Daniel sought the vision’s meaning: the end of God’s indignation, not of the world. The ram is Media and Persia, confirmed by history. God restores His hosts. People hung up on ritual trample His word; if God didn’t spare the natural branches, take heed.

What did Daniel want?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: The interpretation—is it the end of the world or the end of His indignation on those who rejected Him?

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 0:00 Daniel wants to know the interpretation. Man, I want to understand this. I want to know about this little horn. I want to know I want to you know, he didn’t understand anything. But oh, we get in there and read it. Poof. Been saved 2 weeks and man, we know Daniel already. Daniel didn’t understand. So Gabriel a high angel, an archangel comes and interprets the vision. Are you ready? At the time of the end. At the time of the end, the conclusion shall be the vision. Shall be is added there. Okay? Now, I will make you know what shall be in the last end, the event, the days of the what? Indignation, the transgression. So what’s the time of the end that he’s talking about?

▶ 0:54 Is it the end of the world or is it the end of his vengeance upon people that have revolted against him? Yeah. He did it with Israel twice. Will he deal with his church? Absolutely. A good father deals with his children. For the time appointed, the end shall be. Now, I’ve always told you it isn’t an any minute return of Christ. There’s an appointed time for things. Ain’t that right? God has a calendar and it’s not the Mayan calendar down there. That’s just going to come and go like everything else. All right. I said back in the 70s that God would not come before 2012 just to show the world the Mayans were wrong.

▶ 1:48 And I got all heck for it. Let me tell you. Cuz I didn’t go along with the any minute return and all this nonsense and I said God’s got some things to do. He ain’t coming back probably in my lifetime. They hated to hear me say that. Over in Africa they just They just Man, they got me in a room all the leaders and they go man and I said well cuz they had him coming at the year 2000. I said we will see. When the year 2000 comes and goes, will you admit you were wrong? I mean we got about 60 80 leaders in this room pouncing on me. And the year 2000 has come and gone and 12 years passed. And they haven’t changed. They just moved it up for some reason or another.

▶ 2:39 Why? Cuz their hearts just set on believing this nonsense that Branham and some of these book writers A.E. Allen and and uh and uh uh great great planet earth Hal Lindsey and all these that they believe them over the scriptures. They would rather hear a preacher or read a book than read the book and hear from the Holy Ghost. Am I right? Yeah. So I’m going to say this, the end of the transgression of desolation is the end. Not just the end of time. He’s going to do that at the end of time, but he’s going to do it between correcting the Jews, Israel, and he’s going to correct his church.

Scripture in this part

Scripture (NKJV)

Daniel 8:15-19 (NKJV)

Then it happened, when I, Daniel, had seen the vision and was seeking the meaning, that suddenly there stood before me one having the appearance of a man. And I heard a man’s voice between the banks of the Ulai, who called, and said, “Gabriel, make this man understand the vision.” So he came near where I stood, and when he came I was afraid and fell on my face; but he said to me, “Understand, son of man, that the vision refers to the time of the end.” Now, as he was speaking with me, I was in a deep sleep with my face to the ground; but he touched me, and stood me upright. And he said, “Look, I am making known to you what shall happen in the latter time of the indignation; for at the appointed time the end shall be.

Who is the ram?

▶ Watch this part (3:35)

Short answer: The kings of Media and Persia, as history shows; the Most High rules.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 3:35 And you read history, he has. The ram having two horns are the kings of Media and Persia pushes west, north and south. There is the Media Persian populate Media just a group of people in Persia that had high uh positions in leadership and a lot of times they were the king. They were the real leader, but it was really the Persian Empire. There it is, pressing north, west, and south. Just like God told Daniel. Okay, the rough he-goat is the king of Greece. The great horn between them is Alexander. And his eyes between his eyes is the first king, and he flies from the west, and that’s exactly where Greece is. The great horn being broken or for whereas four stood up or four kingdoms that shall stand out of the nation of Greece, but not in the great horn’s power, Alexander’s power.

▶ 4:33 Now, this is the easy part cuz we have history behind us. We can read history and go, “Wow, that really happened.” All right? And here, true enough, Alexander died over there in India. And they divided his kingdom up into four kingdoms. Just like God told Daniel. Now, I said this is the easy part cuz we got history. Now, if we didn’t have history, that would be tough. But we got history, we can read, and our enemies, our opposers can read history. And they will not give credit to the fact that this they will not give credit. Why? Why? Cuz they just want to tear down. The atheist, the humanist will not give credit to this facts. Now, only God, the Bible says, can predict things before it happens.

