Miss Stephanie’s going to share the scripture reading this morning so I’m going to hand it over to her to open up the service. All right in Psalms 40:1-3 it says I waited patiently for the Lord he turned to me and heard my cry he lifted me out of the slimy pit out of the mud and mire he set my feet on a rock and gave me a firm place to stand he put a new song in my mouth a hymn of praise to our God many will see and fear the Lord and put their trust in him yes amen let’s rise and let’s get ready to sing and praise our God today.

Lord Jesus God we’re reminded Lord of the words you said to your people you said that there’s allegiance of angels up in heaven that you can call down at any moment God Lord it also says in Revelations that there’s a great multitude that cannot be numbered and God they are praising you this morning in your temple God Lord this morning God we pray that we will not look around this place this location Lord thinking that this is all that is part of your temple God there is a temple in heaven God that we want to praise God with with billions of people lifting up your name with angels legions of angels exalting your name God this morning we want to rise God to that praise God we pray Lord that we would come up to your temple this morning Jesus Lord we praise you this morning how great is the Lord God we praise.

In the darkness we were waiting without hope without life till from heaven and you came running there was mercy in your eyes to fulfill the law and prophets to a virgin came the word from a throne of endless glory to a cradle in the dirt. Praise the father praise the son praise the spirit. One. God of glory majesty.

To reveal the kingdom come and to reconcile the lost to redeem the whole creation you did not despise the cross for even in your suffering you saw to the other side knowing this was our salvation for us Jesus you died. Praise forever to the king of kings in the morning that heroes all of heaven hell is wrath till that storm was moved for good for the lamb and conquered death and the dead was from their tombs and the angels stood in all for the souls of all who come to the father are restored and the church of Christ was born and the spirit lit the flame now this gospel truth levels.

And Lord Jesus we want heaven to move Lord God we want to elevate and rise to that temple in heaven Jesus Lord that you God would bring souls to you God Lord that women go out Lord Jesus into the world Lord that people would be convicted by the power of Jesus Christ Jesus Lord we pray Lord not that we may have glory not that we may just glory in you but Lord the world may know you are the king of kings and the Lord of lords God this morning we lift you up Lord that all the world may see you Jesus.

Got some kids here this morning are we dismissing the kids Miss Stephanie. Okay. We have some handouts this morning I forgot to include the Moses’s tabernacle as a reference but take a look at it. We have a guest this morning we’ll acknowledge him at the end it’s good to see you God bless you. We’re going to talk about better promises this morning. Um as we know from the scriptures there’s oh.

▶ 25:04 There’s a problem with the slides. As we know from the scriptures there are uh tabernacles temples that were built for God started with Moses’s tabernacle that you have on the right Moses on the mountain of God was given a pattern and was supposed to make this tabernacle unto God. And after Moses made the tabernacle David said I dwell in a big house and God dwells in a tent and he had a desire to make a temple a house for God and that’s he started to prepare and and get all the things ready and he his son Solomon built Solomon’s temple and it was modeled after the tabernacle. Then after that we had the temple was destroyed when Babylon came in and there was captivity and they rebuilt the temple and restored the temple and we have here Herod’s temple became known as Herod’s temple.

▶ 26:10 In Revelation 15:5 says after these things I looked and behold the temple of the tabernacle of the testimony in heaven was opened and out of the temple came seven angels so we there’s also another temple and that is the temple that is in heaven and if you’ve ever seen some churches today they’ll make a a model of the temple and they’ll make you know an actual place you can go and you can walk through and that model is a copy of a copy of the real temple. There’s a real temple in heaven. Where God dwells. Where God is and like this morning we experience that powerful worship we’re going to go through with that heavenly temple is.

▶ 27:12 John 10:9. Jesus said I am the door now we know that the tabernacle has a door and Jesus says I am the door now in heaven can you imagine walking up to God’s temple in the first person you get to see is Christ and you get to shake his hand and he kiss he says come on in to my temple come on in to the heavenly temple I I think I might stand there a while. Just touching him touching hey hey I’ll shake your hand what else can you know right I am the door he’s gonna be there at the opening. Hebrews 9:11. Christ came as the high priest of the good things to come with greater and more perfect with a greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands with his own blood he entered the most holy place once for all having obtained eternal redemption so we know this uh if you know Moses tabernacle you know the first thing that you see is the brazen altar where the sacrifices were sacrificed they would they would sacrifice.

