From the sermonJustification and Righteousness by Grace, Faith, and Jesus Alone — January 16, 2022 · Pastor Kincer▶ 0:00

Jesus never said we are justified by grace, faith or Christ alone. The people justified God by obeying John’s message, the repentant tax collector went home justified, and by our words we are justified or condemned. The blood is the necessary ingredient.

How does the service open?

▶ Watch this part (0:02)

Short answer: Worship of Jesus who died and is glorified, the name above every name, with prayer for His presence and healing.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 0:02 We want to thank you for joining us this morning. To worship Jesus Christ and to hear his word we appreciate those of you online who are watching and those of you that are here we will be taking communion today so those of you online may want to get you some grape juice and a piece of bread. Or if you don’t have any just get some water Jesus turned the water to wine so relax he’ll accept it. And you can take communion with us at home. This morning we’re going to enter into God’s presence without any music. Back in the old days of the vine many times I would have a service without music. Just to make sure that we’re not leaning on the music that we’re leaning on the presence of God.

▶ 0:58 So we want you to join with us in worship and we’re going to ask you just to relax. The Bible says they that wait upon the Lord. We need to take time. To just wait upon God and let him speak to us not get in the rush the football games you can record and watch later. Uh there’s a solution for every pollution. Your kids you can put them in another room if you can’t control them watching this show uh. Give them a disney movie or something so you can enter in to the presence of God so you. Can take time. To hear from God.

▶ 1:50 So we’re going to open our service. With the scripture Jesus wept. Powerful scripture. A lot of us need to do more weeping. But Jesus wept because he was going to raise a dead man from the dead. He came to raise Lazarus from the dead and no one believed him. His 12 apostles didn’t believe him. Lazarus sisters didn’t believe him the Jews that were there that believed in Christ didn’t believe he could raise cry Lazarus from the dead. And so Jesus wept because of their unbelief.

▶ 2:44 But then he did something that only Jesus could think of doing. He turned to these unbelievers and said show me the grave. And because of their respect for Christ because they knew he was the messiah he was God in the flesh because of the they knew who he was. They took him to the grave. And then they said Lord he’s been dead for days he stinks. Then the Bible says Jesus groaned within himself he got angry. And he spoke sternly and forcibly. Roll the stone away. And these people that did not believe he could do what he came to do rolled the stone.

▶ 3:44 Away. Now today you may not be able to believe. God can heal your marriage. You may not be able to believe he can heal your body. You may not be able to believe he can prevent you from getting coveted or heal you if you get coveted. You may not believe that God can meet your financial needs. You may have a lot of unbelief today. But this scripture shows us it’s not up to our measure of our faith or our belief it is the destiny of God to treat this condition in your life. Whether you believe him or not. So the Bible says open widge gates and be lifted up your doors.

▶ 4:37 And the king of glory shall come in the Bible says the gates are praised so when we open our mouth and praise God we are rolling the stone away so he can come into our life. And deal with the problem. Or the condition that we have. And so I invite you this morning let’s relax let’s not get into our rush. Let’s just worship the Lord this morning. And let him come. And goes into the depths of this of our spirit of our life and touch us where we need to be touched let’s take time to wait upon God this morning.

▶ 5:35 Into thy presence. We come. Not by any works we have done. But. By thy grace. And mercy. Alone. In to your presence we come. I suggest you just close your eyes block out everything around you and let’s just sing this unto Jesus and your presence. We come. Not by any works we have done.

What is Mary’s prayer?

▶ Watch this part (23:52)

Short answer: Be it unto me according to Your word—nothing is impossible with God; forgive our doubts and unbelief.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 23:52 Beautiful beautiful Jesus. Be it unto me. According to thy words. My heart. Responds. To thee this is Mary’s prayer Mary’s response. Let there be. A performer. All that. Which was spoken. For. Nothing is impossible. With God.

▶ 24:48 Father before we sing this again we just take time to ask you to forgive us for our doubts our unbeliefs our fears. Our hesitation. To accept you as the almighty supernatural God that nothing is impossible with. Lord just as it was impossible for Mary to have a child without knowing a man it is. Impossible to the natural man. To save himself to heal himself and deliver himself. But Lord nothing is impossible with you and so we ask you to come with your power of your presence as we sing this song that Mary saying unto you.

▶ 25:40 Be it unto me. According to thy word. My heart. To thee. So let there be. A performance. All that. Which was spoken. For. Nothing is. Impossible. With God. So we just praise the Lord. Praise the Lord.

