The Glory of the Latter House 10/1/2017: full transcript and answers

▶ 0:00 We are going to get into our next lesson on God said to Jesus God personally spoke to Jesus and about Jesus we are going to give you a review from last week the glory of this latter house. Shall be greater than the glory of the former house now though Jesus said himself that every jot and tittle of the word must be fulfilled before he comes. Is that correct that is correct you guys need to read your Bible every once in a while. So.

▶ 0:51 There are two houses one is the last day latter means last day the last day house the former is of course the previous house now the early church was the previous house in the last days the last day started here are you aware of that yeah Acts chapter 2 Joel prophesied this is that which was spoken in the last day when the Holy Spirit was poured out and then churches were starting to be built that is the beginning of the last days and days is plural we don’t know how many there is we just know there’s days could that be an amen and don’t try to use numerology or psychology or whatever ology you want to use trying to explain it just accept the Bible statement on it there’s going to be more than one last day whether you’re talking about a thousand years or whatever there’s more than one last day it’s plural now.

▶ 1:57 The early church which we are picking up at 33 ad when Jesus ascended into heaven and he left the building of the church up to the saints the church the Christians the twelve apostles okay and when you read and study the early church they evangelize with healings physical healings and not only physical healings but signs and wonders I mean. Supernatural things were happening. And and you can read it in the book of acts and so the early church fulfilled the scripture that the gates of hell will not prevail against the church. All the opposition could not stop the miracles okay. Rome persecuting the Christians.

▶ 2:52 Crucifying them they had to live in catacombs because Rome if they found out you were a Christian they would kill you put you in the arena and torture you and all that through different means and so they lived in catacombs they had to hide out they were they were persecuted but nothing could stop the healings and miracles amen God prevailed they also were a church of righteous sons of God. Okay. They fulfilled the glorious church without spot or wrinkle or any such thing you never hear of the apostles and elders and stuff running off with the church secretary stealing the church’s money having nervous breakdowns and you know all this rigmarole they never taught apologetics.

▶ 3:53 They never taught prosperity they never taught positive possibility or purpose driven thinking never taught it they never taught that the main object of the church is to help the poor never taught it. Yeah you go to the scriptures and check me out we’ve been led to believe that but that’s not what the scriptures say. And you can get past messages on my thorough account of these things all right. they never taught faith only. They taught bring forth the fruit of repentance. You can’t just believe Jesus died on the cross you can’t just believe in Christ you got to bring forth the fruit of repentance you can’t just say I repent.

▶ 4:52 Am I right yeah see they didn’t teach these cockeyed doctrines that you got out there today making everybody feel good about themselves. And. my heavy [unclear] last week I wanted to show you but didn’t have time as I put the sons of God core I said the core of the church and the Holy Spirit convicted me in my prayer time and says son I go yeah he says have you taken account of Ananias and Sapphira I was [unclear] read it I read the story he says. one died for lying to the Holy Ghost and later the wife died for lying to the Holy Ghost I said yeah I read that he says also great fear came upon all the people and those.

▶ 5:52 Outside the church would not dare to join them attack them or say anything because of the great fear I. Think I’m getting your point he said now you said baby Christians. Were there in the church and only the core were righteous but he says you know the fear of the Lord is to hate evil and depart from evil I said yeah I know that I know that he said could it be that I brought such fear that even baby Christians would not sin. I go I got it I think I’ve been missing this for 40 years but I think I got it. and he said could it be [unclear] in that region.

▶ 6:50 fear came upon the church and the outsiders lukewarmers didn’t come in backsliders [unclear] because they were afraid of God’s judgment are you there. And then he says you’re always quoting that there’s so many things written about Jesus what he said and what he did that the heavens couldn’t contain the books and I said yeah I quote that a lot. He said could it be that there’s a lot of things the apostles did that weren’t written I said that’s a sensible [unclear] yeah that makes sense so not only could it have happened to this region could I have done that in other regions. a great possibility that you did that in other regions yes he says is it possible for me in that last day church to put such a fear that even baby Christians are righteous sons of God I said I got it.

