Jesus' Processing Plan, Part 2: full transcript and answers
Gray boxes are our own short answers and summaries.
In “Jesus’ Processing Plan, Part 2,” Pastor David G. Kincer says no one takes the honor of a calling to himself; God places people in the body as he sees fit, and the apostles were given authority and understanding by Jesus. He explains from his own experience why he moved away from personal prophecy to “a more excellent way,” love, and says all believers can worship, love and ask God for wisdom.
Can you decide to become a prophet, pastor or apostle?
Short answer: He reads Hebrews 5:4 that no man takes this honor to himself but he who is called by God, and says you cannot decide to be a prophet, pastor, teacher or evangelist; God places people in the body as he sees fit. He says hanging around prophets or apostles does not make you one, and there is nothing wrong with being the best mother, dad or worker if that is what God has called you to.
▶ 0:00 Hebrews 5:4 no man takes this honor to himself but he who is called by God just as Aaron was. You can’t decide if you’re going to be a prophet you can’t decide if you’re going to be a pastor or a teacher an evangelist. You can’t decide that God places in the body as he sees fit you can’t be around prophets like I heard yesterday and turn into a prophet. Am I right am I what they said yeah. That means that everybody that hung around the apostles became apostles. And we only had what 12 initially. Hanging around doesn’t make you like them. You don’t want. To think of yourself more highly than you are you just want to be a follower and spend time with him and let him bring to pass his will in your life and there’s nothing wrong with being the best mother the best dad the best worker the best provider if that’s all God has called you to to be a light to the world with your behavior with the way you speak there’s nothing.
▶ 1:15 Ah. Uh second class about that why because that’s what he’s doing in your life. I knew a woman that won multitudes to Christ with a cake she would bake a cake and take it to a neighborhood home. Really. And then talk to them about Jesus. She wasn’t a preacher she wasn’t apostle wasn’t a prophet but man a cake ministry. Really. See we are the followers. We are the responders. Okay. The apostles were given three things how many things three things they were what given they didn’t grab them.
Scripture in this part
Hebrews 5:4 (NKJV)
And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, just as Aaron was.
— Hebrews 5:4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 0:00What were the apostles given by Jesus, and when?
Short answer: He says the apostles did not get it at seminary or through a prophecy; they were given authority by Jesus Christ after they were taught and had been with him. Secondly, Jesus opened their understanding to the Scriptures (Luke 24:45), so he says to pray “Jesus open my understanding” and to write down what God teaches you.
▶ 2:09 They didn’t get it at seminary in Bible college they didn’t give through a prophecy. They were given it by who. Jesus Christ they were given authority. After they were taught after they observed his authority and after being with Jesus they were then they were given authority they weren’t given authority when they were first called apostles the title doesn’t mean you got [unclear]. You got it. You don’t have this thing until he gives it to you. Oh man he called me an apostle hallelujah yeah well mark four or five and is coming up here. Don’t get so cocky. Are you there.
▶ 3:04 Secondly he opened their understanding to the scriptures to understand the scriptures and who did it Jesus did it Luke 24:45. You see you got to say Jesus open when you’re reading your Bible through every year and and and and seeking it say Jesus open my understanding. How many once you’re open your understanding open to the yeah that’s what you got to go to the scriptures for Lord what are you going to teach me today. And when he does for goodness sake write it down because you will forget it tomorrow that’s what I found out I found out that these spiritual tongue talkers and all that they were way above me man I had I found out I couldn’t remember all that stuff and I had to start putting notes in my Bible and writing things down and and putting notes in my Bible that some people think oh that’s sacrilegious writing in your Bible nothing it’s just a book with a living word in it and I need every help I can get.
Scripture in this part
Luke 24:45 (NKJV)
And He opened their understanding, that they might comprehend the Scriptures.
— Luke 24:45 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 3:12Can you have authority before being filled with the Holy Ghost?
Short answer: He says the apostles were then filled with the Holy Ghost in Acts 2, but they had authority before that, which he calls contrary to Pentecostal teaching. He says after passing the processing plan they were unswayable, unstoppable and unchangeable, and that we can be unstoppable in our walk with God too.