▶ 26:35 We just lift our voice toward heaven. And. Praise the Lord we just praise the Lord. Praise the Lord we just lift our hands towards heaven and praise the Lord. Amen let’s say it together praise you Jesus praise you Jesus amen you can be seated. See it doesn’t take a lot of pop. A lot of entertainment. To get into God’s presence it just takes humbling ourselves to do what he said he would do and he will come and he comes to talk to us he comes to meet our needs he comes to be God.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 1:37-38 (NKJV)

What did Jesus not say?

▶ Watch this part (27:34)

Short answer: That we are justified by grace, faith or Christ alone—alone meaning nothing added.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 27:34 We are going to get into the word now. And we are still talking about what Jesus did not say. And today we’re going to be talking about. Jesus did not say we are justified by grace. Justified by faith they’re justified by Christ alone a long meaning all by itself nothing added unaccompanied. We are not made righteous by grace by faith or Christ alone there is a package there is a bundle. And we got to understand that Jesus didn’t coin these phrases.

Where do these phrases come from?

▶ Watch this part (28:27)

Short answer: Not from scripture; the Reformers, who persecuted Jews, each other and Catholics, and forced tithes and attendance.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 28:27 There’s a lot of phrases in the church that does not come from scripture. The scriptures nowhere say you are saved by grace alone or by faith alone or by water baptism alone or by Christ’s blood alone. Yet oh it says you’re saved by all of these things. And if you exercise any of them God has to respond and save you amen. Forgive your sin cleanse you from all unrighteousness. And so the protestant reformation reformers they coined these phrases. Calvin. Luther all these guys they they had these phrases. Uh. They wanted to separate from the catholic church.

▶ 29:22 Because the catholic church was very corrupt back then but you got to remember these reformers. Weren’t the greatest theologians themselves. These reformers persecuted Jews. These reformers persecuted each other. These reformers persecuted catholics who had persecuted them. And so. The catholic theologians nor the protestant theologians have the answer folks Jesus Christ has the answer and it’s very simple it’s very clear every word of God all scripture is given by the inspiration of God and is profitable for reproof correction instruction and righteousness to equip the man to be perfectly and and mature.

▶ 30:14 And uh stand for God in this world so we can’t get rid of any scriptures. These. These protestant reformation reformers. They force people to pay tithes. They force people to attend church. Uh they weren’t perfect theologians. And it’s sad that we in America. In the church world does not have the understanding that God has done a lot more since our protestant. Reformers. Uh reformation reformers. Started changing things and started God used to start restoring things it said that we don’t understand he is still restoring could that be an amen. Now.

How did the people justify God?

▶ Watch this part (31:07)

Short answer: The tax collectors justified God by obeying John’s message: repent, be baptized, bear fruit and follow Jesus.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 31:07 Let’s see what Jesus did say. About. This stuff. Hmm. What did Jesus say about justification. In Luke chapter 7 verse 29 through 35. When all the people heard Jesus. Even the tax collectors all the people and the tax collectors tax collectors were sinners. They justify God oh they justified God being baptized with John’s baptism. Justification. Means. You’re declared righteous or you’re made righteous so they declared God.

▶ 32:04 Righteous. And how did they do that. By obeying the message that John the Baptist brought to repent for your sins be water baptized for your sins bring forth the fruit of repentance for your sins and follow Jesus Christ who will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and fire that was John’s message and the people the sinners the Bible in another verse Jesus said the harlots believed. You see the sexual and moral immoral people that the Jews had real problems with tax collectors and the sexually immoral they justified God by obeying the message that God gave John to bring now this turns the whole table around doesn’t it it’s not about us being justified before God it’s us justifying our God declaring God is righteous because we follow his word and that word.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 7:29 (NKJV)

And when all the people heard Him, even the tax collectors justified God, having been baptized with the baptism of John.

— Luke 7:29 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 31:07 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

What did the Pharisees do?

▶ Watch this part (33:09)

Short answer: They rejected the will of God for themselves, justifying their own religion instead.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 33:09 Amen. Hallelujah. Now. He goes on to say. But the Pharisees and lawyers. They rejected. The will of God for themselves not being baptized by John you see they didn’t justify God they justified their religion they justified their own beliefs and that’s what a lot of American Christians are doing in this generation they’re justified they’re claiming they are righteous. By what they believe. Instead of obeying the message that God sent through his messengers and justifying God declaring God is righteous. Amen. Verse 31.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 7:30 (NKJV)

But the Pharisees and lawyers rejected the will of God for themselves, not having been baptized by him.

— Luke 7:30 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 33:09 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

What is this generation like?