▶ 5:30 He even told me, he said, “You go to your gods and get them to tell you what’s going to happen before it happens. But I, the Lord God, the creator of everything, the eternal one, can say things before they happen. That’s what makes him God. That’s supernatural power. In the latter time of their kingdom, the four kingdoms, when the transgressors are come to a full, remember I gave you the scripture in Genesis about the Amorites sin had not come to fullness yet? Okay, here it is now. Here it is. When the transgressors are come to a full, they’ve reached the peak. I’ve had it. This is where I draw the line. Now we understand plainly what the transgression of desolation is, don’t we?

▶ 6:26 A period of time. He says 6.3 years. I can find nothing in the nations and the cleansing of the temple or anything, I can find nothing that adds up to 6.3 years or 2300 days, nothing. So it’s a time period. Aren’t you glad God would wait 6.3 years before he really brings the hammer down on you? Yeah. That’s kind of comforting. I got 6 years to wake up. That’s a good way to look at it. God ain’t going to kill me till tomorrow because I messed up. He’s going to give me some time to change. A king of fierce countenance, a little horn, and understanding difficult questions, dark sentences shall stand up.

▶ 7:23 His power is mighty, but look at this. But not by his own power. Say that. But not by his own power, not by his own authority. He’s going to do these four things, but not by his own authority. Now, real quick, the young Christians go, “Oh, yeah, that’s Satan taking control, the demons.” And well, be careful how you think. We’ve already got some Revelation in this area, but he doesn’t do it by his own authority. In other words, there’s no human power that can do this. On his own. He will destroy wonderfully and prosper and practice accomplish things and destroy the mighty and the holy people. The host, the place of the sanctuary. Just like in Daniel 7, he was given power over the saints for a season, a period of time.

▶ 8:25 Same here. And through verse 25, his policy also he will cause craft to prosper in his hand and he will magnify himself in his heart. And by peace shall destroy many. He will also stand up against the prince of princes, but he shall be broken without hand. Nothing can stop God from dealing with this little horn. So, when God uses people to correct his saints, God help you. He’s coming after you next. Amen. And when God uses his people to correct sinners, you better wise up and straighten up cuz he’ll be coming after you next. Not by his power.

▶ 9:20 Well, the Most High, Daniel 4:17, rules in the kingdom men and gives it to whomsoever he chooses. Even the lowest of men. So, who gave the little horn his power, his authority? God. Now, he can have Satan working with him, don’t get me wrong. But remember Satan himself can’t do nothing without God’s permission. John 19:11, Jesus answered Pilate, “You could have no power, no authority at all against me unless it had been given to you from Satan.” Doesn’t say that, does it? Unless it had been given to you from where? Above. You see, Jesus knew who was in control of everything. Amen.

▶ 10:16 Hallelujah. So, we got these four things. And what’s the reason he’s allowed to do them? Transgression. Not by his own power now. God is using him. Two, cast down some of the host of the prince of the host. Two, take away the daily, whatever is daily and continuous. One of them is sacrifice. Two, cast down the place of his sanctuary and to cast truth to the ground and we know these and we know why we can understand the vision. The vision of the evening and morning which was told is true. Gabriel still talking, interpreting.

▶ 11:08 For this reason shut up the vision, for it shall be for many days. I, Daniel, fainted. I was weak. I was sick after seeing this vision. That’s surely a different response when people today see visions. They come out like they’re super saints. Oh man, I saw Jesus 18-ft tall come walking through the wall. Hallelujah. Anointed. Man, here Daniel is sick. He’s weak in his body. It affected him physically. In the last verse, he was astonished. He was troubled, but not these people seeing visions today. They know nothing bothers them. Makes you wonder, doesn’t it? And afterward, I rose up and did the king’s business.

Who are His hosts?

▶ Watch this part (12:04)

Short answer: His people—restored after being trampled.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 12:04 Now he’s back. He’s recovered. All right? And watch this next sentence. Are you ready for this? Are you ready? This is powerful. I was astonished at the vision, but none or not understood it. Or I understood it not. Daniel was given the interpretation, and he didn’t understand? And yet these guys with books galore are telling the saints of God on TV and radio they got it. And Daniel himself, who had character, the only guy in the Bible that you cannot find a recorded scripture of a flaw in his life. Noah had a flaw.