▶ 7:56 [unclear] did that little conversation help you this actually went on between me and God you know I get this a lot I go outside the house sometimes I’m walking up and down trying to get this thing clearing my mind and whatever I may be out there with my hands raised trying to praise through [unclear] my neighbors told the Barnes’s one day that guy across the street is nuts. [unclear] said no no he’s just praying..

▶ 8:30 See the word of God is always being revealed if you’re always seeking him all right if you’re always pursuing him always seeking he’s always revealing more and more and for those who know me I have preached the same message very rarely you old-timers is that true yeah I never bring out an old message from ten years or five years or two years I always go to God for a fresh message because God in the Bible says he would give us fresh bread hallelujah now they had tremendous persecution as I said earlier tremendous persecution and why the last day church thinks they’re going to escape the persecution just blows me away like we’re some some special people everybody’s been persecuted for 2,000 years but [unclear] the last day church alleluia.

▶ 9:36 Are you there yeah. And they were in unity the early church was in unity and Jesus said father I pray that you don’t take them out of the world you guys got that. The cross is so powerful the blood of Christ is so powerful he does not have to rapture us out of this world we can handle anything this world throws at us he says I don’t ask you to take them out of the world but I ask you to make them one as you and I are one that the world may see and believe that you sent me and love them as you love me. Now. unity is a church that will as a group Express to God one expression so that the unbeliever can be touched by God because that was Jesus’s prayer.

▶ 10:40 Are you out there church do you really want to see souls saved then get unified. It doesn’t matter if you feel like it it doesn’t matter if you understand it yet do it because the Bible says it if the preacher preaches it and there’s a verse on it just believe it until you can go to the Bible and disprove it that’s how God taught me keep your mouth shut until you can disprove what they just told you and so I would go home to disprove them and I would find out they were right doggonit. Next service they did something else and I went home to disprove them and I found out they were right and I kept finding out they were right and I was wrong because I took time to research the issue I had been taught wrong had been raised wrong in a lot of scripture that.

▶ 11:37 [unclear] don’t want to stay in wrong scripture yeah we want to do what God said to do and if unity is a key to the world being saved folks we need to get unified. is that a good amen now this is the early church they experienced this then as you all know there was a falling away prophesied and [unclear] going to be a falling away. Rome in [unclear] 286 AD was divided east and west okay and it fell less than 200 years later and right now in America are Americans divided oh big time and most Americans do not know the source of that division is communism. Called socialism and called progressivism and called.

Most Americans don’t know this because they don’t bother to research and the preachers don’t preach most preachers feel that if you talk about politics that’s [unclear] you don’t talk about politics well government is a big part of the Bible and it it’s important that we understand God’s form of government. Amen. God always told me son if you don’t control yourself someone will. And if you follow me and do what I say you won’t be following other people and falling into a ditch. Amen so we’ve got to keep following who Jesus and Jesus is the truth I am the way the truth and the life yes okay.

▶ 13:36 the communists and I did a lot of research I’ve been doing research on it for decades they give money to these groups in America. Russia does and in the name of some issue. They throw the money into it to get that group out and heard and they bring division and most Americans do not understand that it’s coming and they’re funded and they because they’re funded they have to speak. What the funders say to speak. Are you there. Now if you want to challenge me on that go ahead give me proof that it’s not true I can give you the group’s I can give you the people that have been elevated to high positions from their sources and some.

▶ 14:39 Of you might even have voted for them. Because you believe the flattery. illusion. and then. now. in 313 AD the Christians were persecuted up to this time. In 313 Constantine the emperor Constantine decided that Christianity was acceptable.. so he passed a law that Christianity is acceptable and he even had a criteria if you’re a Christian you can get into governmental places in position so guess what. people just joined Christianity they weren’t being born again they weren’t being convicted of their sin they only did it because it was the popular thing to do and if I say I’m a Christian then Constantine will put me in a position somewhere ya know I’ll be working out all right honey no that’s not the way to come to God no it’s not and so Christianity went into a fast decline.