▶ Watch this part (34:10)

Short answer: Children in the marketplace who would not respond to the message.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 34:10 Jesus goes on to say I will liken this generation what generation. The generation that the message of repentance be baptized for sin bring forth the fruit of repentance and follow Jesus who will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and fire all right that’s the generation the people that heard this message. Is like children. Wow. Children in the marketplaces. Calling out to their fellow children a fellow companion. Saying we have piped into you and you’ve not danced we’ve brought a joyful message and you didn’t respond. So we piped unto you morning and you did not layman you didn’t mourn you didn’t think you welcome.

▶ 35:12 You didn’t think you needed. To repent from your sins and be sorry for your sins and so there are two types of children here one has the message and the other ones don’t have them they’re not responding to the message do you understand that all right let’s continue. See they didn’t respond the other group they didn’t obey the message to repent follow Jesus bring forth the fruit of repentance. Then he explains the parable okay John. Came not eating and drinking. But he had the message from God. And they say he has a Devil the response is we don’t believe the message from John.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 7:31-32 (NKJV)

And the Lord said, “To what then shall I liken the men of this generation, and what are they like? They are like children sitting in the marketplace and calling to one another, saying: ‘We played the flute for you, And you did not dance; We mourned to you, And you did not weep.’

— Luke 7:31-32 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 34:10 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

Why attack the messenger?

▶ Watch this part (36:09)

Short answer: They said John had a demon and rejected Jesus; America today attacks the person instead of the truth.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 36:09 Because he has a demon you see they wanted to blame the messenger. Attack the messenger isn’t that what they do in America today they don’t address the policies the truth they just attack the person. Trying to make the person look bad and oh it’s horrible republicans democrats uh churches baptist catholic we’re all guilty of this. All of us. Put the blame on the messenger put the blame on the ones that speak in it the son of God Jesus came eating and drinking and they say he is a glutton a wine biver and a friend of publicans and sinners. You see it didn’t matter if the messenger came the natural and with a natural manner of conduct in this natural world that they accepted or they came in another natural manner in this case one ate and drank the other one didn’t it didn’t matter that was just an excuse they didn’t reject John because he ate and drank that was their excuse.

▶ 37:27 To reject him and say he’s got a demon. Because Jesus has got him here. He came eating and drinking and they rejected him also. See and they rejected the message the message that justifies God that says God is righteous because he gave us a way out of sin away to eternal life and we followed it and it works he is righteous. Amen. Jesus turns the whole table here. Back to us. Saying God is righteous God is justified. So they blame the miraculous birth messengers both John the Baptist was born miraculously from a woman who was too old to have children past the age of having children.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 7:33-34 (NKJV)

For John the Baptist came neither eating bread nor drinking wine, and you say, ‘He has a demon.’ The Son of Man has come eating and drinking, and you say, ‘Look, a glutton and a winebibber, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!’

— Luke 7:33-34 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 36:09 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

What two messengers did God send?

▶ Watch this part (38:26)

Short answer: John and Jesus, both supernaturally born, with one message we must preach as given.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 38:26 Jesus was born of a virgin a young lady that never knew a man and so we got two supernatural births. That God gave two supernatural messages to. Repent and be baptized for the remission of sin bring forth the fruit of repentance and follow Jesus the one who will die for your sins and baptize you in the Holy Ghost and fire. That was the message. And they rejected it now folks. This message is not a baptist message. This message is not a pentecostal message a catholic message a methodist message or episcopalian message or an independent church message this message is God’s message.

▶ 39:29 Is that an amen it’s God’s message. And we can’t put little coins in there saved by grace alone justified by faith or great no you can’t do that you’ve got to preach the message as God gave it to us to preach could that be an amen hallelujah. God sent two special messengers. And folks we need to get back. To the message the Christian bookstores are filled with hundreds of books and they rotate ever since I’ve been a Christian they just rotate the books back there and the 70s when I got saved. Are gone. New books have replaced them everybody thinks they got an answer from the one book.

▶ 40:24 All these thousands of books are written and they’re just making authors. Wealthy because Jesus said everything you need to know is in this book this gospel so that you would believe that I am the messiah that I am the son of God and through that belief you can have eternal life through my name we don’t need any more books we need to get back to his book and his messengers and show our God is righteous by us obeying the message could that be an amen is Jesus right here in this verse yes he is. Now. He goes on to say wisdom is justified of all of its children.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

John 20:31 (NKJV)

but these are written that you may believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God, and that believing you may have life in His name.

— John 20:31 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 40:24 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

How is wisdom justified?