▶ 4:06 Amen. Yeah when he taught me something I wrote it down and my old Bible had all these notes in it where God came and revealed things to me and then I could go back when I needed to to share with someone I could go back in my Bible and see it and share it like I had memorized it. And then they were filled with the Holy Ghost in Acts chapter 2. You see they had authority before they were filled with the Holy Ghost and that is contrary to Pentecostal teaching. You shall receive power after the Holy Ghost [unclear] they’re saying you can’t have authority before it and you can. You say you can have the scriptures opened up to you before being filled with the Holy Ghost if that’s what Jesus decides to do his basic plan is the spirit comes and reveals the word to you that’s his basic plan.
▶ 5:09 Amen. Then they were unswayable unstoppable and unchangeable you never read about them running off with their secretary running off with the church’s money having a nervous breakdown getting into depression oh you never hear it why they pass the processing plan. And nothing could move them nothing could sway them. And God is not a respecter of persons is he weak and all we may not wind up being apostles we may not wind up being prophets but we can wind up being people that’s unstoppable unmovable and unchangeable in our walk with God.
Scripture in this part
Acts 2:4 (NKJV)
And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.
— Acts 2:4 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 4:30Acts 1:8 (NKJV)
But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
— Acts 1:8 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 4:43 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Why does worship matter so much in the church?
Short answer: He points to Revelation 19:10, “worship God,” and to Hebrews and the Psalms, and says the many excuses people give for not worshiping are a trick of the enemy that hinders God’s making process and stymies the flow of the river of life in the church. He says worship is not ritualistic but in spirit and in truth, and that as people worshiped and prayed in First Corinthians 14, God’s presence came and convicted the unbeliever.
▶ 6:03 Stuff. You’re looking at me like that’s just leftovers. Ah. Revelation 19:10. Worship God. Do you know how many people I know that give me an excuse for not worshiping God. What’s Revelation say. Worship God what does Hebrews say offer the sacrifice of praise continually that is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name what does the Psalm say praise ye the Lord over and over and over and over and over praise ye the Lord praise ye the Lord praise ye the Lord. Am I right and they give me a thousand reasons why they can’t worship and praise the Lord but see that hinders that’s a trick of the enemy that hinders the making process of God and it stymies the flow of the river of life in the church because out of our innermost beings these rivers of life flow so when you’ve got people that won’t respond.
▶ 7:19 You have a source of the river that’s lacking. Amen worship seems so simple and I’m not talking with about the way the Catholic church worships ritualistic I’m talking about worshiping him in spirit and in truth yes spirit and in truth you do it the Bible way you do it from the spirit you get the spirit connected and it works. And everyone should be coming through that door to do that worship God for the testimony of Jesus the witness of Jesus the proof of Jesus is what. The spirit of prophecy are we supposed to have the spirit of prophecy operating in the church yeah the proof of Christ in First Corinthians 14 why did the man fall on his face worship God and say God is really in your midst because.
▶ 8:18 As they worshiped and prayed and saw God his presence came. And they spoke the inspirational word and God. Convince that guy converted that guy convicted that guy and he said God is in you the truth it doesn’t say that he went out and served God. Did you notice that. It says he says man you guys got something here you ever heard that statement see they don’t want it but you guys got something here. Oh I’ve heard it many times that’s something here you see. Uh all right. Jeremiah 14:14 the prophets prophesied lies in my name false visions deceit and I sent them not First Corinthians 12 [unclear] 29.
Scripture in this part
Revelation 19:10 (NKJV)
And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
— Revelation 19:10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 6:19Hebrews 13:15 (NKJV)
Therefore by Him let us continually offer the sacrifice of praise to God, that is, the fruit of our lips, giving thanks to His name.
— Hebrews 13:15 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 6:37 (quoted; reference not named in the message)John 4:24 (NKJV)
God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
— John 4:24 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 7:36 (quoted; reference not named in the message)1 Corinthians 14:24-25 (NKJV)
But if all prophesy, and an unbeliever or an uninformed person comes in, he is convinced by all, he is convicted by all. And thus the secrets of his heart are revealed; and so, falling down on his face, he will worship God and report that God is truly among you.
— 1 Corinthians 14:24-25 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 8:10Are all Christians apostles or prophets?
Short answer: From First Corinthians 12 he says not everybody is an apostle and not everybody is a prophet, and that God had only one to three prophets at a time from Genesis to Malachi. He calls the office of a prophet very rare, like Agabus who prophesied the famine, and says a prophet in that office does not miss; if they do, the Bible says they are a false prophet. He adds that if prophecy placing people in the body is only 80 percent right, there is something wrong.
