Pastor David G. Kincer defines America’s moral mutiny since the 1960s and walks through Ahaz in Chronicles and Isaiah as a pattern of leaders who encourage decline—child sacrifice, mixing religions, bad laws and silence. He cites crime, abortion, STD and illiteracy statistics as spoken, calls for a mutiny for morality, and warns God will bring a nation low if the honest stay silent.

What is a moral mutiny in America?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: He says a moral mutiny against morality has been going on since the 1960s. Morals are doing what is right, good and honest; mutiny is rebellion. Civil, family, labor or religious leaders may encourage a nation’s moral decline—backed by Second Chronicles 28:19 about Ahaz.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 0:00 And uh there is a moral mutiny in America been going on since the 60s. Uh against morality. Morals is doing what’s right doing good. Uh being honest that’s what morals are and mutiny is a rebellion and a revolt and an uprising against something so. They had a moral mutiny our enemy in the 60s putting down morality we need a moral mutiny against immorality and for morality. And. Moral people need to unite and fight we got to quit fighting and quarreling over. Uh. You know water baptism Holy Spirit baptism and all this stuff we need to get focused on morality because it’s immorality that this that is destroying lives it’s not the baptism or the lack of the baptism of the Holy Ghost destroying lives it’s morality and immorality the difference between the two is what’s destroying lives amen so I want to make a statement.

▶ 1:18 That civil leaders family leaders labor leaders or religious leaders may encourage a nation’s moral decline. And I’m going to back it up with the scriptures will you read it with me out of second Chronicles 28 19 the Lord brought Judah law because of king Ahaz. For he encouraged moral decline in Judah that’s the new king James version he encouraged moral decline and that’s why God brought Judah low. He dealt with Judah because of the moral condition. In the nation. Now.

Scripture (NKJV)

2 Chronicles 28:19 (NKJV)

For the LORD brought Judah low because of Ahaz king of Israel, for he had encouraged moral decline in Judah and had been continually unfaithful to the LORD.

— 2 Chronicles 28:19 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 1:36

Who prophesied in Ahaz’s reign, and what did they say?

▶ Watch this part (2:10)

Short answer: Isaiah, Hosea and Micah prophesied in Ahaz’s day, including Isaiah 7:14 (virgin conceive) and Spirit-anointing prophecies of Jesus. Second Chronicles 27:2: Jotham did right, but Ahaz encouraged more corruption. Second Samuel 23:3: he who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God—not a charismatic entertainer.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:10 Isaiah Hosea and Micah were prophets jiren Ahaz’s reign and Isaiah prophesied some tremendous prophecies directly to Ahaz like Isaiah 7:14 that we all know a virgin shall conceive and bear a son and shall call his name emmanuel that is God with us God with us talking about Jesus being born of a virgin he spoke that directly to Ahaz a corrupt king a king that was encouraging immorality in the nation. He also spoke this one Isaiah 9:6 for unto us a child is born unto us the son is given and the government shall be upon his shoulders and his name shall be wonderful counselor of the mighty God the everlasting father the prince of peace and of the increase of his government and peace there will be no end he spoke that in the season of a corrupt nation and a corrupt king that was influencing the nation to immorality.

▶ 3:25 There’s other prophecies there it’s powerful just powerful the spirit of the Lord is upon me that’s Jesus the spirit of wisdom the spirit of knowledge spirit of understanding spirit of the fear of the Lord spirit of strength and the spirit of the Lord and uh you know and God has given me the judgment and I will judge with righteous judgment. And justice is what’s it all what it is all about now listen. I can find nowhere in the prophets or nowhere in Chronicles or nowhere in kings where the people rose up. And rebelled against this moral decline okay in fact what I found was Ahaz encouraged Judah’s already morally corrupt people.

▶ 4:19 They were already morally corrupt and he just encouraged more. And the scripture is second Chronicles 27 2. Let’s read that together Jotham. Ahaz his father did that which was right in the sight of the Lord the people did yet corruptly. Here they had a righteous leader. Here they had a moral leader and the people didn’t follow they did corruptly and so Ahaz is just given the people what they want. And encouraging morality he’s encouraging them. To live an immoral life. It is imperative the civil church labor leaders family leaders economic leaders.

