From the sermonGod Destroys Nations · Pastor David G. Kincer▶ 0:00

In “God Destroys Nations,” Pastor David G. Kincer says the Old Testament events are real and written for our learning, and uses Sodom and Lot to say what God judges a nation for. He reads Jude 7 and Ezekiel 16:49 to list Sodom’s sins, including sexual immorality, pride, idleness and not strengthening the poor, and compares them to America. He closes with what he says the church must do and why the judgment message has to be preached.

Did the events in the Bible really happen, or are they just allegories?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: Pastor Kincer says the things written in the Old Testament happened: the six-day creation, the flood, Noah’s ark, Jonah’s great fish and the virgin birth all occurred. He says science can only explain natural things, not supernatural ones, and that these real events were written for our learning, as illustrations.

▶ 0:00 And when God decides to destroy a nation, it’s just going to fall. That’s the bottom line. “Whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for” what? Our learning. So what we want to learn something, where do we go? The Bible, the Old Testament, the New Testament. They’re written for us to learn. 1 Corinthians 10:11: “All these things happened”— they what? Happened. They occurred. Bill O’Reilly on Fox News is wrong. The homosexuals are wrong, the atheists are wrong, the humanists are wrong, that say the Bible is a book of myths and allegories and so forth.

▶ 0:39 “These things happened.” They occurred. They took place. God created the world in six days: it happened. God flooded the world: it happened. God had Noah to build an ark: it happened. God prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah: it happened. Are you with me? Jesus was born of a virgin: it happened. It occurred. And Bill O’Reilly’s wrong when he says he proves that the Bible is a book of allegories by using science. Science can never explain supernatural things. Science only explains natural things that any bird brain can look into and figure out how it worked. God is the one that created the working.

Scripture (NKJV)

1 Corinthians 10:11 (NKJV)

Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.

Is all Scripture inspired by God, and what is it for?

▶ Watch this part (1:30)

Short answer: He says all scripture is given by the inspiration of God and you cannot take anything out, such as the virgin birth or the atonement, as liberal churches do. He says the purpose of the Bible is teaching us how to live right, and that we were saved by Jesus to live right, and if we are not living right we are not saved.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 1:30 “And it happened to them for examples”— illustrations. This is the allegorical part: these real occurrences happened to teach us, illustrations, so we can learn by, and “written for our admonition”— our warning, our encouragement, correction— “upon whom the ends of the world are come.” “All scripture is given by the inspiration of God.” How many scriptures? All of it. You can’t take it out. You can’t take the virgin birth out. You can’t take the atonement, the blood of Christ, out of the Bible like the liberal churches do. You can’t do that.

▶ 2:09 “All scripture is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” Instruction in what? Righteousness. The purpose of the Bible: teaching us how to live right, “that the man of God might be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all” what? Good works. These people that say that, you know, we don’t have works— we do. We have good works. “Let your light so shine before men that they may see your” what? Good works. You were saved by Jesus to live right, and if you’re not living right, you’re not saved.

Why was Sodom destroyed: was it a lack of hospitality?

▶ Watch this part (2:50)

Short answer: He calls the claim that Sodom was destroyed for a lack of hospitality ridiculous and says it comes from a self-appointed Bible scholar, since the Bible interprets itself. He says Jude 7 explains why Sodom and the cities about them fell: they gave themselves over to sexual immorality and went after strange flesh, which he says means same-sex, unnatural, and that they are set forth as an example.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:50 Jude 7. The humanist, the atheist, the homosexuals are saying that Sodom was not destroyed because of homosexual sin; it was destroyed because of a lack of hospitality. That’s the most ridiculous thing I ever heard in my life. And they quoted— I found out where they got it from— they quoted it from some self-appointed Bible scholar that interpreted that way. And when you hear the word interpret, run, because the Bible doesn’t need to be interpreted; it interprets itself.

▶ 3:21 And here is Jude explaining why Sodom fell: “Even as Sodom and Gomorrah and the cities about them”— it wasn’t just one or two cities, it was several cities, it was a group— “were doing these things in like manner, giving themselves over to” what? Fornication, sexual immorality, “and going after strange flesh.” Now guess what strange flesh is: same-sex, unnatural, like Romans uses “unnatural.” All right, “set forth as an example.” Remember, they are an example. Didn’t we just read it in Corinthians? Yeah. Well, here’s the example of the destruction of people. Sodom is the example, “suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.” See, people that live that way, that reject God, reject the message, they’re going to go to the lake of fire.

