Will Christians face persecution and rejection by family?
Short answer: He reads Luke 21:16–19 that you will be betrayed by parents, brothers, relatives and friends and hated by all for his name’s sake. He says by your patience you possess your soul, and that patience is very necessary in persecution because it will come.

The Bible morality fruit comes from God and his word and so we want to be people that are fruit producing Christians and fruit producing citizens of America. And to do that we’ve got to accept Jesus and his Bible morality. Now the next area we’re going to get into we’re going to see that patience is necessary in persecution. Or rejection. By family members. Patience is very necessary in persecution it will come and rejection by family members it will happen in Luke chapter 21 verse 16.
▶ 6:36 You will be betrayed by parents. You will be betrayed by brothers. You will be betrayed by relatives and friends. And they will put some of you to death some of you okay not everybody but some will pay the price you will be hated by all for my name’s sake you who follow Bible morality and follow Christ are going to be hated not by your relatives but everybody else in the neighborhood isn’t going to like you. ▶ 7:31 And so forth patience possess your souls the word soul there is that spirit that living part of you that spirit inside you that lives forever. Humanism promotes the betraying of parents that follow scripture. And the public schools remember they took the [unclear] the public schools they’re going to teach you that your Bible believing parents are idiots. They’re ignorant and they’re going to come against the home and they they do not not only are they are coming against the home humanists and their followers hate the Bible. They hate Jesus and they hate their followers. But they twist hate to make it sound like Christians are the haters.
Why does choosing friends and people to follow take patience?
Short answer: He says you cannot just run with anybody that comes along; you have to choose friends and people to imitate very wisely and exercise patience until you find them. He says Hebrews tells us what to look for.
▶ 8:24 But in reality it’s the humanist and their followers the free thinkers the liberals the hedonists the atheists the religionists the environmentalists and the homosexual activists they hate the Bible because it exposes them they hate Jesus because he exposes them and they hate anybody that follows them. And then they turn it around and say we are haters. Because we stand for Bible morality and right living patience is important and choosing friends and people to follow or imitate. You know you got to be patient and not just run with anybody that comes along or anybody that wants to get acquainted with you you you got to choose friends and people to imitate and to follow very wisely and so you need to exercise patience until you find them and then Hebrews tells us what to look for all right.
Whom should Christians imitate?
Short answer: He reads Hebrews 6:12 to imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises. He says to find people who have goodness, knowledge, self-control and patience and to follow and imitate them.
▶ 9:35 Hebrews 6:12 do not become lazy. But imitate those who through faith and patience inherit the promises okay I add to my faith goodness I add to my faith and goodness knowledge I add to my faith and goodness and knowledge self-control. And then I add to them patience. And so patience is that ability to relax and wait until you find what you’re looking for and you want to find people that have inherited the promises. And we showed you and Peter here and this is the scripture we’re using that the promises are you add to your faith goodness knowledge self-control and patience and you need to find people that have some self-control you need to find people that have patience you need to find people that have knowledge you need to find people that are living good and follow them and imitate them.

Short answer: He says such people are hard to find; some wear a “be patient with me God isn’t finished with me yet” button after 30 years, but it only takes three years in the Bible to be fruitful. He says faith without actions is dead, so get around people who possess God’s promises and their nature will rub off on you.
▶ 10:44 And it takes patience because they’re hard to find. You know they just want to wear a button that says be patient with me God isn’t finished with me yet and they’re 30 years old in God it only takes three years in the Bible to be fruitful okay and so we can inherit the promises but we must exercise patience. Okay James tells us the faith without actions is dead and so we got to have active faith and find people that actually are possessing the promises of God and get around them and their nature will rub off on us and we will become. Inheritors of his promise.

▶ 11:36 We also need patience in times of testing it’s very vital that we have patience in times of testing. James 1, chapter 1 verse 3 knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. The testing of your faith producing patience so every one of us are going to be tested tempted tried. It’s like the hands of the potter shaping you but you need to exercise patience remember Jesus was touched with the feelings and infirmities in all points he was tempted as we are yet without sin Hebrews 4:15. ▶ 13:30 When you deserve to be punished and corrected Jesus felt like sinning but never sinned it’s just because you feel like doing something wrong doesn’t mean you are wrong until you act it out don’t give in to desires you see be patient don’t give in to those desires be patient let those desires die. Those wrong desires humanists. Promote moral crimes. Encouraging people to violate Bible morality and accept moral crimes as acceptable lifestyle. The humanists and their followers that’s exactly what they’re doing. They are promoting. Lifestyles. That violate Bible morality.

About this transcript
This transcript comes from YouTube’s automatic English captions, which supply the timing and the words. Punctuation, capitalization and paragraphing were added by hand, and obvious caption errors were corrected; his wording was not rewritten. “[unclear]” marks a word or name that was not clear. The speaker is not named in the recording; it is the seventh session (“In the seventh session”) of the Bible morality series that continues “Adding Knowledge” and “Adding Self-Control,” which were also attributed to Pastor David G. Kincer, so Michael should confirm. He reads from a translation other than the NKJV (for example, Hebrews 6:12 “do not become lazy”), so the NKJV shown differs in wording. “James tells us the faith without actions is dead” is quoted without a verse (James 2:17 is shown). Caption corrections: “in personal relationships,” “humanists and their followers,” “Humanism promotes,” and “in persecution”; one word after “they took the” is [unclear]. Sensitive content, kept as spoken: he says humanists, free thinkers, liberals, hedonists, atheists, religionists, environmentalists and homosexual activists hate the Bible and Jesus, that public schools teach children their Bible-believing parents are idiots, and that humanists promote moral crimes.