▶ 12:57 Abraham had a flaw. But you can’t find in recorded scripture a flaw in Daniel’s life. His character was tremendous. And he didn’t understand it. And Gabriel just told him what it meant. Could it be, folks, that we don’t know as much as we think we know? Could it be that these books in the bookstore they’re just making money off gullible Christians? I mean, why do I need all these books to tell me what the Bible says when I got the Bible to tell me what it says? That’s always been a puzzle to me. And don’t get me wrong. I read book. And you got to hear the word, you got to hear ministers, you got to hear preaching, but you got to what? Seek out of the book of the law yourself and what? Read it.

▶ 13:49 All right. Now, Jesus understood that it was Jerusalem and the temple being destroyed by Titus and enslaving the Jews for their transgressions. And also at the end of time, he’s going to bring vengeance. And in between, he’s going to bring vengeance. Now, let’s look at this a little closer. Remember, we said if we could understand the four things, Okay, who is the prince of the host? And who is the host? Okay, we’re going to show you scriptures real quickly that the prince of the host is obvious who? Jesus. And who’s the host? Can be angels, but here he’s talking about the church, the saints.

▶ 14:42 They’re his hosts. Hallelujah. And that ought to make you glad. All right, here we go. Revelation. I saw heaven open, behold a white horse, he that sat upon him was called faithful, true, and in righteousness, he judges and makes war. Is Jesus a warrior? Not just a savior. Yeah, he’s a warrior. You need him fighting for you. The armies in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, clean and white. And what does Revelation say the fine linen clean and white is? The righteousness of the So, who’s following Jesus? The saints. Duh. He has on his vesture and thigh a name written, King of king and Lord of lords. The beast, the kings of the earth, their armies make war against him and against his army, the church and the saints.

▶ 15:37 The beast is taken, the rest were slain with the sword out of his mouth. So, who is the captain of the host? The prince of the host, Jesus Christ. And who is the host? The saints, the church. Who is this King of glory? Psalms 24:8, The Lord strong and mighty in battle, the Lord of hosts is the King of glory. So, who’s the prince of the host here? Jesus. Jesus said in John 18:36, “My kingdom is not of this world. If it were, my servants would fight to free me.” Same account in Matthew 23:26:53, “I can now pray to my father and he will give me presently more than 12 legions of angels.” You see, there are the army in heaven of angels that is fighting for us and ministering to us, messengers to us.

▶ 16:30 And to 2 Thessalonians 1:7, Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels taking vengeance on all that know not God and obey not his gospel. They will be punished with everlasting what? Destruction, the transgression of desolation is disobeying God, not obeying his word, and not knowing him, rejecting Jesus Christ. Now, what’s the daily sacrifice? In the sanctuary. Numbers 28:6, offer the continual burnt offering. Okay? Continually, daily, morning and evening, always had to happen. Ordained in Mount Sinai every morning and evening.

What did they get hung up on?

▶ Watch this part (17:23)

Short answer: Sacrifices, incense and gold—while trampling His word; the son of perdition isn’t called antichrist.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 17:23 They also had to put a cup and 12 loaves of bread on those show table, isn’t that right? Continually. Not just the lamb sacrifice or the goat sacrifice, but the bread, the cup, the lamp had to be lit all the time. The Remember? The seven lampstand lamp lampstand had to be lit all can never go out and the fire on the altar could never go out. It was a continual fire, a continual sacrifice, a continual loaves, continual cup. All these things were supposed to be done continually and the Jews haven’t done them since Titus came in. This man Jesus, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins forever. How many sacrifices?

▶ 18:15 One. For what? Sin and transgression. One time. Hebrews 7:26, for such a high priest Jesus was fitting for us, who is holy, undefiled, separate from sinners and higher than the heavens, who does not need daily to offer up sacrifices, for this he did how many times? Once for all when he offered up himself. So, you see, Titus stopped the natural sacrifice, but Jesus ended it spiritually uh 40 years before Titus did it in the temple. Hallelujah. But the Jews wouldn’t accept it, so God come along and what?

