The most holy is heaven itself, which Jesus entered. The 70 weeks start with the decree to rebuild Jerusalem. Correction came on those who rejected Him, and failed date-setting shows the danger of speculation. America needs truth over tolerance, proven by obedience.

What is the most holy?

▶ Watch this part (0:00)

Short answer: Not the tabernacle—Jesus entered heaven itself, never inside the earthly temple.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 0:00 Hallelujah. Now, the most holy is not the tabernacle. The Bible says in Hebrews chapter 9 verse 23, the pattern of the things in the heavens cannot be purified with animal sacrifices, feast, new moons, and Sabbath days. But, the heavenly things themselves have to have a much better sacrifice than these illustrations, these shadow laws. For Christ has not entered into the holy places made with hands. You know Christ never went into the temple, into the holy place of the holy of holies. You know that, don’t you? You don’t know that. No, why wouldn’t he? Because that is a shadow. That is an example of what was to come, so he never went in.

▶ 0:54 He went into the courtyard of the temple, but never inside the temple. Why? Because that temple represented a higher temple that God was after. And he plainly tells us in Hebrews 9:23 and 24, that he goes into heaven itself to appear in the presence of God for us. He went into the heavenly temple. And the Bible says that we now are the what? Temple of God. Say it. We are the temple of God. It’s us that Christ died for. It’s us that he wants to set apart. It’s us that he wants to bring to himself. Now, church, this is good stuff if you can handle it.

▶ 1:52 Don’t ever let anyone minimize Jesus Christ. Daniel 8:13, how long shall be the vision concerning the what? Daily fact sacrifice and the transgression of desolation. We already taught on that, okay? How long shall it be? Okay, we don’t have 70 weeks here, we have 2,300 days, which is 6.3 years, duh. Boy, that threw a wrench into all the gears. And then he says the vision is for many days. Just so he makes it clear, you know, this this thing’s going to take a while. Now, John 19:30, Jesus said it is finished and died. Hebrews 2:14, through death Jesus destroyed him that had the power of death, that is who?

▶ 2:46 The Devil. You see? Romans tells us plainly that sin is not to have dominion over you now, but you are to be under the dominion of righteousness. Plainly says it in Romans 6. See, Jesus broke the power of darkness on that cross, folks. And why people want to say, “Well, Satan’s following me and beating me up and all that” it’s beyond me. Jesus destroyed, rendered powerless, Satan who used to have the power. Are you with me? Do you young ones understand the power of Jesus Christ? Do you know he’s God? Do you know he’s there’s no other God but Jesus?

▶ 3:39 Jesus said that, God said that, the Bible says that, and nobody can change it. Do you understand that? Do you understand that you are to repent from things you know the Bible says is wrong and follow Jesus Christ? Not some church, not some youth leader, Now, not some athlete, Christian athlete, or Christian singer, or whatever. You understand that? This thing’s about Jesus. It’s always been about Jesus, and it always will be about Jesus. Can I hear an amen? Bible morality is unpopular. It’s unpopular with Christians. It’s unpopular with unbelievers. But, it has indisputable results. You cannot argue with the results. Amen.

▶ 4:32 We don’t like to be told we can’t have sex outside of marriage. We don’t like that. We don’t like to be told that we’re to assemble ourselves together even the more so as you see the day approaching, provoking one another to love and to good works. We don’t want any responsibility to come to church. We don’t like being told seek you out of the book of law and read. Learn this word for yourself. We just want to come to church, hear a nice flattering sermon, and just believe everything’s okay. See, Christians don’t like it. It’s unpopular with Christians. They just want a free ride. No accountability, no responsibility. Most believers stay home. They haven’t even got enough of God to be able to go into a church and get through the divisions and the sandpaper, the irritations of the believers.

▶ 5:28 They haven’t even got enough of God to put up with with lukewarm Christians and the things that God’s asked us to do, so they just stay home. Wimps. Don’t steal. Don’t kill, which the Bible says is hatred. Christians are some of the biggest haters there is. Look down on others. You have a bad feeling when someone else walks into the room. Bible morality is very unpopular with the unbeliever and Christians. But I’ll tell you the results are obvious in their life because they reject Bible morality and the results of those who follow it are obvious also. Undisputable results. Amen? Now, from the going forth of the commandment to restore and build Jerusalem, the holy city.

When does the count start?

▶ Watch this part (6:32)

Short answer: At the command to rebuild Jerusalem; then the sanctuary and truth are cast down for a time.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 6:32 So now he gives us a starting time. When Jerusalem is going to be rebuilt. Then he says, “Unto Messiah, Jesus the prince.” It’s going to be 69 weeks. Every year years that’s 483 years. Okay? So who’s this about again? Is it about the Antichrist or is it about the Messiah? Yeah, the introductory sentence is the subject of the paragraph. The street and wall shall be built again in troublous times. Did that happen? Nehemiah went and rebuilt the wall. They rebuilt Jerusalem after Ezra had already rebuilt the temple. Yeah. After 62 weeks, here’s another wrench in the gears. No starting point.