Must rulers be just and fear God?

▶ Watch this part (5:17)

Short answer: From Second Samuel 23:3, he who rules over men must be just, ruling in the fear of God—not merely charismatic, entertaining or a military general.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 5:17 Lead with righteousness and justice and moral. And have the intent for the moral results in Second Samuel 23:3 he that rules over men must be. Charismatic. An entertainer. A general of an army no. He must be just he must be just he must be just. He’s got to be right he’s got to be fair. Ruling in the fear of the Lord the fear of the Lord is to hate evil and depart from evil in Romans 12:8 he that leads must lead diligently you got to work hard at leading you got to work hard at living right yourself and you’ve got to work hard at bringing right and good to the people that you’re leading.

How does God correct nations, and who led Israel astray?

▶ Watch this part (6:21)

Short answer: Four areas of government: civil, church, economic/labor and family. God uses war, plagues, famines and acts of God. Isaiah 9:16: leaders who cause people to err are destroyed. Ahaz burned his children in the fire—first sign of encouraging decline.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 6:21 Amen. And there’s four areas of government the civil government the church government. The economic people that hire people and the the workforce the labor force okay. And uh. Family leaders. And that’s what’s wrong in America by the way the family leaders are flopping. Now next thing we’re going to ask ourselves is how did God bring Judah law. What did he do to bring Judah law. In second Chronicles 28 God brought war with syria the the philistines the Israelites the northern kingdom and Assyria.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Isaiah 9:16 (NKJV)

For the leaders of this people cause them to err, And those who are led by them are destroyed.

— Isaiah 9:16 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 8:33

— 2 Chronicles 28:3 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:36 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

How does God correct nations that turn from him?

▶ Watch this part (7:21)

Short answer: He says God uses four sources to correct nations and people: war, plagues, famines and acts of God. It is plain in the Bible that God is not merely turning his cheek at national sin.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 7:21 God wrought war now you remember God uses four sources to correct nations and people war plagues famines and acts of God that’s what he uses. It’s very plain in the Bible God isn’t up there just turning his cheek at everything. He tells us how he corrects and then he corrects. Now you got to remember that when wars come also it’s very hard to get food. It’s very hard to get supplies medical supplies water things like that sickness has a tendency to abound when war comes. And plunder is taking by those that were warring against and there were some cities in Judah that were taken captive by the enemy and those people had to flee their possessions or stay there and be under a foreign authority.

▶ 8:27 All right so God brought Israel low that way this time. Isaiah 9:16. Let’s read this together now he’s talking remember Isaiah’s talking to who Ahaz the king and his court the other government leaders and he says the leaders of this corrupt people calls them to error they that are led of them are destroyed. When we follow bad leadership. The end result is destruction. We’re not to follow bad leadership and bad influence because the of the end result. Now.

▶ 9:21 We’re going to ask ourselves this question how did Ahaz encourage moral decline how what did he do to encourage moral decline we’re still in second Chronicles 28. He burnt his children in the fire. The first sign of a moral decline. Is how nation treats the children. The first sign. Is what are the nations doing about children children. Are babies till they turn age 20 then in the Bible they are officially adults and should be able to handle life on their own 6.3 million kids in America are abused every year in 2014 it was 6.3 million.

What statistics does he cite as signs of moral decline?

▶ Watch this part (10:24)

Short answer: He cites child murders and 621,000 children sexually molested last year; 1.3 million abortions yearly as contraceptive; 50% of Americans with STDs; rising illiteracy as a national-security threat; 19% of high school graduates cannot read; 85% of unwed mothers and 68% of those arrested illiterate—linked to sex education promoting homosexuality and one-sided secular humanism in government schools. (Statistics as spoken; unverified.)

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 10:24 1640 were murdered. 621. 000 children. Were sexually molested. Last year 621. 000 and what candidate by the way is addressing these issues. No. They keep telling us the same old stuff over and over and over. 48 percent of children in America are born to unwed mothers. At cnn. 44 percent live with a single biological parent or less that’s from the census bureau. And they they know that single parenting harms many children’s behavior traits such as crime drugs alcohol and sex no restraints in those areas.

