The Fiery Tongue - March 24, 2024: full transcript and answers
Gray boxes are our own short answers and summaries.
Israel praised God at the Red Sea and soon complained against Him. We are trained to criticize like Yelp reviewers, but we are not God’s customers. In Esther, Vashti refused the king while Esther came with fasting, humility and respect and petitioned for her people against Haman’s evil law. The message applies that to laws today and calls the church to petition the King.
How did Israel use their tongues?
Short answer: They sang His praise when the waters covered their enemies, then soon forgot His works and tested God.
▶ 0:13 We’re going to be talking about the tongue for half of this and the other half um be talking about. Esther and Psalms chapter 106:11 as we’ve been talking about the uh Israelites coming out of Egypt going along with that it says the waters covered their enemies there was not one of them left then they believed his words and they sang his praise so here the Israelites were using their tongue for a good purpose they were praising God they were blessing his name and God is pleased and if you remember what God said when he said to Moses and Aaron he said go to pharaoh and tell him that uh my people need to come out and sacrifice unto me worship me so God wants to make us worshippers it’s important for us to take on that role as Christians God wants to make every one of us every person on the planet a worshipper and we please him when we’re worshiping you take time like you did this morning to praise him and of course we want to also be holy he doesn’t want you just coming and worshiping and going out and living a very uh filthy dirty lifestyle.
▶ 1:37 Right and for that we have we we can repent we can have faith and hope in his promise that he will do what he will said he will do remember he says he’s the author and the finisher of our faith so that path that we start with him he will finish it in us we just got to keep going keep repenting and keep at it. Amen. Psalms 10613 they soon forgot his works and they waited not for his counsel so as we just mentioned if you hang on to his promise and if you stick with his plan you stick with his program and his process he will bring you he will uh finish the the work he began in you and these Israelites did not want God uh they rejected him and would not allow God to finish that work good work he began in them but lusted exceedingly in the wilderness and tempted God in the desert so they went from praising him thanking him to now they are forgetting about the wonderful thing he did for them and they are testing God when.
Scripture in this part
Psalm 106:11-15 (NKJV)
The waters covered their enemies; There was not one of them left. Then they believed His words; They sang His praise. They soon forgot His works; They did not wait for His counsel, But lusted exceedingly in the wilderness, And tested God in the desert. And He gave them their request, But sent leanness into their soul.
— Psalm 106:11-15 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 0:13Who tests whom?
Short answer: We don’t test God; God tests us. We’re tempted by our flesh and the kingdom of darkness.
▶ 2:49 Really we don’t test God God tests us or they tempted God God’s not God is not tempting we’re tempted by our own flesh and we’re temp tempted by uh the kingdom of darkness. Suggestions but you don’t go around testing. God he gave them their requests but sent leanness into their soul and I don’t want to get the minimum from God I want everything that he has you don’t want to have a relationship with with God where you’re you’re lean and you’re you’re getting as little as possible you want to get the full package amen and we need a relationship with Christ that allows that full inner change of his package so don’t forget his works don’t forget his promise don’t try to tempt God obey him submit to his word and his will uh Christians today are testing God and looking to him and saying oh you need to change no he doesn’t need to change he’s God he created everything amen so so they betrayed him in chapter 25 Israel abode in shittam and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughter they committed sexual immorality they started sacrificing unto other gods they bowed down to other gods and they joined themselves over to another God bale peor and the angle of the Lord was kindled against
▶ 4:19 them and so they once were using their tongue to praise him and then they turned around and completely off are rejecting God and his word and God we should always ask ourselves this question it’s one of the ten commandments are we worshiping another God are we worshiping money sin Satan ourselves worshiping ourselves is big right now in America because we want to please ourself and it’s all about. Ourself do we want to worship God how we want or are we going to worship how God defined it it’s important we want we don’t want to take on this uh this role that we think we know everything when we come to God we need to submit to him submit to his word his truth and uh if you find yourself scoffing at God’s word and and laughing at his word oh I’m not going to do that uh that’s not a good attitude toward God you know if it’s something you don’t understand okay I hear that and I’m going to set that some where where I can process it later but I’m going to keep following God’s word as it plainly said I mean you can’t read the Psalms and not see that it says 200 times to sing you know maybe we should.
