know there’s a gospel of grace okay this grace thing is a broad is a broad subject and if I’m going to minister let me serve with the ability which God gave us you know whether it’s a musician whether it’s the emcee like a Friday nights great program that was just outstanding.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

1 Peter 4:9 (NKJV)

Be hospitable to one another without grumbling.

— 1 Peter 4:9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 4:12

How can people serve?

▶ Watch this part (7:22)

Short answer: Preparing tables, greeting at the door, counting the money: everyone has a part.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 7:22 Whether it’s getting the tables prepared for these kids to make turkeys to toss whether it’s greeting them at the door or whether you just take the money and account it and put it in the bank the next day whatever you. Accepted a responsibility to do do it with the ability the gift which the grace of God gives to you the divine and neighborhood said divine enablement yeah and not just favor there’s a God is active in this all right so that’s the grace of God and he gives us four of these and here he gives us the fifth one the grace of God that what brings salvation that’s entirely different than these totally different.

Where does grace come from?

▶ Watch this part (8:16)

Short answer: From God, and it brings salvation through Jesus Christ the Savior; don’t ever deviate from Jesus.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 8:16 Now. The grace of God that brings salvation. Where does grace come from. God the grace of God all right. Follow me closely now Jesus Christ we know is the savior is there anyone that disagrees with that. There is no name under heaven but which man can be saved but by the name of Jesus Christ in that right he is the savior the only savior of our sins of the day of wrath and of the lake of fire all three areas when we are saved by Jesus he saves us from all three so you don’t have to worry about the day of wrath coming and you don’t have to worry about the lake of fire you just need to be concerned now living in this life to please him.

▶ 9:20 Amen you don’t have to worry about dying everybody’s gonna die so get over it. It’s just me and mr. Barnes the closest to it and he don’t like me saying that don’t talk about that zone stuff. Now. We know Jesus is the savior and to back it up in Matthew 1:21 call his name Jesus see when Jesus was born he was called Jesus Jehovah saves for he shall save his people from their sin who saves from sin. Who. Jesus not grace. All but Ephesians 2:8 says for by grace are you saved through faith and not of itself it is a gift of God not of works lest any man should boast and they stop there instead of going on and it says we are all created in Christ Jesus to do good works.

▶ 10:29 See they don’t finish the [unclear] context. Are you out there don’t ever deviate from Jesus everything we have everything promised everything is centered around this son of God called Jesus. Now we go to first John 1:7 the blood or the death of Jesus Christ God’s son cleanses us from how many sins all sin so get off of it that you’re too hard to be cleansed. There’s a blood of Christ is it limited to saving anybody according to this verse. Yeah we go to another verse and we make it so difficult you know you’re not that hard that God cannot save you from your sins is that an amen.

Must believers worry about dying?

▶ Watch this part (11:30)

Short answer: No. Jesus gives eternal life and they will never perish.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 11:30 And Christ is the savior Jesus said I Jesus give to them eternal life he gives us eternal life they will never perish I don’t have to worry like I said I don’t have to worry about the lake of fire of the day of wrath let it come because Jesus is going to protect me he don’t have to rapture me out of it he doesn’t have to do anything he said we will never want perish we’re not going to go to that lake of fire so relax. Amen. And no man can pluck them out of his hand you can walk out but there is no minister there is no religion when you know Christ as we started this series off when you know him it directly affects your natural life and no man no doctrine is going to deviate and and and distract you from Jesus because Jesus will come back and contradict that and balance it out and keep you moving forward amen now anytime I can decide to walk away I can decide anytime I don’t want to be a Christian anymore I’ll just live my way I want to and just suffer the penalty of hell anybody can do that.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

John 10:28 (NKJV)

And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand.

— John 10:28 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 11:30

Where has grace appeared to all men?

▶ Watch this part (12:56)

Short answer: In Jesus: we beheld His glory, full of grace and truth.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 12:56 So who’s the savior Jesus bar none all right now this grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men it’s seen by all men where in the Bible is grace seen by all men. Know where. Grace isn’t something that can appear. Grace is an action it’s a divine enablement to act out something that God has given you the ability to do or God has the ability to do. Amen. So. Jesus has been seen by all men John 1:1 in the beginning was the word and the word was with God and the word was God and the word became flesh and dwelt amongst us and we.

