God proclaimed a sign and backs His word. Adversaries will come, but we must give God our time and overcome excuses. Leviticus 19 calls us to rebuke without hate and respect others. He applies this to abortion, politics and faith, urging Christians to approach sinners as individuals.

What sign did God give?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: A virgin shall conceive—Emmanuel; the gospel is moving, especially in the southern hemisphere.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 0:00 Isaiah 7:14, “The Lord himself will give you a sign. Behold, a virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name Emanuel.” Hundreds of years before it happened. And it’s also repeated in Matthew 1:24. Only there he’s not only named Emmanuel, he’s also named Jesus before birth. He stirred up the spirits of the early church to build God’s house. Mark 16:20, they went and preached everywhere, the Lord working with them and confirming the word with signs following. You preach of the word, Jesus will a confirm of the word. You know, preach of the word, there’s no confirmation of the word. Are you there? See what’s lacking in America then?

▶ 0:56 Preaching the word because there’s tremendous things going on all over the earth, both especially in the southern hemisphere. Tremendous things, real genuine stuff. We need to get back to preaching the word. Could that be true? Yeah. Acts 2:46, they continued daily with one accord in the temple, breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, unity, praising God. That’s one of the things Christians do is they what? Praise God. That’s a spiritual sacrifice. And having favor with all the people and the Lord added to the church daily as should such as should be saved. And so we see they were stirred up. They went out and preached and God started building his church. Okay.

Did the early church have adversaries?

▶ Watch this part (1:46)

Short answer: Yes—Rome and religious leaders; keep preaching; later the work ceased; God backs His word.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 1:46 Then they had adversaries. How many of you know the early church apostles and people had adversaries? The Roman government, the people, the local people in the community. But 2 Thessalonians 2:3, let no man deceive you. That day shall not come except there come a what? Falling away first. 2 Timothy 4:3. The time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but after their own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers having tickling ears. They shall turn away. In other words, we want you to tell us what we want to hear. They will turn away their ears from the truth and shall be turned into fables. But watch you in all things. Even during this adversity, you be alert. Endure the afflictions and do the work of a what? Evangelist. See, evangelist is an in gatherer.

▶ 2:41 See, keep preaching, keep prophesying, keep encouraging. Don’t let it get you. This is going to happen. And did it happen? Yeah. The dark ages. 500-,500 years. There’s very little voice about Jesus, the word, and building the church. The the Catholic Church had gone into gross darkness and gross sin. Just horrible. Now, that’s you know, they got to they got to measure up. They they got to accept the fact they botched it up. Just read your history. And then just like the Bible said, the work ceased. The whole world was turned upside down in the apostles days.

▶ 3:32 And then a few hundred years go by and the work ceased. They stopped building God’s house. So what do we learn? Jesus made a proclamation to what? Build a church. A sign was given. He was born of a virgin. He was named hundreds of years before he came. He died. He had to lay down his life and he rose again. I mean, do we have a sign or what? Yeah. Is it time to build God’s house or is it just time to build our own family? It’s time to build God’s house along with our family. Did Jesus stir up their spirits in the book of Acts in the New Testament church?

What does God ask?

▶ Watch this part (4:26)

Short answer: A seventh of our time—overcome excuses like sleeping in on Sunday; be wise and strong, not wimps.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 4:26 Will he stir up our spirit? Yes, he will. He’ll back up his word. But we need to proclaim the word. Adversaries are going to try and weaken you, especially in your own family and your own friends. They’re going to trouble you. They’re our adversaries out there are going to hire counselors against you to frustrate our purposes. And Dan, I mean, Daniel said, “The house shall be built in troubleous times.” Isn’t that right? Isn’t that right? Well, why do we expect something easy? There’s going to be adversity, so let’s just get the building. The work of restoration is going to cease because of our excuses, our reasons, our justifications. We justify why we’re not doing something.

▶ 5:22 Sound familiar? And all God asks for is 17th of our time. By the way, he didn’t ask for everything. Just oneth of your time. And then we overcome. And this is not only in the calendar of God, but it’s in every generation. It’s going to be in your life. When I was first saved, man, I was all fired up. Salvation was real. And then I got filled with the Holy Ghost. And man, that power, that that conviction, that drive inside was just powerful. Then Satan comes along and says, “Nothing really happened. You just made a fool out of yourself. You’re just talking gibberish when you’re talking tongue. And I had to overcome. You know, I work six days a week.