▶ Watch this part (41:20)

Short answer: By her children—those who obey the message show God is righteous.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 41:20 And in all the translations the Bible translations except king James. And the new king James in Matthew 11 it says 16. All its deeds the children that obeying. The message remember there were two kinds of children. One not. And one were. Amen. And so wisdom is justified. From all of its children it doesn’t matter if you reject the message God is still righteous. God is still justified in the message is that an amen we can’t change the message because you don’t believe it.

▶ 42:14 Wisdom what the Bible says is God. The only wise God our savior. The honor and glory unto him the only wise God the only one with spiritual wisdom is God who gives it unto us and so God is justified. By his children that obey. His message. Showing that God is righteous. God is justified. But if they don’t obey his message God is still justified because he brought a right message amen. Hallelujah. Now let’s continue. Let’s let’s look at the humble bumble bundle and the proud package all right.

Luke 7:35 (NKJV)

But wisdom is justified by all her children.”

What does the parable of the Pharisee and tax collector show?

▶ Watch this part (43:12)

Short answer: The proud trust their own righteousness and despise others; the tax collector stood afar off and begged mercy.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 43:12 In Luke 18 verse 9 he spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves. That they were righteous. And despised others. That didn’t follow what they thought was righteous. Well that that’s the message to America today. Churches really think other churches aren’t going to heaven. They think they’re the only one that’s got it. We are so messed up in America God is trying to deal with his church right now and most Americans. And especially most American Christians don’t even get it.

▶ 44:04 God is trying to correct this mess that we brought on ourselves. And so Jesus gives the parable of two people going to the temple in Jerusalem. To pray God’s temple God’s natural temple in Jerusalem one was a Pharisee who Jesus said was a sinner because they were hypocrites they said one thing and they did another isn’t that what our government is doing they’re telling us to wear a mask and in their private life they’re not wearing masks they tell us to separate six foot and we catch them in their prophet life what. Crowd having parties and drinking and doing their thing. You see hypocrites. That’s the Pharisees and Jesus said the Pharisees and the lawyers they make two times more the child of hell than they are so Jesus said this Pharisee’s going to hell.

▶ 45:02 But he’s in the temple. And he’s going to pray. The tax collector the Bible says took more money than they should have so they’re sinners. They lied by saying you owe a thousand dollars in taxes when you only owed 500. So they were sinners they were thieves. These two guys went to pray at God’s tempo. Now let’s look at the proud package. The Pharisee prayed by himself wouldn’t go near that tax collector. Won’t go near anybody that’s not in their domain of righteousness. Now. For years I have seen people come out of sin God changed their life and then the very people that came out of sin like drugs or alcohol or sexual immorality.

▶ 46:03 When others came into the church in that condition needing to be saved they didn’t want them around. Honestly I’ve seen this over and over and over. And this is what this Pharisee did didn’t want to wouldn’t want to be any connection with that that tax collector everybody knows they’re they’re thieves everybody knows they’re sinners. So he prays God I thank you that I am not like other men God. Ah I am not like other men. I am not unjust. And that he was. The Pharisees were very unjust hypocrites. I’m not an adulterer these were the people that brought the adulterous woman caught in the act of adultery that one of them had to go and have sex with her so they could catch her in the act of adultery.

▶ 47:03 That matter went over your head but anyway these these guys are phonies. He says and I I’m not an extortioner well they were extortioners. They used their authority and they used their power to get people to do what they wanted them to do and they would even tell them that the money that God told you to support your old family with they get old age back then there was no social security no government retirement family took care of family. Kids were. Destined to take care of their parents when they got older so the Pharisee says nah you don’t have to do that you give your money to the house of God and that will be counted corbin or a gift. And you don’t know your parents anything that’s extortion.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Luke 18:9-13 (NKJV)

Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others: “Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, ‘God, I thank You that I am not like other men—extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.’ And the tax collector, standing afar off, would not so much as raise his eyes to heaven, but beat his breast, saying, ‘God, be merciful to me a sinner!’

— Luke 18:9-13 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 43:12 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

Do tithes earn eternal life?

▶ Watch this part (47:57)

Short answer: No—tithes bring blessing but have nothing to do with eternal life.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 47:57 Are you there too. Hallelujah he’s lying through his teeth he’s everything he says he’s not. And that’s the way proud people are they have their own little package or method of righteousness and salvation. And they believe. They’re lie they actually believe they are right. He says I give. Tithes of all that I possess and I fast twice a week well whoopi. It never says in the Bible that you get eternal life from fasting. You just grow strong in the spirit. It never says in the Bible.

▶ 48:52 That you. Have eternal life by paying tithes. No that’s an offering to God and it brings a blessing he will prosper you but it has nothing to do with eternal life does it nothing. Helping the poor doesn’t the thing to do with eternal life. Okay. Eternal life is its own package deliverance from sin is its own package. And this is the proud package. You notice the word I in there I I I I I everything was about what him. Now we go to the tax collector who is a sinner like the Pharisees they’re both going to hell. But the tax collector comes to God’s house.