▶ 14:06 Beheld we seen his glory the glory of the only begotten son of God filled with. Grace and truth. Jesus is filled with grace Jesus is filled with truth and the truth may set you free but it’s because Jesus. Operates on the truth to set you free. Jesus is the one that sets you free. Amen. So you can quote saved by grace but grace won’t do anything outside of Jesus Christ. Jesus is the savior and we got to watch getting.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

John 1:14 (NKJV)

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth.

— John 1:14 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 14:06

Can we worship the tools instead of Jesus?

▶ Watch this part (15:01)

Short answer: Yes. Grace, prayer and worship are tools to bring us to Him, but we start worshiping the tools.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 15:01 Detoured deviated from Jesus Christ by these words he gives us I call him tools tools to bring him to himself we begin to worship the tools. We start worshipping grace we start worshiping faith no we start coming up with cockeyed ideas you know once saved always saved which is ridiculous. Because we get our eyes off of her grace faith and all of these things come from and that is who Jesus Christ amen. Now. Appeared to all men how does that happen the people there in his day saw him in that local area but look as you go on in first John it says in John he Jesus is the true light that.

Does Jesus light every man?

▶ Watch this part (15:56)

Short answer: He is the true light that lights every man coming into the world; those who never heard the gospel are judged by their conscience.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 15:56 Lights up every man that comes into the world. Jesus is the true light that lights every man that comes into the world how can that be. How can that happen it’s this simple. Romans chapter 2 they without the law. By nature does what the law says no adultery no killing no stealing. They will be judged without the law they’ll be judged by their conscience of knowing what to do right and doing it or not doing it.

▶ 16:53 See Jesus can appear to all men and everyone’s conscience. Amen. He said what happens that these people never heard the gospel they are judged by their conscience. People know when they’re wrong and when they’re not they can harden their conscience or they can har here it is that light of Jesus or they can listen to it and they can change if they make a mistake they can change are you there so people that have not heard the gospel can still go to heaven which fundamentalists do not believe. If you don’t believe in Jesus you’re going straight to hell I mean you know we need the whole council of God Paul says Paul said I ceased not to declare to you the whole council of God with Jesus back then the african continent had not been evangelized like it is now they just passed us by since the 1960’s but back then there were people in africa and they always use but the people in the congo because the deep jungles of africa the word never got to them what happens to those people well.

▶ 18:09 God will judge him by their conscience of knowing right and wrong and choosing to do right. In that affair God hallelujah there’s answers in the book if you look for them so Jesus does light up every man not grace not faith Jesus is the savior the king of kings the Lord of lords he’s God in the flesh he’s the beginning he’s the end he’s everything in between Jesus is what this Bible is all about can I hear an amen and because he gives us faith and he gives us grace and he gives us belief and he gives us tongues and interpretation and prophecy and and healings and all that should we ever worship those things and deviate from Christ to those things or should we stick with Jesus yes. The source of it all amen.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

John 1:9 (NKJV)

That was the true Light which gives light to every man coming into the world.

— John 1:9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 15:56
Scripture (NKJV)

Romans 2:14-16 (NKJV)

for when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do the things in the law, these, although not having the law, are a law to themselves, who show the work of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and between themselves their thoughts accusing or else excusing them) in the day when God will judge the secrets of men by Jesus Christ, according to my gospel.

— Romans 2:14-16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 16:53

What does grace teach us?

▶ Watch this part (19:06)

Short answer: To deny ungodliness and worldly lusts and live soberly, righteously and godly in this present world.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 19:06 Now. Now this grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men has present-tense I mean past tense I’m sorry now. This grace of God teaches us. Teaches us teaches us now we know where the grace comes from and that right comes from Jesus who really did the teaching the grace go from city to city teaching. Now. Did grace go into the synagogues in the temple teaching no Jesus went into the synagogue xin the and the villages teaching Jesus teaches us Mark 42 he taught them many things by parables and you know Jesus did more teaching in the gospels than he did signs and wonders and all that way I mean he was always teaching he talked so much that the world couldn’t hold the and he did so many things couldn’t contain everything he said in the gospel of John the heavens couldn’t contain the books so these are written God condensed it down so we might believe and know that Jesus is the Christ and I be saved and have eternal life amen.