▶ 6:13 Sunday come along. Well, you deserve to lay in bed and sleep in. See all these excuses come. You deserve But we got to overcome our excuses in our individual life in our generation and build the house of God by speaking what? The word of God by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit. Now let me tell you how easy it is. Are you are you ready to hear how easy it is to speak the word of God by the spirit? Are you ready for this? Look how easy it is. Jesus said, “My word is spirit.” So when I speak the word of God, am I speaking by the spirit?

▶ 7:11 We just speak it and God it it’s alive. The spirit will back it up. Remember in Daniel, Daniel emphasized three times that in the last days there would be a wise people, a strong people. Did Haggi say be strong? See, he got it from what God told Daniel. He said these people would do great exploits. They would act with effectiveness. They would turn many to righteousness. They would know God and they would understand the times and understand what to do in the times. Now, what people are we got a goal to be in our last day generation?

▶ 8:06 These wise, strong people or these wimps with excuses? Are you out there, church? See, we got a choice. We can be a contributor to building people’s lives, turning people to righteousness, or we can become religious and have no effect. Leviticus 19:1 17. Listen to this one closely. You shall not hate your brother in your heart, look down on, despise, have bad feelings for them.

How do we treat a sinning neighbor?

▶ Watch this part (9:00)

Short answer: Rebuke him without hating; respect seniors and strangers; Christians don’t do tattoos.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 9:00 But you shall surely rebuke your neighbor. Correct. Okay. The neighbor’s wrong. You what? Correct them. It’s not even your brother, just those around you. Least you incur sin because of him. Least you invite sin or permit sin. See, if you don’t stand up and speak the word of God, which is the spirit, then your absence of speaking is permitting sin in people’s lives and in your community and in your nation. And you cannot win over your adversaries with that kind of attitude, can you?

▶ 9:57 See, in America, we can’t permit sin. We can’t invite sin by being silent. And we can’t hate those who are violating God’s word. You got that? Now, this is tough. You really need the Holy Ghost and a real word of God for this kind of level of growth of Christianity. Hallelujah. Now, let’s continue. Now, I I want to remind you, he’s saying this statement in the midst of these laws about the poor. Take care of the poor by not gathering all your crops in. They can go out and work and gather it in.

▶ 10:48 The poor can get it. Seniors, respect seniors. Stand up. Give older people respect. See, strangers, respect strangers. Don’t mistreat strangers, foreigners, people outside your race line or your religious line or your social status line. Don’t mistreat other people. He’s saying this right in the middle of all these laws that he wrote. Don’t steal. Don’t lie. No immoral sexual activity, incest, homosexuality, adultery, fornication, sex with animals, it’s all included in there. You see, witchcraft don’t have anything to do with witchcraft. Tattoos. Well, everybody’s getting them.

▶ 11:44 I’m going to get me one. Now, Christians don’t do tattoos. Hallelujah. Okay, people do that and they have fat haircuts, you know, don’t cut your hair for a certain cause or a certain reason, you know, just just be normal. He’s saying be normal and right judgment. He said, “Judge, right judgment.” And when you do business, have perfect scales. Don’t cheat people and judge what? Right judgment. Make right decisions. Right in the middle of all this, he comes up with now don’t hate these people that are violating it, but don’t allow them to permit sin in the land and by your silence invite sin in the land.

▶ 12:39 They’re going to turn other people to their sin, their crime. You understand that? But you got to do it without despising, hating them, and looking down on them. Why? Because they’re part of the restoration. God wants to what? Restore them. You shall not take vengeance. Oh, I’m going to fix these people. No, you shall not take vengeance. You don’t have vengeance in your heart. Or bear any grudge against the sons of your people, these people that are sinning, harboring bad feelings. You see, you can’t hate Obama. I don’t care if you like him or not in his politics. You’re not allowed as a Christian to hate him.

What is maturity?