What happened when the men of Sodom surrounded Lot’s house?

▶ Watch this part (4:25)

Short answer: He says the men of the city surrounded Lot’s house and demanded the two visitors, who were angels, so they could have sex with them. He says angels do not have sex organs and do not procreate with humans, calls the men’s demand an attempt to force their behavior on others, and says Lot lost his common sense when he offered his two virgin daughters.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 4:25 So people remove the lake of fire. There’s no lake of fire. Liberal churches remove hell; they remove the lake of fire. Isn’t that nice? And this is what they say: God is love, he would never do anything to harm his people. Genesis 19:5: “Where are the men?” Here’s the angels come into Lot’s house. They go into Lot’s house; the men of the city, the males of the city, come and surround the house, and they’re crying out to Lot and saying, “Where are these men?” These men happen to be two angels. They’re not men at all; they are two angels.

▶ 5:05 They don’t even have sex organs. Angels don’t have sex organs. Don’t you believe that nonsense that angels procreate with humans and all that. It’s a bunch of baloney. “Where are these men which came into you this night? Bring them out to us that we may know them,” that we may have sex with them. All right, here they are forcing their ideas, their behavior standards on others. They’re forcing them. “Bring them out.”

▶ 5:42 Genesis 19:8: “I have two daughters.” Look at this one. Lot says, “Wait a minute, guys, don’t mess with these two guys.” Ain’t nobody going to be messing with these two guys anyway; they’re angels. You can’t mess with an angel. But Lot got so, you know, worked up he lost his common sense here for a while. “I will bring out my two virgin daughters to you”— see, here’s that fornication, here’s that sexual immorality— “and do to them what is good in your eyes.” We got to understand there was more sins in these cities than sexual immorality and homosexuality. There was conditions. Okay, we need to know the conditions. We need to know the other sins.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Genesis 19:4-5 (NKJV)

Now before they lay down, the men of the city, the men of Sodom, both old and young, all the people from every quarter, surrounded the house. And they called to Lot and said to him, “Where are the men who came to you tonight? Bring them out to us that we may know them carnally.”

Scripture (NKJV)

Genesis 19:8 (NKJV)

— Genesis 19:8 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 5:42

What were Sodom’s other sins besides sexual immorality?

▶ Watch this part (6:32)

Short answer: Reading Ezekiel 16:49, he says Sodom’s iniquity included pride, fullness of bread, abundance of idleness and not strengthening the hand of the poor and needy, besides homosexuality and sexual immorality. He says Sodom was prosperous and nobody went hungry, and that strengthening the poor means teaching them a job skill rather than giving them things, because giving makes them lose ambition and drive.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 6:32 Ezekiel 16:49: “This was the iniquity of your sister Sodom.” Now, he’s likening Israel and Judah to Sodom and Gomorrah, but in doing this he is expanding the condition and the sins of Sodom and Gomorrah. See, he’s revealing it and expanding it. Okay, and he’s going to tell us what the iniquity of Sodom was besides sexual immorality. They had pride, number three. They had pride.

▶ 7:09 First one was homosexuality, the second was sexual immorality, number three is pride. They thought of themselves more highly than they ought. You feel you’re superior. Okay, “fullness of bread.” They didn’t lack food, and that’s why Lot went there. He went there because it was an economic, prosperous area. That’s why Lot went there. Sound like America? Fullness of bread: nobody goes hungry, we feed them all.

▶ 7:50 Is America proud? Yeah. I don’t care what people’s beliefs are, they’re proud of it. “Abundance of idleness.” Man, in America we’ve got abundance of idleness. We Americans spend more time watching TV and playing video games than anything. Abundance of idleness. Two days off instead of working six days, and it gets us in trouble. And number six: “neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.”

▶ 8:31 Now, you got to understand, there was fullness of bread, no one’s going hungry, but the scripture doesn’t say that is strengthening the poor. If you want to strengthen the poor, teach them a job skill so they can support themselves. That’s strengthening the poor. See, when you give somebody something, they expect it, and they lose their ambition, their drive. The poor had no problem. There were food places to go to get food. Nobody lacked in Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities. Everybody was taken care of. Sound like America today?