Scripture in this part
James 1:13-14 (NKJV)
Let no one say when he is tempted, “I am tempted by God”; for God cannot be tempted by evil, nor does He Himself tempt anyone. But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires and enticed.
— James 1:13-14 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 2:49How did they reject God with words?
Short answer: They complained: were there no graves in Egypt? Their words and actions rejected Him.
▶ 5:43 Sing you know throughout the New Testament they worshiped in the Old Testament they worshiped they sing they use their mouth we need to be using our mouth for his praise and his glory. Amen. And so they use their tongue to complain in Exodus 14:11 they complain to Moses uh was it because there are no graves in Egypt that you brought us to the desert to die what have you done to us bringing us out of Egypt didn’t we say to you leave us. Alone let us serve the Egyptians my goodness what a statement can you imagine getting married and somebody being like I told you to leave me alone I told you not to get married to me I told told you I would I wanted to be. Unfettered but you came in my life and you that would be a complete rejection.
▶ 6:41 Right me because you know you face problems in life and you get in those problems and you start saying things like that that’s that is uh you’re you’re rejecting with your words and they also rejected him with their actions it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than to die in the desert. They complained against Moses uh when they found that the water was bitter and God was he made it clean again they complain they continued in the journey they complained about the lack of food they complained about their hardships in the wilderness and you. Know I’m sorry but I probably would have been complaining too you know you’re in the wilderness and uh we’re talking about 40 years that’s that’s tough but it’s not that you complain it’s that you keep complaining it’s not that you uh mess up it’s that you keep at it and now this is you’ve been changed into somebody who is um has the wrong attitude toward.
Scripture in this part
Exodus 14:11-12 (NKJV)
Then they said to Moses, “Because there were no graves in Egypt, have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? Why have you so dealt with us, to bring us up out of Egypt? Is this not the word that we told you in Egypt, saying, ‘Let us alone that we may serve the Egyptians’? For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptians than that we should die in the wilderness.”
— Exodus 14:11-12 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 5:43Should we Yelp-review a church?
Short answer: No; America trains us to criticize, but believers elsewhere meet in caves. We are not God’s customers, and the customer is not always right.
▶ 7:49 God amen you know life isn’t always. Easy but that doesn’t mean you stay in that mode where you’re uh you have this bad view of God treating you wrong we’re conditioned in America to criticize and complain because we believe it makes things better and you know you talk about uh products in our that we consume and we say oh I don’t like that be and I’m going to tell you that so you make it better. Right and we have yelp reviews we have amazon customer reviews and they’ve trained us to share what we don’t like and uh that doesn’t translate when it comes to the church in other nations people are meeting in caves and they meet.
▶ 8:43 Secretly and they don’t get to yelp review their situation they don’t get to customer review their setup where they go to. Church and if you find yourself yelp reviewing or google reviewing a church you’re you’re missing what church is. About we’re not God’s. Customers where or the pastor’s customers where where we the customer is always right no that is not right the customer is not always right and I mean that’s we’re not God’s. Customers. Our assembly and our meeting should be for God to touch him to know him to meet with him to honor him and please him God is the one doing the review.
Will God test His people?
Short answer: Yes; He reviewed the seven churches. In this world you will have tribulation, but He has overcome.
▶ 9:47 As we see in Revelations chapter 2 he does the yelp review he did the review of the seven. Churches and God has to put his people through testing and how many you know if I had to rate this testing or this problem I wouldn’t be rating a five-star problem would you no that’s part of the pro part of the process is some problems you have to go through and nobody’s going to rate their problems five. Stars so let’s not miss the point of what church is about and what God having a relationship with God is about you know if they had a yelp review of oh here uh you tried buddha you tried hindu you tried Jesus you tried atheism let’s do our reviews oh well I didn’t like this one because it no that’s not how it.
▶ 10:45 Goes Jesus said in this world you will have tribulation but be of good cheer I have overcome the world God wants to change us into people that can. Overcome and that means that we’re not dependent on a church giving us exactly what we want we are dependent on Jesus changing us from the inside out so that we can handle and overcome every problem that comes our way. Amen James chapter 3:6 the tongue is a fire a world of iniquity so said among our members that it defiles the whole body it’s set on fire by hell no one contain the tongue it is an unruly evil full of deadly poison with it we bless our God and we curse.