▶ 15:54 But worse than that in 380 AD Theodosius the emperor made the Roman Catholic church the official doctrine of the empire and. you heard of the inquisitions and you heard of all the stuff that the Catholics did to people because they didn’t follow the Catholic doctrine and you read or you should have read about all the corruption in popes they they were homosexuals they committed adultery the papacy was a position that people tried to attain to like being president of the United States and the church actually reigned with government and if you disagreed with the church they would torture you and if you would not repent then you end up being killed all right.

▶ 16:56 And this is why our founding fathers created the first amendment you see. Congress shall make no law respecting the establishment of religion ok nor prohibiting the free exercise thereof you see the Bible is not prohibited in America but a denomination or some group running America with its rules and regulations is and that includes the atheists I don’t know if you know this but the supreme court has determined. That atheism is a religion. Did you know that yeah. when I told my atheist brother that [unclear] I’m not gonna be an atheist anymore.

▶ 17:52 ok and so atheists do not have [unclear] in America either and the Bible can’t be ruled out because it is an official historical book but a religion can [unclear] and we got history to prove it it doesn’t work when you have to believe everything someone says that they interpret the Bible [unclear] we got problems huh yeah. Now so the dark ages came it was a horrible time to live in a brutal it was the survival of the fittest during the dark ages was horrible things going on and literacy went really low except for the Jews the Jews had a high literacy rate because they obeyed the Bible in that area even if they didn’t believe in the messiah.

▶ 18:47 They believed you should train up your kids in the way they should go and we got to teach our kids how to read and write and everything so that they can you know read the scriptures and so forth so the literacy rate among the Jews was very high but all around the rest [unclear] like 5% only the elite were educated could read and write it was a really a dark time and the Bible prophesied that there would be a falling away and the Bible doesn’t miss [unclear]. This is the present time and we are living in the present time he said Jesus Christ will remain into the heavens until the restoration of all things spoken by the prophets we fell away from the things spoken by the prophet and God began to restore those things all right first thing restored is the scripture the authority word of God then faith Luther justification by faith and then you got the Methodists and the Baptists with water baptism Methodists was sanctification and God just kept revealing the prophets truth and every time he did a new denomination was created and the old denomination persecuted the new okay the Catholics [unclear] persecuted Luther Luther persecuted the Baptists held him under you know you want to be baptized fine we’ll put you under

▶ 20:17 and we’ll keep you there and see you in heaven. all right Baptists persecuted other denominations hey. Calvin was a horrible man killing and torturing and imprisoning people because they disagreed with him he believed in predestination if you disagreed. You were persecuted and even killed and people honor that man today as a a prophet of God and how can a prophet of God do things like that are you with me and I can go on down the line you know I told the Southern Baptists when I met them I said you know your religion was founded on slavery. you became Southern Baptist because you approved of slavery and they don’t even know that.

▶ 21:18 Are you out there are you learning something [unclear] yeah. Times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord there are four recognized. Great awakenings in the world in Europe and America even in your Encyclopedia Britannica this is recorded in history God kept his word and four times he has come to Europe and America and brought a spiritual awakening and you can read the history of it and I’ve given you the history of it but God is doing what he said he would do and I believe there’s another refreshing coming for America because God’s going to keep his word it’s that simple not because I’m some great prophet and I see things that other people don’t see God just said I’m gonna send times of refreshing and we’ve had these great awakenings and we’ve had times of refreshing like

▶ 22:18 Azusa Street was a refreshing time where people were filled with the Holy Ghost healings and miracles took place for a very short period of time because men get involved and they tear down what God is doing all right 1948 was another time of refreshing Oral Roberts Billy Graham came out of that time of refreshing okay but in just a few years the healings became phony. The wannabes you know they aren’t called they aren’t chosen and they certainly aren’t faithful but they’re imitating the guys that were. And it doesn’t work. Alleluia and so how many believe we need a new refreshing in America a spiritual awakening yes yes we do and God said he would do this and he did and this is the period we’re living in but the glory of the latter house should be greater than the former okay so here we got the latter house we don’t know when God’s gonna start this we don’t have the timetable we just got enough [unclear] something’s coming up amen.