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Ezekiel 16:49 (NKJV)

Look, this was the iniquity of your sister Sodom: She and her daughter had pride, fullness of food, and abundance of idleness; neither did she strengthen the hand of the poor and needy.

— Ezekiel 16:49 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 6:32

Was Sodom’s sin open and prosperous, and does he compare it to America?

▶ Watch this part (9:20)

Short answer: He says Sodom also did abominations, was a prosperous well-watered plain before it was destroyed, and had open sin: they did not hide it or feel any shame. He says he sees the same in America today, where homosexuality is talked about as acceptable, sexual immorality is abundant and abortion is discussed without hesitation. He adds that God honors the righteous, and that you will be rewarded by how you live and talk.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 9:20 “And they did abominations.” Abominations are things that are detestable to God. Idolatry is listed as an abomination. Okay, homosexuality and adultery is listed as abominations. Sodom and Gomorrah obviously did these other things that were sins. In Genesis 13:10 we find confirmation of this in abundance.

▶ 9:52 “Lot lifted up his eyes and beheld all the plain of Jordan, that it was well watered”: the area was prosperous everywhere before the Lord destroyed Sodom and Gomorrah. After God got through with Sodom and Gomorrah, in that region, it was just a bunch of salt flats. “Even as the garden of the Lord”: the Garden of Eden, a prosperous place. Yeah, you see, like the land of Egypt— wasn’t Egypt a prosperous place when Israel went down there? Yeah. “As you come into Zoar.” Zoar is the city that Lot fled into, and because he went into it, the Lord spared the city, or else it would have been destroyed.

▶ 10:38 All right, number eight: they had open and outspoken sin. They weren’t embarrassed at all to say they were homosexuals. They weren’t embarrassed at all to say they committed adultery. There was no shame in these people. “They declare their sin as Sodom; they hide it not.” Isaiah 3:9 through 11. Is that what we got in America today? People openly talking about homosexuality as an acceptable lifestyle.

▶ 11:10 Sexual immorality is abundant, isn’t that true? Yeah. And openly talking about killing kids in the womb without even batting an eye, abortion on demand, just openly, blatantly. “Say to the righteous it will be well with him.” What’s the key to being well? Righteousness. Yeah. God honors the righteous. You might make some mistakes, but your heart is focused and your goal is righteousness, as we will see in Lot here. “For they will eat the fruit of their doings”— the fruit of their faith, the fruit of their grace? No, the fruit of their doings. All right: “Woe unto the wicked! It shall be ill with him, for the reward of his hand shall be given him.” You’re going to be rewarded by how you live and how you talk.

How many righteous people would God have needed to spare Sodom?

▶ Watch this part (12:17)

Short answer: He says Abraham interceded and bargained from fifty righteous people down to ten, and God said he would not destroy the city for ten righteous people’s sake. He says the righteous people in America are what is holding it together and that light judgments are coming because of the righteous population that stands for Bible morality. He then says Lot lingered when the angels told him to flee, and they literally dragged him out.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 12:17 Genesis 18:32. Abraham is talking to God. Three spirit beings came and visited Abraham. Two of them went on to Sodom and Gomorrah; one of them stayed back, which the Bible says was the Lord, Jesus Christ. He was in the Old Testament before he came in the body; he was there. All right, and so Abraham is interceding for the city. Should we be interceding for our nation and the wicked people and the judgment of God that’s going to come on them? Yes.

▶ 13:01 And so he starts out with fifty: “Well, if there’s fifty righteous, will you spare the city?” Yeah, yeah, yeah. It gets down to ten. It gets all the way down to ten, and God says, “Okay, that’s enough, I’ll spare it if I can find ten. That’s as low as I’m going. I will not destroy it for ten righteous’ sake.” Folks, one of the things that’s holding America together is the righteous people in America. Okay? We’re having light judgments because of the righteous population of America that stands for Bible morality.