▶ 11:38 Men so that’s what we’re bringing out this morning and that’s what the Israelites are reminding us you see they went they came out of the red sea and they were praising God they wrote a new song for God and they’re blessing God and they come into another situation and they’re using that same tongue that’s in their mouth to curse and to say hey Moses you’re an idiot God is you know this is wrong they they’re rejecting they’re defiling with their tongue and God is asking us what are we doing with our tongue do we use it to give praise to God today and will you use your tongue to honor God or will use your tongue to curse men or curse God it’s very important that we get our tongue trained to give God glory to give him honor. Amen amen we’re going to turn our attention to.
Scripture in this part
John 16:33 (NKJV)
These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.”
— John 16:33 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 10:45What happened to Vashti?
Short answer: She refused the king’s command and lost her position, as some are not willing to come to Jesus for life.
▶ 12:33 Esther the book of Esther in chapter 1:12 queen Vashti who was the queen of of Persia we’ll just say Xerxes king Xerxes in that time she refused to come at the king’s. Command he asked and he wanted to show how beautiful she was to everybody around him and he asked her to come and she said no she. Refused and she used her tongue to do that right she used her tongue and her her hands and said no I’m not coming and uh.
▶ 13:14 Vashti they said to her you will no longer come before the king and your position will be given to another who’s better in John 5:40 Jesus Christ in red letters he says you you are not willing to come to me that you may have life you do not have the love of God in you so in this Old Testament example you must understand that Esther is an example an illustration of the relationship between Jesus and his church the relationship between that the Holy Spirit does and Satan his impact and one of the in the New Testament we see that just like uh in their the queen in this time would refuse to come to the king the religious Jews refus to come to Jesus to get life in Jesus and they do not have the love of God in them she didn’t love her husband and the religious Jews didn’t love their God they loved.
Scripture in this part
Esther 1:12-19 (NKJV)
But Queen Vashti refused to come at the king’s command brought by his eunuchs; therefore the king was furious, and his anger burned within him. Then the king said to the wise men who understood the times (for this was the king’s manner toward all who knew law and justice, those closest to him being Carshena, Shethar, Admatha, Tarshish, Meres, Marsena, and Memucan, the seven princes of Persia and Media, who had access to the king’s presence, and who ranked highest in the kingdom): “What shall we do to Queen Vashti, according to law, because she did not obey the command of King Ahasuerus brought to her by the eunuchs?” And Memucan answered before the king and the princes: “Queen Vashti has not only wronged the king, but also all the princes, and all the people who are in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus. For the queen’s behavior will become known to all women, so that they will despise their husbands in their eyes, when they report, ‘King Ahasuerus commanded Queen Vashti to be brought in before him, but she did not come.’ This very day the noble ladies of Persia and Media will say to all the king’s officials that they have heard of the behavior of the queen. Thus there will be excessive contempt and wrath. If it pleases the king, let a royal decree go out from him, and let it be recorded in the laws of the Persians and the Medes, so that it will not be altered, that Vashti shall come no more before King Ahasuerus; and let the king give her royal position to another who is better than she.
— Esther 1:12-19 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 12:33John 5:40 (NKJV)
But you are not willing to come to Me that you may have life.
— John 5:40 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 13:14How did Esther become queen?
Short answer: She listened to those over her and the king loved her and crowned her.
▶ 14:27 Themselves Esther chapter 2:17 so Esther comes along and she’s beautiful and she’s young and she’s uh she’s you know listening to the the people over her and she comes before the king and he loves her and he sets the crown upon her head and made her queen and she became queen instead of vashi so you know we see here that God just like in the New Testament it changed from the religious Jews to now the the the Jews that believed in Jesus the Jews that came out to Jesus and the Gentiles later who also came out to Jesus God made a new bride. Amen Esther in Esther 38 Haman comes in and he says to the king there is a certain people scattered and dispersed among all the people and their laws are different and they do not keep the king’s laws therefore it is not fitting for the king to let them.
Scripture in this part
Esther 2:17 (NKJV)
The king loved Esther more than all the other women, and she obtained grace and favor in his sight more than all the virgins; so he set the royal crown upon her head and made her queen instead of Vashti.