▶ 19:10 Got their little symbol destroyed. And they’re still hanging on to it. So, it was Jesus who stopped the sacrifice, the daily cup, the daily loaves, and everything. Now, the sanctuary. Today’s little horn has affected the church. Remember I told you last time, the little horn’s in every generation. Shooting their mouth off, saying things they don’t know anything about. By him therefore, let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God. How long? Continually. What’s the church supposed to be doing? Praising God continually. And yet, people refuse to say, “Well, I’m not going to praise God.

▶ 20:05 It’s just not in me. I wasn’t raised that way. I my background.” No, you’re a church member. That’s what we do now. We continually, we daily praise our Lord. Brag about our God. The any explains what it is, the fruit of our lips. Not our mind, the fruit of our lips. You just try this at home. In your mind, tell your children to take out the garbage. Lots of luck. Lots of luck, let me tell you. In your mind, tell your children how good they are. Give them honor. They’re going to look at you like, “What?” You got to open your mouth to honor them. You got to open your mouth for them to hear and have a chance to respond. And you got to open your mouth as the church of the living God.

▶ 20:59 He wants us to daily, continually offer the sacrifice. You may not want to do it, but you lift up your a and you praise Jesus. And the little horn has taken that out of the church. Especially in America, not overseas where I go. They worship like the dickens. The Lord’s table. We know that the bread and the cup was the showbread was an illustration of the Lord’s table unity around Jesus Christ and righteousness. And yet the church is what? So divided, it’s horrible. That’s why we have no voice in America. We’re so divided over nonsense. The bodies, offer your bodies a holy living sacrifice not conforming to this world but being transformed by the renewing of your mind.

▶ 21:51 See, we’re to offer our bodies what? Daily. The world sees everything we do. The fire is the Holy Spirit in Acts chapter 2. Jesus said, “The zeal for your house has consumed me, eat me up.” And yet God’s people have no priority in their life to assemble together in God’s house. And yet in Exodus 25:8-6, “Let them make me a sanctuary that I may dwell among them according to all I show you after the pattern of the tabernacle and the pattern of the instruments thereof.” Moses’ tabernacle, Herod’s temple was all a pattern of what God really wanted to do. Isn’t that right? But what was the key? God said, “I will dwell where?” In that tabernacle.

▶ 22:44 And they got all hung up on the sacrifices and the incense and the gold and all that reflecting in the sun. And they didn’t give a hoot about God who dwelt there. And the whole purpose of the natural tabernacle was God would dwell there and he said, “I will not only dwell there, there I will meet with you, and I will commune with you.” Exodus 25:22, “You will encounter me, and you’ll talk to me, and I’ll talk to you.” And yet the Jews would rather have the natural than the person of God. And how many of you know we can be like that today? We want a crystal cathedral, you know, we want a some kind of beautiful building to make us feel real spiritual. And we’re not interested in a God who dwells when when his people gather together.

▶ 23:39 1 Corinthians 3:16, “You are the temple of God, and the spirit of God dwells where?” In you. You’re the temple of God. Acts 7:48, repeating Isaiah 66:1, “The Most High dwells not in temples made with hands, as said the prophet.” The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor lawgiver from between his feet until Shiloh, the Messiah, comes, and unto him shall the gathering of the people be. Him should be a capital H there. See, even back in Genesis, God said, “I want my people to gather under me.” What’s the word church mean? Coming out. Congregating, assembling together. It’s not the building. It’s not the name on your building. It’s the people. Hebrews 10:24 and 1 Corinthians 11:18, “When you come together as a church.” Not if you come together, but what?

▶ 24:41 “When you come together.” Hebrews 10:24, “Let us exhort and consider, be attentive one to another, to stir one another up to love and good works.” And how do we do that? “Not forsaking the assembling of yourself together, even the more so as you see the day approaching like some not forsaking yourself in assembling together like some are. We know the truth is Jesus and the truth is His word. And there’s scriptures. Your law is truth. Your word is truth. I am the way, the truth, and the light. So what is America doing? They’re trampling on the Bible, the truth of God’s word, and they’re trampling on the name of Jesus. You can use the word God. Every politician says God bless you. I dare them. I email them. I dare you to say Jesus bless you. They won’t do it. Why? They’re trampling on Jesus Christ.