▶ 28:28 Lambs goats burnt offerings but we know in the scriptures in Hebrews that Christ became that sacrifice and once for all. By his own blood he died once for all he entered the most holy place once and for all uh. Christ came as high priest good things to come with greater and more perfect timing but not made with hands he’s talking about the tabernacle in heaven not made with hands and we’re also part of that tabernacle if you know the scriptures it says that the Holy Spirit dwells in us amen the kingdom of God is within you and that’s important when we come into God’s house and we worship we’re not just here at this location at this physical location when you praise God and you connect with that heavenly temple you are doing you’re connecting with God Christ where he is and that is very powerful.

▶ 29:41 Revelation 7:14. He said to me that these are the ones who came out of the great tribulation and washed their robes made them white in the blood of the lamb they made them white in the blood of the lamb does that sentence make sense to you therefore they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night so the next thing you see in Moses’s tabernacle after you leave the brazen altar is the labor okay and that’s where they would wash they would wash their hands arms and here in Revelations we see that there is a people washing their robes making them white in the blood of the lamb. And when you get water baptized you are going down and it’s signifying and acknowledging that Jesus died on the cross for your sin you’re going under the water being buried like Jesus was buried and coming out like Jesus rose from the grave so your cup we’re covered in that blood.

▶ 30:52 They are before the throne of God so. It’s the throne of God is there they serve him day and night in his temple and God is asking us this morning are you just putting a good face on when you go to church or do you keep serving God when you go home when you’re in the world when you’re at the job your job when you’re at your school when you’re in your community what. These people here serve him day and night they don’t quit once they go home they don’t quit once the you know somebody isn’t there just to watch them oh I’m out of church now I can go do what I want. No they have a desire they want to please God and they know God is with them they want to please him.

▶ 31:51 They serve him night and day. You don’t have to wait to come to church to be in his temple you can go home you can connect with God’s heavenly temple even at home. And then you put on the priestly garments before you get into the holy place and the Holy Spirit’s there and he’s smiling you say hey I got some power for you I’ve got the Holy Spirit for you look here here you go the scriptures say that the Holy Spirit clothes us with power so the Holy Spirit is there I mean think about it right now there is a place in heaven where this is going on this Holy Spirit is in there Jesus is in there. And we can go to that place and we can have it now it’s exciting.

▶ 32:51 Luke 22:29 I bestow upon you a kingdom just as my father bestowed one upon me oh my gosh he’s going to give it to us hallelujah that you may eat and drink at my table in my kingdom and sit on thrones judging the 12 tribes of Israel as you know the next thing that you come to is is when you walk into that first room the holy place uh you’ll find the table of showbread. Right. And Jesus here in Luke 22 verse 30 says I have a table in my kingdom he’s got a table up there in heaven and can you imagine a table that can fit everybody that is going to heaven can you imagine a table that fits billions of people.

▶ 33:45 Can you imagine a room that big if you wanted to fit billions of people into uh just standing it would be miles. There’s a room in heaven there’s a table in heaven there’s a place in heaven where there’s going to be billions of God’s people at his table do you want to be at that table I want to be at that table I want to eat whatever he has putting out amen. And it’s not going to be complaining no steak today. No we’re gonna be it’s gonna be wonderful. And we can have that now we can eat of what he is putting out now God is his his word is a living word. We don’t have to wait.

▶ 34:42 To go to heaven to eat from his table amen. We can partake now. And then next is you have the altar of incense. The scriptures say in Hebrews 13:15 by him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually this is the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name the sacrifice of praise this incense is going up Psalms 141:2 may my prayer be set before you like incense may the lifting up my hands be like the evening sacrifice. That’s not on your sheath that’s okay Revelation 7:9 after these things I looked and behold a great multitude which no one could number of all nations tribes peoples and tongues standing before the throne clothed with right robes with palm branches in their hands see they don’t come in.