— Esther 2:17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 14:27What does Haman illustrate?
Short answer: Satan the accuser, who wants to destroy, as he asked to sift Peter.
▶ 15:32 Remain and if it pleases the king let a decree be written that they may be destroyed and I will pay 10,000 talents of silver you know talent is a lot of money into the hands of those who do the work and in this story Haman is an illustration of Satan Satan comes before God and he says hey this guy he messed up and he sinned and he’s not following he’s breaking your laws and he comes and he accuses right and he’s like oh man we got to judge him to the end degree because he’s up there and he’s saying you know you’re going to judge me you got to judge them. Too it’s not fitting that you let them remain and so Satan is up there John at God all the time hey you got to kill you got to judge them you got to.
▶ 16:34 And he’s. Accusing. And uh he’s trying to get the the law to um he’s trying to get you know access to destroy the Jews here Luke 22:31 Jesus Christ red letters he says Simon Satan has asked for you that he may sift you as wheat he wants to destroy you he wants to separate you right just like Haman here he is asking to destroy annihilate get rid of the Jews Satan is doing the same thing he is seeking whom he may. Devour and of course Jesus says I have prayed for you right so Jesus has some solutions but this is what’s happening on Satan’s side the king said to Haman the money and the people are given to you do the do with them as seems good to you in Exodus.
Scripture in this part
Esther 3:9 (NKJV)
If it pleases the king, let a decree be written that they be destroyed, and I will pay ten thousand talents of silver into the hands of those who do the work, to bring it into the king’s treasuries.”
— Esther 3:9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 15:32Luke 22:31 (NKJV)
And the Lord said, “Simon, Simon! Indeed, Satan has asked for you, that he may sift you as wheat.
— Luke 22:31 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 16:34Is God angry with His people?
Short answer: He called Israel stiff-necked; in the New Testament destruction of the flesh is meant to break you down so your spirit is saved.
▶ 17:36 32:9 the Lord says they are a stiff neck people let me alone that my wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them I may consume them so God in the past he’s been like man these guys um they are really pushing me to the edge and I’m just going to destroy them but we know that when he said that he was speaking to Moses and Moses acted as an intermediary between the people and between God and that what is exactly what Jesus does he is our intermediary he is our goet he is the one our mediator standing in the gap saying hold on I died on the cross for these people and it’s not like you know God’s not he knows the whole situation. Okay but Jesus is in the middle and he is fighting the battle for us.
▶ 18:32 Amen 1 Corinthians 5:5 hand this man over to Satan for the destruction of the flesh so that his spirit may be saved on the day of the Lord so we know in the New Testament destruction is not meant to kill it’s meant to break you down so that your eyes are open to the truth so you can be saved and turn from sin so that’s what God wants in your life is end goal is that you can be turned and saved. Amen ex Esther 3:12 Haman he sent out a law to all the people all the officials of all the people to every province to every people in their language and they were sent out by couriers. To uh to destroy to kill and to annihilate the Jews the letters were sent out and there was a day appointed for this to happen a copy of the document was to be issued as law in every pro province being published for all people so we have a day appointed where they’re going to come and they’re going to destroy the Jews right in Romans 3:23 it says all have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God so God has written his word and everybody on this planet has broken his law and there is a day in acts chap 17:31 he has appointed a day in which he will judge the world in.
Scripture in this part
Exodus 32:9-10 (NKJV)
And the LORD said to Moses, “I have seen this people, and indeed it is a stiff-necked people! Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation.”
— Exodus 32:9-10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 17:361 Corinthians 5:5 (NKJV)
deliver such a one to Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that his spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.
— 1 Corinthians 5:5 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 18:32Should we wait for judgment?
Short answer: No; let His word judge you now. America needs to see the writing on the wall.
▶ 20:07 Righteousness but you don’t have to wait to be judged you can let his word judge you now and change we can we can listen and hear God’s word and say okay I’m going to respond to his word I’m going to repent I’m going to have a relationship with Jesus I don’t want to have to live under that that law coming out that judgment I can have a relationship with Christ and be with him because that is his goal remember he prayed and said that he wants us to know him to know eternal. Life so let his word judge you now the hand that rode on the wall in balazar time after he defied defiled the temple and praised the God of golds gold and silver uh it said me me teel eup farison and it meant you have been weighed on the scales and found wanting and we don’t want God we don’t want to be found wanting amen we don’t want to be found lacking we want to let God judge us now don’t wait for.