▶ 7:24 But after 62 weeks, we could say it’s after the 69 weeks or we could say it’s after the Messiah comes. We don’t really know. But after 62 weeks, 434 years, he dies. Now we know from all the prophets in Genesis and Psalms and all the prophets talking about Jesus that he come to what? Die. And we get hung up on these you know, they get their numerology out. You’ll see I want to show you some more chart. Numerology. Numerology is one of the biggest farces that the fundamentalists and the evangelicals have ever come up with. But not for himself. Who did he die for? Us. The people of the prince that shall come shall destroy the city and the sanctuary.

▶ 8:17 We went through this. Remember back in there in chapters 2 and 5 and 7 and so forth that his vision was of the statue that had a golden head silver breast bronze thighs legs of iron and feet of iron and clay. Okay, we remember four kingdoms. Okay, then he had the lion, the bear the four-headed leper and the horrible beast. And we were told that the little horn was a king that was going to arise in this kingdom. And he was going to magnify himself to the prince of the host, take away the daily sacrifice go to war with and destroy the saints and overcome them until the saints were given authority over him.

▶ 9:19 But a temporary thing. And he cast down the sanctuary and he cast down truth. Remember that? Do you remember that lesson? Okay. The ram and the he-goat, same thing. All of these visions Daniel how it is about the same thing. It’s about Jesus coming and the and the transgression of desolation, transgression of sin being dealt with on the Jewish people. So, the end thereof shall be with a flood. We know a flood in Detroit, I mean in Kentucky, we had a flood every year. And people still built their house right back on the river and right to the river. And every 5 or 6 years that flood was so bad it just knocked those houses right down and you’d find them in a 50 miles down the state somewhere.

▶ 10:16 And what would they do? Build it right back in the same place. Even a 9-year-old I’m going why did they do that? And so when Rome came, they destroyed and carried away the Jews captive. All right? Until the end of the war. Did Jesus say when you see Jerusalem surrounded by armies? Yeah, that war is in blue because that’s a Messiah word. Jesus said that the desolation is a beacon to be caused by a war. All right? The desolations are determined. All right? Desolations are determined. Destruction. He’ll confirm the covenant with many for one week. I already shared that with you. Who’s the only one that promised the covenant that can confirm it and prove it?

▶ 11:09 The word confirm means to prove. You see? The only one can do that is the one that promised it and he come and he died on the cross and he fulfilled all these prophecies. That was the proof that we are in a new covenant and the old is gone. So, I have it in blue because that’s obviously a Messiah promise. In the midst of the week, he’ll stop the sacrifice and offerings. Now, he did use Rome to kill him. All right? So, both things are true. He did use Rome to stop in 70 AD the Jews from offering blood sacrifices that he already stopped when he died on the cross. Number nine, for the overspreading of abominations, he shall make it desolate under until the complete end, the completion.

Scripture (NKJV)

Daniel 9:25-26 (NKJV)

“Know therefore and understand, That from the going forth of the command To restore and build Jerusalem Until Messiah the Prince, There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks; The street shall be built again, and the wall, Even in troublesome times. “And after the sixty-two weeks Messiah shall be cut off, but not for Himself; And the people of the prince who is to come Shall destroy the city and the sanctuary. The end of it shall be with a flood, And till the end of the war desolations are determined.

What about the Jews?

▶ Watch this part (12:16)

Short answer: Corrected for sins—the kingdom was taken and given to others; date-setting fails.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 12:16 Okay, that’s talking about the Jews being corrected for their sins. Aren’t you glad he uses the word correction? And number 10, and that determined. Now, what are determined? The wars of desolation, number six. And the wars of desolation will be poured out on the desolate. Okay? It’s all about Jesus. It’s all about him correcting his people with unbelievers, and then correcting the unbelievers for correcting his people when they didn’t have the standards, either. Are you there? So, when God is dealing with his people, I would never get haughty because you’re next. So, it’d be best just to be really humble, do what you got to do, lay low.

▶ 13:16 70 weeks are determined on the holy city and on the people. Okay? If we start, we have no starting point, but if we start when he said it started when the wall was built around 444 BC. The end point over here is Jerusalem is desolate, the temple is destroyed, the people are carried away captivity. It is 24 years over the 490 years. Now folks, how many of you know that’s pretty close when you’re talking about them kind of years with the problems we have of records at that time. Yeah. So what do the numerologists do? Well, they shorten this time by using the Jewish silver calendar.