▶ 35:44 To God’s room. To his worship hall. You know thinking about oh what am I doing today oh I’m gonna go fly over here I’m gonna go I’m gonna go enjoy my heavenly experience no they come into his house they’ve got branches they’re ready to worship Jesus God they’re ready to give him glory. Do we come in that way how many you know we need to adjust. When you come into God’s house you got to judge you got to throw out all the problems that you’re maybe having in your life. And you’ve got to focus on Christ.

▶ 36:28 And they’re crying out with a loud voice saying salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne and to the lamb they cry out with a loud voice when you come into God’s house do you open your mouth open why’d you guys be lit it up you everlasting doors and let the king of glory come in are you opening your mouth in heaven right now they are focused on lifting up the name of God the name of Jesus Christ they are going in there and they are crying out with a loud voice hallelujah they’re pr they’re saying all kinds of praises to God they’re from all nations all tongues all languages are going on they’re speaking and singing in every language on earth.

▶ 37:21 Right now. Don’t you want to be a part of that worship hall don’t you want to be a part of that temple don’t you want to be a part of that room. All the angels stood around the throne the elders the four living creatures they fell on their faces before the throne and they what worshiped God. If you want to have an earthly experience when you come to church just come in and sit down and you know pick your nose look around uh say oh when are we leaving that’s your earthly experience but if you want to have a heavenly experience if you want to actually touch God if you want to meet with God if you want him to change your life come in like these people. Worshiping.

▶ 38:15 Crying out with a loud voice ready to give him glory. Blessing glory and wisdom thanksgiving honor and power might be to our God forever and ever amen amen. Whether you’re in a big church. Whether you’re in a small church whether you’re an underground church in asia. Whether you’re the church of the middle east or persecuted church wherever you are. You can join a great multitude and praise to God. In your little group two or three are gathered you can join a multitude in praise to God in heaven. And then the seven spirits are there burning.

▶ 39:10 Spirit of the Lord the spirit of wisdom understanding counsel might knowledge and the fear of the Lord how do you know our generation needs some of that today. We need some counsel. We need some strength people can’t handle and overcome life today. We need some knowledge goodness gracious we just ignore facts and truth. We need the spirit of knowledge. And we need the fear of God. We need the fear of God. You see when you come into that temple and you come into that room and you start singing and praising God and you’re praising with the multitude and you’re eating at his table those spirits are there and they’re ministering to you.

▶ 40:05 And they come in you and they have an effect on your life when you go home. And I need that. Because there’s problems that have to be solved in life amen. And who who knows what you know what’s going up on and up in heaven you got a job for me God you got projects. Well I’m gonna need your spirit amen. Revelations 14:13. I want to bring this up yes says the spirit that they may rest from their labors and their works follow them again here I want to point out when this works word comes up and he’s the spirit is saying here your works will follow you how you acted how you behaved is going to follow you how did you respond to God’s word did you respond rightly.

▶ 41:06 When you go home your works are going to follow you when you go to heaven the works are going to follow you how did you act how did you behave. What did you do and talk about spirit-led worship right they’re going to be worshiping up in heaven and spirit’s going to be there. It’s going to be wonderful. And then the next room is the holy of holies where the ark of the covenant is and inside the ark of the covenant is the manna the rod that budded Aaron’s rod that budded Aaron’s rabbit but it is important because it was not connected to anything but it s life came out of it how does a rod that is dead bring forth life the tablets of stone and the mercy seat last week we learned in Revelations 2 verse 7 that those who overcome it says he’s going to give them the hidden manna so if we overcome which we can do in this life and if we overcome and we’re dwelling with God in heaven we’re going to get to partake of that hidden manna so there is the temple okay that next room is where the the ark of the covenant is and God has some hidden manna some powerful manna.

▶ 42:22 Some amazing substance for us to partake. His word his word can transform you if you ever heard a living word it gives you life if you’ve ever been reading the Bible and all of a sudden that word lights up and becomes real and powerful that is. A a word that gives you life. And God is saying that he is offering that to you today if you will overcome if you will humble yourself come to the heavenly temple get through every door and come to where he is. Revelations 3:21 also says that to him overcomes I will give to sit with me on my throne how many want to sit with him on his throne I every time I hear that I want that.