▶ 13:44 Genesis 19:5 [Editor’s note: the passage he reads here is Genesis 19:15.]: The angels speak to Lot and said, “Lot, take your wife, your two daughters, and whomever that you— there is in the city that is righteous like you, believes like you,” and so forth, “lest you be consumed in the punishment of the city.” And while he lingered— here he is lingering—

▶ 14:13 “Well, you know, I got to think about this. I got to pray.” How many you know that’s a big thing with us Christians: “Well, let me think on that. Let me process that. Let me— I don’t know if I’m quite ready for that.” So he’s lingering. I mean, God’s got on his calendar a timetable: this city’s going down, and he’s hauling around. Does that sound like the church today? “The Lord being merciful to Lot” brought him out of the city. They took hold of him and literally dragged him out of the city.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Genesis 18:23-32 (NKJV)

And Abraham came near and said, “Would You also destroy the righteous with the wicked? Suppose there were fifty righteous within the city; would You also destroy the place and not spare it for the fifty righteous that were in it? Far be it from You to do such a thing as this, to slay the righteous with the wicked, so that the righteous should be as the wicked; far be it from You! Shall not the Judge of all the earth do right?” So the LORD said, “If I find in Sodom fifty righteous within the city, then I will spare all the place for their sakes.” Then Abraham answered and said, “Indeed now, I who am but dust and ashes have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: Suppose there were five less than the fifty righteous; would You destroy all of the city for lack of five?” So He said, “If I find there forty-five, I will not destroy it.” And he spoke to Him yet again and said, “Suppose there should be forty found there?” So He said, “I will not do it for the sake of forty.” Then he said, “Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak: Suppose thirty should be found there?” So He said, “I will not do it if I find thirty there.” And he said, “Indeed now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord: Suppose twenty should be found there?” So He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty.” Then he said, “Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak but once more: Suppose ten should be found there?” And He said, “I will not destroy it for the sake of ten.”

What mistakes did Lot make, and what does the Bible show about drinking?

▶ Watch this part (14:56)

Short answer: He lists that Lot quarreled with and divided from Abraham, lived among the wicked for prosperity, lost two daughters who married wicked men, offered his daughters to the men of the city, lingered, lost his wife, and got drunk twice. He says alcohol is the biggest problem in every nation he is researching and asks anyone to show him in the Bible where anybody handled it. He says Lot’s incest with his daughters carried on for generations.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 14:56 How righteous was Lot? Well, let me give you a breakdown on Lot. Number one: he quarreled with and divided from Abraham, the patriarch of the Bible. Wow. And the Bible says God hates those that sow discord among the brethren. The Bible says mark those that cause division among you, and he caused the division, because he wanted to go live where the economic system was prosperous. Are you there? Do you know people that cause division today? I know all kinds. Man, America’s church is filled with dividers, and God hates it.

▶ 15:46 Number two: Lot lived with the wicked city dwellers for prosperity when he was a shepherd. You know, shepherds, they need room to feed their sheep. Number three: he lost two daughters who married wicked men in the city, and when Lot went to them to say, “Hey, the city’s going down, daughters, sons-in-law, you got to come out,” they thought he was joking.

▶ 16:23 How many you know there’s some good Christians that lose children to the wickedness? Yeah. And a lot of it— some of it’s got to do with the fact we put them in public schools where they get brainwashed, or we live in communities where the pressure, the pure pressure, is so strong it sways them away. So if we can avoid things as much as possible, that would help, wouldn’t you say? Amen. Yeah. Number four: he offered his two virgin daughters to the militant homosexuals of the city. Number five: he lingered after the angels told him to flee the city. He also lost his wife, who turned back to Sodom; we covered that. Number six: he got drunk twice.

▶ 17:14 You know, I’m doing a research on the nations of the world, and guess what their biggest problem is in every nation? Alcohol. In Russia, the number one cause of death in Russia is alcohol, number one. And these preachers got to preach Jesus drank. We all can drink, you know, we can handle it, we’re mature. Oh man, show me in the Bible where anybody handled it. And because he got drunk, he had sex— committed incest with his two daughters and had children with them. The wrong relationship.

▶ 17:51 Now, some of us don’t have sex with our kids; we just lord over them, and our kids grow up wimps, because they can’t even think without Mom or Dad saying think. Or we want to be our kids’ friend, so we raise our kids as our friend instead of our child. It’s got to grow up and be independent. His descendants, in Psalm 83, became enemies of God, joined Assyria and Tyre against God’s purposes and God’s people.