▶ 9:11 Are all apostles what’s he saying. Not everybody is an apostle are all prophets what’s he saying not everybody’s a prophet God only had at one time one to three prophets. You read your Bible. One to three prophets from Genesis. To Malachi. And in the New Testament John the Baptist was a prophet then Jesus what came and confirmed his prophecy. The office of a prophet is very rare. Like Agabus who could prophesy the famine coming and it happened and the church could prepare to send relief to these people that went through it see that’s rare.
▶ 10:03 That’s the office of a prophet and they cannot miss they do not miss if they do the Bible says they are a false prophet. Now prophecy of placing people into the body I believe myself you can’t miss because God places into the body as he sees fit and if we’re only getting 80 percent right there’s something wrong. I mean God’s only 80 right I have a real problem with that and I doubt it’s 80 percent. Because they just ramble on and say a lot of words and on multitudes of word there is. Sin violations. A wise man spareth his word. The more you talk better chance you got. Of bringing in your own opinion.
Scripture in this part
Jeremiah 14:14 (NKJV)
And the LORD said to me, “The prophets prophesy lies in My name. I have not sent them, commanded them, nor spoken to them; they prophesy to you a false vision, divination, a worthless thing, and the deceit of their heart.
— Jeremiah 14:14 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:111 Corinthians 12:29 (NKJV)
Are all apostles? Are all prophets? Are all teachers? Are all workers of miracles?
— 1 Corinthians 12:29 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:11Acts 11:28-29 (NKJV)
Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and showed by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in Judea.
— Acts 11:28-29 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 9:52 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Proverbs 10:19 (NKJV)
In the multitude of words sin is not lacking, But he who restrains his lips is wise.
— Proverbs 10:19 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 10:39 (quoted; reference not named in the message)How many apostles were there, and who started the church at Antioch?
Short answer: He says there were 12 to start with and then about 15, and you cannot add to the word by calling followers apostles if the Bible does not say so. He says no apostle, prophet or teacher started the church at Antioch; it was started by believers who ran from the persecution in Jerusalem, so we cannot wait for the “mighty men” of God.
▶ 11:00 There was only 12 to start with and then 15 apostles they say there was a lot more but they are assuming that the people that followed the apostles became apostles and I said listen you this is my private talk I said you can’t do that if it doesn’t say they were an apostle you can’t add to that word and say well you know they are if the Bible doesn’t declare it we don’t what declare it so we had Barnabas and a couple of other apostles that were raised up Paul. But folks it wasn’t a multitude and let me ask you this who started the church at Antioch where Paul was sent out from. What apostle started that. What prophet started that what teacher started that what eventually started that.
▶ 11:56 None. It was started by the believers who ran from the persecution in Jerusalem and shared the gospel in Antioch and people got saved and the church the apostles found a church in Antioch that was established by believers. Believer followers. Then the apostle could come and get that the structure and the teaching they needed to be a strong church. See we are important in this thing we can’t wait for the mighty men quote unquote of God we can go out and God will back up us also preaching the gospel could that be an amen. Your powerful church just because you’re here you have a tremendous destiny if you respond to his processing plan.
Scripture in this part
Acts 11:19-21 (NKJV)
Now those who were scattered after the persecution that arose over Stephen traveled as far as Phoenicia, Cyprus, and Antioch, preaching the word to no one but the Jews only. But some of them were men from Cyprus and Cyrene, who, when they had come to Antioch, spoke to the Hellenists, preaching the Lord Jesus. And the hand of the Lord was with them, and a great number believed and turned to the Lord.
— Acts 11:19-21 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 11:42 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Do all Christians speak in tongues?
Short answer: He says all do not speak in tongues and all do not interpret, so the teaching that if you do not speak in tongues you do not have the Holy Ghost misses it. He says tongues is Bible and a sign for the unbeliever, but these things can be taken out of context and made extreme.
▶ 12:55 All teachers all workers of miracles gifts of healings do all speak with tongues again here’s where the Pentecostals really missed it uh if you don’t speak in tongues you don’t have the Holy Ghost well you can prophesy you can praise God you can speak when that comes there is an utterance but it have doesn’t have to be an earthly language or a heavenly language. Because he says all don’t speak in tongues and all don’t interpret. All right I grew up in Pentecostal churches I had to I had to work through these things you know you want to believe what you’re taught but when it isn’t working you got to go to the book and find out truth don’t you. And then you’ve got to change is there anything wrong with tongues no it is Bible and it’s a sign for the unbeliever but can we take any of these things out of its context and be extreme with them.