▶ 23:37 And as you can see the latter church is going to be greater than the former so the latter church is going to be doing all of this. To be greater we at least got to be equal and to be greater we’re going to do it to the whole world the early church did not understand that the Americas South America North America Canada South Africa and all that had nations in it they didn’t know there were people there. We didn’t discover that until the late 1700s the islands had people on them. But see now the latter church can minister to what all nations just like it was prophesied the early church couldn’t because they didn’t know there were other people out there is that an amen and so do we have [unclear] something powerful to look to do we really want God to snatch us out of this evil world and not use us to bring his power to this evil world.

▶ 24:48 Yeah. But. Most of the American Christians are looking for the second coming they’re like the apostles when Jesus ascended they got their eyes [unclear] coming today oh Israel surrounded by armies surely we’re close [unclear] they got us all looking for Jesus to appear instead of looking for the glorious church. The latter house that exceeds the former does that make sense to you now was that a good review all right. Besides that the latter church is here during the day of wrath folks I showed it to you several times we’re still here when this wrath is poured out and we get through.

▶ 25:46 Amen now. do we [unclear] do we have the revelation no first John 3:2 it has not yet been revealed there’s things that have not been revealed yet is that an amen the apostles didn’t know alright what we shall be but when he comes we will be like him so this coming of the Lord the apostle didn’t have all the Revelation on did they when they asked Jesus when will you you know do this he says that’s in the hands of my father my father is the only one that knows when this is going to be but you got prophets you know they’re better than Jesus they’re predicting and they’ve been predicting for decades and missing for decades because they ignore the fact that only God has the time and the way it’s going to be done and it hasn’t been revealed yet that’s why you don’t want to miss next week.

▶ 26:47 there was a scroll that has not been opened. You can feel that can’t you you can feel the power of the spirit in that yeah. Day of wrath now. Romans 8:18 the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with what the glory which shall be revealed in us us we the church there is a glory that’s going to be revealed to this world the marred Jesus is going to be revealed to this world and it’s not been revealed yet but the latter house the glorious church is going to be used of God to reveal it amen now that should get you excited.

▶ 27:42 Hallelujah. Isaiah 53:11. Jesus’ travail knowledge and intercession for mankind’s benefit. He shall see the travail of his soul remember green is who God the father the underlined is who Jesus God shall see the travail of Jesus’ soul and be satisfied it pleased the father to bruise him and kill him. Most Christians cannot comprehend that.

▶ 28:28 Because we live in a little utopia world. Luke 22:41 Jesus knelt down and prayed father if you be willing remove this cup from me what cup was that the marred more than any person [unclear] he was going to be tortured beaten beard plucked out he was going to be deformed more than any other man and Jesus God in the flesh prayed to the father let this pass from me and then he also added a phrase nevertheless not my will but your will be done do you ever say that or most of your prayer is very selfish get it done and get it done now. Nevertheless not my will Jesus desired not to die you guys understand that he didn’t want to go through this suffering that’s his physical part his human part alright.

▶ 29:37 And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven strengthening him oh man that’s encouraging. Hallelujah can God strengthen you in your agony absolutely he can all right being in agony travail Jesus prayed more earnestly and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground Jesus fulfilled what the father said of him. By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many for he shall bear their iniquities by his knowledge okay. We’re gonna take a look at Jesus’s knowledge from his own mouth not somebody else’s mouth this is his own mouth Jesus said the son of man he knew he was the son of man he knew he was conceived by God and birthed by Mary the only person that’s ever been that way.

▶ 30:42 The son of man must suffer many things suffer. There’s that marred more than any man Christ again he knew what he was going to go through he had knowledge of it and he’s going to be rejected of the church elders or the Jewish leaders Jewish religion leaders elders chief priests and scribes the ones that’s supposed to know the scriptures and be slain he knew he was going to die he knew that the religious leaders were going to reject him. is it possible that religious leaders can reject Jesus today absolutely and a lot of people are following them I. Just dealt with a man who was in a church and when they went to do the book of Luke studied the book of Luke they passed up the whole birth of Christ and he said why did they do that well I said well let me check out your church so I checked it out yeah they were a liberal church they don’t believe in the miracles of Christ they don’t believe in the virgin birth so they left that story out and started after he went into his ministry I said you need to get out of that church did you check this church ah.

