Pastor David G. Kincer shows that reaching the Gentile nations was always God’s plan, from His promise to Abraham through David and the prophets. Israel did not take the good news to the nations, and the kingdom was given to a fruitful people. Every church is chosen to bear fruit among every nation, not to be entangled with this world.

indeed it came to pass, when the trumpeters and singers were as one, to make one sound to be heard in praising and thanking the LORD, and when they lifted up their voice with the trumpets and cymbals and instruments of music, and praised the LORD, saying: “For He is good, For His mercy endures forever,” that the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud, so that the priests could not continue ministering because of the cloud; for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God.

Short answer: Yes. In Abraham’s seed all the nations of the earth would be blessed.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:43 As we look into the Bible this morning. We’re going to be dealing with the subject that the heathen the Gentile nations was God’s first choice his first plan and God chose the Jews the people of Israel to reach those nations in Genesis chapter 10 verses 1 through 5 the Bible tells us that from Noah’s family all the Gentiles were separated on to their lands by their language. By their families and by their nations as. We read on in Genesis 26 for.

▶ 3:35 Abraham I will give your seed all of these countries and in your seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed. Now we know that that seed is talking about Jesus because that’s what the Bible tells us but we also got to understand that Abraham’s seed was Israel. And they were to reach the nations with the gospel the good news of Jesus Christ. Who was the seed that would bless the earth by turning them from their wicked ways then we read in 1st Chronicles 16 23 and 24.

See God prophetically he came to David by the spirit and David spoke what God had intended from the beginning that the Jews were to reach the world with the gospel of Jesus Christ. ▶ 5:30 Sons of Jacob you are sorcerers you’re into witchcraft you are adulterers you’re into sexual immorality you are liars you say you’re gonna serve God and you say you’re serving the living God and you’re not because you’re serving idols and you’re serving other sins. You. Exploit laborers you don’t give them a fair wage you exploit the widows and the orphans who have no one to supply their needs and you. Exploit them and use them and take advantage of them but most of all you sons of Jacob. You turn away the foreigners the very people I want you to reach you turn your back on them you turn away from them and it’s all because sons of Jacob you do not fear me the Lord God now that is God’s prophetic word to Israel the last book of the Bible and then there is what they call 400 years of silence but the word wasn’t silence during those 400 years the word was still worked if people would preach it and teach it.

▶ 7:00 Then we go to Malachi. The same chapter verses 6 through 12. What says you sons of Jacob you need to repent and turn to me and if you would repent and turn to me all nations will call you blessed why because you would be fulfilling my word doing what I asked you to do bringing the good news to them and then they would and living for me and then they would say you are a blessed people a blessed nation. Then we go to the New Testament Jesus is talking here in Matthew 21 verse 23 and Jesus is directly talking in the temple to the Jews chief priests and the elders of the temple of God and this was his message to the Jews the chief priests and the elders the kingdom of God shall be taken from you and given to a nation bringing forth its fruits.

▶ 8:20 Jesus said you guys did not reach the world you guys did not take my good news to the nation’s so the kingdom of God is taken from you and I’m gonna give it to a people that will bring forth its fruit. Now that brings us to us. The heathen the Gentile nations are still God’s first choice. But now God chooses the fruitful followers to reach the nations he said I’m gonna give it to a people bringing forth the fruit so now God since Jesus died on the cross it’s given the responsibility of reaching the nations to fruitful followers of Christ not just believers but followers of Christ he gives that great commission in John chapter 16 verse 16 Jesus.