▶ 11:26 1.3 million babies are aborted each year as a contraceptive. Abortion on demand without any recognition. Of that child and the pain that child in the womb is going through when they rip them apart. That’s what they do they rip that baby apart. And we saw lately that they’ve been selling those baby parts. And not only take our tax money they then sell babies to get more money so they can drive their lamborghinis and so forth they said it it was their mouth and it isn’t stirring America I don’t hear an outcry. 25 percent of teens have a sexually transmitted disease and 50 percent of them will have at least one by the age 25.

▶ 12:22 Because 50 of Americans have a sexually transmitted disease because sex is okay it’s your choice how you want to do it when you want to do it who you want to do it with and no politician addresses these statistics. 70 percent. Of adolescence and younger than adolescents use alcohol 34 percent use marijuana 50 percent use other drugs. And they mainly learn from their parents and other adults. Dad’s got his beer dad’s got his wine mom has her marijuana whatever and they learn it they learn by watching the parents. And other adults the united states military has declared American youth increasing illiteracy.

▶ 13:21 The illiteracy rate. Is increasing every year and they say that is a threat to the American national security and that’s the united states military the navy the air force the marines and so forth and folks when our military steps up and says we’re in trouble academically we better listen. They come into the military and they can’t read they can’t think they can’t comprehend anything who wants them kind of people out protecting our nation. We need real soldiers. Two-thirds of eighth graders 13 to 14 years old. Do not score proficiently on the reading test in 2013 they did not score proficiently they could not read proficiently folks that’s 66 percent.

▶ 14:17 That’s a crisis. 19 percent of high school graduates cannot read. 85 percent of unwed mothers and 68 percent of those arrested are illiterate. They’re functional illiterates. And they’re graduating from our government schools and no one is crying out about the schools I’m waiting for trump to really get on the next big agenda about the educational system in America that the federal government has no business from the constitution being involved in ninety percent of welfare recipients are high school dropouts. Many students don’t know if they’re same-sex bisexual or opposite sex oriented. Because in school they’re taught everything’s okay and so they’re ticking themselves well which am I which am I and I deal with it I deal with it with the youth in the church here.

What does he say sex education and secular humanism do in schools?

▶ Watch this part (15:18)

Short answer: He says children do not know who they are because sex education in public schools promotes homosexuality, which is parents’ responsibility. Government schools give a one-sided education in the religion of secular humanism and never hear Jesus and Bible truth.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 15:18 They don’t know who they are and that’s because of the sex education in the public schools promoting homosexuality. That they have no business even approaching in school that is the parents responsibility. They have never heard the debate between evolution and creation all they heard is the lies of evolution. Most students don’t know what by what the Bible says about moral standards of sex stealing murder oral standards about parenting parents working making money government an eternal heaven or eternal life or eternal punishment because the public schools threw the Bible out. The greatest textbook in the world and they throw it out.

▶ 16:18 It’s a one-sided education in government schools and that is the religion of secular humanism that is the only one that has a voice in government schools. They never hear about Jesus and Bible truth. The second sign of a moral decline is how a nation treats the Bible and Jesus’s spiritual house you notice I said spiritual house we are built up a spiritual house. The building and all that has nothing to do with it people are the church. Here it says that Ahaz shut the doors of the house of the Lord. Christians today cannot speak out against or oppose Bible immorality without the threat of arrest losing their job being fined or verbally mocked.

How did Ahaz group Yahweh with other religions?

▶ Watch this part (17:20)

Short answer: Third sign: grouping the Bible and Jesus’ church with all other religions—high places to other gods, closing the Lord’s house. Saying all religions are equal contradicts Jesus as the only way. Fourth: a government-run church telling you what to believe; he recounts fighting a tax attempt on his Christian school and winning in court amid media smears.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 17:20 And no one. Is crying out about this. The third sign is grouping the Bible and Jesus’s church with all other religions he made high places to burn incense unto other gods. See he closed the doors of the house of the Lord and then he allows all the other religions to come in. All the other gods we call it all religions lead to the same God or universalism there’s no hell everybody is going to heaven whether they you know worship barma or uh. Allah or whatever hindu gods whatever everything is leading to the same God have an eternal life and so in doing that they’re saying the Bible and Jesus is not exceptional.