Scripture in this part
1 Corinthians 12:30-31 (NKJV)
Do all have gifts of healings? Do all speak with tongues? Do all interpret? But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.
— 1 Corinthians 12:30-31 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 12:58What is personal prophecy, and why did he stop using it?
Short answer: He says personal prophecy is when someone goes to an individual, one on one, and says “I got a word from God for you.” He says he found “a more excellent way” because personal prophecy makes the speaker appear spiritually advanced, publicly makes the receiver look special or exposes a lack, teaches others they can do nothing without a personal prophecy, and makes it seem the prophet missed when the receiver failed to respond.
▶ 13:51 We can and we do. We do. If he isn’t doing it you don’t have anything but earnestly desire the best gifts and I’ll show you a more excellent way and that’s what I was sharing with them in the car [unclear]. Okay so you used to prophesy over people you have to bring up the past. I said yes I did but I found a more excellent way. And then they want to know what’s the more excellent way what’s the more excellent way prophecy does four things I’m talking from my experience and the Bible personal prophecy does four things what am I talking about. Personal prophecy that’s when I go to an individual one-on-one whether it’s in the church or outside the church and I got a word from God for you.
▶ 14:52 That’s called personal prophecy. The Bible tells us these things should be done in the church number one now personal prophecy I found does these things it’s why I changed and went to a more excellent way it makes the speaker appear to be someone special. Spiritually advanced. Above the rest of the sheep oh man they really got something how many know that stinks. You should know that stinks we are not to worship men and any ministry we are to worship Jesus and like. Like many times. Seasoned Christians that come up to me and said this thank you for letting God use you I go wow that sums it up you don’t understand well what a great man of God oh what a great message oh what a listen you ain’t got a great message unless he gives it to you so why are you giving credit to that guy.
▶ 15:59 Thank you for letting God use you I like that hey man is that a good statement that guy don’t get any credit or we have to give credit to the donkey to spoke to Balaam. Secondly. Publicly gives the impression that the receiver of the prophecy is someone special. Oh. Brother Thompson got a word from God he’s really special. Or. They expose some lack in his life and everybody knows it. Is it if you get into the word if you seek me that’s implication you are what not in the word and not seeking him.
▶ 16:55 If you love your wife what’s the implication. He’s not he’s got to buck up you know he’s lacking something here and everybody gets to hear it. Thirdly. Oh going back to number two if these people who are personally prophesied over. Do not respond to the prophecy and change from what they lack everybody knows their failure. Everybody knows oh man they’re a failure they didn’t listen to God they didn’t listen to the prophet and. The bottom line as time goes by these people get ashamed and leave.
Why do some people reject a word from God?
Short answer: He tells of preaching two messages in China: in the first church only two people heard it because their minds were programmed a different way, while the whole second church responded. He says the message was not wrong; people can shut off God and reject it.
▶ 17:55 Are you hearing me this is what happens with personal prophecies really look spiritual but I found there were problems in it number three it applies to others that they can do anything. They can’t do anything rather. Until they get a personal prophecy. When they got the Bible the sheer word of prophecy. Number four if the person fails to respond to the prophecy it seems the prophet missed. When in reality the receiver failed to respond. I gave two messages over in China both of them I knew were a word for that church the first church only two people in that congregation heard it because their minds were programmed. So strongly in a different way they would not even let the word of God.
▶ 18:54 Come to them but two people did I went to the second church the whole church responded. Am I right yeah yeah. Why because they had an openness to hear from God in his word and respond basically the whole church responded while I was preaching they were weeping everywhere profusely. And then when the call was given the whole church came up. Amen. See we couldn’t we can shut off God it wasn’t that the message in the first church was wrong it’s they didn’t want it. They can reject it and it looks like the prophet and so yeah. I made my first mistake as a prophet they brought up a guy and he wants to move up north California.
What did he learn when his prophecies were misunderstood?
Short answer: He tells of warning a man not to move, the man taking another prophecy instead and returning two months later, and says you are known by the result, not the enthusiasm of the prophecy. When another prophecy was not clear he was branded a false prophet, so he learned it is best to wait until you can speak it right.