Why does the Bible call Lot righteous when he made so many mistakes?

▶ Watch this part (18:35)

Short answer: He points to 1 John, where if we sin we have an advocate with the Father, and says we can mess up and clean up. He says 2 Peter calls Lot righteous because he was distressed in his spirit by the lives of lawless men, and that his spirit was focused on righteousness, though some mistakes carry on to other generations. He says Lot was perplexed and troubled and was a light, speaking up to the people.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 18:35 Now, why was he righteous when he did all these things? How many you know, 1 John says, “My little children, I would that you not sin, but if you do sin, you have an advocate with the Father, even Jesus Christ the righteous,” the atonement. So see, we mess up, we can clean up. Hallelujah. And so there’s something in Lot that’s different, and we find it in 2 Peter. 2 Peter 2:7 says God delivered Lot, a righteous man, “distressed in his soul, spirit, by the lives of lawless men.” See, he was distressed by people breaking God’s laws. It affected his spirit. And yes, he made some blunders. This blunder with his virgin daughter is a pretty big blunder, but the angels saved him from that blunder. This blunder with his two daughters, with incest, was a blunder that carried on for generations. And yes, we can get saved because our spirit is focused on righteousness; we are born again; we are pursuing righteousness.

▶ 19:57 But we make some mistakes, and some of those mistakes carry on to other generations. Even though we can be forgiven, we can be restored, it still causes problems for those that we led astray. And that’s why Lot was righteous. You see, he had a commitment to God’s scriptures, even though he messed up sometimes. He was perplexed, [unclear] and troubled. Are we perplexed and troubled by the way our nation is going? At least Lot had a drive, a trouble in his spirit, and obviously he was being a light to those people and preaching to them, because they answered him as though they did, when those guys— “Who is this stranger coming amongst us and telling us what to do?” Obviously Lot was speaking up. Are you there?

Does God send miracles and warnings before judgment?

▶ Watch this part (20:59)

Short answer: He says that neither a miracle nor a message of the coming destruction converted the people of Sodom, but Lot spoke and told them of the coming judgment and they thought he was joking, and that is where America is now. He says that before judgment God appeared in the flood, at the Exodus and with angels, so the world has no excuse, and he is shocked that no one preaches that a warning with a miracle comes first. He says not to be surprised when God starts moving.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 20:59 Are we speaking up? Are we living up? Or we just go to church and go home and stay in our four walls at church and stay in our four walls at home and never let anybody know about this great word of God and this great Jesus? [Neither] a miracle performed nor a message of the coming destruction converted the Sodomites. Genesis 19:11: the angels struck the men at the doorway of the house with blindness, both small and great. So we got a miracle there, and we have two supernatural beings there. Genesis 19:14: Lot went and spoke— he what? Spoke. Say the word: spoke. And he spoke to them and told them about the coming judgment, and they thought he was joking. And that’s where America is now.

▶ 22:00 Listen: at the flood we had God himself there at the flood, talking to Noah, and in the ark God said, “Noah, come into the ark.” So where was God? Inside the ark. And Noah preached for a hundred years. You see, supernatural— the message. They had the angel when they came out of Egypt, in a pillar of cloud and a pillar of fire. They had angels at Jesus’s birth. They had angels at Jesus’s ministry. So when angels appear, look out, world, we’re coming to the end.

▶ 22:43 And I’m shocked that no one preaches this. They just think Jesus can come any minute, when he has got to warn the world. He has got to back up the word of the gospel with a miracle, so when people reject God, they have no excuse. And right now we just got a bunch of preachers scaring everybody to death that the second coming could happen any time. But let me tell you, there’s got to be some things that warn the people, because he always did.

▶ 23:14 I could go on. There were angels at the lion’s den, angels at the fiery furnace, and a God demonstrating himself. Now remember, there was nothing for hundreds of years before the flood. There was nothing for four hundred years when they were in Egypt. There was nothing going on for four hundred silent years before Jesus was born. And right now in America there’s nothing going on. Hebrews 13:2 says, “Be not forgetful to entertain strangers, for some have entertained angels unawares.” So don’t be surprised when God starts moving.