▶ 20:28 So the focus is always on who Jesus. That’s why we worship Jesus that’s why songs about Jesus are powerful everything comes from him in his about him in Luke 4:15 it says the Jesus went into the synagogue’s plural into the Jews that didn’t like him went right into their synagogues and taught and it says they all praised him and it also says that they said one to another this guy does not teach like the priests and the scribes he teaches like somebody who has authority to say what he’s saying. Have you know that that sums it up Jesus lived it and he had authority to what preach it the scribes in the ferries didn’t have that kind of authority because they were teaching their own interpretation of the Bible so who’s the teacher Jesus who is seen by all men Jesus who’s the savior Jesus.

Do we have a part?

▶ Watch this part (21:39)

Short answer: Yes. We have to make an effort and a choice to deny our old sinful life.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 21:39 Now. Teaching us that denying ungodliness and worldly lust we deny we have a we have a part of this we have to make an effort to denounce deny our old sinful life and follow the right life and people call that works and you’re not saved by works listen if I don’t put effort. Into leaving my old sinful life I’m not gonna leave it you can call it works if you want to. Works that can’t save me if you want to but if I don’t do some work I’m not gonna get sick if I don’t flee the appearance of evil that I used to do if I don’t flee those companions that will influence me to do wrong and get companions that will help me too this is scripture I have to make that decision and that decision is a what effort it’s an activity it is a work can I hear an amen you see if I want to follow a group that’s contrary to the church I’m going to it’s going to end up affecting me I.

Who do we live for?

▶ Watch this part (23:01)

Short answer: Christ died for all, that those who live should live for Him; we have a new master.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 23:01 Have to make an effort I have to make a choice. Hallelujah. Now. We should live. Jesus died so we may want and live to him Jesus died for all 2nd Corinthians 5:15 that they which live should not from this time forth live unto themselves. Did you catch that phrase. But unto Jesus which died for them once I get saved and I’m bought out of the slavery of Satan and the kingdom of darkness and the slavery of sin I belong to a new master and I should be living alive to please him I.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.

— 2 Corinthians 5:15 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 23:01

Must we wait for the rapture to live for Christ?

▶ Watch this part (24:03)

Short answer: No. You can live soberly, righteously and godly now.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 24:03 Have a new slave master. And he rose again. Church you can live for Christ now in this life you do not have to wait for the rapture to take place. You don’t have to wait for anything you pursue Christ get into his word he will do the rest the problem with the church in America we don’t take church seriously anymore we don’t take the Bible seriously anymore or don’t read it all the time and if we do read it’s just so I can say at the end of the year I read it through we’re not reading it to feed our soul to feed our spirit.

▶ 24:55 See we’re not praying. We can live and it says right here when in this present world. We can deny. Our lust ungodliness and we can live soberly righteously and godly now. By this grace of God that brings salvation Jesus Christ by this grace that appeared to all men Jesus Christ by this teaching that he teaches us Jesus Christ. All right we can live through Jesus Christ the life that I now live. Paul said I live by this man Jesus Christ and why.

What should people see in us?

▶ Watch this part (25:53)

Short answer: Your good works, so they glorify your Father in heaven.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 25:53 Did Jesus say be a light to the world. That men may see your good works and glorify your father in heaven he didn’t say to see your grace to see your face. Or to see your outlook on the second coming whether it’s pre-trib post-trib premal and the opposed melon and whatever it is in say to show him that he said to show him what good works. Why it brings honor to God and when that brings honor to God were the people gonna look to for the hope that’s in you God himself Jesus himself. And that didn’t Paul say you are living epistles known in read of all men they’re watching you and our focus should totally be on Jesus Christ is that right don’t get distracted by the things he gives us to get to him.

▶ 27:06 I’ve known people that worship prayer. Prayer was everything to that. You agree yeah we went through yeah I know people that worship worship. Folks we gotta stick with this Jesus amen didn’t Jesus say come to me did he say come to grace did he say come to faith or he say come to me and I will in no wise cast you out but I will refresh you.