▶ 32:06 Did you check this church out before you went there you’ve been going there for a year I said you’re in a liberal church. He said I’m leaving. he called me back a week later and said I’m over here this one I checked out. Amen. and [unclear] he’s gonna be raised he knew he’s gonna be raised the third day in Mark 2:10 the son of man has power on earth to what forgive sins and deliver sin I just didn’t have room for more scripture I like to keep things [unclear] John 8:24 if you believe not that I am he you will die in your sins [unclear] you believe not that I am he who’s he.

▶ 32:56 Yeah he’s Jesus who else is he he’s the father who else is he messiah the messiah the anointed one the Christ that was prophesied to come if you don’t believe that I am the messiah you’ll die in your sin these Jews that don’t believe that Jesus is the messiah I don’t care how the Christian world says oh they’re God’s people no they’re gonna die in their sins and they’re going to the lake of fire that’s why we need to preach the gospel to them and everyone else Jesus is the only savior he’s the messiah the Christ to come the anointed one the son of God God in the flesh and if you don’t believe it you’re gonna die in your sin. [unclear] see we need to speak the word we’re confident we no need to back off.

▶ 34:03 Therefore I will divide him a portion with the great you notice the great is surrounded by green what’s green in these verses the father I just thought I would give it a little heads up here he will divide the spoil with the strong. The strong is in green because I’m going to show you it’s the father alright. Because he has poured out his soul unto death he Jesus his Jesus soul unto death I’m going to divide the spoil and the portion what is the portion what is the spoil and who is this great and strong one that he’s going to divide it with is that a good question oh yeah no I know you know all this I’m just bringing it to your remembrance so let’s look at the scriptures Deuteronomy 13 to 9 the lord’s portion is his what [unclear] people I divide him a portion the portion is what his people.

▶ 35:16 Amen. you should be excited. Alright see God created this whole thing to get you his whole plan if you’ll get my series on the mystery of God his whole plan hidden in the old testament was the church was his people that was his whole plan he wanted to surround himself in heaven with people that would love him. That was his plan. Luke 11:21 an armed strong man which in this parable is Satan he’s talking about guards his own palace and his goods are safe a natural story illustrating a spiritual truth but when a stronger man Jesus is Jesus stronger than Satan absolutely all right when Jesus comes and overcomes him the stronger takes all his armor he trusted in and divides his what spoils.

▶ 36:29 What’s his spoils his people. The spoils are his people the kingdom of darkness and the kingdom of light are in a war over the people. [unclear] Deuteronomy 10:17 your God is what great and mighty God of gods and Lord of lords so who is Jesus dividing. The people that come to him the believers the church who’s he dividing them with the father. hallelujah and they’re one so there’s really no division. Are you there yeah. Amen.

▶ 37:25 He was numbered with the transgressors he bare the sin of many the followers. Not everyone though he died for the sins of the whole world [unclear] the whole world doesn’t believe and trust in him so they died in their sin but the followers do. And he makes intercession for the transgressors the word intercession means a go-between one that stands in for another takes the place of another an intercessor okay so we go to the scriptures in Romans 8:34 it is Christ that died that is risen who is at the right hand of God making intercession for us now the Jesus only people say there’s only one person up there in heaven well who is this birdbrain at the right hand of God. When you get to heaven you’re going to see one then who is this imposter that the Bible keeps saying over and over is at the right hand of God it is who Jesus God in the flesh [unclear] God in the flesh that’s Jesus a man and he’s at the right hand of God on the throne and they can do that because they’re God amen.