▶ 19:51 And they want the prophets to prophesy over him and so they brought me up and they brought another prophet up and if the three of us there and the first prophet oh go God is with you God’s going to bless you. And then it came my turn. And I said don’t go. You’re going to fail it’s not going to work out and if you do go you’re going to have to come back. Man. Daggers in the church. Two different words. So a couple days goes by and the guy come to him and I’m going to take the prophecy of the other guy and I appreciate your prophesy but I’m going to take his [unclear] I said it doesn’t matter to me it’s your life you can do what you want. He went up two months later back in the church why it failed.
▶ 20:45 I mean you know you’re known by the result not the enthusiastic. Enthusiasm of the prophecy. Amen so I immediately learned this happened very quick in my young life and so I immediately had to take this to Christ and go something’s wrong here something’s wrong. So they started I became very cautious and prophesied even though I kept doing it for a while all right then God gave me a prophecy that the pastor of the church is going to be a pastor of pastors what he was saying is people are going to develop and become Christian leaders. Not the church pastors from the community are going to come and ask him for advice and so my prophecy wasn’t clear. And then I was branded as a false prophet because I didn’t make my prophecy very clear.
How does he give a prophetic word now without theatrics?
Short answer: He says he learned to stop prophesying to individuals and instead prophesy to the whole congregation and let the Holy Ghost direct it, to speak by prophecy within his message, and to give a person a scriptural illustration after service. That way there are no theatrics or misunderstandings.
▶ 21:42 So I learned again. Best to shut up until you can speak it right. Are you there. All right. So this is what I learned. I learned to stop prophesying. To individuals I can prophesy to individuals during the service prophesying to the whole congregation and just allow the Holy Ghost to come and direct it to that person and everybody receives edification but that person knew something in that prophecy that hit them directly. And then there’s no theatrics. There’s no. Misunderstandings. And so forth the second thing I knew I learned is during my message I could speak by prophecy and I do this a lot overseas.
▶ 22:41 During my message I can speak by prophecy Paul said you can speak my prophecy Revelation doctrine and knowledge all right. And I could just put it right in my message short directed to that person and let’s keep preaching. Thirdly I found I could just go to the person after service and just give them a scriptural illustration without even letting them think it is a word for them which it was a word for them an illustration and so forth and then they could get it without anybody knowing what was going on whether they failed or not or rejected it or not and it were. All right that’s what I learned.
What is the “more excellent way” in First Corinthians 12 and 13?
Short answer: He says the more excellent way is love; we do not want to embarrass or exalt people. He says all can pray and sing in the spirit, all can edify, exhort and comfort, and that without love, even with tongues, faith and all knowledge, “it profits me nothing.”
▶ 23:35 Okay God called us to a more excellent way it says in First Corinthians 12 and First Corinthians 13 that way is love you know we don’t want to do anything to embarrass people we don’t be anything to exalt people we just want to be people. Are you with me church. Hallelujah. Unlimited abilities all can pray all can sing in the spirit to bring the presence of God who will convict people God. That God is in our midst okay. In Acts 2 they spoke the mighty works of God when the presence came in Acts 4 they spoke the word of God with confidence the end result is the word being spoken and it in a phase in Ephesus the Ephesians over in Acts 19 they they they prophesied they spoke the word of God by the inspiration of the spirit and we can all prophesy one by one in this dimension of edification exhortation and comfort you cannot be a prophet of an office of a prophet like John the Baptist and you may not be a prophet that can identify and place people in the body of Christ with confirmation but you can edify exhort.
Scripture in this part
1 Corinthians 12:31 (NKJV)
But earnestly desire the best gifts. And yet I show you a more excellent way.
— 1 Corinthians 12:31 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 23:35 (quoted; reference not named in the message)1 Corinthians 14:31 (NKJV)
For you can all prophesy one by one, that all may learn and all may be encouraged.
— 1 Corinthians 14:31 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 24:32 (quoted; reference not named in the message)1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (NKJV)
Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I have become sounding brass or a clanging cymbal. And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, but have not love, it profits me nothing.
— 1 Corinthians 13:1-3 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 24:51 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Can every Christian ask God for wisdom?
Short answer: He reads James 1:5 and says not all are apostles or prophets, but all can have wisdom. He says the church in the last days is supposed to be a revival of wisdom, citing Matthew 23:34 where Jesus sends prophets, wise men and scribes, some of whom will be persecuted.
