He then gives Bible examples of censoring God’s word, judicial injustice, murder by government and removing arms, and says God can use a moral generation to change evil laws.

What killed the most innocent people in the 20th century?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: He names four necessary but risky things: government, law enforcement, the military and the judicial system. Comparing acts of God, wars, famines, plagues and civil government from 1900 to 2000, he reads figures crediting civil government with the most, 262 million, and says “government. Is a necessary thing but obviously government is very dangerous.”

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 0:00 Are risky they’re dangerous number one government number two law enforcement number three military and number four judicial. System. Now we’re going to ask ourselves this question I’m going to give you a list and we’re going to ask their self this question which one of these in the list murdered. Executed the most people innocent people okay was it acts of God was it wars was it famines was it plagues or civil government during the 20th century from 1900 to the year 2000. Which one of these on the list murdered the most people innocent people innocent civilians.

▶ 0:58 Natural disasters 3.5 million war. 87 million famine. 99 million. Plagues. 100 million. Civil government. 262 million according to 20th century atlas by matt white. Copyrighted in 2011. The word democide has been coined as a term a new word in the dictionary which means murder by government. And also you got to remember and this I just went through and added up all the refugees from the nineteen hundred to two thousand it came to over 33 million refugees in other words displacement people that had to leave their land because of persecution and oppression in their native land and so government.

Why did government leaders kill innocent people?

▶ Watch this part (2:05)

Short answer: He gives examples of governments slaughtering people because of tribe, because they were educated and successful, to take a nation’s valuables and resources, just because they were Christians, or “just because of a political difference.” He says nations killed people who opposed them with no negotiation.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 2:05 Is a necessary thing but obviously government is very dangerous and a very risky thing at the same time now. We’re going to ask ourselves why did government’s leaders why did they do this what was the reason I’m going to give you just a few examples there’s all kinds of them in Rwanda. 1 million Tutsi the tribe of Tutsi. Were slaughtered and executed by the Hutu leaders who’ve just gained power in Africa they were the same skin color but they were a different tribe and so they just executed them in [unclear] we all know the Khmer Rouge the red army in [unclear] slaughtered one-third of the population two million people because they were educated and successful in finances doctors lawyers and so forth they are all executed or sent to work in the rice paddies where they were starved and died from diseases and an exposure.

▶ 3:20 That was a communist one in Guatemala. 250,000 Mayan Indians were slaughtered were executed and one and a half million had to leave the nation to get out from under that persecution. The military leader of that nation at that time was an evangelical Christian. Friends of Jerry Falwell, Pat Robertson. President reagan backed up this government and. This government said that these Mayan Indians were communists and trying to bring communism into the nation when all they really had done as we found out later was protest the government for their own civil rights they were being neglected they were being deprived and so here we have evangelical leader of a nation.

▶ 4:26 Innocent people so that they could. Rob. Take the valuables the minerals the products of that nation just like Marcos did in the Philippine he just robbed the Philippine nation in. Congo the Congolese were slaughtered at the rate of 15 million over period about 15 years up to [unclear] 1909 and that. Nation was led by a British military leader and he just slaughtered these people to get the resources of the congo at that time. China was invaded by Japan and the Japanese soldiers mercilessly.

▶ 5:20 Slaughtered 30 million Chinese just because they were Chinese no other reason just innocent civilians raping the women horrible atrocities that went on. Global nations all over the world during that hundred year period killed 45 and a half million Christians just because they were Christians and I have a picture on the screen showing you ISIS just slaughtering. Christians in Iraq just because they were Christians they wouldn’t renounce their faith and wouldn’t acknowledge Islam they just slaughtered them. But the global nations the nations of the earth they killed over 92 million people. Just because of a political difference.

How does a government carry out such atrocities?

▶ Watch this part (6:16)

Short answer: He says government uses its forces, such as police, intelligence agencies and the military, and that these can be used “as. A force against Americans and they have.” He cites the army being sent against protesting veterans in the 1930s.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 6:16 No negotiation you oppose you don’t think the way we think they executed them and so government has is very important in the world but that same government is very dangerous very harmful. Now how does a government carry out such atrocities. Through obviously government’s civil forces you know the Congress of the United States isn’t going to come out and annihilate people they’re going to use their forces to do it in the USA we have the police we have the Central Intelligence Agency we have the Federal Bureau of Investigation we have the Secret Service we have Homeland Security and.