▶ 43:17 And you come into that room God is sitting there there’s a spot for you I want that spot. That means that I can have access to sit next to him and I can have access to everything else. To the room down the hall to the the beginning room I get to have everything. You want to settle for just the front door. No no I want to be where he is my name I will write Revelations 3:12 and I will give unto you to partake of the tree of life that Aaron’s rod that budded it’s a tree of life it shouldn’t have any life but it does Jesus is that tree of life and he’s going to offer and extended to you here take some have some.

▶ 44:13 But you’re not going to get the tree of life you’re not going to get the hidden manna if you just come into God’s house and have your earthly experience. If we’re here on earth and we just want our earth of the experience and we want to oh have a nice place to live and take care of our kids and and that’s all good. But if you want to come in to where God is you’re going to have to do something else. You’re going to have to pursue Christ you’re going to have to come to his heavenly temple. You’re going to have to like the scriptures say the the violent take it by force you’re going to have to get violent with the kingdom of God the kingdom of God suffers violence and the violent take it by force if you come unto God and you don’t care he doesn’t have to do anything.

▶ 45:06 But if you come to God and you start beating down door hey where’s that front door I open that door let me into that door get me through the next door come on I’m coming in. We got to have an attitude like that we got to approach God in that will kind of way where we are going to do whatever it takes to reach him. Like zacchaeus he went up on the tree he didn’t let obstacles stop him like the woman with the issue of blood she pushed through the crowd amen she got violent she got she’s like I need to get in there. And we got to get like those people. Hebrews chapter 8 verse 4. Priests offer gifts according to the law who serve the coffee and shadow of the heavenly things as Moses was divinely instructed when he was about to make the tabernacle and so as I said in the beginning Moses’s tabernacle was just a shadow of what the real temple in heaven the kingdom of God is within us God dwells in us we can have all of that now we’re connected.

▶ 46:26 So we have to be careful about getting so caught up in the copy and the shadow in the building that we have today you know if we have a church a nice church today and we get caught up in that there’s there’s temples being built you know chino hills I know there’s a temple there’s a temple over in other countries and they’re just magnificent and they’re glorious and they’re built with millions and billions of dollars. And we can get caught up in that you can’t God is saying don’t get caught up it’s just a copy it’s just a shadow of the heavenly thing the real thing that matters. We can’t come to the glory of a building we must come to see Christ. Glorified. We are not here for the glory of a building we’re here for the glory of God.

▶ 47:20 Hebrews 9:24 Christ has not entered the holy places made with hands which are copies of the true but into heaven itself. So I’m just confirming here there’s a heavenly temple Christ it’s it’s in the scriptures you know I feel like I haven’t even realized this for years. You know I’ve read these scriptures heavenly temple whatever whatever okay next thing. And here it is right here. Jesus Christ is going into heaven itself he’s going in the heavenly temple itself to appear in the presence of God for us. So God is walking in he’s going through the door he’s going past the brace and altar he’s going to the holy place he’s going to the holy holies to the throne of God and he’s standing before God for us.

▶ 48:19 To pray for you. To go to bat for you to fight for you. He gave his life for you and for me. What a powerful. Powerful expression from God. What other God does this goes to appear before the presence of God for us to go to bat for us Revelations chapter 15 verse 2 I saw something like a sea of glass mingle with fire and those who have the victory over the beast. And so they’re here in Revelations 15 though people are concerned about this beast and how he’s going to be strong and all that there’s a people.

▶ 49:13 There is a people that have overcome and that are victorious over the beast Romans 8:35 who shall separate us from the love of Christ shall tribulation distress persecution famine nakedness peril or sword. In all these things we are more than conquerors. See Christ has a victorious people this victorious people they are the ones that are going to be in the heavenly temple and they are the ones that can have the heavenly temple now. I am persuaded that neither debt neither death nor life nor angels nor principalities nor powers nor things present nor things to come. Nor any created thing including the beast shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus there is nothing coming.

▶ 50:16 That is going to separate you from Christ there’s only one thing and what is that you. Your choice. Your decision your rejection of Christ. Will separate you from God but nothing else can you see when you’re connected when you’re serving him and you’re following him the greatest beast the greatest enemy can come in our country that come in the world it cannot separate you from the love of Christ we can be victorious. Revelations 5:10. He has made us kings and priests to our God and we shall reign on the earth. We are in control.