▶ 24:52 Encourage the people of God every one of us and the excellent way is first love him who is love God is love we need to spend time with him that’s why you got to spend time with him and he says if I speak in tongues and if I have faith to move mountains and I have all knowledge and I get my body to be burned and all my goods to feed the poor if I don’t have love it profits me nothing I am worthless I’m just going through motions and so love is the high calling of God. Being with him taking on his nature. James 1:5 if any of you lacks wisdom let him ask of God who gives to how many how many oh. See he didn’t say do all have wisdom. Do all have love he said are all apostles are all prophets are all evangelists or all teachers no but we can all what have wisdom.
▶ 25:57 How many could use a big dose of wisdom. The church in this last days is supposed to be a revival of wisdom Matthew 23:34 I send to you prophets wise men and scribes and how do you know that he sent them. Some you will kill and crucified man who wants that ministry. Some you shall beat scourge in your synagogues where in the church the church is going to attack you. And they’re going to persecute you see when he sends you with that repentant message that is what causes the attacks if people don’t want to repent they’re going to attack. And get ready for the attack because it’ll come we’re on the radio now telling people to repent.
Scripture in this part
James 1:5 (NKJV)
If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
— James 1:5 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 25:30Matthew 23:34 (NKJV)
Therefore, indeed, I send you prophets, wise men, and scribes: some of them you will kill and crucify, and some of them you will scourge in your synagogues and persecute from city to city,
— Matthew 23:34 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 26:06Why are people who preach repentance attacked?
Short answer: He says when God sends you with a repentant message, people who do not want to repent will attack, and they are on the radio telling conservatives, humanists and atheists to repent. He says God has not yet raised up wise men, and he spent years praying for wisdom, first Solomon’s and then the wisdom of Christ.
▶ 26:52 We’re telling conservatives to repent humanists to repent. Atheists to repent look out. The guns are going to be flying are we ready for it. How many ministers do you know that are being killed and persecuted. Yeah. Yeah what’s the problem here. He isn’t sending us with his message because if he did. A lot of people don’t want it. But it’s going to come. And this is the last day message this hasn’t had to be have you ever has God raised up wise men yet we’ve seen prophets to a major we’ve really saw teachers in the early 60s late 50s people that could really teach the Bible oh how how refreshing that was instead of just up there talking about their great faith and uh going through all these motions they could actually open the Bible up to you but we haven’t seen the wise men yet how many of you women would love to see a wise husband in your home.
▶ 28:08 Yeah come on how many of you men would like to see a wise wife you see this thing works this thing works on the local level. How many of you parents want your kids to have be have wisdom yeah I don’t want my kids running around like a dumbbells. And he gives it how much liberally but we don’t spend time asking for it it took years of praying for wisdom before God started cracking the door open. Literally yeah I didn’t let him I didn’t give it I didn’t let him have any slack every prayer where’s that wisdom you said. And I was asking for the wisdom of Solomon and I found out his wisdom was selective so then I began to ask for the wisdom of Christ oh Lord I got a little smarter.
Can every believer love?
Short answer: He says everyone that loves is born of God and knows God, and it does not say everyone that prophesies. He says love is the greatest of faith, hope and love, wisdom is the principal thing, and to become the best you can be in God you must spend time with him so his nature rubs off on you.
▶ 29:05 All can possess and develop love. Everyone that loves is born of God and knows God it doesn’t say everyone that prophesies. Is born of God and knows God it says everyone that can we all love. Church can we all love absolutely is there anything wrong with being a strong member of the church that worships him prays to him and lives for him and letting that presence of God flow out of us into a streams that come together to bring results through certain ministries is there anything wrong with that no. Scripture in this part
1 John 4:7 (NKJV)
Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God.
— 1 John 4:7 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 29:09 (quoted; reference not named in the message)1 Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV)
And now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love.
— 1 Corinthians 13:13 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 29:57 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Proverbs 4:7 (NKJV)
Wisdom is the principal thing; Therefore get wisdom. And in all your getting, get understanding.
— Proverbs 4:7 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 30:00 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)
My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge. Because you have rejected knowledge, I also will reject you from being priest for Me; Because you have forgotten the law of your God, I also will forget your children.
— Hosea 4:6 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 30:09 (quoted; reference not named in the message)2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV)
But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
— 2 Corinthians 3:18 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 31:01 (quoted; reference not named in the message)Must anything be fulfilled before Jesus returns, and has God given up on America?
Short answer: He says a visitation of wisdom is prophesied for the last day and has not been seen yet, so there are things that have to be fulfilled before he comes, whatever rapture or millennial view people hold. He says he does not believe God has given up on America and that God can change it back, but we have to go through his processing machine.