▶ 7:10 They can use these things as. A force against Americans and they have if you remember back in the 30s. General MacArthur and Major Patton who is a major at that time President Hoover didn’t like the veterans protesting government for their back pay and so Hoover sent in General MacArthur and Major Patton at the time with his tanks and they shot and hurt a lot of veterans who were their own people. Military against military and there’s other examples but one example also is you know the police they have shot innocent people but in New York just recently from that sit-in in New York the mayor and the governor of New York told the police to go in and.

What should police and soldiers do when the government orders something wrong?

▶ Watch this part (8:16)

Short answer: He praises police who refused orders and said protesters “have a right of free speech.” He says, “we need people in military and people and police” standing for right no matter what the government says, and that in most of the world governments send their military against innocent people.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 8:16 Take care of these sit-in people no matter what and the police department defied the government and defied the governor and defied the mayor saying these people have a right of free speech they have a right to bring their grievances to the government and they stood against and that’s when we found out that that whole move was a political ploy but the police stood a whole bunch of them against it very powerful. And that’s what we need we need people in military and people and police and people in the [unclear] standing for right no matter what the government says okay but in the world it’s the military mainly they don’t have CIA’s and FBI’s and Secret Service and so forth it’s their military they send their military to slaughter and execute and drive out innocent people the.

What is judicial injustice?

▶ Watch this part (9:18)

Short answer: He gives the example of a judge overruling California voters on marriage being between a man and a woman, and says in America “judges are making laws instead of congress.” He says that though we need a justice system, police, military and government, “they can be the very thing that can destroy a nation.”

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 9:18 Last thing is judicial injustice. Judicial injustice for example the voters of California seven million strong voted that marriage was an amendment in the constitution of California was between a man and a woman one man a homosexual who was hidden at that time he was a secret homosexual he was a judge a district court judge he overruled 7 million people and said no this is against the constitution because it denies equal rights and he overruled that and just recently the Supreme Court decided on his side and so what we have in America is an out-of-balance.

▶ 10:12 Understanding and an out-of-balance our action. Judges are making laws instead of Congress which the constitution says makes laws and the states the states have a right to make laws for their stay and California’s population had a right to make a law that marriage is between a man and a woman and. Of course laws by the people remember Senator Webster stood up in Congress and says this government is made up of the people made up for the people and made up to be accountable to the people. Lincoln came along and changed it a little for the people by the people of the people and they have totally just rejected the people’s message and they’re just doing their own thing through judicial injustice and so though we need a justice system and though we need a police force and a military force and the government they can be the very thing that can destroy a nation and we’ve got to understand that.

What happens when a nation censors the Bible? (2 Kings 21:9)

▶ Watch this part (11:34)

Short answer: He says to censor means to criticize, pay no attention, condemn and denounce, and America has censored the Bible in public schools and public places. He says the result is legislation of immorality, as when Judah paid no attention to the laws of God and King Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than the nations.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 11:34 USA judges make laws instead of Congress the states and the people. Now I want to give you some Bible examples of these things censoring the Bible, censor means to criticize it pay no attention to it condemn it and denounce it and. America has censored the Bible. Public schools public places it’s forbidden and. We’re going to show you the example of the result of that is legislation of immorality when you censor the Bible you’re going to legislate morality because you get rid of the source of morality 2 Kings 20:18 through 9 Judah’s citizens paid no attention to the laws of God see they censored they put the [unclear] the word of God out and King Manasseh the government seduced them to do more evil than the nation’s whom the Lord destroyed before the children of Israel you see sin brings destruction immorality brings destruction and their sinning worse than the nations God judged [unclear] for sin.

Scripture (NKJV)

2 Kings 21:8-9 (NKJV)

and I will not make the feet of Israel wander anymore from the land which I gave their fathers—only if they are careful to do according to all that I have commanded them, and according to all the law that My servant Moses commanded them.” But they paid no attention, and Manasseh seduced them to do more evil than the nations whom the LORD had destroyed before the children of Israel.

— 2 Kings 21:8-9 (NKJV)▶ Hear it at 12:17

What does he say is taught in public schools while the Bible is outlawed?