How did Esther approach the king?
Short answer: After fasting three days she came with humility and respect and found favor.
▶ 21:18 Eternity and as the saying goes do we see the writing on the wall amen are we willing to respond to his word now. And America needs to see the writing on the wall America we need to see the writing on the wall and the writing on the wall is saying hey you need to change we are not living up and respecting his word we are rejecting it we are spitting on it and stepping on his word and his truth and this is not going to go on forever. So let God’s word judge you now respond to it now don’t wait Esther chapter 4:16 gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan and fast for me neither eat nor drink for three days night or day Esther 5:2 when the queen saw Esther standing in the court she found favor in his sight have we found favor in God’s sight don’t you want to find favor in God’s sight when you walk in oh man that’s my son that’s my daughter.
▶ 22:37 She came in with humility and respect she had been fasting and praying she walks into the room and she’s not you know bursting at she’s not yelling at the king she’s not throwing a tantrum at the king she’s coming in with humility and respect we got to come into God with humility and respect understanding that his role as his king and Lord over all she came. In without respect and he saw her and uh she found favor in his sight and she he invited her to touch the staff in his hand the scepter she controlled herself she wasn’t flying off the handle and we need to control ourselves when we come before the king amen Luke 1:30 the angel said to mary do not be afraid you have found favor with God I want to find favor with God don’t we want to find favor do you have that desire America do you have that desire to find favor with God when God looks on you do you he you know do you do anything are you respectful do you hear his word do you try at all do you do you find favor with him are you living a life that is pleasing to.
▶ 24:04 Him you need to start asking these questions you need to start responding to your God and the king said to her what do you wish it will be given to you up to half the kingdom what do you wish what is your request. And don’t you want God to talk to you that. Way what is your request it will be given to you up to half your kingdom and don’t we have a request in our time amen we need to petition our king come before him and ask for half his kingdom ask for half of this world half of America whatever it is give us all of America ask for all of it let him give us half whatever it is we want that inheritance that he has for his people it says that he’ll give us the nations as an inheritance.
Scripture in this part
Esther 4:16 (NKJV)
“Go, gather all the Jews who are present in Shushan, and fast for me; neither eat nor drink for three days, night or day. My maids and I will fast likewise. And so I will go to the king, which is against the law; and if I perish, I perish!”
— Esther 4:16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 21:18Esther 5:2-3 (NKJV)
So it was, when the king saw Queen Esther standing in the court, that she found favor in his sight, and the king held out to Esther the golden scepter that was in his hand. Then Esther went near and touched the top of the scepter. And the king said to her, “What do you wish, Queen Esther? What is your request? It shall be given to you—up to half the kingdom!”
— Esther 5:2-3 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 21:18What did Esther ask?
Short answer: Let my life be given me at my petition and my people at my request; go to King Jesus, not the opposition.
▶ 25:11 Amen he wants to reach. People if I have found favor in your sight if it pleases the king let my life be given to me at my petition and my people at my request so she made a petition she made a request again she came in respectfully and with honor to the king and humbly made her petition before him and she asked for her life John 10:10 that’s what Jesus came to do I have come that you may have life and have life what more. Abundantly and she goes on to say we have been sold my people and I to be destroyed to be killed to be annihilated the adversary and enemy is this wicked Haman this wicked Haman the scriptures say in Ephesians 6:12 we do not wrestle against flesh and blood but against principalities powers against the rulers of the darkness of this age against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places you know there’s a there’s a opposition.
▶ 26:20 You know and I don’t need to go to them and say hey can you guys give us a break I need to go to Jesus the king and say hey can you knock them out. Please Esther did it the right way and we need to follow her example what are we going to do about it the enemy wants to destroy us he wants to destroy the church he wants to destroy homes he wants to destroy children’s futures he wants to destroy families in our country what are we going to do about. It Esther chapter 78 and uh Haman starts you know coming you know invading Esther’s space and touching and it’s like and the king sees that he says hey what the what do you think you’re doing my friend that’s my wife get your hands off of her and before he even spoke the words they have cover covered his face and they were taken him out.