▶ 49:46 For a different purpose. He stood afar off. He didn’t think he was even worthy to enter in. To the holy place. He stood afar off. And he wouldn’t even raise his eyes to heaven he was so embarrassed of his sin. So humiliated from his sin. That he would not even lift his head up to God. And he beat his breasts oh God. Be merciful. To me. A sinner. You see he admitted. He violated God’s law sin is the violation of God’s law and he admitted I messed up.

Who went home justified?

▶ Watch this part (50:40)

Short answer: The tax collector, who repented; when we fall, get on our knees and keep doing it until free.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 50:40 I shouldn’t have been stealing from the people. And that’s the message that John and Jesus brought repent. Be baptized bring forth the fruit of repentance and follow Jesus. And his word for he will baptize you with the Holy Ghost and with power he will give you power to live for him. And so this guy. Obeyed. The law of repentance and church this is where eternal security comes in. When us Christians do fall or make a mistake. We can go to his throne of grace and obtain mercy to help us in our hour of need isn’t that what the Bible said and when we repent and we admit we’re wrong it’s erased.

▶ 51:39 And we are still righteous before God. That sin. Is not on our account anymore. I don’t care if it just happened five minutes ago or five hours ago when you genuinely come to God and you are sorry for your sin and you repent from that sin and you tell him you’re going to bring forth the fruit of righteousness you’re going to leave that sin you’re going to do what’s right. You are justified he said I tell you this man went to his house justified made righteous proclaimed righteous. Not the other why because he admitted he was wrong he asked God to forgive him and he turned from that sin. And he might have been back the next day.

▶ 52:33 I goofed up again Lord. But when he said I made a mistake again maybe in another area as quick as he admits that. And he’s sorry for that and he knows he violated God’s laws he asked God to forgive him God forgives him and he is proclaimed righteous he is justified by his response to repent and admit he was a sinner. Amen. Hallelujah. Zacchaeus is a good example of that we know he got touched by God because when Jesus came to his house. Jesus said salvation has come to this guy’s house because he responded to the message. Zacchaeus responded and corrected his sin.

▶ 53:30 And church all of us can when you make a mistake it’s not a time to throw yourself into hell it’s a time to get on your knees humble yourself before God and say Lord I messed up forgive me and he does amen and you keep doing it until you are free. Free from that sin. So this man was justified by his behavior by his actions not by grace not by faith is that an amen no. Jesus goes on to say who exalts himself will be humbled and he who humbles himself is to be exalted when you’re worshiping God like we did this morning if it humiliates you to raise your hands raise them that’s humbling yourself before God if it humiliates you and embarrasses you to kneel before God publicly then kneel because that’s humbling yourself before God if it embarrasses you and humiliates you to lift up your voice aloud and say I love Jesus praise the Lord then do it because that’s humbling yourself before God because God asks you to do these things and you don’t want to do them but you will sacrifice your desire and to do his will and then he comes and moves in your life now that was well said yes all right.

▶ 55:01 Jesus said unless you repent you allah what. Likewise perish what did the tax collector do that the Pharisee didn’t do he repented he admitted he was wrong. If we confess our sin he’s faithful and just to forgive us our sin and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Period. And so we spent a lifetime confessing and repenting don’t we oh we may not be up committing flagrant sins we may lose our temper or say something we shouldn’t say and we correct it amen. We don’t get down we don’t throw ourselves out of the kingdom we get up and go on. And that’s the way it works as long as we’re doing that we are proclaimed righteous by God himself. Now.

What else justifies?

▶ Watch this part (55:53)

Short answer: By your words you will be justified and by your words condemned.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 55:53 Let’s look at the big deal. This is the big one. Justification. What else did Jesus say. About justification made righteous proclaimed righteous. Nothing about faith nothing about grace that he bring into the package. Hold on to your seat. Matthew 12:37. By your words. You shall be justified. And by your words you shall be condemned. Wow. Ah what is most humans biggest problem the tongue yeah and the Bible says that.

▶ 56:52 The tongue. The tongue now let’s go back to the tax collector. Did he use his tongue in his mouth to admit he was wrong and repent yeah so is this scripture true for the text collector. Yeah did the Pharisee do that. No. He didn’t admit any of his problems any of his sin. By your word you shall be justified declared righteous and by your word you shall be condemned sentenced to eternal punishment. James chapter 3. Tells us in verse 29.