▶ 18:16 They’re saying that Jesus in the Bible is a lie because Jesus said I am the way the truth and the life no man comes unto the father God but by me. So there’s when we incorporate all religions as equal. We bring down Jesus and his church. Being exceptional being special being the real thing. Fourth sign. Of a moral decline. Ahaz in second Kings 16 14 Ahaz put his own altar in God’s house and move the lord’s brazen altar he brought his own way of worship and serving God and the structure of God’s house.

▶ 19:11 We call it today a government-run church they tell you what you can do what you can believe and what you can’t believe. They tried. Back in my early days taxing the church because I started a Christian school I refused to pay the taxes because churches are exempt from taxation. They paid the taxes and they put the pressure on that they were going to take our property they say everybody gets all scared. And this is what keeps most Christians quiet they don’t want to be bothered they don’t want to lose their home they don’t want to lose their job they don’t want to be frowned on they don’t want to be talked about I made the second page of the times newspaper.

▶ 20:06 Really there I was a picture of me and everything. And let me tell you the media paints you as some weirdo. But all I was doing was exercising my right as a Christian oh anyway they took us to court and we won that battle. And not only did we win that but we got california gave us what they call a special exemption called a religious exemption and this church must remember that you’re not under the welfare exemption you are under a religious exemption that allows you to do way more. Without interference from the government of california than the welfare you switch over to welfare exemption 501c3 and you’re in big trouble.

Scripture (NKJV)

John 14:6 (NKJV)

Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

— John 14:6 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 18:20 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

What is a mutiny for morality versus mutiny against it?

▶ Watch this part (21:01)

Short answer: Fifth sign of decline by civil leaders; he calls for moral mutiny—a mutiny for morality and against immorality. Sixth: bad laws that restrain right and unrestrain wrong (Isaiah 10:1–2). Supreme Court same-sex marriage lacks constitutional and common-moral authority; bribe-judgment and martyrdom risk for standing.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 21:01 I know how it is to fight for the cause I know the threat of being put in jail I know the abuse of being called a fanatic and everything else but you got to stand for what’s right. The fifth sign. A moral decline is no united opposition from the priests the ministers the citizens or Bible and Jesus followers the congregation you do not have an excuse as a congregation member to set quietly and wait for your leaders to do something. You know I never waited for my church to send me out to the convalescent hospital or give me a a ministry in the church somewhere I went out to the convalescent hospital I went out to the jails I went out to the street corners I went door to door I went to the juvenile halls I went to mexico and places and I preached the gospel I didn’t need anybody’s permission I have Bible permission and I brought a lot of people to that church we need a united outcry.

▶ 22:07 For moral mutiny amen. A mutiny for morality. A mutiny against immorality. The sixth sign of the decline by civil leaders is making bad and immoral laws that restrain right and unrestraint wrong. Isaiah 10:1-2 read this with me please woe to them that decree unrighteous decrees to turn aside the needy from judgment whoa bad idea bad idea to make bad laws is same-sex marriage a bad law and that’s the issue in kentucky it’s not whether that woman’s in jail or not it wasn’t whether I went to jail or not the issue was you can’t text the church and the church has a right to minister to its children even with an academic school.

▶ 23:11 And here the issue is the supreme court has no right to say that same-sex marriage is legal they don’t have the authority in the constitution and they don’t have the authority by common morale moral standards amen you can’t force immorality on the nation. And that’s the issue. Micah 3 9-11 the leaders hate justice and pervert all equity fairness they’re not treating everybody fair and in this case who are they not treating fair they’re moral people. They’re encouraged in morality when you encourage immorality what are you doing you’re treating bad moral people and you should be equal. They build with bloodshed and with iniquity yes it can cost you your life to stand for what’s right just read Jesus this story.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Isaiah 10:1-2 (NKJV)

“Woe to those who decree unrighteous decrees, Who write misfortune, Which they have prescribed To rob the needy of justice, And to take what is right from the poor of My people, That widows may be their prey, And that they may rob the fatherless.