▶ Watch this part (13:31)

Short answer: Correcting without despising—get them to listen to your cause; give understanding.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 13:31 You understand that? And Christians get mad at me for this, but it’s true. I have to keep a right attitude about this. And I’ll show you why. But you shall love your neighbor as yourself. If you mess up, how do you want them treating you to correct you? You want them to hate you, ban you from the community, lock you in prison for life because you stole a loaf of bread. Are you there? Are you wanting them because of your stand for right to stone you just because you’re standing for right?

▶ 14:25 Or do you want them to listen to your cause? Are you out there now? See, this is maturity. And this is the first and second commandment. All the apostles, I mean, all the prophets, all the law is based on love God and love your neighbor as yourself. Isn’t that right? And right in the middle of all these sins, he makes this commandment. Love these people that are sinning and correct them. So, do we need to speak out in America? Yeah. Who do we need to speak out to? The ones who are violating what is right and the Christians who through lack of understanding are backing up the ones who are violating what’s right because they haven’t taken time to get the understanding.

▶ 15:28 So, we need to what? Give them the understanding so they can be a wise and understanding and strong people. Can I hear an amen? Amen. Does that make sense? Hallelujah. Now, here’s our enemies in our generation. This is our enemies. Homosexuals talk horrible about Jesus and the Bible. The Bible isn’t a book of truth. It’s fairy tales. Jesus is not God. Not even a real person. And the Bible’s a bunch of BS. I’m working on a brochure called BS. Cuz that’s what they call the Bible, BS. All right. I can’t say the word, but I can print it. Pro-choice.

What political issues does he raise?

▶ Watch this part (16:21)

Short answer: Abortion, party interest groups, and politicians who talk but don’t walk.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 16:21 The pro-choice people are our enemy. You see, they want the right to control their own body, but they give no choice to the baby. There’s something wrong there. See, love your neighbor as yourself. They’re not loving their neighbor as theirel, are they? They’re just loving their self. Evolutionists, they saying the earth was not created in six days. Public schools, they teach evolution. They let homosexuals come in and teach that homosexuality is an acceptable lifestyle and same-sex marriage is normal in our public schools. We can vote by not going. You see, we can we can speak up and we can vote by our actions.

▶ 17:15 Are you there? Do you wish you weren’t here? You see, we got to take it on our shoulders to have some kind of responsibility for our generation. The hedenist Hugh Hefner and all them. It’s hard not to hate Hugh Hefner. He has plagued America with his unrestrained sexual morality. The humanist, the Democrat, the Libertarian, and the Republican parties. You say, “What are you saying?” Well, the Democrats have all these uh minority groups in them, the poor, the unions, the pro-choice people. All these people, the atheists are there, the humanists are there.

▶ 18:08 All these little groups are in the Democratic Party to sway the Democratic Party to give them their special interest. So, if I was a Democrat, I would talk to my Democrat party and I would abstain from voting because they’re standing against the Bible and truth. Can I hear an amen? Libertarians are worse. Libertarian Party is worse. Staceel and all those guys, whatever you want to do, just leave people alone or whatever they want to do, just leave them alone. Let them do it. That isn’t Bible. Our Bible told us to correct, didn’t it? Didn’t it? And then the Republican party. Well, what’s wrong with the Republican party? Because they’re hypocrites. They say and do not.

▶ 19:01 They talk. They don’t walk. They won’t put their political position on the line to stand up and push for this platform that they promote. Jesus said, “If you’re not for me, you are against me. He that doesn’t gather scatters. If you don’t do anything, you’re just like the people that are opposing.” And so me and my Republican leaders, we are having it out all the time. They they won’t even answer me. You know who really answers me? Feinstein and Boxer. No matter what I write to them. They give me an answer. Their wrong answer, but they give me one.

▶ 19:52 Schwarzenegger, you know, these Republicans, uh, presidents, Bush and all, they wouldn’t answer for nothing. They think if you, they ignore you, you’ll go away. Religionist. Religionist. Religion, you know, is man-made principles, don’t you? You see, when we get away from God’s principles, the Bible, and we make up our own, and they start agreeing that homosexuality is okay, abortion’s okay, you know, same-sex marriage is okay, Jesus wasn’t born of a virgin, Jesus didn’t die on the cross. That’s religions. Why? Because they’re making their own principles. Jesus did die on the cross. Jesus was born a virgin.

