▶ 0:00 In 1 Timothy 1:15 Jesus Christ came into the world to save sinners of whom I am chief his whole purpose was to come to encourage people to turn from sin and turn to morals turn to right turn to truth now Hezekiah he encouraged a nation. To turn and advance morality but Jesus came to encourage morality to the whole world it says in Romans 5–6 at the appointed time Christ died for the ungodly the immoral and so we know the prophecies in the Old Testament that Christ would come and the purpose of him coming is toing bring attention to immorality its cost its destruction and through him we could be forgiven cleansed and delivered and live a moral.

▶ 9:19 Permissiveness by way of faith and grace if you just believe in Jesus it doesn’t matter what you do you’re going to heaven but the guy doing the same thing you do because he doesn’t believe in Jesus he’s going to burn in the lake of fire makes no sense the behavior is the same and yet there’s two different rewards it just makes no sense and this is where the American church is we have so elevated faith and grace that we have thrown repentance right out the door the pope visited us this week and in all of his speeches I never heard the word repent in all of his speeches I never heard any clarity except once on sin he never mentions sin and repent.