▶ Watch this part (12:48)

Short answer: He says the Bible and Christianity can’t be taught in public schools, but Islam is taught and students take field trips to the mosque, and same-sex marriage is taught from kindergarten. He says living normal everyday life “doesn’t mean you’re normal.”

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 12:48 Now we got to understand today that the Bible is censored it’s outlawed in the public school in public places but Islam is being taught in the public schools they even take field trips to the mosque so the public school students are tax monies paying for it to learn of the Muslim religion and yet the Bible and Christianity can’t be taught they don’t visit Christian churches you see and same-sex homosexuality is taught from kindergarten I just read an article this week for a kindergarten teacher is teaching her kindergarteners and it was in the news of how same-sex marriage is okay we’re just normal people we shop like anybody else does we take our kids to the park like anybody else does well so did Stalin so did Hitler that’s just normal everyday life that doesn’t mean you’re normal.

What is a Bible example of judicial injustice? (1 Kings 21:7-10)

▶ Watch this part (13:53)

Short answer: He says Jezebel wrote letters in Ahab’s name to the leaders and nobles to set two men to falsely accuse a neighbor of blasphemy and stone him, so the government could take possession of his property. He compares the king’s counselors to Congress, the Supreme Court and the executive branch.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 13:53 Are you out there. Bible examples of the judicial injustice. 1 Kings 21:7 through 10 Jezebel, King Ahab’s first lady wrote letters in Ahab’s name to all the leaders and nobles of the nation and he told these leaders in nobles the Congress the house of representatives set two men to bear witness against neighbor and tell him that he has blasphemed which carries the death penalty and then carry him out and stone him so that Ahab can have his vineyard so the government could take possession of his property, this is a judicial injustice by the government and the counselors to the king in our case it would be Congress it would be the house of representatives it would be in the Supreme Court and it would be the executive branch to.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

1 Kings 21:7-10 (NKJV)

Then Jezebel his wife said to him, “You now exercise authority over Israel! Arise, eat food, and let your heart be cheerful; I will give you the vineyard of Naboth the Jezreelite.” And she wrote letters in Ahab’s name, sealed them with his seal, and sent the letters to the elders and the nobles who were dwelling in the city with Naboth. She wrote in the letters, saying, Proclaim a fast, and seat Naboth with high honor among the people; and seat two men, scoundrels, before him to bear witness against him, saying, “You have blasphemed God and the king.” Then take him out, and stone him, that he may die.

Can God change evil governments and evil laws? (Daniel 3)

▶ Watch this part (15:00)

Short answer: He says Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego refused to worship the king’s idol, were thrown in the furnace unharmed, and the king said their God changed the king’s word. He says “God is powerful enough through a moral generation to change. Evil government’s evil laws.”

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 15:00 Get what they want from the people and not. Bless and profit the people in Daniel 3:20 the God of Shadrach, Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. Change the king’s word in the worship of idols the king of Babylon says you got to worship the idol I made you know and if you don’t we’re going to put you in the fiery furnace and you know you’re going to pay the price well they said we’re not going to worship your idol God can deliver us but if he doesn’t we just want you to know oh king we’re not worship in your idols and so they threw him in the fiery furnace as we all know and the fire did not hurt them then the king of Babylon said this the God of Shadrach, Meshach, Abednego changed the king’s word and so God is powerful enough through a moral generation to change.

Scripture (NKJV)

Daniel 3:16-18 (NKJV)

Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, “O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

Can Supreme Court rulings be overturned?

▶ Watch this part (15:57)

Short answer: He lists rulings on Blacks as property, interracial marriage, separate but equal, poll taxes and women’s rights that were later overturned, and says “so relax. Things can be changed back.” He says when a group in a nation stands for truth and morality, God will use them to change the laws of the land.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 15:57 Evil government’s evil laws can I hear an amen yes he’s powerful enough to do that and these guys stood for morality. Remember supreme court rulings have been overturned Blacks, they said we’re not human inferior to whites not a citizen they were just property in 1856 it was overturned by a constitutional amendment in 1865 Blacks and whites could not marry in 1883 overturned in 1967 that’s almost a hundred years equal but separate. 1896 overturned 1964. Poll tax to vote 1937 overruled in 1966 you had to pay a tax to vote. Women couldn’t bear I couldn’t be bartenders I’m sorry in nineteen forty eight overturned in 1976 and women couldn’t vote in 1807 and overturn in 1920 so relax.