▶ 14:09 The Jewish had a silver calendar, and a religious calendar, and they had a 30-day month, and so they can shorten this down and get it really close to Jesus. But the problem is every 7 years, what did the Jews do with their calendar? They added a month. How many of you know God knows what calendar’s going on? How many of you know that Israel was told they would go in to Egypt for 400 years. How many of you know that? Okay. And he said because the sins of the Amorite, the Canaanites is not yet full. You see, why did God wait all these years to discipline the Jews and actually take the kingdom from them?

▶ 15:04 You see, Jesus came and took the kingdom from the Jews when he came to minister. They weren’t his chosen people anymore. These people that say the Jews are his chosen people don’t know their Bible. All of us are his chosen people. He wants us all. He always us all. But he literally said the kingdom of God is taken from you, didn’t he? And given to what? A people that bring forth the fruit. Daniel’s people. As you will see in coming lessons, he explains who’s Daniel’s people are. They’re not just Jews. Are you with me? Anyway, that’s pretty close. Pretty close.

▶ 15:56 In 69 weeks, the Messiah to the Messiah. Now, we don’t know it’s when he’s born or when he started his ministry, but so it you know, it works in numerology, they kind of use the calendars and they use things to make it Palm Sunday or Jesus’ death on the cross, so they have an exact year. You know, there’s no way you can get an exact year. I have studied this thing backwards and forwards and every way possible. But it’s only 9 years off. I mean, you know, when you’re talking about 400 some years, 9 years off is not bad. Especially when you know Israel was supposed to be in Egypt 400 years and then the Bible says in Exodus that they were in there 430. 62 weeks till the Messiah’s killed.

▶ 16:47 That really throws a wrench into the gears. There’s no starting time, but we know the end time. We know when he died. He died at 30 AD. I mean, yeah, 30 AD. He was born in 4 BC. We pretty much have evidence that he was born in 4 BC. So, you know, in my day, all these end time prophecies started with 0 BC and they worked out all this so Jesus died when he was like 33 and 1/2 or 34 years old and they worked all this Daniel stuff in. Then we find out, wait a minute, he was born 1 year before BC and then 3 years then we find out it was 4 years because of the the uh heavenly things that happened that are recorded. And uh okay, he was born in 4 BC. Now, they had to change all their charts again. Anyway, there’s no starting time.

▶ 17:38 But, we know if it’s actually 434 years, it started in 404 BC, which nothing else rings a bell. Go to 404 BC and nothing 405 406 400 nothing rings a bell. So, is the focus on the weeks and the years, or is it on Jesus? And what he accomplished. Yes. Is the second coming on, you know, all this nonsense of wars and rumors of war, which Jesus himself said, “The end is not yet. They’re not a sign of the end time.” Ananias uh came and decimated the temple, the altar, and forbid the Jews to offer sacrifices in about 167 BC.

▶ 18:32 Some people say that is the abomination of desolation. But, we know that’s not the one Daniel’s talking about. Why do we know that? Have you been listening today? How do we know that? Cuz Jesus said it was still coming. Antiochus doesn’t even fit in. Now, here is another end-time chart that predicted the day that it was going to happen in 1844 by these Seventh-day Adventists. How many of you know it didn’t happen? No. I mean, it’s way beyond 1844. All right? Here’s another one that predicts it’s going to be in 2025, just 13 years from now.

▶ 19:25 And you know how they got it? By the 2300 years that I brought to you out of Daniel 8. I have 20 2300 days. They said those are really years. How can you just say days are years? Just okay, days are years. Hallelujah. How many of you know when 20 25 comes, they’re going to be wrong? And you notice they got a little question mark there? So that they could be off just a few years. They’re wise. They’re getting smarter with these charts. Okay. We we can be off just a little bit here, but somewhere around there. Here is the big mistake of May 21st, 2011. Remember that one? Last year? Okay, I want to show the portion of his numerology. It fills the whole screen and way down here it it’s huge.

▶ 20:17 All of these numbers. I just cracked up. Man. And then you have the big disappointment. 1843. And again, he uses the 2300 years, but he starts in 457 because they believed that the commandment to go forth and build the wall was in 457 at that time using historical records. But as time goes by, historical records get more accurate, and so things change. And so the prophecy has to change. But anyway, this is the Miller, a Baptist preacher. The Lutherans got in on it. The Alliances got in on it. The Adventists got in on it. Everybody got on this Jesus is coming in 18 and 43. And then it didn’t happen, so he come back and said I missed it by a year.