Scripture in this part
Esther 7:3 (NKJV)
Then Queen Esther answered and said, “If I have found favor in your sight, O king, and if it pleases the king, let my life be given me at my petition, and my people at my request.
— Esther 7:3 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 25:11Who is God angry with?
Short answer: Most likely with the church, and with Satan; His words are powerful against darkness.
▶ 27:30 And so God’s words are very powerful Jesus’s words are very power his commands are very powerful when he speaks those words when he comes at you you better watch out and when he speaks his word and he comes after the kingdom of darkness they better watch. Out and we want that kind of response from God. Amen we need that kind of response from God in may uh the middle of may we’re going to have a fasting weekend and I want this to be our theme and our goal to petition God to come before him petition uh God for our country petition God for this world to receive an inheritance to get up to half his kingdom you know maybe more maybe this is you half can we have it all I want it all.
▶ 28:27 Right so there’s two messages here in previous slides we see God is angry with Israel angry and he’s saying I’m going to wipe them out and God uh most is most likely angry with the church today God is angry with Satan as well and one message is to the church and that message is God is angry with our sin and our rejection of his word of his law of his truth serving other gods to acting the way that Israelite the is Israel acting the way Israel acted and the other message. Uh is to the the world God is angry with his when his people are messed with by Satan and his followers and as Christians we need to repent from our sin and preach a message of repentance to Christians and to the world and and we must petition our God for a solution against the enemy of our day and our enemy is affecting the church and the world.
How were the Jews saved?
Short answer: The king let the Jews in every city gather and protect their lives, and many became Jews.
▶ 29:41 In Esther 8:11 the king as uh worship team comes the king permitted the Jews who were in every city to gather together and protect their lives so Esther and Mordecai and I didn’t mention Mordecai here and it’s very important important Mordecai to be mentioned but I didn’t mention him he’s very important in all this and he is he is uh he is pushing he is encouraging and he is motivating uh Esther and just like the Holy Spirit we have we have that Holy Spirit driving us pushing us hey you need to you need to go before the king. Amen but mori and Esther got these laws changed and the king they wrote new laws to allow uh the Israel uh the Jews to protect themselves to protect their lives against all the forces of any people or province that would assault them so that means any force every every ruler of darkness I have power to protect myself I have authority over that Esther 8: 17 many of the people of the land became Jews because of fear of the Jews fell and all the people people and we we want to understand that this morning because of this because of Esther stance and the uh morai stance and petitioning the king they were able to turn everything.
▶ 31:11 Around they actually brought more people to become Jews and we want people to become Christians we want people to turn and follow Christ amen and that’s what this story is illustrating that people were in a certain way and and and and Satan comes to these Jews and he wants to wipe them out God turned the whole thing around and we need him to turn it around. Today no one could withstand them because fear of them fell upon all the people we need the fear of God and our country again amen we need that power of God in our country again we must remember. That anyone can write. Laws it doesn’t mean that your laws are.
Scripture in this part
Esther 8:11 (NKJV)
By these letters the king permitted the Jews who were in every city to gather together and protect their lives—to destroy, kill, and annihilate all the forces of any people or province that would assault them, both little children and women, and to plunder their possessions,
— Esther 8:11 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 29:41Esther 8:17 (NKJV)
And in every province and city, wherever the king’s command and decree came, the Jews had joy and gladness, a feast and a holiday. Then many of the people of the land became Jews, because fear of the Jews fell upon them.
— Esther 8:17 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 31:11What laws is he concerned about?
Short answer: Haman wrote an evil law; he names abortion, California law on the “unviable and unwanted,” and transition laws, and says everyone’s beliefs end up in the law.
▶ 32:06 Good Haman wrote a bad law an evil law that would wipe out a people and laws are being written in states and countries and in uh throughout our world and in our own country that are wiping people out abortion wipes out people you know before they’re even. Born in california if you are deemed unviable and unwanted you can be wiped. Out doesn’t make it. Good and they’ll look at Christians and they’ll say oh keep your religion out of our laws but we got to respond to that statement and say keep your religion out of our lives and our laws.