How is America like Sodom, according to this message?

▶ Watch this part (24:03)

Short answer: He compares America to Sodom point by point: homosexuality and sexual immorality, pride, abundance of bread and idle time, not strengthening the poor, abominations, and sacrificing children. He says America is sacrificing children not only in abortion but to the dogma of the homosexual, humanist, atheist and liberal church movements, and that there is much more adultery and sexual immorality than homosexuality, and that incest and sex with kids are happening while nobody talks about them.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 24:03 America versus Sodom. Homosexuality, sexual immorality: we’re equal, right? Yeah. Pride, abundance of bread: is that America? Pride is that superiority, that immodest boasting, self-importance. Idle time. Not strengthening the poor: that we think giving to the poor is going to solve the problem, when we need to teach the poor a career and provide jobs for them. Besides, in America, America’s too proud to pick strawberries in the fields. They’re too proud to mow lawns and clean swimming pools, but they’re not too proud to take welfare.

▶ 24:58 Abominations: idols, sexual immorality, abuse of kids. In Leviticus 18 he lists these things as abominations, and one of them was the sacrificing of children. Is America sacrificing children? Yes. Not only in abortion, but we’re sacrificing our kids to the dogma of the homosexual movement, the humanist movement, the atheist movement and the liberal church movement. We are killing that by letting their brains be fed with this nonsense.

▶ 25:38 Homosexuals and adulterers don’t hide their sin, is it, you know? Everybody’s talking about homosexuality right now because President Obama just made it okay in the military, and, you know, he wants same-sex marriage now and all that. But how many we know sexual immorality, adultery, fornication, hooking up, and, yeah, is just publicly and just openly done. And there’s a lot more adultery going on than homosexuality, because the homosexuals are about 3% of the population.

▶ 26:15 So there’s a lot more sexual immorality going on. Incest is going on. I never hear anything about it. I happen to know about it because I’m a pastor and I’m brought into homes where incest happens, and it’s getting worse every year, and no one talks about it. And pedophilia, sex with kids, they ignore. Miracles, they ignore. They ignore the fact that gays and sexual immoral people and pedophiles and addicts have turned to Jesus, got delivered and living a normal life. How mean? No, salvation is still the greatest miracle, and they won’t acknowledge that. Plus there are miracles, there’s physical healings going on, there’s supernatural things going on.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Leviticus 18:21 (NKJV)

And you shall not let any of your descendants pass through the fire to Molech, nor shall you profane the name of your God: I am the LORD.

— Leviticus 18:21 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 25:03

Does he say miracles are still happening, and why do people mock God’s judgment?

▶ Watch this part (27:06)

Short answer: He says salvation is still the greatest miracle and that physical healings and supernatural things are going on, abundantly in South America, Africa and Asia. He says people mock the idea that events like 9/11 or the economy could be God’s judgment, and he notes the time Americans spend on entertainment instead of improving their character. He says that until the 1960s homosexuals were kept in the closet, which he calls the darkness, and then came out with an agenda.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 27:06 It’s not abundant in America, but it is abundant in South America, Africa and Asia: just tremendous miracles. I mean literal miracles, not just healing of physical bodies. And they laugh at God’s judgment message. I hear it on TV, I hear it on radio, I hear it in these talk shows and all that. They just mock at people that say, you know, 9/11 could be the intervention of God. You kidding me? You know, their economy could be the intervention of God. He said they laugh and mock, just like Job’s daughters and sons-in-law did. [Editor’s note: in Genesis 19:14 it was Lot’s sons-in-law who thought he was joking.]

▶ 27:53 Like I said, idleness: Americans spend four and a half hours a day watching TV or playing video games, plus sixteen minutes a day on Facebook, and then you got sports. And you know how many minutes Americans listen to music every day? An hour and a half. So we’re feeding our minds all the time with a bunch of entertainment nonsense instead of feeding our minds with things that will improve our job, improve our character, and improve us as a human being.