What is a Bible example of democide, murder by government? (2 Samuel 21:1)

▶ Watch this part (17:04)

Short answer: He says there was a famine for three years and David inquired of the Lord, who said it was for Saul and his bloody house because he murdered the Gibeonites, breaking Israel’s peace treaty. He says the whole nation suffered because it did not stand up to Saul, and it would shock us if the church and government inquired of the Lord why things are happening.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 17:04 Things can be changed back. Now [unclear] especially when there is a group and a nation that stands for truth and morality God will use them to change the laws of the land that. Was a good place for a tremendous amen yeah. This Bible is a powerful book you deacons got to get with a program oh yeah. Bible examples of democide, democide is murder by government 2 Samuel 21:1 there was a famine in the days of David three years and David inquired of the Lord why is the famine would be nice if the church and our government would inquire of the Lord why certain things are happening it would shock us for God to reveal the answer to us it would really shock us we just believe what’s going on in the news God has a newspaper of his own that we need to learn how to read.

▶ 18:12 [unclear] yeah. The Lord answered it is for Saul and for his bloody house because he slew he murdered he executed the Gibeonites the Gibeonites were a Canaanite people they were they did not worship the Jewish God and Israel made a peace treaty with them and made them hewers of wood and drawers of water they had a peace treaty with him like we had a peace treaty with American Indians and then Saul comes along and breaks the peace treaty and so God deals with the nation because the nation didn’t stand up to Saul and say leave these people alone and so the whole nation suffered because of Saul murdering innocent people.

▶ Watch this part (19:05)

Short answer: He says Herod killed babies two and under using the Roman army, the police force of that time. He says military, police and agencies are taught strongly to obey government and “they can be the executors of innocent people.”

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 19:05 Herod remember in the new testament killed babies under age two and under and he used the Roman army which was the police force at that time to get the job done and this is the problem with military police force FBI and CIA they are taught strongly and brainwashed to obey government and. They can be the executors of innocent people.

Scripture (NKJV)

Matthew 2:16 (NKJV)

Then Herod, when he saw that he was deceived by the wise men, was exceedingly angry; and he sent forth and put to death all the male children who were in Bethlehem and in all its districts, from two years old and under, according to the time which he had determined from the wise men.

Why do oppressive governments take away people’s arms? (1 Samuel 13:19-22)

▶ Watch this part (19:39)

Short answer: He says the Philistines allowed no blacksmith in Israel, so only Saul and Jonathan had a sword and spear, though Israel won because God was on their side. He says “if you want to oppress a people you take away their arms,” and democide governments first remove the right to have arms and then use force.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor David G. Kincer

▶ 19:39 Bible examples of removal of arms 1 Samuel 13:19 taken away the arms no blacksmith was allowed in Israel so the Hebrews couldn’t make swords or spears the Philistines who ruled over Israel at that time sharpened Israel’s plows mattocks axes sickles for pay they had to pay to get it sharpened they wouldn’t allow Israel to have any tool like that and so Israel rose up in rebellion and in the day of battle not one soldier had a sword or spear only Saul and his son Jonathan had a sword and a spear the rest of the army had axes sickles mattocks and plows to fight the war with and because God was on their side they won the war but the point here is if you want to oppress a people you take away their arms so they can’t revolt and fight against you and that’s one of the things common to all of these.

▶ 20:46 Democide governments is first they removed the right to have arms and the citizen then they began to use force to get the citizens to do what they want it’s all in the Bible folks and we need to learn these things.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

1 Samuel 13:19-22 (NKJV)

Now there was no blacksmith to be found throughout all the land of Israel, for the Philistines said, “Lest the Hebrews make swords or spears.” But all the Israelites would go down to the Philistines to sharpen each man’s plowshare, his mattock, his ax, and his sickle; and the charge for a sharpening was a pim for the plowshares, the mattocks, the forks, and the axes, and to set the points of the goads. So it came about, on the day of battle, that there was neither sword nor spear found in the hand of any of the people who were with Saul and Jonathan. But they were found with Saul and Jonathan his son.