▶ 38:39 now 1st John 2:1 I write unto you that you sin not isn’t that a good statement the wages of sin is death you’re gonna get hurt you’re gonna hurt other people but if any man sin he’s being realistic now I don’t even make mistakes yeah. You guys are honest today. If any man does sin we have a what advocate see a go-between a mediator with the father Jesus Christ the righteous he is the propitiation the covering atonement for our sins not ours only but also for the sins of the whole world if they accept it and believe it they can have eternal life alleluia so you see God said these things about Jesus God spoke directly to Jesus and Jesus came and fulfilled them now folks only a supernatural book can do this in this kind of detail this Bible was not written by man only it was written by men inspired by the spirit of God and they only spoke what God told him to speak because like Ananias and Sapphira they would have dropped down dead..

▶ 39:58 Are you there. So. as the worship team comes [unclear] close by singing this beautiful song. Let the lord’s light shine upon you let his spirit have his precious way. You got to be born again folks. The spirits got to be involved in your life and Jesus is in the throne room inviting you to come in the throne room as I said before is where he. Exercises his authority. That’s his room of authority and if he says you’re forgiven you’re forgiven if he says you’re delivered you’re delivered he’s the king sitting on the throne and this his room of authority amen.

▶ 40:58 So if we come humbly to him he will come and use his authority to set you free and if you don’t know Jesus today I’m not talking about being a believer I’m talking about knowing him if you don’t know him you’ve never had a born-again experience. Now let me tell you. If you have you know what the difference is it’s not a mental decision it is the spirit coming and convicting you and you responding admitting you’re wrong because the spirit is convicting you not apologetics not.

▶ 41:44 Psychology. not beautiful music [unclear] the spirit comes and makes you a new creature all things pass away and all things are made new if you have never experienced Jesus like this and you want to experience him I want you to stand and sing this song with me now for those of you have never done this publicly before and accepted Jesus the Bible says that the blood of Christ cleanses and forgives all sin I don’t care what you’ve done today Jesus because you stood because you sang because you asked him to cleanse you and forgave you of all your sin now as the song says.

▶ 42:40 He wants us to love him love does nothing to hurt his neighbor so in this day forth we don’t want to purposely do anything to bring a [unclear] on Christ’s name we. Got to trust him believe means trust trust him to keep his word trust him to finish the good work that he’s beginning in you and then obey the scriptures as you learned them obey them and if you haven’t learned them yet the conscience is a good thing to get tuned into because your conscience will convict you of wrong even before you know it’s wrong but if you’re doing things you don’t know is wrong the word will reveal it so let’s sing it again let’s lift our hands sing Lord even us old-timers we need to come into the throne room we need the authority of God in our life now let’s just tell him we love him Lord with our mouth we profess our love for you we thank you for forgiving our sin we thank you for accepting us we thank you for delivering of our sins and Lord because you love us we commit to loving you Jesus we commit to obeying you we commit to putting our life in your trust.

▶ 44:10 Thank you Lord Jesus thank you that your blood your death paid the price for me and nothing is more powerful than your blood my thoughts my doubts my unbelief my fears are not greater than your blood your blood cleanses me of sin forgives me of sin and delivers me of sin and I thank you Lord Jesus I love you I love you I love you for loving me I love you Lord I want to follow you all the days of my life I want to live a life that brings an honor to your name. Thank you Lord. Let that spirit rest upon each one of us.

▶ 45:02 that spirit that guides us into all truth. That light. Lord that guides our pathway. Let it rest on everyone here today and when Monday morning comes let them be reminded by your Holy Spirit [unclear] you’re with them you’re for them and you’re gonna finish the good work that you’ve begun in them. Amen church and that what he promised that we could come into his throne room that room of authority. Nobody can bug you there I don’t care what you’ve done in your life I don’t care if you think you’re the flea on the dog like David did.

▶ 45:59 God is inviting you to his room of authority his room of power his room where he dictates a law this man is forgiven of sin bang it’s done this man is delivered from sin bang it’s done. this man [unclear] will inherit and be with me for eternity bang it’s done. And this man I will finish the good work I started in him bang it’s done. Amen is he the king of kings is he the Lord of lords does he have power over everything in heaven and in earth yes the throne room is where that authority originates and you can come in Monday through Saturday into that room at home and be touched by the authority of Jesus Christ alleluia and then when you come into church next Sunday you’ll bring something with you.