▶ 25:34 Who is God? And they’re trampling on His word. They do not want the Bible as a standard of morality in America. So they try to destroy the Bible. And they try to destroy the name of Jesus and a and they attack anybody that believes it and tries to follow it. Tries to make them look stupid and dumb. Am I right? Yeah, this is the generation you’re living in. Casting down truth. Their little horns talking big. Magnifying himself to the prince of the host. You got to understand Augustus Caesar was the first deified Caesar. Then all the rest considered themselves deities and they persecuted the church. Acts 12:21, we have a scripture about it. Herod sat on his throne and made a speech unto the people who shouted, “It is the voice of God, not of man.” And instead of Herod correcting it, he took the honor as deity, as God, and immediately the angel of the Lord smote him because he gave not God the glory and he was eaten with worms and gave up the ghost.

▶ 26:39 I’m telling you, God don’t mess around. You can put yourself in the place of God and don’t just think it’s the Roman Empire. And the Caesars. Let no man deceive you. That day will not come. First Thessalonians 2:3. That second coming day, that end time day will not come except there come a falling away first. And that man of sin be revealed. The son of perdition. See, that man of transgression. Of destruction. Perdition is destruction. So, here you have the transgression of destruction, desolation. Who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or worship. So, he sits in the temple of God showing himself that he is God.

▶ 27:33 Now, who were is the temple of God? We just read it. We are the temple of God. See, when we assemble together, we are the temple of God. It’s not some building somewhere. And when I start saying what’s right and wrong, I start becoming God. See, when I throw out the Bible morals of standards and I get my own standard, I have just what? Exalted myself as God. I can decide what’s right and wrong. Wow. Ain’t no one man born in Europe going to do this.

▶ 28:25 It doesn’t say anywhere in the Bible that the son of perdition is the antichrist. Nowhere does it say that. They have to connect it. John 17:12, those you gave me I have kept. None of them is lost but the son of perdition, Judas, that the scripture might be fulfilled. Why was Judas called a son of perdition? Perdition, destruction. Cuz he betrayed Christ. He walked with Christ. Here he is preaching and everything else, and then betrayed him, rebelled against him. Acts 10:34. God is no respecter of persons. He doesn’t favor one over the other, social status, racial, sex, woman, man, youth, old, he is not no respecter of person, rich, poor, whatever.

▶ 29:22 American, European, Asian, Colossians 3:25. He that does wrong shall receive for that wrong. There is no what? Respecter of persons with God. Being a Catholic isn’t going to help you here, my friend. Being a Protestant, Baptist, or Presbyterian, or what- ain’t going to help you. He doesn’t respect persons. Being a believer isn’t going to help you. You got to be an achiever. You got to choose right, and work on right, and do right. Brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ with respect to persons. If you have, in James 2:9, respect to persons, respect to people, you favor some group of people, or some person, you commit sin.

▶ 30:22 You what? Commit sin. Now, watch this. It’s a sin just isn’t adultery, and murder, and hating, and dishonoring your parents. Sin is a violation of God’s word, any word that he has written, any commandment he has written. And you are convinced of the law as what? What’s that word? Ah, the transgression of desolation. If you have respect of person, it’s going to bring ruin to your life. And you know, in America, we got a lot of respecters of persons. Catholic thinks they’re the only ones going to heaven. The Mormons think they’re the only ones going to heaven. The Protestant thinks all of them are nuts, they’re only ones that are right.

What warning remains?

▶ Watch this part (31:16)

Short answer: If God didn’t spare the natural branches, take heed.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 31:16 If God did not spare the natural branches, the Jews, he tore down their temple. They were slaughtered by Titus. They were taken into captivity by Babylon. And that’s in between little corrections along the way. How many of you know that? There were big corrections and there were a lot of little corrections. He said, “If you didn’t spare the Jews, he may not spare you either.” He’s talking to believers. The church, the New Testament church. He may not spare you either. Therefore, consider the goodness and severity of God. On those who fell, severity. The punishment. But to you, goodness, if you continue in his goodness, otherwise, you also will be cut off.

▶ 32:12 So, I appeal to you today. Should the American church get serious about God’s word and about Bible morals? Should we start really working on unifying ourselves around Bible morals? Morals that do not hurt people, they help people. Yes, sir. And that’s what Daniel’s desolation of transgressions is all about. God will deal with his own people and with nations when their sin comes to the fullness, he will deal with them. And having now we don’t want that to happen in America. It would be better that we fight the fight of righteousness and conquer with the word of God than have to go through wars and plagues.