▶ 31:05 Hallelujah. Wisdom is important and it’s prophesied to be a visitation of the last day and we haven’t seen that yet and I challenge the pre-tribulation rapture people the mid-tribulation rapture people the post-tribulation rapture people the pre-millennials the amillennialists the post-millennials that there are things that have to be fulfilled before he’s coming so don’t tell me he’s coming now. And get the church hiding behind a return wanting to get out of this instead of the church pushing in to be a force in the earth. To bring peace on the earth. Hallelujah.
▶ 31:58 I don’t believe God’s given up on America just because you’re here this morning. He’s got some faithful people in America that he loves. And he can change America back again that’s what I see in my Bible he’s bigger than America he’s bigger than Obama the Democrats the Republicans he’s bigger but we’ve got to go through his processing machine. And if you’re willing to say God I’ll take your processing machine I don’t like it I don’t like the design of this but I see it’s the only avenue to be what you’ve called me to be would you stand with me.
More questions this message answers
Short answers drawn only from what he says in this message, each with the moment in the video.
Do you have to be a preacher to win people to Christ?
He tells of a woman who won multitudes to Christ by baking cakes for neighbors and talking to them about Jesus; she was not a preacher, apostle or prophet. He says we are the followers and the responders.
Is it wrong to write notes in your Bible?
He says some think it is sacrilegious, but it is just a book with a living word in it and he needs every help he can get. He wrote down what God revealed so he could go back and share it later.
What does passing Jesus’ processing plan produce?
He says the apostles passed the processing plan, so nothing could move or sway them, and you never read of them running off with the church’s money or having a breakdown. He says we may not be apostles or prophets, but we can be unstoppable, unmovable and unchangeable in our walk with God.
What is “the testimony of Jesus” in Revelation 19:10?
He says the testimony of Jesus, the witness and proof of Jesus, is the spirit of prophecy, and that it should be operating in the church.
Scripture (NKJV)And I fell at his feet to worship him. But he said to me, “See that you do not do that! I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God! For the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.”
— Revelation 19:10 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 7:54
What does the example of Agabus show about prophets?
He says Agabus could prophesy the famine coming and it happened, so the church could prepare relief, and that kind of office is rare.
Scripture (NKJV)Then one of them, named Agabus, stood up and showed by the Spirit that there was going to be a great famine throughout all the world, which also happened in the days of Claudius Caesar. Then the disciples, each according to his ability, determined to send relief to the brethren dwelling in Judea.
— Acts 11:28-29 (NKJV) (quoted; reference not named in the message)▶ Hear it at 9:52
Should believers wait for great men of God to spread the gospel?
He says no; the church at Antioch was established by believers before the apostles came, and God will back us up as we preach the gospel. He says each person has a tremendous destiny if they respond to his processing plan.
How should you thank someone after a good message?
He likes “thank you for letting God use you,” because a message is not great unless God gives it; the man does not get the credit, any more than the donkey that spoke to Balaam.
If a prophecy does not come to pass, did the prophet miss?
He says that when a person fails to respond to a prophecy it seems the prophet missed, when in reality the receiver failed to respond.
Why does he call love the high calling of God?
He says God is love, so we need to spend time with him and take on his nature; without love he is just going through motions. He calls love the high calling of God.
Does wisdom matter at home?
He says it works on the local level: wives want wise husbands, husbands wise wives, parents wise children. He says God gives it liberally, but we do not spend time asking for it.
Scripture (NKJV)If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
— James 1:5 (NKJV) (quoted; reference not named in the message)▶ Hear it at 28:32
Should the church hide behind the Lord’s return?
He says the church should not be hiding behind a return wanting to get out of this, but pushing in to be a force in the earth to bring peace on the earth.
About this transcript
This transcript comes from YouTube’s automatic English captions, which supply the timing and the words. Punctuation, capitalization and paragraphing were added from the speaker’s pauses and then corrected by hand, and obvious caption errors (names, Bible references) were fixed; his wording was not rewritten. “[unclear]” marks a word or name that was not clear. Editor notes: At 8:23 he cites “First Corinthians 12 … 29” (the words between are unclear in the captions); the verse he reads, “Are all apostles?”, is 1 Corinthians 12:29. Some passages he quotes without naming the reference (e.g. Proverbs 10:19, 1 John 4:7, Acts 11 on Antioch and Agabus); the references are added here for the reader.