▶ 57:45 With our tongue we bless God hallelujah praise the Lord glory to God amazing grace how sweet the sound oh to God be the glory. We sing our hymns and all that and then we go out of the God’s house. And we curse. People. We want harm to come to them. Because they don’t agree with our faith or whatever we want harm to come to them and we speak it and we speak that harm. And all these people James said are made in the image of God the bad ones and the good ones they’re made in the image of God and we speak evil harmful of them.

What is the church’s greatest problem?

▶ Watch this part (58:38)

Short answer: The tongue—verbal attacks, even among staff and in marriages, and civil leaders speaking evil.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 58:38 The church you know as well as I do. That that is probably the greatest problem. In America both the saved and the unsaved. Is our tongue our speech about God’s. Creation whether they’re black sheep or white sheep. For decades in being pastor of a church. I have seen staff. Just verbally attacked verbally abused when all they wanted to do was help people to learn and obey God’s word and serve. In the church to help people when they come in whether it’s ushering doing the books leading worship. Teaching in a school whatever they chose to do they just were there to help people.

▶ 59:33 And the very people they’re there to her there to help just would verbally attack them if they didn’t agree with them just verbally attack them. And I would have to deal with that year after year decade after decade. By your word you should be justified. What makes us think. That even if we are right. That we have the freedom to tear somebody down that disagrees with us. Publicly tear them down. I’ve seen family members curse family members. For living for Jesus I’ve seen spouses. Verbally destroy the other spouse.

▶ 1:00:27 Falsely. Absolute falsely. I could give you illustration after illustration after illustration and that’s probably the biggest reason for divorce. In the church is that verbal. Attack that verbal abuse. And not. Repented of civil leaders in America today they speak evil even Trump. Who we are glad brought in some changes that we we wanted in America he attacks other people. And he gets that from. His uh protege. Norman vincent peale the power of positive thinking.

▶ 1:01:19 Hallelujah. You need your pastor should never be. An earthly pastor it should be Jesus. The earthly pastors like myself are just delegated. Pastors delegated ministers to serve the church and if we don’t follow Christ Paul said you don’t follow us. Amen. And a lot of Christians I brought up Trump because a lot of Christians just overlooked that stuff but he’s very crude in a lot of the things he says and the way he says him and the attack that he does on people. I know he’s a baby Christian but both politicians both parties are just in this this thing in attack mode just tear down your opponents.

▶ 1:02:17 Don’t present your your law don’t present what you believe is best for America just attack the people that disagree with you. So I’m telling you this morning church it’s not the prosperity message that the biggest problem it’s not. The church preaching easy doctrine salvation by grace and faith alone. That’s destroying America in Christ church. It’s our tongue. Attacking and speaking evil and it even brings division in families division in churches division in America. Our tongue. Needs to be bright and the Bible says for us to what bridle the tongue steer the tongue steer it and when you speak wrong.

What is justification, then?

▶ Watch this part (1:03:16)

Short answer: Accepting and obeying the gospel and admitting we are wrong; the blood is the necessary ingredient—take the coal, cleanse my lips.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 1:03:16 Go before God and repent of it and get that tongue right could that be an amen. So justification. We justify God is righteous. By accepting the gospel of Jesus Christ and obeying it is that an amen is not what Jesus said okay justification is also admitting or wrong. And turning from that wrong. Jesus said that man is justified you’re made right by your words and by your actions and this morning as we partake of communion. We’re going to have a song take me into the holy of holies. Take me in by the blood of the lamb ah it is only his blood gives us access to the father.

▶ 1:04:14 Not grace it’s all part of the package but the blood is the necessary ingredient. To come into the presence of God amen. It says take the coal what he’s saying is. Off of the alder of incense. Take a coal from off of that altar that prayer and praise and touch my mouth cleanse my mouth. And I’m sure every one of us this morning needs our mouth touched. Me include we don’t always perfectly say what we should say in the right attitude or the right terminology it’s maybe not we’re directly we’re trying to be wrong it’s just we’re human being and some of us we just lose our temper and we just tell it like it is and we just latch out at everybody and just tear them apart we need to repent.

▶ 1:05:14 And so this song is saying take the coal from off that altar cleanse my lips here I am. So. Will you do something to humble yourself this morning. Like stand with me if you don’t like to stand stand. If you don’t like to kneel neal if you don’t like to raise your hands during this time raise your hand do whatever is embarrassing to you ever what is humiliating to you do it that is humbling yourself. And above everything else admit you’re wrong. Let God roll the stone away from your heart the things you’re hiding. And bring life to that dead area this morning. As we serve communion.