▶ 21:11 Said it’s going to be 1844 and it didn’t happen. People sold their properties. I’ve told you this story before. It caused a lot of people to go nuts. It destroyed their faith cuz it didn’t happen. They sold their properties. They went to a high place waiting for Jesus to come, a mountain, whatever. Just caught up in emotional nonsense. Including the Mormon. And the Mormons predicted that Jesus is coming. Didn’t make it. Didn’t happen. I could give you so many people from Hal Lindsey, Chuck Smith, you know, all kinds of people that predicted when Jesus would come in the year and they were wrong. In my lifetime. And when I was preaching, he wouldn’t come before 2012.

▶ 22:07 When I was preaching that back in the ‘70s, I was almost stoned. But we’re in year 2 12. And he hasn’t come. If you know your Bible, you don’t have to get caught up in this nonsense. We need to get caught up in Bible morality. If Jesus was to wants us to understand and be skillful. How many of you know the Bible says the children of Issachar had understanding of the times to know what Israel ought to do. And when David was to be king and Daniel was to be taken back.

What does America need?

▶ Watch this part (23:01)

Short answer: A change of government and truth, not tolerance—obedience proves love.

From the sermonTranscript of this part · Pastor Kincer

▶ 23:01 How many of you know we need a change of government in America? You see, we need skill and understanding. We need to get away from this extreme nonsense that is doing no one any good and get back to Bible morality that blesses the family, blesses the individual, causes them to prosper, causes them to be successful, and blesses the nation. We need to get away from the extremeness of faith and grace and a second coming and all this nonsense that we push out there to try to get people all hyped up, and we need to get some practical Bible morality back. Now, if children of Issachar had understanding of the times to know we needed a change of government, is it possible today that we need understanding of the times to know that we need a change of government?

▶ 24:00 Is it possible for us to understand that America is in a season of God’s correction? We gave you all those details last week. The drought, the economy, AIDS, sexually transmitted diseases, the 50% broken homes in America. 50% up to age 18 are living in broken homes. And it’s growing. The last time I preached on this, it was 40% if you remember. Now, let me just say this. Christians have been waging war, so I read on the internet by the big guns of our day.

▶ 24:53 We are waging war by being silent, not insulting. We don’t want to insult people. So, we have seeker-friendly churches. Ballots, not bullets. Votes, not violence. We don’t want to cause any agitation. We’re just going to use the ballot box and vote. Through reason, not rage. We’re not going to get mad at these enemies that are destroying America. We’re not going to rise up in anger. We’re going to rise up with reasoning. Prayer, not politics. Compassion, not confrontation. Grace, not guns. These are just some of the statements I got off their websites. Worship, not words that hurt people’s feelings and show no tolerance.

▶ 25:48 And tolerance, not truth. And I submit to you, and I told these people the ones that you can answer back on the internet. It hasn’t worked. This approach has not worked. We are going downhill in America. Our enemies are gaining the ground. And we are losing it. And how many of you realize we need a party? Both our parties are worthless. One is more worthless than the other. I’m just telling you the facts. You can say all the right things, but if you don’t put your life on the line and your position on the line to back them up, what good is it?

▶ 26:42 See, if when we want to be elected so bad that we will not take action on things that are wrong, what good is it? But I submit to you today, we need skill and we need understanding. We need the attitude of Issachar to understand the times and know what to do. And Bible morality will bless us, bless our nation, and bless our children. And we need to fight against these enemies that are in the Democratic Party. Now, there’s a lot of innocent people in the Democratic Party, but it’s ran by these people that oppose Jesus, oppose the Bible, oppose Bible morality.

▶ 27:33 And you can say all you want to to me and say I have you need to do your homework. I’ve never met anybody this year yet that has read the Republican or the Democratic platform, and they talk to me like they know what they’re talking about. This God’s trying to get our attention that we can make a difference in our lifetime. We don’t have to just come in and worship God and believe and wait for the rapture. We can make a difference in our lifetime. Doesn’t the scripture say God honors them that honor him? And doesn’t Didn’t Jesus say if you love me, you’ll keep my commandments? You know, if you really love me, you’ll do what I say.

▶ 28:27 That’s proof you love me. It’s not faith and grace. I submit to you today, we need to let Gabriel touch us and give us skill and understanding and the ability to consider things, think through things, and stand up and take action. And it starts by us saying, “I am wrong.” The life I’m living has some errors in it. We got to admit we are wrong. Adultery, homosexuality, incest, fornication is biblically wrong. You got to admit it if you’re doing it. If you’re neglecting the things of God in any area, stealing, disrespecting good parents, you got to admit you’re wrong.

▶ 29:28 If Israel got corrected and punished for disobeying Bible morality, should we admit we’re wrong and stand up for Bible morality? And if you’ve got the conviction today to say, “Yes, I have to admit the things that I’m doing that God says is wrong is wrong, and I’m going to change it. I’m going to serve you.”