▶ 28:27 From 1776 in America— actually from the 1600s when the Pilgrims came over— homosexuals were in the closet. See, you put things in the closet you don’t want guests to see: an ironing board, you put it in the closet. Okay, well, you want to come in and people see an ironing board. All right, they were in the closet where they should have been, in the darkness. The Bible calls that the darkness: do those things in darkness, do those things in secret, not openly. So until the 1960s they were in the closet. In the sixties and eighties they come out, and they came out with their agenda.

What does he say the “homosexual agenda” is?

▶ Watch this part (29:09)

Short answer: He reads out a numbered list that he says was written in 1972 and added to in 1984, and says its goals have largely been achieved. The first points are rejecting the Bible and Christian morals, legislating same-sex marriage, promoting different genders under First Amendment rights, convincing the public that people are born that way while censoring evidence against a gay gene, which he says does not exist, branding speech against homosexuality as hate speech, and lobbying for job protection and federal aid. He says they got most of these.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 29:09 This is the homosexual agenda, written in 1972, added to in 1984, that they publicly declared they were going to pursue until they got them all. Number one: reject the Bible and Christian morals and discourage religiously based laws that homosexuality is a sin. Did they get that one? Absolutely. Even Christians will agree that the Bible says nothing against it. It’s amazing; they got Christians believing it. Number two: they are going to get involved in politics and get marriage legislated as, and used as, a legal term, not a spiritual term. Marriage is not a biblical term. It’s not a spiritual term. It is a legal term, and we’re going to legislate same-sex marriages. They just caught that.

▶ 30:12 Number three: First Amendment rights allow them to exercise and publicly promote not only homosexuality but different sexual genders: transsexuals, bisexual, all these other things, and they’re going to repeal all anti-gay laws. Number four: they’re going to convince the public that genders cannot change, they were born that way, that there’s a gay gene, and they’re going to censor any evidence that the gay gene is a hoax, which it is, folks. That is ridiculous. If you had any biology, if you had any chemistry, you know there’s no gay gene. Number five: censoring speech and Bible statements against homosexuality by branding it to be hate speech, bashing, and a crime against homosexuals. And they did it. And I turn it back on them when I go and protest their protest. I call them haters, bashers, and that’s what they are. They bash Jesus, they bash the Bible, they hate Christians.

▶ 31:21 Number six: lobbying for equal employment rights and protection from job discrimination and federal aid for gay activist groups. And they got it. They got federal aid to promote homosexuality. Number seven: end in the military and the Boy Scouts restrictions on homosexuality. How many you know the Boy Scouts have got a lot of pressure on them now? Yeah. And they almost caved in last month, and enough people rose up and they put it off, so it’s questionable now.

What else does he say is on that list, and why does he say it happened?

▶ Watch this part (31:55)

Short answer: He continues the list with the Boy Scouts and military restrictions, therapy for children, teaching tolerance in public schools, adoption, elected office, lowering the age of consent and legalizing polygamy, which he says same-sex marriage is a cover for. He says it happened because the church stayed in its walls, content with the status quo, and by its removal allowed liberals, homosexuals, atheists and humanists to change the nation’s laws.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 31:55 I mean, you know, it’s just stupid to have homosexual men leading boys, huh? Just like it would be stupid to have a sexual addict leading girls, male addict. Number eight: stopping children as young as five years old from attending therapy to repair their sexual preference. If a kid is confused, they don’t want anyone telling them that they need to change their thinking.

▶ 32:32 Number nine: teach homosexual tolerance as an acceptable lifestyle in public schools so students support their agenda. And they’ve been doing that since the nineties, and a lot of public school students think bisexual, homosexual is okay. They want to legalize adoption— number ten— by gay individuals, genders and couples, and they got that in the nineties. They want to get homosexuals elected to offices, civil offices, and become judges to change the laws and promote the gay agenda. They did that in the nineties and still doing it.

▶ 33:24 They want to lower the age of sexual consent and legalize polygamy. See, this move for same-sex marriage is just a cover. See, they want to keep breaking down the moral understanding of America. What they really want is they want to have as many partners as they want, and they want to keep lowering the sexual consent. They like young boys. I can testify to that: I was approached three times as a teenager by homosexuals trying to recruit me.