Scripture (NKJV)

Isaiah 6:6-7 (NKJV)

Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. And he touched my mouth with it, and said: “Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged.”

— Isaiah 6:6-7 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 1:04:14 (quoted; reference not named in the message)

What does communion remind us of?

▶ Watch this part (1:06:13)

Short answer: His body and blood; ask God to reveal wrongs against others and reunite us.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 1:06:13 I just got tossed to communion. If you’re at home get a piece of bread and some water and ask God to turn the water to one. In the communion we are remembering the lord’s death until he returned. So the communion is to be done until Christ comes back. And the communion of the Bible says Jesus said this is my body. This is my blood my body was broken. For you. Not a bone was broken. But the bread his body is broken and put in different people of God see we are the many member body of Christ and we’re to told to love one another and do no harm one to another.

▶ 1:07:11 He said you do this until I come. He took the bread. Which. Reminds us of that physical body that took the beating the 39 stripes. Took the crown of thorns took the spear took the nails in his feet in his hand for his body that blood that shed for us. And the many member body of Christ that we are supposed to love and never say anything evil or harmful about. Or treat evil and harmful. Father as we prepare to take this bread. We ask you to send your Holy Spirit to search our hearts search our spirits.

▶ 1:08:10 Lord if we have said anything if we have done anything. To our brothers our sisters in Christ. To our family members to our spouses. Lord we just ask you to bring it to us attention. So we can admit we’re wrong. And let the blood of Christ. Cleanse that sin let that body that he sacrifice. Take my place. Take my penalty. For that sin right now. Lord Jesus your body took our penalty. We’re not under the penalty anymore.

▶ 1:09:08 Lord. Come. And reunite me with my brother my sister. My spouse my children my relatives. Reunite me Lord if I have said or spoken or done anything against them. All of them are made in your image even people that don’t follow you and I am to treat them right yes they’re supposed to pay the price for their crimes of hurting people. But Lord other than that we are to treat each other right. We take this bread in your name Jesus let’s eat. Together likewise he took the cup.

▶ 1:10:05 And he says. Like the catholics believe this is the new covenant in my blood this is my body this is my blood not a symbol. God takes what we’re doing today as a spiritual. Doctrine of obedience to work in our life not just a symbol. Okay we’re reminded of that blood and the new covenant that he will put his word and our minds in our heart we can understand God’s word and we will get on our knees and open up that Bible and read it he has to back it up and open our understanding to it and write it in our minds in our heart. He will be our God and we will be his people and all of us will know the Lord we don’t need somebody telling us how to know the Lord and to know the Lord and they know the Lord but we all from the least to the greatest.

▶ 1:11:10 Can know our God have a relationship with him and our sins and iniquities he will be merciful to and remember no more that’s his covenant. So when we are wrong it’s not a time to get our cast ourselves out of the kingdom it’s a time to humble ourself in the kingdom humble ourself before God admit we are wrong let him cleanse that wrong get up and bring forth the fruit of that repentance and he justifies us makes us righteous again. And he does it every time we do this and this is the power of the blood of Christ and the new covenant the New Testament that he’s given to us thank you Lord bless this cup as the power of your blood. That cleanses us from all sin. And makes us reconciled made righteous.

▶ 1:12:06 Made right standing before our God let’s drink the cup together. Wow. Now let’s sing the course. Take me into the holy.

▶ 1:13:00 Of holy. Take me in by the blood of the lamb. Take me into the holy of holies. Here I am. Take me into the holy of holies. Take me in by the blood of the land. Take me into the holy of holies. Take the coal turn my lips here I am.

Scripture (NKJV)

1 Corinthians 11:23-26 (NKJV)

For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you: that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, “Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me.” For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.

How does the service close?

▶ Watch this part (1:13:55)

Short answer: Prayer for healing, for others, for conviction in America and the nations, and for the children.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 1:13:55 Now let’s pray for ourselves father we come to you right now and we pray in this prayer time starting with our self Lord we just asked you. Lord just. Let this remembrance of your blood and your body sacrifice for us let this remembrance Lord be power in our life today. Lord let us go away from this place in courage and on fire for God knowing the Lord if we do make mistakes we can go to the God of mercy and obtain mercy to help us in our time of need and he will finish the good work that he has begun in us Lord we pray for ourself right now whether it’s sin in our life we ask you to come Lord and cleanse it wash us from that sin deliver us from it whether it’s a mind problem Lord come and heal our mind our thinking you haven’t given us a spirit of fear but Lord a spirit of power a spirit of love and a sound mind and Lord just just come to your people Lord and bless them all with a sound mind this day Lord Jesus.