▶ 20:44 Jesus is God. His word is truth. Now, and liberals, liberals are how to talk more and say nothing than anybody I’ve ever met. Ain’t that true? Just just a lot of verbalized nothing because they don’t want to confront the facts. Now, you all seen the vice presidential debate. Ryan and Biden were asked the question about their religion, weren’t they? Are you ready for this? Ryan’s answer was my faith. I hate that word. My faith, like all of us can uh come up with our own little faith and my church.

Is it “my church, my faith”?

▶ Watch this part (21:45)

Short answer: No—it’s His church; he critiques Biden’s debate stance on personal faith.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 21:45 They both said, “My church and my faith.” Listen, folks, in the Bible, there isn’t my faith and my church. It’s his church and it’s his faith. Can I hear an amen? It’s not like I have a choice and you have a choice to believe what you want to believe. We have one choice to belong to his church and to have his faith. But you know Americans, they hear that and they go, “Oh, that’s a nice statement. Yay, Ryan. Way to go, Ryan.” But he did say he didn’t believe in abortion because of science and the Bible. And that was a good statement. Science backs it up that that child is a living being and the Bible backs it up.

▶ 22:37 Two witnesses. Now, Biden comes along and he says, “Well, you know, I’m a Catholic, too, and uh I accept my church’s position on abortion as a doctrine.” And he hangs his head down. Do you know why he hung his head down? Because he didn’t have an honest answer. I’d love to talk to Mr. Biden. I would I’d love to get him one on one. In fact, I’d love to debate him. I would I’d take him on in a minute. He says, “Life begins at conception in his heads down.” That’s the church’s judgment.

▶ 23:30 I accept it in my personal life, but I refuse to impose it on equally devout Christians and Muslims and Jews and others. And my friend, Congressman Ryan Hick, I’m not going to impose it. Isn’t that something? Is that what God told us to do? He told us the what? Correct. Now, what they’re not telling you is this. In the next presidential election, Barney Frank is running for president, homosexual congressman, and this girl, uh, woman on TV, Ellen De Gentries.

▶ 24:25 Yeah. They’re going to run for president. Okay. Now, oh yeah. Are you are you getting this? Now, you’ve seen at the end of the debate, the presidential debate and the vice president, how the families come up, they hug their wives, they kiss their wives. Did you watch the scene? That is what they do after every debate. Their family comes on the stage, they hug them, they kiss them, and they introduce their wives. This is so and so’s wife, you know, and this is their family. So, here is Barney Frank. He gets up and I’m running for president. I want to introduce you to my wife. His name is Johnny Jones. Ellen gets up and she’s running for president.

▶ 25:18 I want to introduce you to my husband. Her name is Cheryl. Do you see the problem we got? Yeah, we got a big problem here. And Christians are saying that they have it’s a normal lifestyle. It’s an acceptable lifestyle. And you want your president to be kissing a man on inauguration day. Hallelujah. Are you thinking that one through now?

▶ 26:10 I was just commenting in what could happen four years from now. I’m not saying they’re going to run for president, but folks, it’s going to happen. And we better stop it now because that was disgusting to you. I could see your face. My God, you’re kidding me. But if we don’t speak up, if we don’t build God’s church, and we don’t do it with the right attitude, that’s exactly where our nation’s headed. Morality restores ruined lives. Morality morality corrects without any hate, without any vengeance. I can’t go around and say, “You’re not a Christian because you’re democratic.” I can’t do that.

How should we approach sinners?

▶ Watch this part (27:08)

Short answer: As individuals, without hate, so God can change their life.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 27:08 I have to approach them as an individual and get them to listen to my cause so that God can change their life. I cannot hate the homosexual. That’s why I’ve led 53 homosexuals to Christ. I don’t have anything personal against them. I totally disagree with them. And I only have to tell them they’re wrong because they can be saved. They can repent. And we need homosexuality and abortion to get back into the darkness like it was before. Not out in the open. We’re not wanting to kill anybody according to Leviticus. Isn’t that right? We just don’t want it promoted in the land as something that is truth when it’s not true.

▶ 28:04 Can I hear an amen? Yeah. You know, get back in the closet. Don’t get out here telling our kids. Don’t get on TV promoting it. Get back in the closet. I’m hoping I’ve given you something to think on.