— Isaiah 10:1-2 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 22:34

Are American Christians exempt from martyrdom for standing?

▶ Watch this part (24:10)

Short answer: He says read Paul’s and Peter’s stories—who do we think we are that we are exempt from martyrdom? Judging for reward or bribe is morally wrong; passing a law because money influences you is wrong.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 24:10 Read Paul’s story read Peter’s story. Who do we think we are that we’re exempt. From martyrdom. They judge for reward a bribe it’s a morally wrong. To pass a law because somebody’s influencing you with money that’s wrong. But look at this the priests the ministers in the house of God teach for pay. And why aren’t they united in speaking out well they get arrested and get thrown in jail they don’t get paid you know they can’t drive around on the lamborghini anymore they can’t wire 500 suits and you know own homes all over America and all over the world to have a jet airplane that they can just go anywhere they want so they’re going to compromise.

How do money-prophets and corrupt courts encourage decline?

▶ Watch this part (25:06)

Short answer: Prosperity prophets divine for money; positive/possibility/Purpose-Driven/prosperity thinking covets fields and houses (Micah). Homosexual activists threaten house, job, jail and fines; doors of Jesus’ moral church close. Immoral laws and corrupt federal courts decide as they want; God will bring a nation low if honest people stay silent.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 25:06 They’re in it for the money and they preach it come to Jesus and you will prosper especially if you give money to me he uh bless your socks off and America falls for this garbage. Prophets divine for money they give you scriptural answers for money and when you pay them this is what they say the Lord is among us no harm can come upon us. Doesn’t matter if we’re committing abortion adultery sexual immorality incest lords among us this is their faith this is what faith does see they believe this they had faith they believed the lords among us no harms going to come to us and the prophets are saying I’m bringing you low man.

▶ 26:02 And they’re saying in a positive thinking possibility thinking purpose-driven thinking you know prosperity thinking Micah 2:2 they covet fields and houses and take them by violence so they possess a man and his house. You see. When you stand for what you write your wife’s not going to want you to her first cry is going what about our lives and our children and and what Christians don’t understand there will be no future for your children later. You either pay the price now or you’re going to pay it tomorrow. And Hezekiah was wrong when he put it off onto his offspring instead of dealing with it in his generation amen.

▶ 26:56 And that’s what they do they threaten you with your house they threaten you with your job they threaten you with jail they threaten you with fine they want to define this the the homosexual activists wanted to find this woman in kentucky a hundred and some thousand dollars no one like she couldn’t pay it or they wanted to get fired but the judge put her in jail that they didn’t want because it drew attention they wanted her out a picture what have these scriptures established that we’ve used today. Civil leaders may encourage moral decline by way of the murder the harm and the abuse of children forcing their will on Jesus’s church leaders. Bending to the will all religions lead to the same God universalism they call it universalism in other words everybody’s going to heaven everybody finds the utopia.

▶ 27:55 They close the doors of Jesus’ moral church. It’s the moral people that they don’t like. And they make immoral laws and they make an immoral judicial system. And this is what the supreme court was when it chose to make that decision that was an immoral judicial decision just like the thing in kentucky was and just like a lot of other things are. And proposition 8 that judge made an immoral decision he should not have that authority and I don’t see any word that they have that authority they are just a judge right and wrong the legislature then has to pass a law that we obey and it’s not happening judges local. Uh the uh.

What happens if honest moral people stay silent?

▶ Watch this part (28:49)

Short answer: He says God will bring a nation low—including America—if honest, good and moral people are silent and do nothing while courts and laws turn immoral.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 28:49 Appealing courts and the federal courts are very corrupt right now judges just deciding the way they want. So God will bring a nation law and that includes America if honest good and moral people are silent and do nothing. And we’ve also established. That the united states statistics prove our government is encouraging moral decline in America. We have the responsibility. To reach our community. And our community’s children. With the great hope of the Bible and Jesus Christ.