▶ 1:15:07 And whether it is in our emotions some of us Lord just let our feelings dictate our life but Lord Jesus we want to walk in truth not whether we feel like it or not because it is truth and we just asked you to come Lord and impregnate your people with the power of the communion table this morning. We know our God. His word is inscribed in our minds in our heart. Jesus come cleanse us from all sin cleanse us from everything and Lord those that are physically. Sick whether it’s covet or some other disease or some other sickness Lord and whether they have the faith or not to believe you for it we asked you to come because they humbled themselves to take this communion table they humbled themselves to sing unto you and lift their voice into you and lift their hands unto you we ask you Lord Jesus the great physician to come and heal them.

▶ 1:16:09 Heal that body heal that mind heal that spirit. And we thank you for it Lord. Lord you also told us to pray for others. And you turned the captivity of Job when he prayed for others. Lord we just asked you to put it in the minds of your people right now for someone to pray. For and if they don’t have anyone to pray for Lord just let them pray for the one next to them. So Lord now we come for our brother and our sister we asked you to heal us Lord now we’re asking you to heal my brother my sister Lord my enemies are they that talk bad about me we asked you to come Lord and touch them in their mind and their emotions and their spirits come Lord. Come with all your power your blood and come with all the power of your name and touch them.

▶ 1:17:04 Heal them deliver them. Open their understanding to your word bring conviction by that word and let the Holy Spirit come Lord. And lead them into all truth. Heal my brother heal my sister heal those. That don’t like us speak evil of us heal them Lord do good to them bring them to yourself. And Lord we pray for the nation of America right now and the nations of the world you told us to pray for rulers. And so Lord we lift up congress to you governors to you judges to you. Lord you already know America is a mess we don’t have to remind you of that but Lord you said that the king’s heart is in the hand of a God and he can turn it wheresoever he will and Lord you said if my people would humble themselves and pray.

▶ 1:18:03 And turn from their wicked ways then you would hear their prayers and not only heal them but you would heal their nation you would heal their land Lord we just ask you to bring conviction to your church in America and every nation on earth bring conviction Lord to get on our knees humble ourselves and pray and admit we’ve been wrong and Lord turn from that wrong bring forth the the fruit of repentance and Lord let you come and not only heal us and move in us but Lord you heal this land where we can live in peace and harmony Lord and prosperity all the days of our life. Come Lord. Lord America is not saved by the democratic or republican party it’s only going to be saved by you coming and turning America back to righteousness.

▶ 1:18:57 Otherwise you’ve got to deal with America. And Lord we don’t want to go through the dealings of God unless we just vitally have to. We want you to come and give us a verbal correction. Verbal. Conviction. Lord we don’t want the wars we don’t want the pestilences we don’t want the famines and all these other things that you do to get a nation’s attention. So touch us Lord Jesus in your church. Start in your church. With a repent of spirit. And your people I don’t care what religion they are you don’t even see religion you just see people. You don’t see protestant churches and catholic churches Jewish synagogues you just see people Lord you just see people.

▶ 1:19:56 Come Lord Jesus. Do this thing. We pray for the children of America and the children of the nations. Who take the brunt of the adults mistakes. Lord you asked that all children could come unto you and Lord the only way they can come unto you as your church goes after them seeks them out and brings your message and your love to them. But my parents forsake me the Bible says the Lord will pick me up Lord don’t let this church or any other church forget that there is some real evil things going on with children from sexual exploitation to many other things and Lord the church needs to be the message and the messenger.

▶ 1:20:58 To the children of America and the nations. Thank you Lord that you hear our prayer. Thank you Lord that we don’t gather together just to be gathering together. But we gather together to learn of you. To grow in you. And to encourage one another to love you love one another and go out and do good works that’s what your word says. Be it unto me. According to thy word.

▶ 1:21:52 My heart responds. To thee. Let there be. A performance. That. Which was spoken. For nothing. Isn’t. Possible. With God. Again father we thank you that nothing is impossible for you because you are not limited by the natural man’s limitations. And we just go our way today rejoicing. Renewed in you regenerated in you and remade alive in you.

▶ 1:22:48 And we have the hope for this world. And the hope for your church is in your word and the Lord Jesus Christ and everybody said. Amen God bless you uh. We’ll give announcements if there’s any as Jim takes up the offering. You may be seated. And we thank you for joining with us online. We hope you enjoyed the presence of God and the word today. And. I guess we have no. Announcement. All right. We will be having a annual business meeting coming up the first week of February. Jesus said follow me and I will make you fishers of men did he leave anyone out all that follow can be what a fish or a man if nothing else by your life all right God bless you thanks again for joining us on facebook you have a great Sunday and God bless you that are here.