▶ 51:10 There’s a people that will be in control. There’s a people that will be conquerors. I want to be in that number I want to be a part of that crowd that is victorious how about you. Matthew 16:18. I say to you that you are Peter on this rock I will build my church in the gates of hell shall not prevail against it the gates of hell are not going to prevail so we see here God is confirming the scriptures that there’s a victorious people that we can be overcomers the gates of hell are not going to prevail against us we don’t need to be shaken by the issues of today if our government is legislating sin and wickedness we have an answer for people we don’t need to be all upset about it we have the truth we don’t need to be cast down and upset we have an answer.

▶ 52:19 I saw a video recently of a lady who was saying that they never tell you what happens after you have an abortion she said I think about it every day and she was crying. You know the world. In their way is is wickedness and it hurts it’s harmful. And they’re promoting their message. That should not stop us we have an answer we can be around hell we can be around sin and not be affected by it why because we are a what victorious people we can be. There’s an old song. That is sung. In Deuteronomy chapter 31 verse 19 they will serve other gods break my covenant and turn aside from my commandment famine I’m gonna bring famines and plagues and the sword will destroy them to correct them.

▶ 53:21 And God will provide atonement for them he will bring them back but they will go away so we have this song in the Old Testament Deuteronomy chapter 32 uh. This song it’s not it’s not a very great song it’s not a happy song. It’s not a very overcoming it doesn’t sound like they got victory over anything. All right this is the old song. I don’t want the old song I don’t want the old life I don’t want the old song I don’t want the old cut you know I want the fulfillment of that song. It came to pass that they went into captivity. And God brought them out and God reminds us in this example that he can bring us out of captivity.

▶ 54:14 By the blood of Jesus Christ he can bring us out so no matter where you are what place you’re in right now Christ can bring you out of your captivity whatever state you are in if you are in complete sin or if you’re just captive or whatever it is lukewarm I don’t care cries can bring you out of the state you’re in but there is a new song that is sung and that is the song of the lamb Revelations chapter 5 verse 9 you are worthy to take the scroll to open its seals you were slain and have redeemed us to God by your blood. Out of every tribe tongue people and nation you have made us kings and priests to our God and we shall reign on the earth that is the song of the lamb doesn’t that sound a lot better.

▶ 55:11 I want to sing that song amen I want that song to be over my life I’m redeemed. I’m coming with every tribe tongue and people a nation I’m united and joined with God’s church God’s gonna make me a king he’s I’m going to reign on earth. How many want that song. God has a powerful promise for his people his promise is for us. And we want to sing this better song amen. John chapter 17 21 while he was with them in the world while I was with him in the world I kept them and none left John 18:9 if you of them that you gave me I lost none.

▶ 56:08 Luke 22:31 Satan has desired to have you Peter and sift you but I have prayed for you that your faith fail not see Peter even though he denied Christ even though he made a big blunder pete God Jesus brought him back prayed for him like we were said earlier Jesus goes to the heavenly father and he intercedes and prays for us he did that for Peter how many would want Jesus doing that for you. Amen he prayed that his faith would fail not how many want us you know if we if we get in a if we make that kind of mistake we want that mercy and we want to be brought back can you believe that Peter an apostle this is what he went through and this is how Christ brought him out.

▶ 57:04 And this is the promise that he will keep you as the guitarist comes to sing. This is the promise. At Christ the father will keep us we can be victorious. This is a much better song we have a powerful person up in heaven that is pleading our case. And so we want to be reminded this morning. That there is a heavenly temple. There’s a temple right now. If anything it has legions of angels that are worshiping God that are lifting up his name that are exalting him and I don’t care we got to get the kind of uh attitude that we don’t care what’s going on around us there is a multitude of people.

▶ 58:03 You know we get caught up and all there’s not numbers or there’s not there’s a multitude in heaven I want to be with that multitude when I sing and praise God I am singing with that multitude there is a heavenly temple. And we need to have a goal to elevate. Our assembly. With God’s heavenly temple. To fuse to unite with God’s heavenly temple.