▶ 34:05 They want free birth control and medical treatment for sexually transmitted diseases to all genders regardless of age, and they’ve won almost every one of them in a [unclear] year period. At that time they were less than 1% of the population, and I’ll tell you why it happened: because the church stayed in their walls, happy with going to church, happy with, you know, bringing kids in from the neighborhood and teaching them Sunday school and having a choir and all that, and I’m happy with just the status quo, going home and just being Christians. And so we, by our removal, allowed the liberals and the homosexuals and the atheists and the humanists to impress our nation and change laws that favor them.

How does he say the church should respond?

▶ Watch this part (35:02)

Short answer: He says the church has been satisfied with worshiping Jesus for decades and has let the nation go to hell, so it has to wake up, confront this, and ask God to give it the spirit of Lot. He says Satan uses our failures to put us down, but we need to stand up like Lot did and keep going back to righteousness. He says the church is afraid to speak out on Bible moral issues, and that not speaking up means not warning people so they have no chance to get saved.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 35:02 Lesbian, gay, bisexual, transsexuals, all the sexual deviant lifestyles: they are pushing to make legal, and have got them legal now. Some people are saying that a guy who realizes he was a girl can now go into the girl gym and the girl shower. Now, how many you know there’s— these are supposed to be the best of the nation in politics, and they make a law like that. They got their own flag. I don’t see a heterosexual flag anywhere. You see, a flag is a symbol of a united nation, a people united. See, they have an agenda, and they’ll eventually change the American flag. You’re looking at me like you never thought of this stuff.

▶ 36:06 See, while we’ve been satisfied with worshiping Jesus for decades, satisfied with the status quo, we’ve let our nation go to hell. We’ve got to wake up, and we got to confront this thing. We need to ask God to give us the spirit of Lot. Yes. We got some— how many got some failures in you? Yeah. How many are working on it? And see, that is another thing that Satan uses to put us down. But we need to stand up like Lot did, with his mistakes; keep going back to righteousness and winning this battle of America before God judges it.

▶ 36:47 Now, guess who they’re trying to put in the closet: Jesus and his followers. See, they want to censor the Bible, they want to censor Christians, and they’ve done it. And so they’re out of the closet, publicly declare, and who are they putting in the closet? Jesus Christ, the Bible and his followers. And the church has fell for it in America. We’re afraid to speak out on Bible moral issues, and in not speaking up you don’t warn the people, and they don’t have a chance to get saved. And God said in Ezekiel he’d hold you accountable if you didn’t— he said they’ll die in their sins, but I’m going to hold you accountable. Hallelujah.

Scripture (NKJV)

Ezekiel 33:8 (NKJV)

When I say to the wicked, ‘O wicked man, you shall surely die!’ and you do not speak to warn the wicked from his way, that wicked man shall die in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at your hand.

What does God judge nations for, and how are righteous people delivered?

▶ Watch this part (37:44)

Short answer: He says God judges individuals, cities, nations and the world, for homosexuality, sexual immorality, pride, prosperity, idleness, weakening the poor, abominations and forcing sin on others. He says Bible moral Christians are delivered, like those in the lion’s den, the fiery furnace and Egypt, by their righteousness, not by grace or faith, and that a visitation and a judgment message will come before the judgment. He says the judgment message has been lacking in America for thirty-some years.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 37:44 What do we learn, real quick? God judges individuals, cities, and nations, and the world. God judges. What do we learn? Crimes and sins or conditions that God judges us for: they are homosexuality, sexual immorality, pride, prosperity, idleness, weakening the poor, abominations, and forcing sin on others. Bible moral Christians are delivered. As one thing you can rest assured, you might go into the lion’s den, but you’re going to come out. You might go into the fiery furnace, but you’re going to come out. You might go into Egypt, but you’re going to come out. You got that? And it’s not your grace and it’s not your faith that’s going to get you out; it’s what? Your righteousness before the judgment.

▶ 38:44 Miraculous things will take place. An angel, or some kind of spirit being, God himself, Jesus, will bring a visitation before the judgment, and he will bring the judgment message. And this is what’s lacking in America for thirty-some years: the judgment message. We’ve been preaching God is love and Christians and faith and grace and all this, and Christians in America are just a bunch of wimps, because they have no fear of God, because the judgment of God is not preached, and the judgment, the punishment, because of specific sins.

What does he say about people who call the Bible a book of myths and allegories?

Scripture (NKJV)
